To analyze the relationship between climatic factors (monthly mean temperature and total precipitation) and tree-ring growths of Quercus mongolica Fischer (Mongolian oak) with different topographic sites in Mt. Worak, more than 10 trees were selected from each of seven stands. Two cores from each tree were measured for ring width. After crossdating, each ring-width series was double standardized by fitting first a negative exponential or straight regression line and secondly a 60-year cubic spline. Seven stands were categorized in two groups using cluster analysis for tree-ring index patterns. Cluster I (four stands) was located in higher elevation (550-812 m) with aspects of east, west and northwest, and cluster II (three stands) was located in rather lower election (330-628 m) with aspects of north and northwest. The aspects of two clusters were not significantly different. Response-function analysis showed a significant positive response to March precipitation for both clusters. It indicates that moisture supply during early spring season is important to radial growth because the cambial growths of ring-porous species, such as Mongolian oak, start before leaf growth. Cluster II showed a positive response to the precipitation of middle and late growing season, too.

Purpose - This study focuses on "large-scale marts," which is a typical discount-based retail channel (hereinafter, DRC), and provides practical managerial implications by applying the KD-SQS service quality factor based on customers' experiential perspective by developing and applying existing service measures. Research design, data, and methodology - The research subjects include adults who have experienced "large-scale marts." The research involved SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 19.0 packages; path analysis is used to analyze structural relationships. Results - First, physical aspects, human interaction, and additional convenience aspects of service quality have statistically significant influence on service value. Second, physical aspects, human interaction, and policy have statistically influence on store loyalty. Third, service value influences store loyalty. Fourth, service guarantee adjusts the relationship between service quality, service value, and store loyalty in terms of human interaction and policy. Conclusion - Among service quality measures, improving service value through personal service needs to be prioritized, while we need to develop different methods for the service guarantee system to effectively influence service value and store loyalty.

Anger is a multi-dimensional concept ranging from feeling irritable to violent aggression. A growing body of literature suggests the relevance of sleep in regard to anger. The current study aims to review previous studies on the association between anger and diverse aspects of sleep including sleep disruption, chronotype, sleep disorders and sleep deprivation. An association between sleep and anger has been observed starting in the early stage of life, with sleep of infants or toddlers affecting emotional and behavioral aspects of anger. However, the association between anger and sleep is not clear in adolescents and might be due to the effects of psychosocial factors on both sleep and anger during adolescence. Subjective but not objective sleep disturbances of adults have been also associated with anger. Evening types showed more anger, which might be mediated by psychological characteristics or social jet lag of evening people. Increased anger has also been found in those with insomnia, sleep apnea, or experimental sleep-deprivation. Previous studies have reported that diverse sleep disturbances are related to anger. Future study assessing the various sleep or circadian indices and considering the multidimensional aspects of anger are needed.

Theories and concepts emerging in new media environment are influencing the field of current spatial design. Art and technology have always coexisted, not but they are differentiated in two parts. They show new communicational paradigm in terms of supplementary position each other. The fact that examining the expression method and the communicational structure of today's new media art will be an analytical tool which analyzes the concepts of contemporary spatial design. For this, we attempt to use the Bolter and Gusin's remediation theory as analytical tool. First of all, we consider its theoretical aspects, and then, classify them according to the creation method, and investigate the characteristics of expression according to their types. We prepared an framework of analysis using the Remediation theory and its traits. We reviewed the relations between new media and spaces concerning remediation. After researching, we could analyze the cognitive aspects between new media and spaces as immediacy, and recognize the operational aspects of visual image as hypermediacy. Through the analysis, we could recognize the traits that digital environmental simulacres, sense of telepresence, and non-linear hypermediacy etc. remediate with repeating of mediation of mediation.

Coastal cargo shipping is regarded as environmentally friendly and less costly compared to other transport modes: therefore, many developed countries endeavor to activate coastal cargo shipping. In Korea, a couple of policies are suggested for coastal cargo shipping; however, shippers' aspects seem to be neglected or not analyzed. In this regard, this study aims to identify barriers in the coastal cargo shipping, in respect to shippers' aspects. To find out the reasons shippers hesitate to use coastal cargo shipping, we made a questionnaire and surveyed. We found out some meaningful points in this study as the followings. First, the proportion of using the coastal cargo shipping is very low. Second, the shippers give weights on time and costs factor, and their preference for punctuality and stability of the transportation services is extremely high. Third, the shippers believe that improvement of the services of the coastal cargo shipping is very important in national logistics system although most do not use currently. They also believe that the success of coastal cargo shipping lies in whether it can transport the huge amount of cargos with lowest costs. Finally, the most important factor, when they choose the transport mode, is the punctuality and stability of the transportation services.

Even it's not easy to in the cycle of the change without the qualification of the data, but we can try to figure out a cycle of change in fashion as Kroeber used content analysis. As content analysis with quantitative data increases the objectivity, especially in the case of highly complex materials like s appearance, multi-directional research method; quantitative and qualitative methods are combined in this study. In this research, first the change in hair length(HL), hair width(HW), hair height(HH) was examined to find out possible cyclic aspects of change in each elements and the significant relationships among the hair style was probed and the cyclic aspects between hair style elements and skirt style elements were compared. The data was analyzed by using Time series analysis and Pearson correlation coefficients. The statistical analysis of the hair style of 20th century showed that the hair style's elements changed independently and indicated the cyclic aspects in hair style as Kroeber's fashion cycle. To consider of this result, the hair style changed in a cyclic pattern, its pattern were different from skirt style's. And as hair style's change was affected by change, the hair styles change appeared during wars and disappeared during a social stabilization; this result supports social change theory.

Presence of music in the modern game is getting bigger and bigger, and storytelling in the area of game play a leading role in many cases. Platform game is one type of action game genre. In its nature, the character and the object in a game are closely coupled, thus they have intermate relation with reactive sound system. In this study, we tried to build a effective and reactive sound system which is suitable for the storytelling of platform game. In addition, we speculated various aspects of game including psychological, musical and social aspects, finally investigating the future aspects of the game music.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept and characteristics of parody, and consider how parody was reflected in Thom Browne's collection centering on the expressive method. Thus, this study will attempt to shed new light on the creative possibility and artistic value of parody in men's fashion design. The methods are as follows. The ideas, characteristics and expressive methods that represent parody was considered by referencing various related books, papers, art critiques, etc. Based on this theoretical study, a case of Thom Browne's collection (Thom Browne menswear: 2004 S/S-2012 F/W) was observed to find types of parody, attributes and significance. Photo material was collected through websites such as www.thombrowne.com, www.style.com, etc. The type and characteristics of parody expressed in Thom Browne's collection was considered in the following aspects: imitative parody, critical parody and pastiche parody. Through such consideration, it was possible to realize the fashion designs that adapt Thom Browne's parody are very deliberate and calculative. The designs convey exaggeration, destruction of form, emphasis on discontinuity, transition into attraction, aesthetics of unfamiliarity, characteristic aspects of irrationality and contradiction. Through the study, it was possible to see Thom Browne's collection with parody adaptation shaping new creativity and broadening formative aspects in fashion design.

The main purpose of this research was to classify the contents of impulse buying of clothing products and to investigate how the impulse buying was influenced by fashion involvement, recognized brand preference, and impulsiveness. Samples were 238 college women in Seoul, Korea. The results of the research were as follows. 1. Four factors of impulse buying derived by factor analysis; F 1 'sensitive aspects of products stimulation'; F. 2 'utility aspects of products stimulation'; F. 3 'consumer situation stimulation'; F. 4 'marketing situation stimulation'. 2. Impulsiveness had a positive relation with impulse buying, fashion involvement, and recognized brand preference. Fashion involvement had a positive relation with recognized brand preference and impulse buying. 3. Impulse buying was influenced by fashion involvement and impulsiveness. The explanatory power of the 2 variables was 9.3%. 4. Fashion involvement was influenced by sensitive aspects of products stimulation, major, recognized brand preference, income, and grade. The explanatory power of the 5 variables was 23.7%. 5. Recognized brand preference was influenced by income, fashion involvement, and marketing situation stimulation. The explanatory power of the 3 variables was 11.2%.

In this paper, we attempted to theorize the multi-faceted impacts of smart work on economic activities. In this vein, we adopted socio-economic perspective which includes individual, firm, and social support aspects, and explored the variables related to the quality of life among them. First, smart work patterns are categorized as telework, mobile office, teleconferencing, and social collaboration. And relevant variables are extracted with reference to industrial cases and relevant literatures which investigated economic impacts of digital convergence. Next, with the data collected from experts, following delphi method, validation of variables and explorations of significant factors affecting quality of life were conducted by adopting stepwise regression method. The distinguishing traits of this research are two-folds. The one is the investigation of social support and quality of life aspects of smart work, which has been relatively limited in the digital convergence research field. The other is the comparative analysis of smart work advantages by distinguishing individual and firm aspects separately. The result offers useful insights for socio-economic perspective researches on digital convergence application area.
