  • 최근 소프트웨어 개발비용의 절감과 신뢰성 있는 소프트웨어의 개발을 위하여 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 컴포넌트를 기반으로 한 소프트웨어 개발의 핵심은 컴포넌트의 품질이며, 컴포넌트의 품질을 결정짓는 가장 중요한 특성 중의 하나가 컴포넌트의 맞춤 용이성이다. 본 논문에서는 관계형 데이터베이스 검색 결과를 XML 문서로 변환하기 위한 EIB 컴포넌트를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이에 따라 사용자들은 관계형 데이터베이스 기반의 XML 응용 시스템을 개발하고자 할 때, 검객 컴포넌트를 단순·조립함으로써 시간단축 및 비용절감을 기대할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, a robot automation technology for chemical tank lorry unloading is presented. Handling chemical coupler between tank lorry and ACQC system may be hazardous or toxic to human operators, therefore robot automation is essential. Due to tight tolerance between couplers, even small pose error may result in very large internal force. In order to resolve the problem, compliance between male and female couplers should be introduced with 6-axis compliance device with F/T sensing. The proposed robot automation system consists of a collaborative robot, 6-ax is compliance device with F/T sensing, linear gripper, and robot vision. The position/force control algorithm and experimental results for assembling chemical couplers are presented.

  • 컴퓨터 하드웨어의 급격한 발전과 다양한 게임 기술의 발전으로 인해 게임 품질이 향상되고 게임 장르도 다변화 되었다. 이에 비해 퍼즐게임은 기존의 단순한 게임방식을 고수함으로 인해 점점 위축되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 퍼즐게임의 한계를 벗어날 돌파구를 3차원 퍼즐게임에서 모색하려는 첫 시도이다. 3차원 퍼즐게임에서의 사실적인 퍼즐 조립을 표현하기 위해 조립에 적합한 구조물 처리 과정과 객체간의 정교한 충돌 방법, 물리구조를 활용한 3단계로 구성된 구조물 조립 기법을 설계하고 이를 통해 조립과정에서 연산 비용을 최소화하면서도 구조물 간의 정교한 퍼즐 조립이 가능함을 간단한 실험으로 보인다.

보간기법에 따른 해저지형의 정확도 분석 (An Analysis of Accuracy for Submarine Topographic Information by Interpolation Method)

  • Three-dimensional information of submarine topography was acquired by assembling DGPS and Echo Sounder, which is mainly used in the marine survey. However, the features of submarine topography, derived according to mechanical data, were confirmed using human eyes. Because the dredging capacity using a submarine surveying data influences harbor public affairs, analysis and the process method of surveying data is a very special element in construction costs. In this study, information on submarine topography is acquired by assembling DGPS and Echo Sounder. Moreover, the dredging capacity in harbor public affairs has been analyzed by the interpolation method: inverse distance to a power, kriging, minimum curvature, nearest neighbor, and radial basis function. Also, utilization of DGPS and Echo Sounder method in calculation of the dredging capacity have been confirmed by comparing and analyzing the dredging capacity and the actual one, as per each interpolation. According to this comparison result, in the case of applying Radial basis function interpolation and Kriging, 3.94 % and 4.61 % of error rates have been shown, respectively. In the case of the study for application of the proper interpolation, as per characteristics of submarine topography, is preceded in calculation of the dredging capacity relevant to harbor public affairs, it is expected that more speedy and correct calculation for the dredging capacity can be made.

구면좌표계식 기구를 이용한 3D 스캐닝 장치의 정밀도 평가 (An Evaluation on the Accuracy of a 3D Scanning Device Using Spherical Coordinate Mechanisms)

  • To improve the efficiency of a reverse engineering process, many researches have recently tried to develop efficient, automatic 3D scanning devices. A new automatic 3D scanning device using a spherical coordinate system mechanism is introduced in this study. This device incorporates a guide motion along the spherical coordinate to compound each 3D data point automatically. The experiments correlating the system assembling tolerance with the form accuracy were conducted to verify the efficiency of the system for the scanning of an object, including complex shapes and manifold sections. In addition, the required time and system accuracy, taken during the scanning process of complicated artifact models, were investigated. Further, based on these empirical results, it was ascertained that the superior productivity of this new device offers a more precise and efficient scan when compared to conventional methodologies.

네트워크 표현을 이용한 트윈서보 시스템의 모델링과 강건 동기 동작 제어 (Modeling and Robust Synchronizing Motion Control of Twin-Servo System Using Network Representation)

  • A twin-servo mechanism is used to increase the payload capacity and assembling speed of high precision motion control systems such as semiconductor chip mounters. In this paper, we focus on the modeling of the twin-servo system and propose its network representation. And also, we propose a robust synchronizing motion control algorithm to cancel out the skew motion of the twin-servo system caused by different dynamic characteristics of two driving systems and the vibration generated by high accelerating and decelerating motions. The proposed control algorithm consists of separate feedback motion control algorithms for each driving system and a skew motion compensation algorithm. A robust tracking controller based on internal-loop compensation is proposed as a separate motion controller and its disturbance attenuation property is shown. The skew motion compensation algorithm is also designed to maintain the synchronizing motion during high speed operation, and the stability of the whole closed loop system is proved based on passivity theory. Finally, experimental results are shown to illustrate control performance.

  • Among many automotive manufacturing processes, an assembly process has the smallest automatization percentage. As the correct assembly of the supplied components according to its specification is directly related with the quality of the final product, it is of the utmost importance to reduce the possible human errors in the assembly line. However, due to the lack of an effective verification system for an assembly line, currently, there is huge cost loss caused by the errors in seat assembly every year. Therefore, in this paper, to overcome the limit of the current verification method and to prevent the occurrence of assembly errors caused by mismatching assembling components or its specifications, a verification system and its method is proposed employing the RFID technology. The system is for automatic detection of the assembly errors, so that it can reduce the time and effort needed for verification and maximize the work efficiency. Also, by preventing the assembly errors in advance, the productivity can be increased through a quality innovation.

  • Traditionally, a design has been applied on a various defense area for the improvement of the mobility, reducing the radar detection area and other reasons. In case of Korean Wheeled Armored Vehicle(WAV), a design has been also applied for retaining the agility and threatening feature in the battlefield. However some figures has been changed because of constraints such as assembling and manufacturing in the development stage. Today, the government has planned to develop the Wheeled Armored Command Post Vehicle(CPV), a variant of WAV, and it is necessary to apply the latest design trend, which is suitable for the concept of the CPV, on it.

  • 본 논문에서는 정보기술 시스템온칩을 구성하는 방법을 제안하였다. 시스템온칩을 구현하기 위해 설계자는 IP의 재사용을 염두해 두어야 한다. IP 블록은 미리 설계되어지고 검증되기 때문에 설계자는 개별 부품의 올바름과 수행에 대해 거정을 하지 않아도 된다.또한, 정보기술 시스템온침의 임베디드된 코어는 시스템 레벨의 테스트 메카니즘을 호출하여 사용한다. 실제에 있어, IP 블록을 사용하여 조립할 때 아직까지는 error-prone, labor-intensive, time-consuming 과정을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 시스템온칩 설계자가 IP 블록과 툴을 사용하는 것에 �X점을 맞추었다.

주문- 조립시스템의 설계 및 성능평가 (Design and Performance Evaluation of an Assemble-To-Order System)

  • We study a multi-component production/inventory system in which individual components are made to meet various demand types. We assume that the demands arrive according to a Poisson process, but there is a fixed probability that a demand requests a particular kit of different components. Each component is produced by a flow line with several stations in which the processing times of each station follow a two-stage Coxian distribution. The production of each component is operated by an independent base-stock policy with blocking. We assume that the time needed to assemble final products follows a general distribution and the capacity of an assembling facility is sufficiently large. The objective of this study is to obtain key performance measures such as the distribution of the number of each orders for each final product and the mean time of fulfilling a customer order. The basic principle of the proposed approximation method is to decompose the original system into a set of subsystems, each subsystem being associated with a flow line. Each subsystem is analyzed in isolation using a Marie's method. An iterative procedure is then used to determine the unknown parameters of each subsystem. Numerical results show that the accuracy of the approximation method is acceptable.
