After the crisis of foreign troubles, various researchers are analyzing the causes of IMF stand-by arrangement in their own ways. But, most research have been lacking in covering the overall aspects of the causes which IMF stand-by arrangement results from. This paper extracts the reasons of IMF stand-by arrangement using Mind Mapping methods and intends to draw up cause ＆ effect map.

The study aims at bringing to the attentions of Korean librarians the ways and means with government publications, which had hardly been brought to the scene yet. It deals with the characteristics of archives and the nature of an archival arrangement based on 'the principle of provenance' ; the characteristics of government publications in relation to the adequacy of an archival arrangement; the three major devices in use for organizing government publications; and introduction to two sample classification systems. The study concludes with a notion that a vast reservoir of information sources(government publications) should be tapped and put to the use of researchers without delays inherent in library processing. It advocates an archival arrangement for economy and efficiency.

Recently, Rural village of japan are enlarging and enriching the service of health, medical and welfare facilities for the elderly. Concentrated arrangement of the three types of facilities is one of the effective ways especially for the small-scale local governments. This paper focus on a questionnaire survey of employees who work in the facilities to evaluate service network. Using this survey data, it is used to make a plan of intensive arrangement. As a result, their satisfaction with concentrated arrangement was considerable high. In particular, they expressed satisfaction with service network between Medical and Welfare. Due to increasing outpatients, the concentrated arrangement has contributed to hospital funds and given emotional security to the aged in welfare facilities. In order to promote service network effect, there are many opinions that management of health facilities(local governments) is needed.

The flat-ways spinned cocoon was prepared from the silkworm using flat and circular type cocooning frame. The spinning rate of the silkworm was 76.9% compared to the normal mounted silkworm. The arrangement of cocoon baves of the flat-ways spinned cocoon was more linear than the normal cocoon which is curved. To maintain the size-stability of the flat-ways spinned cocoon, degumming process was treated with enzymes. These flat-ways spinned cocoons could be used as padding materials for the thermal insulations and decoration uses for the traditional fan which the silkworms are mounted directly on the fan frame.

Recently, the small-scale local governments of japan are enlarging and enriching the service of health, medical and welfare facilities for the elderly . Intensive arrangement of the three types of facilities is one of the effective ways especially for the small-scale local governments. The service network between facilities benefits by the intensive arrangement. Benefits include the network of the medical service, the share of care information, the share of space and equipment. It can be a notable feature in the intensive arrangement that the elderly were taken from welfare facilities (especially dayscare center) to hospital of high movement frequency quickly. Instead of EV path as possible, It is desirable to stand close between facilities of high movement frequency. For large area, the heavy snow made low daycare ratio. Therefore, it is desirable to construct a branch office at a long distance.

This Paper focuses on discusing how to select, arrange and evaluate furniture and how to estimate the space of the living room.In this Paper, the size of the living room was manipulated in 3 . ways;66-95.7m2, 99-128.7 m2 and more of 132 m2.The major findings are as follows:1) The subjects in the larger size select or arrange furniture more diversely and show the higher satisfactory level for the arrangement of furniture than those in the smaller ,size do.2) The subjects in the smaller size shows the conflict between their plan for the furniture \ulcorner arrangement and their evaluation for the arranged furniture.3) The variables affecting the estimation of the living room are the arrangement, the color, the number and tile design of furniture.4) Five dimensions(activity, evaluation luxry, plenty and openness)are extracted by factor analysis.

This study is intended to examine the existing condition of records and archives management and seek its improvement and progress on a concrete model of Daejon Diocese as a kind of case study, because it is necessary to recognize the importance of records and archives management and to develop the records and archives management system. Daejon Diocese which has the catholic jurisdiction covering the areas of Daejon city and Chung Cheong Nam - Do province, celebrated the 40th anniversary of the diocese in 1998. At that, time, the authority of Daejon Diocese claimed to establish its church history institution and to plan the publication of "40 years history of Daejon Diocese". However, its publication could not be achieved until now for several reasons. Since my search for the cause of this situation, I immediately recognized that the lack of materials might be a common condition in almost all of the associations, especially with respect to management, preservation and access of the records and archives. The records in the archival repository of Daejon Diocese have been considerably lost because of the past intemperate destruction and these records have just piled for long time without any reasonable disposal programme. Therefore, in these poor conditions, it is inevitable to delay the publication of "40 years history of Daejon Diocese." This thesis deals with the archival arrangement and the ways of improvement by means of studying the records and archives management, as the essential issues. The archival arrangement based on the principle of provenance, the date of creation, and form division. The methods of improvement include the preservation environment, the scope of archives, archival staff, disposal and so on. Records have the legal and social value after being produced and they can remain as historical and cultural inheritances under the excellent condition of management and preservation. However, in examining the case of the management and preservation of records and archives in Daejon Diocese, I understand that it will need considerable time, man power, and financial cost in order to maintain the desirable level of records and archives management system Therefore, it is a important step for Catholic Daejon to recognize the necessity of the change over records and archives management.

본고는 청동기시대의 함정유구를 대상으로 입지, 배치, 내부구조, 형태 등을 분석한 후 유형을 설정하고, 유형화된 함정에 대해 검토해보고자 작성되었다. 함정유구를 분석한 결과, A~C 세 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 그리고 문헌, 민족지적 사례, 발굴조사 자료를 참조하여 유형별 함정의 사냥방법, 설치목적, 성격에 대해 검토하였다. A유형은 소규모로 이루어지는 고정적인 사냥방법으로 단순히 생업을 위해 설치되었다. 그러나 B유형은 조직적이고 집단적으로 행해지는 몰이식 사냥방법으로 부족한 식량을 조달하기 위하여 행해지지만, 대규모 수렵을 통한 전술 연마로 전쟁 수행 능력을 향상시키거나 공동체의 협동을 통하여 집단 조직력을 강화하기도 한다. C유형의 수렵함정은 적으로부터의 침입을 막기 위한 방어적 목적, 마을 내의 사람과 가축을 보호하기 위한 목적, 그리고 최근 발굴조사 자료에 기초하여 마을과는 떨어진 농경지를 보호하기 위한 목적 등 크게 세 가지로 유추하였다. 이상으로 청동기시대는 농경 생산성이 확대되고 수장이 출현하는 등 사회 경제적 분화가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 사회적 변화와 더불어 함정유구 또한 구조, 목적, 성격 등에 따라 다양한 형태의 함정이 본격적으로 설치, 확산되는 것으로 파악하였다.

본 연구는 쉴드터널 공사시 사용되는 사다리꼴 세그먼트라이닝의 배열방법에 관한 것이다. 사다리꼴 세그먼트라이닝은 공장에서 기제작된 Taper를 가진 콘크리트 세그먼트를 터널내에 반입과 동시에 조립하므로써 형성되는데, 이렇게 형성된 사다리꼴 세그먼트라이닝은 회전조립시 Taper량의 계산에 의하여 단 한가지 타입으로 다양한 터널노선에 맞는 배열을 가능하게 하므로 세그먼트에 의한 터널시공시 가장 효율적인 공법이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 사다리꼴 세그먼트라이닝의 설계제원 및 터널 노선의 선형(직선 혹은 곡선)의 조건을 분석하여 터널선형에 맞는 배열방법을 고안하고 실제 터널내에서 작업자가 활용할 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 제작하여 자동으로 배열순서를 결정하는 원리에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.또한,가변하는 실제 터널내에서 작업자가 세그먼트라이닝의 배치상태를 측정한 값이 컴퓨터 프로그램에서 계산된 결과와 상이할 때 작업자는 측정한 데이터를 컴퓨터 프로그램에 입력하여 프로그램의 계산상태를 실제 세그먼트 조립상태로 일치시킨 후, 다음 세그먼트라이닝의 배열자료로 사용하여 연속된 작업이 되도록 하는 방법을 제공하는 것이 본 연구의 기술적 요지이다.

Multinational Enterprises set the prices for transactions between affiliates based principally on their global interest. But the customs authority in Korea wants to set the arm's length price as high as possible to get higher dutiable value for customs purpose, while the internal tax authority in Korea prefers lower arm's length price to get higher value for corporation tax purpose by cutting costs. Problem caused by the inconsistent valuation methods on the same imported goods of the two tax authorities is the single most important tax issue facing multinational enterprises. In the meantime, the customs authority in Korea has thought that it is a universal trend worldwide for the Customs and Internal tax authorities to adopt different methods of valuation on transfer prices between related parties, so KCS couldn't accept APA prices. But the internal tax authority in Korea has taken the initiative in APA program so NTS provided taxpayer with safe-harbor. Recently, KCS created the Advance Customs Valuation Arrangement(ACVA) provisions in the 2008 revision bill of the Customs Act through benchmarking APAs program. Can APAs work for customs? Neither WCO or OECD presents any recommendation on the integration of the valuation methods, but calls for close cooperation between two authorities, which still leaves taxpayers very unstable. We will start to seek ways to integrate the customs valuation and transfer pricing in this study.
