  • Non-face-to-face real name verification policy that financial authorities announced, in order to secure a face-to-face or more of accuracy, are in principle of multi check. The business model and legal entities of Internet banks is different from existing Internet banking. Relpacing real name verification from face-to-facd to non-face-to-face while maintaining the structure of identification can not only cause inconvenience to a first time member, but also can be more vulnerable to verious security risks. In this study, to evaluate a service level of a bank of the Internet, and provide an improved identification of the structure such that the registration and use of differentiated services is performed in accordance with the evaluation. In addition, the security that may occur with respect to Bank of the Internet to establish a vulnerability and attack model, the results of the analysis of the safety of the step-by-step security attributes and services of the authentication medium of each attack model, existing the safer than Internet banking, confirmed the usefulness in user registration guide.

Axial Loading Behaviors of Square Concrete-Filled Tubular Columns with Large Width-to-Thickness Ratio Retrofitted using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Sheets(CFRP Sheets) (탄소섬유쉬트(CFRP Sheets)로 보강된 폭두께비가 큰 콘크리트 충전 각형강관 기둥의 중심축하중거동)

  • This paper presents the experimental results of behavior of square CFT columns with large the width-ro thickness ratio strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) sheets subjected to concentrated axial loading. The main parameters were b/t ratio and the number of CFRP layers and 6 specimens were fabricated. The values of b/t were ranged from 60 to 100. From the tests, Maximum increase of 16% was also achieved in axial-load capacity with three transverse layered CFRP applied on four sides of steel tubes. The load capacity decreased up to 41% comparing with nominal load capacity of unstrengthened CFT column. However, for CFRP strengthened CFT, the load capacity decreased up to 32%. Finally, from the load-strain relationships, the local buckling occurred before yield point of steel tubes. Also, from the load-strain relationships, it was observed that local buckling were delayed on CFT columns by CFRP sheets retrofitting.

  • To increase the stevedore efficiency and service level at container terminal, it is essential to reduce working time of container crane which has a bottle neck in the logistic flow of container. The working speed and safety are required to be improved by controlling the movement of the trolley as quick as possible without big overshoot and any residual swing motion of container in the vicinity of target position.   • Green Frame was developed to embody a Green structural system that can provide long life, resource reduction, and availability of remodeling in apartment buildings. Composite precast concrete column and beam, the major structural material of Green Frame, can be installed precisely and promptly through connection of steels and concrete. The connection of Green Frame can be divided into four types, based on the method and characteristics of connection. To select an appropriate type for the site, a comparative analysis of the four types is necessary. The objective of this study is to compare the duration, cost, quality, and safety of four types. The findings of this study can be applied during the selection that appropriate composite precast concrete column reflected project characteristics in design phase.

Passenger Ship Evacuation Simulation Considering External Forces due to the Inclination of Damaged Ship (손상 선박의 자세를 고려한 여객선 승객 탈출 시뮬레이션)

  • This paper presents a simulation for passenger ship evacuation considering the inclination of a ship. In order to describe a passenger's behavior in an evacuation situation, a passenger is modeled as a rigid body which translates in the horizontal plane and rotates along the vertical axis. The position and rotation angle of a passenger are calculated by solving the dynamic equations of motions at each time step. To calculate inclined angle of damaged ship, static equilibrium equations of damaged ship are derived using "added weight method". Using these equations, physical external forces due to the inclination of a ship act on the body of each passenger. The crowd behavior of the passenger is considered as the flock behavior, a form of collective behavior of a large number of interacting passengers with a common group objective. Passengers can also avoid an obstacle due to penalty forces acting on their body. With the passenger model and forces acting on its body, the test problems in International Maritime Organization, Maritime Safety Committee/Circulation 1238(IMO MSC/Circ.1238) are implemented and the effects of ship's inclination on the evacuation time are confirmed.

Experimental seismic behaviour of L-CFST column to H-beam connections

  • In this study, the seismic performance of the connections between L-shaped columns composed of concrete-filled steel tubes (L-CFST columns) and H-beams used in high-rise steel frame structures was investigated. Seven full-scale specimens were tested under quasi-static cyclic loading. The variables studied in the tests included the joint type, the axial compression ratio, the presence of concrete, the width-to-thickness ratio and the internal extension length of the side plates. The hysteretic response, strength degradation, stiffness degradation, ductility, plastic rotation capacity, energy dissipation capacity and the strain distribution were evaluated at different load cycles. The test results indicated that both the corner and exterior joint specimens failed due to local buckling and crack within the beam flange adjacent to the end of the side plates. However, the failure modes of the interior joint specimens primarily included local buckling and crack at the end plates and curved corners of the beam flange. A design method was proposed for the flexural capacity of the end plate connection in the interior joint. Good agreement was observed between the theoretical and test results of both the yield and ultimate flexural capacity of the end plate connection.

  • To operate a large structure or a high-rise building, elevator is essential. Nevertheless, elevator breakdowns or accidents have been consistently reported. When the accidents are not serious, the records are not reported and cumulated in the Korea Elevator Safety Agency. Additionally, in case of replacement or repair of the parts of elevator, conflicts about the person responsible for the expense of the replacement or repair are frequently occurred. However the record of accidents is not decreasing and the conflict about the fund of elevator repair is serious. So, it is needed to reduce the elevator accidents or malfunction, the operation stop of the elevator, the conflict between building owners and users. Therefore, in this study, the elevator maintenance procedures during defect liability period, the notification procedure in case of breakdown or accident elevator, the direction of elevator maintenance contracts, the direction of the elevator inspection were suggested.

Behavior and Strength of Rib Stiffened SC Wall-slab Connection (리브 보강된 SC구조 벽-바닥 접합부의 거동 및 내력 평가)

  • Until now, wall-slab plate of steel plate concrete has been constructed by joint. But, the shear plate has problems in the workability as well as structural integrity. This study investigates the behavior and strength of rib stiffened SC wall-slab connection. Seven prototype specimens of wall-slab connections were fabricated and tested. the structural safety of the specimens was confirmed through the monotonic loading test. Based on the experimental observations, this study propose the strength formula of the joint was proposed. To enhance the reliability of the proposed strength formula, analytical verification was performed through inelastic finite element analysis. Effect of parameters, such as, load point, friction coefficient, on the joint strength was examined. The proposed formula yields a conservative value for most cases.

Driving Assist System using Semantic Segmentation based on Deep Learning (딥러닝 기반의 의미론적 영상 분할을 이용한 주행 보조 시스템)

  • Conventional lane detection algorithms have problems in that the detection rate is lowered in road environments having a large change in curvature and illumination. The probabilistic Hough transform method has low lane detection rate since it exploits edges and restrictive angles. On the other hand, the method using a sliding window can detect a curved lane as the lane is detected by dividing the image into windows. However, the detection rate of this method is affected by road slopes because it uses affine transformation. In order to detect lanes robustly and avoid obstacles, we propose driving assist system using semantic segmentation based on deep learning. The architecture for segmentation is SegNet based on VGG-16. The semantic image segmentation feature can be used to calculate safety space and predict collisions so that we control a vehicle using adaptive-MPC to avoid objects and keep lanes. Simulation results with CARLA show that the proposed algorithm detects lanes robustly and avoids unknown obstacles in front of vehicle.

Satisfaction and Effect of the Environment Interpretation Program in the Zoo (동물원 환경해설프로그램의 만족도 및 효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study was analyzed the relationship of the satisfaction level and the 5 animal interpretation programs effect and the change of recognition by survey by questionnaire. As a result of this study, participants were generally satisfied the programs but, the item of participants manner had a little bit lower satisfaction relatively. In the item of safety, parents group had more anxiety. The total satisfaction was different among each program, but they were little different in the contents. Last, all programs were positively affected to the participants of the function of zoo. As this study, we verified the interpretation program can used as mediator for deliver the information of zoo such as education, research etc. So the interpretation program needed to stimulate in the zoo.
