수용가 수요관리용 전지전력저장시스템의 최적용량 산정방법 (Optimal Capacity Determination Method of Battery Energy Storage System for Demand Management of Electricity Customer)

  • The paper proposes an optimal sizing method of a customer's battery energy storage system (BESS) which aims at managing the electricity demand of the customer to minimize electricity cost under the time of use(TOU) pricing. Peak load limit of the customer and charging and discharging schedules of the BESS are optimized on annual basis to minimize annual electricity cost, which consists of peak load related basic cost and actual usage cost. The optimal scheduling is used to assess the maximum cost savings for all sets of candidate capacities of BESS. An optimal size of BESS is determined from the cost saving curves via capacity of BESS. Case study uses real data from an apartment-type factory customer and shows how the proposed method can be employed to optimally design the size of BESS for customer demand management.

  • The demand of ubiquitous home network system is rapidly increasing in Korea as each construction enterprise makes a huge effort to introduce it to apartment complex. However, the design of home network system is rather technology oriented than the customer focused. Lack of knowledge about customer needs is an obstacle in spreading the ubiquitous home network system to the market regardless of technology development. In this paper, we propose a HCSI(customer satisfaction index for home network system) using an SEM(structural equation model) where structural relationship among several factors influential on users' satisfaction is considered. This model enables to calculate the satisfaction index for target customer group so that one can provide necessary feedback information for improvement of the home network system used for each group.

국내 고층 주상복합 건물의 구조적 특성에 관한 조사 연구 (An Investigative Study on the Structural Characteristics of High-Rise Complexes in Korea)

  • Recently, the interest in a complex building increases rapidly in Korea. High-rise complex is not simply the combination of a residential apartment and a business office as previous but a building with the object of the convenience of the residents familiar with city-life style through adapting the high class life style and new residential culture to the business space, and the efficiency in using the limited building site in the town. This study presents an exploratory analysis focusing the structural system with the help of the extensive survey of the construction site in Korea, and aims a guideline for the structural design and construction of high rise complex. Through the survey, change and development in the design and the construction can be seen as the height and size of the complex grow. It is almost indispensable to design a structural system against lateral forces like earthquake or wind, which is usually measured by story drift ratio or story displacement. Improvement of the structural materials and their usages is also included for the efficiency of the structural system. Useful slab-beam system contributing to the decrease of the story height is still a concern.

  • Best value is the ultimate goal of the owner and can thus have diverse meanings according to the project characteristic, owner's purpose, user groups' payment capability, etc.. Recently, resettlement problems of the marginalized members in the urban regeneration area have been issued in Korea because they have no capability to purchase (or lease) redeveloped housing (or apartment). It means that a minimized production cost for reducing supply price of housing is a key factor in establishing the best value of the marginalized members. The lowest-price bidding system serves the purpose of ensuring a minimized production cost, but due to the low-cost investments, it creates various problems, such as sloppy construction, lowered quality, an increased LCC, and worsening profitability for builders. Thus, to help them resettle, it is necessary to supply affordable housing geared towards a certain appropriate quality and minimum construction costs. Towards this end, this study aimed to propose a cost reduction bidding system based on a technical proposal. The proposed technical-proposal-based cost reduction bidding system consists of the following components: work-unit-based, project-unit-based, and construction-period-reducing technical proposals. These components are evaluated to select the best bidder for a given project. The technical proposal based cost reduction bidding system proposed herein is expected to provide facilities with appropriate supply prices and appropriate quality levels, to bolster the technological competitiveness of builders.

갈등지수 산정에 의한 사업기간 및 비용 예측 - 공동주택 재건축사업을 중심으로 - (Estimate the Period and Cost of Projects by Estimating the Conflict Index - Concentrated on the Apartment Reconstruction Project -)

  • 공동주택 재건축사업은 주거환경개선 및 신규 주택공급이라는 도시 계획적 순기능을 가지고 있지만, 원주민의 재정착 실패 및 소득 재분배 실패, 부동산투기, 주택가격의 급상승, 사업주체간의 갈등, 제도 미비 등 복합적인 요인에 의하여 사업 의도가 왜곡되고 재건축사업의 추진이 원활히 진행되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 재건축사업 주체간의 갈등은 사소한 갈등이 확산되어 분쟁과 소송으로 이어지며, 그 결과 재건축사업이 원활히 추진되지 못하게 되어 사업기간과 비용을 증가시키거나 중단되는 경우가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문은 재건축사업의 역기능 중 사업주체간의 갈등을 예방하고 해결하기 위한 노력으로 재건축사업 추진과정을 중심으로 갈등지수를 산정하고 갈등지수를 이용하여 재건축사업의 기간과 비용을 예측하고자 한다. 갈등지수는 재건축사업의 주체간의 갈등요인을 중심으로 신정하며, 갈등지수를 포함한 여러 가지 독립변수를 이용하여 재건축사업의 기간과 비용을 예측한다. 또한 갈등지수의 산정과 사업기간 및 비용 예측을 통하여 사업주체간의 분쟁과 경제적 손실을 최소화 하고 성공적인 재건축사업의 추진에 기여할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the water quantity of the rainwater detention system based on the Planning Simulation in Residential Areas. The contents of this research consists of two main parts. The first part is to calculate the supply water quantity of the rainwater detention system and the demand water quantity of the Wonheungs' ecological park. The second part is to analyze the difference between demand and supply of water quantity, based on the Planning Simulation, in the rainwater detention system. This research will contribute to the establishment of the environment-friendly site planning methods which increase the quality of residential environment in apartment housing.

건설 공사의 안전성 향상을 위한 충돌방지형 시스템 플라잉넷의 개발 (Development of a Systemized Flying Net for Safety Improvement in Architectural Building Construction)

  • 건축공사에서는 고층 건축물 신축시 노무자의 추락 예방 및 낙하물에 의한 부상을 방지하기 위해 건축물의 수직면에 매 10m 이내로 낙하물 방지망을 설치하도록 규정하고 있다. 첫 단 이후 설치되는 낙하물 방지망인 플라잉넷은 지상 8m 이상에서 설치 및 해제 작업이 진행되므로 노무자의 작은 실수가 사망 사고와 직결되는 매우 위험한 작업이다. 최근 건설 업체에서는 플라잉넷 설치 빚 해제작업의 위험성을 인식하여 다양한 형태의 플라잉넷을 개발하여 사용하고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 개발된 플라잉넷은 옥외작업 및 구조상의 문제로 인해 노무자의 추락 낙하 등 안전상의 문제점을 지니고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 선행연구에 있어 최적 대안으로 선정된 충돌방지형 시스템 플라잉 넷의 프로토타입을 실물(Full-scale)제작하고, 현장실험을 통해 기존 재래식 방식 대비 제안된 충돌방지형 시스템 플라잉넷의 안전성, 생산성, 작업 편의성, 경제성 측면에서의 성능을 분석하는 것이다. 또한 현장실험을 통해 도출된 충돌방지형 시스템 플라잉넷의 문제점에 대한 개선방안(부재 경량화, 지지대 및 브라켓의 안정성 확보, 작업 간섭 방지)을 제시하고자 한다.

건설공사 현장 안전관리 인적 체계 효율성 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Efficiency Improvement of the Safety Management Personnel System in Construction Site)

  • Safety accidents, which are called industrial accidents in construction work, are often caused by unstable physical and personal conditions combined during preparation and execution of work. It is difficult to manage all the construction works, but especially in the field of apartment construction work, complex and many kinds of works are being carried out at the same time. In the current construction, safety regulations such as safety management guidelines are generally well maintained, but the execution of manpower resources that can fulfill them is limited, and it is difficult to reduce the accident rate and loss cost. Therefore, in this study, it is a reality that most of the types of construction work are under contruction by subcontracting contract, so they are limit by methods of manual maintenance and safety education. Currently, the subcontractor is also allowed to perform safety management through the composition of the safety management review body, but it is operated formally. So alternatives to this were studied. As a result, safety accidents occur in the subcontractor's worker due to vertical integration, which is characteristic of the construction industry, together to the contractor, the safety management system is based on a safety construction system in which a worker who has a certain qualification condition such as career experience of the work type, work understanding of the work type, and management experience of the work type among the subcontractor, when we manage based on mutual personality which is the personality of interpersonal relationship that can communicate with each other by work type, process and grouping, it is concluded that effective and practical safety management can be achieved to reduce the accident rate and loss cost.

지급자재 조달관리부담 평가에 기초한 중소기업 공사용자재 직접구매제도 대응방안: 공공아파트를 공급하는 발주자를 중심으로 (Developing Response Plan for the Direct Buying System for SME's Construction Materials based on the Analysis of Material Procurement Management Load: Focused on the Owner Providing Public Apartment Housing)

  • 중소기업청은 일정규모 이상의 공공건설사업에 대해 일반공사와 의무적으로 분리하여 직접 구매해야 하는 123개 공사용자재 제품군을 지정하고, 법에서 정한 바에 따라 발주기관이 자재를 직접 구매하여 수급인에게 공급하도록 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공사용자재 직접구매제도 하에서 공공아파트 건설 현장에 투입되는 지급자재가 지니는 다양한 특성과 관리요인을 발주자 입장에서 종합적으로 고려하여, 주요관리대상 자재를 파악하고, 자재 조달 프로세스를 기반으로 이들에 대한 적정 관리 방안을 제시하였다. 즉, 조달경로, 현장특화정도, 입주자 요구수준, 업체 책임범위, 납품분할정도, 현장작업 요구도, 부속자재 필요도, 검수조건 등 지급자재가 가지는 주요 관리요인을 적용하여 공공아파트 건설사업에 적용되는 43개 직접 구매 대상품목의 조달관리부담을 평가한 결과, 상대적으로 높은 조달관리노력이 요구되는 주요관리대상그룹에는 목재창호, 알루미늄창호, 승강기, 목재마루재, 레미콘, 타일, 합성수지창호가 포함되었고, 그 중 알루미늄창호와 타일은 집중관리대상으로 분류되었다. 나아가 직접구매제도의 영향에 따른 집중관리대상 자재에 대한 대응방안은 발주자 입장에서 실태, 문제점, 관리측면의 주요 고려사항을 반영하여 작성하였으며, 실질적 수량 산출, 명확한 발주세부조건 정비, 생산 전후 활동 활성화, 하자보수 물량 확보, 공종별 간섭 사전 협의 및 해소 등이 필수적인 관리활동으로 나타났다.

실내거주자 건강 관리를 위한 IoT기반 실내정원용 IAQ지수 개발 (Development of an IAQ Index for Indoor Garden Based IoT Applications for Residents' Health Management)

  • Objectives: In this study, we started to develop an indoor garden integrated IoT solution based on IAQ (indoor air quality) and interconnection with an environmental database for smart management of indoor gardens. The purpose of this study was to develop and apply an integrated solution for customized air purification from an indoor garden through big data analysis using IoT technology. Methods: An IoT-based IAQ monitoring system was established in three households within a new apartment building. Based on real-time and long-term data collected, $PM_{2.5}$, $CO_2$, temperature, and humidity changes were compared to those of indoor garden applications and the analyzed results were indexed. Results As a result of the installation, all three households had no results exceeding the standard for indoor air pollution on average $PM_{2.5}$ and $CO_2$ indices. In the case of indoor garden installation, the IAQ index increased to the "Good" section after the installation, and readings in the "Bad" section shown before the installation disappeared. The comfort index also did not dip into the "Uncomfortable" section, where it had been preinstallation, and significantly lowered the average score from "Uncomfortable for sensitive groups" to "Good". Overall, the IAQ composite index for the generation of installations decreased the "Good" interval, but "Bad" did not appear. Conclusions In this study on developing an integrated solution for IAQ based on IoT indoor gardens, big data was analyzed to determine IAQ and comfort indexes and an IAQ composite index. Through this process, it became understood that it is necessary to monitor IAQ based on IoT.
