부정기선의 선용품 보급지 결정에 관한 연구 (The Study on Decision-making for Articles for the Tramper Ship)

  • "선용품" 이라는 용어는 일반적으로 선박에서 사용되는 모든 관련 기계적 부속품과 소모성 자재를 통칭하는 용어이다. 선박은 원양을 운항하기에 긴급 상황에서 선용품에 대한 수요가 발생할 경우 긴밀하게 대응하기가 쉽지 않다. 특히, 부정기선의 경우 더욱 선용품의 보급계획을 예측하기 어려우므로 적정 보급지를 결정하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 본 연구는 각 선주사 및 선박관리업체를 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 통해 부정기선박의 보급지 결정 시 고려되는 요소와 중요도를 파악하였다. 이를 통해 각 국가별, 항만별 공급절차를 제시하였고, 이를 통해 효율적인 선용품 보급 물류 방식을 제안하였다.

신문에 나타난 간호의 이미지에 관한 연구 (The Image of Nursing projected in Newspapers)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the im-. age of nursing, that is, to see how nursing is viewed in newspapers. Articles about nursing from two Korean daily newspapers from Jan. 1, 1987 to Dec.31, 1991 were examined for subject, type, attitude and author-ship. The inter-rater reliability was 0.89(by The Holsti method). The major findings were as follows : 1. The total number of articles were 110. 2. As for the subjests matter, articles related to professional nursing activities appeared most frequently(29.6%) , there about labor issues and activity to promote nurses's job climate 19.4%, and about official activities of nursing 11.2%. 3. Commentary articles appeared most frequently(41.2%) , Other article forms were straight news(27. 1%), contribution(17.6%) and inter-views (10.6%). 4. Feature stories acounted for 62.4% and news articles for 37.6%. Most of the articles were of national interests(96.5%), the rest(3.5%) of news from abroad. 5. Articles favorable toward nursing accounted for 54.1%, neutral 28.2%, negative 17.6%. 6. Many articles were written by the reporters (66.3%).

73/78 해양오염방지협약의 개정동향과 개요 (A Study on the Recent Amendment relating to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ship, 1973/1978)

  • The International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ship, 1973, as modified by the Proto-col of 1978 relating thereto, well known as MARPOL 73/78, is probably the most important international agreement on the subject of marine pollution. The main purpose of the Convention is to reduce the total oil remaining on board vessel to minimum. MARPOL is a combination of different sets of rules on oil, chemicals, noxious substances in package forms, sewage and garbage as shown on each Annex. Since the Convention has globally set forth in 1973, it has amended so often whenever reasonable articles are requi-red by contracting states under guidelines of IMO. The amendments, for instance, have continuously perfo-rmed more than 8 times regarding articles, protocols, and five annexes because the original text was badly drafted as the control measures were expressed in general way. This paper, therefore, is intend to summa-rize a main point relating to each amendment, so that persons who have an interest in the Convention would be completely understand for practical implementation. Especially, for legislative purpose or annen-dement of domestic law, it could timely be contributable if specific consolidation and unified interpretations are followed with this paper. Consequently it is much more worth to study for preventing marine pollution from ship with tracing every moment whenever the Convention formally adopted through amending up-to-data.

문헌 조사를 통한 국내 선박 수리 작업자들의 석면 노출 특성 분석 (Ship Repair Workers' Exposure to Asbestos by a Systematic Review in Korea)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the characteristics of exposure to asbestos for ship repair workers in Korea by a systematic review. The number of articles studying asbestos exposure levels from ship repair workplaces was found to be 4. All asbestos concentration reported as either geometric mean and geometric standard deviation or ranges were transformed to arithmetic mean to estimate exposure level. In addition, weighted arithmetic means(WAMs) were calculated by weighing of the different number of samples. The WAM concentrations were 2.746 f/cc during asbestos dismantling work, 0.034 f/cc before asbestos dismantling work and 0.065 f/cc after working respectively. The maximum airborne concentration of asbestos during asbestos removal work was 7.02 f/cc which was 70 times higher than the occupational exposure limit of Korea, 0.1 f/cc. This study recommends that retrospective exposure to asbestos based on various ship types and operations should be assessed.

쇄빙선박에 작용하는 빙저항 산정을 위한 'IceView' 프로그램 개발 (Development of 'IceView' Program for Estimation of Ice Resistance on Ice-Transiting Vessels)

  • Ice resistance on ice-transiting vessels is one of th£ important issues concerning th£ design of ships with ice classes. In this study, th£ development of GUI software for estimation of ice resistance on ice-transiting vessels is discussed. lee resistance estimation equations, based on model tests and full-scale sea trial data from many previous research articles, are studied in conjunction with two ship categories i.e., ,icebreakers/supply/tug vessels and ice-strengthened cargo vessels. lee resistance estimation equations are summarized in common format and are compared with each other. The GUI software 'Ice View,' written in MS Visual Basic language, can calculate ice resistances according to varying ice thickness and ship speed. The software can provide the calculated results, with suitable tables and graphs, for easy comparison of each ice resistance estimation equation.

실습선 부산403호의 복원성 변화 (Alteration of the Stability in Training Ship Pusan 403)

  • 부산수산대학 실습선 부산403호의 내부개조 및 중량물의 철거로 인한 복원성의 변화를 측정하기 위하여 경사시험을 실시하고, 개조전과 시험시의 GM, K, GA의 값을 비교하였으며, 또한 어선 설비 등에 관한 규칙 및 IMO 규정에 비추어 복원성능을 검토하였다. 1. 경하 및 만재출항상태에서의 GZ값은 각각 0.307m 및 0.325 m 여서 복원성에는 이상이 없는 것으로 판단된다. 2. 경하상태에서는 개조전보다 GM이 0.046m 작고, KG 0.141 m 크나, 복원성에는 지장이 없는것으로 보아진다. 3. 만재출항상태에서 탱크 내 액체의 자유표면의 유동을 고려하지 않을 때는 개조전보다 GM이 0.163 m 작고 KG가 0.173 m 크나 복원성에는 지장이 없는 것으로 간주된다. 그러나 탱크 내 액체의 자유표면의 유동을 고려하면 GM 0.275m는, 어선 설비 등에 관한 규칙에서 산정한 GM의 기준치인 0.353m에 미치지 못하므로 이에 대한 보완이 필요하다고 본다.

월정교의 복원적 고찰 (Restoration Study of Woljeong-gyo)

  • According to documentary records Woljeong-gyo(stone bridge) is built in 760(Silla the 35th King Gyeongdeok 19) and used as original function until 1280(Goryeo the 25th King Chungryeol 6) as Chunyang-gyo. But in those days "Donggyeongjapgi" was published in 1669(Joseon Hyeonjong 10) we assume that it was lost its original function. There are four pier in the type of a ship with the same distance in the middle of river. We can see it is the site of bridge as parts of stonework of bridge are remained. In 1975 the abutments and piers are surveyed and in 1984 stone investigation twice and excavation three times which were to plan restoration were done. Now the restoration of abutments both ends are worked. For restoration of Woljeong-gyo studied documentary records and excavation recoeds were collected and examined. It helped to see the bridge in southern China twice to restore the bridge. Unearthed articles such as yeonham(a kind of member to support roof tiles) and giwa(roof tile) gave decisive clues to assume upper structure of the bridge and from Chinese bridges are helped to type of the bridge. It is certain Woljeong-gyo was ranggyo which means that upper structure was made with wooden members and the stone piers shaped of a ship below and near the abutments both ends another buildings were. Youngjocheok(the architectural measure) of this bridge is similar to gokcheok(the metal measure, 301.84mm) used now that the length of piers is 46choek(尺), the width of that is 9choek(尺), the length between two piers is 42choek(尺), the length between abutment and pier is 38choek(尺). Also we can see that entirely the length of the bridge is 210choek(尺), width is 40choek(尺).

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze research on mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relation-ship. Also this study is the preliminary research for more scientific and wider studies on the mother-in-law an daughter-in-law relationship. For the analysis 39 articles which had been published from 1963 to 1991 were investigated by research contents research method and research findings. by research contents research method and research findings The main results are as follows: 1) Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationship researches are mostly analyzed the causes of conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law of conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. 2) Research method used is almost the survey research 3) It is difficult to generalize the research findings because of the unexquisiteness of methode-logy and the difference of the subject.

쇄빙선 및 쇄빙상선에 대한 빙저항 추정식과 실측자료의 비교 분석 (A Comparative Study of Ice Resistance Estimation Equations with Measured Data for Icebreakers and Ice-Strengthened Cargo Vessels)

  • Ice resistance estimation equations based on model tests and full-scale sea trial data from many previous research articles are studied. Measured ice resistance data and its empirical/semi-empirical estimation equations are summarized in common format and are compared with each other, considering three ship categories, i.e, icebreakers, tug/supply vessels, ice-strengthened cargo vessels. The most suitable estimation methods or prediction equations are recommended based on this ice resistance data analysis.

해상교통안전진단 사후관리제도의 도입 및 제도개선에 관한 고찰 (A Study on Adopting an Ex Post Facto Management System and Reforming the Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme)

  • 해상교통안전진단제도는 연안에서 선박의 항행에 영향을 미치는 각종 해상사업으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 위험요인을 전문적으로 조사 측정 평가하기 위해 2009년에 법제화된 이후에 제도 발전에 관한 여러 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 이러한 연구결과를 분석하여 현제도의 미비점을 색인한 결과, 안전진단 결과에 따라 해상사업이 수행되었는지 검증하기 위한 절차와 안전진단의 주요 과정 중 하나인 선박조종 시뮬레이션의 정확성을 검증하기 위한 사후관리 관련 규정이 미흡했다. 사후관리제도 도입 필요성이 드러남에 따라 법령화된 유사 제도인 환경영향평가제도와 도로교통안전진단제도의 법체계를 분석하였다. 그리고 해상교통분야의 미비점을 개선하기 위한 법령안을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 본 고의 법령안은 진단의 정확도를 검증하고 진단결과의 이행을 담보함으로써 해상사업과 관련된 잠재적 위험요인을 제거하고 해상교통안전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
