장기간 다른 강도의 운동이 항산화 효소의 활성도와 지질 과산화에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Long-term Exercise of Different Intensity on the Activation of Antioxidation Enzyme and Lipid Peroxidation)

  • This study was to investigate the effect of 10th weeks Exercise of Different Intensity on the activation of antioxidation enzyme and lipid peroxidation. 15 subjects were divided into the 65$\%$ running exercise(EG; 5), 85$\%$ running exercise(EG: 5), and the control(CG: 5) groups. The exercise group had 10 week of running exercise 4 times a week with ACSM(1995) protocol, 65$\%$ of HRmax from the beginning to 5th week, 85$\%$ of HRmax from 6th to 10th week. The subjects had 60 min exercise for each day. After extracting the blood sample, the activation of antioxidation enzyme and lipid peroxidation were compared between the groups. The one way ANOVA was conducted about pretest, 5th week, and 10th week of the subject data. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. The 65$\%$ exercise group showed the significantly greater increase in the activation of SOD after 10 weeks for the rest and all-out exercise. (p < .05). 2. The 65$\%$ exercise group displayed the significantly higher increase in the activation of CAT after 10th weeks for the rest exercise. (p < .05). 3. The 65$\%$ exercise group had the significantly greater decrease in the activation of MDA after 10 weeks for the all-out exercise. (p < .05).

장기간의 지구성 훈련시 항산화 Vitamin 복합 투여가 혈중 항산화 효소 활성도, 지질 과산화 및 지단백 대사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Long-term Endurance training and Antioxidant Combined Vitamin Supplementation on blood Antioxidant Enzymes Activity, Lipid Peroxidation and Lipoprotein metabolism)

  • This study was to investigate the effect of long-term high intensity endurance training on the activation of antioxidation enzyme activity, lipid peroxidation and lipoprotein metabolism. 15 subjects were divided into, endurance exercise + antioxidation Vitamin supplement(n=5), endurance exercise(n=5), and the control(n=5) groups. The endurance exercise groups(endurance exercise + antioxidation Vitamin supplement and endurance exercise) had 12 week of endurance exercise program. The antioxidation Vitamin supplement group was taken a Vitamin C tablet with 1000mg/day and Vitamin E tablet with 671.14mg/day right after lunch. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. Looking at the changes of SOD, Endurance exercise+antioxidation Vitamin supplement group and endurance exercise groups showed the significantly greater decrease in the activation of SOD after 12 weeks of all-out exercise. 2. Looking at the changes of CAT, Endurance exercise+antioxidation Vitamin supplement group revealed subjects tended to increase CAT after all-out exercise although statistically non-significant. Endurance exercise+antioxidation Vitamin supplement group showed the significantly greater increase in the activation of CAT after 12 weeks treatment for all-out exercise. 3. Looking at the changes of GPX, Endurance exercise+antioxidation Vitamin supplement group revealed subjects tended to increase GPX for the rest and after all-out exercise although statistically non-significant. Endurance exercise+antioxidation Vitamin supplement group showed the significantly greater increase in the activation of GPX after 12 weeks treatment for all-out exercise. 4. The MDA change showed the significant decrease after 6 weeks, after 12 weeks for the all-out exercise of Endurance exercise + antioxidation Vitamin supplement group. 5. There was non-significant change in lipoprotein metabolism for the rest and after all-out exercise.

Tocopherol과 Ascorbate 투여가 사염화탄소로 유도한 흰쥐의 효소활성 및 항산화적용에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Tocopherol and Ascorbate on the Enzyme Activity and Antioxidation in $CCl_4$ Induced Rats)

  • The enzyme activities and antioxidative of tocopherol and ascorbate were investigated at the levels of liver, kidney homogenates and sera of SD-rats intoxicated with tetrachlorocarbon$CCl_4$. GOT and GPT activities of sera in the $CCl_4$ group were 3, 6 times increased compared to normal group. But they tended to decrease significantly in tocopherol and ascorbate administered group. As for BUN and total cholesterol they were the same. HDL-cholesterol in the $CCl_4$group was 42% decreased compared to normal group. HDL-cholesterol was about 26% increased in the tocopherol group and tocopherol ascorbate group compared to $CCl_4$ group. MDA and SOD activities in the liver and the kidney tissue homogenates were significantly increased in $CCl_4$ group compared to normal group. But they were decreased significantly in the tocopherol group and tocopherol-ascorbate group compared to $CCl_4$ group. In view of this study tocopherol and ascorbated were ascorbate were effective on the detoxication of liver and kidney injury.

흰쥐의 간(肝) 조직(組織)에서 녹용(鹿茸) 약침(藥針) 제제(製劑)의 항산화작용(抗酸化作用)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Effects of Cervus elaphus for herb-acupuncture solution on Antioxidation in Rat‘s liver)

  • Cervus elaphus for herb-acupuncture solution(CEHAS) was tested for the effects of free radical generating enzyme and lipid peroxidation in rat's liver. In vitro, levels of lipid peroxide in tissues of liver were proportionally decreased to concentration of CEHAS. They were much more decreased. when lipid peroxidation was induced with ferrous iron $(Fe^{-2})$. Also, enzyme activities of xanthine oxidase were decreased. The ratio of type conversion of xanthine oxidase was lowered, too. But, here was not special changes on enzyme activities of aldehyde oxidase. These results suggest that CEHAS decrease the activities of free radical generating enzymes such as xanthine oxidase which form lipid peroxide.

  • Cervus elaphus for herb-acupuncture solution (CEHAS) was tested for the effects of free radical generating enzyme and lipid peroxidation in rat's kidney. In vitro, levels of lipid peroxide in tissues of kidney were proportionally decreased to concentration of extracts prepared from CEHAS. They were much more decreased, when lipid peroxidation was induced with ferrous iron (FeII). Also, enzyme activities of xinthine oxidase were decreased. The ratio of type conversion of xanthine oxidase was lowered, two. But, it was not seen changes on enzyme activities of aldehyde oxidase. These results suggest that CEHAS decrease the activities of free radical generating enzymes such as xanthine oxidase which form lipid peroxide.

제주 재래마와 더러브렛종과의 교잡종인 한라마 사골추출물과 효소분해물의 항산화 효과 (Antioxidation Effect of Leg Bone Extracts and Enzyme Hydrolysates from Jeju Crossbred Horses (Jeju Native Horse×Thoroughbred))

  • 본 연구는 제주 재래마와 더러브렛(Thoroughbred)종 교잡종인 제주산 마(한라마) 사골 추출분말(HLBE)과 효소분해물의 항산화 효과를 DPPH, ABTS 라디칼 소거능, FRAP, ORAC 방법을 이용하여 확인하기 위해 실시하였다. 말 사골 추출물은 열수로 8시간씩 3회 추출하여 혼합한 후 동결 건조하여 분말로 이용하였다. 동결 건조된 말 사골 추출물은 식품효소인 multifect PR 6L (MP), pepsin (PS), pepsin+ pancreatin 혼합효소(1:1, PSPC)를 첨가하고 4시간 동안 각 효소의 최적활성 온도인 60, 50, $50^{\circ}C$에서 분해하였다. 분해 후 3 kDa 이상의 분획과 이하의 분획으로 분리하였다. 말 사골추출물의 수율을 100%으로 고정하였을 때 각 효소에 의해 분해되어 분리한 3 kDa 이상의 크기의 분획의 수율은 각각 10.86%, 3.26%, 8.00%이었다. 단백질 함량은 말 사골 추출물보다 3 kDa 이하의 저분자 분획에서 유의적으로 감소하였다. MP와 PSPC처리군의 3 kDa 이하의 저분자 분획은 말 사골추출물과 3 kDa 이상의 효소분해물에 비해 유의적으로 높은 DPPH와 ABTS 라디칼 소거능과 ORAC 활성을 나타내었다. 그러나 PS처리군 내 3 kDa 이하의 저분자 분획은 MP처리군 보다 유의적으로 높은 FRAP 활성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 말 사골 추출물 자체 보다는 효소를 이용하여 분리한 3kDa 이하의 저분자 펩타이드가 더욱 강한 항산화 효과를 갖는 것을 제시하는 것으로 특히 pepsin에 의해 생성된 저분자펩타이드 보다는 multifect와 pepsin+pancreatin 혼합효소(1:1)에 의해 생성된 분해물이 더욱 높은 항산화 효과를 나타내었다. 그러므로 말 사골추출물을 multifect와 pepsin+pancreatin 혼합효소(1:1)를 이용하여 효소 분해하여 얻은 3 kDa 이하의 저분자 펩타이드 분획은 항산화제로서 식품산업계에서 이용될 수 있을 것으로 예상되며 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 in vivo 테스트가 추후 진행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

삼출건비탕가미방(蔘出健脾湯加味方)이 흰쥐의 성장에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Samchoolgunbitanggamibang of the growth of rats)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of antioxidation related to aging of Cheongeumyeonsudan which is written on Dongui-bogam experimentally. Method : 14 weeks aged SD albino rats were separated into uncontrolled group, controlled group and CGY group. As controlled and CGY groups were induced aging by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose, at the same time we administered the extract of Cheongeumyeonsudan to CGY group for 6 weeks. After then we drew blood from each group, and took measurements; the activity of SOD, GSH-px, catalase in erythrocytes, TBARS value, concentration of total lipid, tryglycende, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol in blood plasma. Results : The activities of SOD, GSH-px in erythrocytes were significantly increased in the CGY group compared with control group. The activity of catalase showed a tendency to increase, but it was nor remarkable. The concentration of total lipid, the values of TBARS and total cholesterol was significantly decreased in the CGY group compared with control group, and the concentration of plasma HDL-cholesterol was not remarkable. The concentration of tryglycende in plasma showed a tendency to decreased. Conclusions : it is suggested that Cheongeumyeonsudan decreased the activities of free radical, the concentration of lipid in plasma and generate enzyme which form lipid peroxide.

현토고본환이 노화유발 백서의 항산화능에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Hyuntogobon-hwan on Antioxidation Activity in Induced Aging Rats)

  • Objectives : This experiment was done to evaluate the effects of Hyuntogobon-hwan(HTG) on antioxidant capability and lipidic concentration in blood, both of which are presumed to be related to aging. Methods : 12 week-old SD rats were divided into controlled group, uncontrolled group and HTG group. As controlled and HTG groups were given subcutaneous injection of D-galactose(50mg/kg/rat), at the same time HTG group was administered extract of Hyuntogobon-hwan(270mg/200g). HTG injections continued for 6 weeks. After initial injections, blood was drawn from each group and the following were measured: the activity of SOD, GSH-px, catalase in erythrocytes, TSARS value, concentration of total lipid, tryglyceride in blood plasma. Results : The activities of SOD and GSH-px in erythrocytes increased significantly in HTG group compared with controlled group. The activity of catalase seemed to increase slightly, but it was barely noticeable. The concentration of total lipid in plasma decreased significantly in HTG group compared with controlled group. The value of TBARS in plasma seemed to decrease slightly, but it was barely noticeable. Conclusions : According to the above results, Hyuntogobon-hwan has an influence on aging by virtue of activation of antioxidative enzyme systems in erythrocytes and concentrations of lipid in blood plasma.

동충하초(冬蟲夏草)가 hydrocortisone으로 유발시킨 양허(陽虛) 동물모형(動物模型)에서 항산화(抗酸化) 작용(作用)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Cordyceps Sinensis on Antioxidation in the Livers of Hydrocortisone Acetate-Treated Rats)

  • Objectives : Cordyceps Sinensis (CS) was tested for the effects of antioxidant enzymes and lipid peroxidation in the liver. Methods : We measured the changes in body weight, enzyme activity, lipid peroxide and the death rate in the hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats. Results : In vitro, CS didn't effect levels of lipid peroxide. the activities, and the ratio of type conversion of xanthine oxidase. In the hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats, lipid peroxide, the activities, the ratio of type conversion of xanthine oxidase, and the death rate all increased. But, glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase decreased. In vitro, after CS was administered to hydrocortisone acetatetreated rats, the levels of lipid peroxide in the liver, and the death rate decreased. However, the activities, and the ratio of type conversion of xanthine oxidase decreased. The body weight, glutathione peroxidase, and superoxide dismutase in+creased. The effects of Sinensis Cordyceps Broth did better than the effects of Sinensis Cordyceps Mycelia. Conclusions : These results suggest that CS decrease the activities of free radical generating enzymes which form lipid peroxide and increase the activities of oxygen free radical scavenging enzymes.

천금연수단(千金延壽丹)이 노화 유발된 철쥐의 항산화효능에 미치는 영향 (An anti-Dxidative Effect of Cheongeumyeonsudan of Rats Induced Aging by D-Galactose)
