We have fabricated the diffractive optical head(DOH) for optical pick up, which one adaptable to a optical recoding information storage. DOH consists of a focusing grating coupler(FGC) and a solid immersion Jens(SIL). FGC is device that the light converge into a focus by surface lattice. FGC have been studied as a potential application of pick up head for the information storage. In this study, FGC was designed and fabricated to make focus near to possible diffraction limit. We also fabricated recording head combined with SIL. The focus was measured in the range of $1.1{\mu}m$ as near to possible diffraction limit in the FGC having a focusing length of $600{\mu}m$ and a lattice area of 500 * $500{\mu}m$.

Nowadays, as the traffic volume is higher, the more pavement are expanded and constructed. In korea, the most of the pavement system were covered with an asphaltic concrete or portland cement concrete, so it need the new system of pavement to protect the natural environments. The objectives of this study are to investigate properties and applications of soilcrete using FGC soil stabilizer and then to evaluate the benefits to be gained by soilcrete pavement, when a pavement system of existing are replaced by soilcrete. for example, environmental advantages, cost savings, ultimately.

The model of family decision-making in child protection has been widely discussed and adopted in many countries. The purpose of this study was to introduce the model and, then, investigate whether this process is applicable in child care and protection services in Korea. The main goal in the study has been to explore the philosophical and practical foundations of the family involvement approach in decision-making and describe the international applications of the model. Family group conferencing, originally developed and enacted in New Zealand, has been critically examined. The potential contributions of the study may include seeking a more effective intervention for child protection through determining whether the model is appropriate or desirable in issues of philosophy, practice and policy within the Korean culture.
