직업재활은 장애인이 직업을 통하여 비장애인과 같은 삶을 영위하게 돕는 과정으로 정확한 직업평가를 통해 수행된다. 이러한 직업평가의 전통적인 방법은 평가도구 사용, 상담 등을 이용하는데 웹을 이용하여 직업평가를 수행하게 되면 장애인에게 매우 효율적일 수 있으나 웹접근성을 지원해야하는 문제가 발생한다. 이 논문에서는 상대적으로 웹접근성이 취약한 시각장애인을 대상으로 직업평가를 수행할 수 있는 적성검사 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 전 세계적으로 진로지도와 상담에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 홀랜드 검사를 이용하며 기존의 웹 사이트에서 제공되고 있는 홀랜드 검사와 구현된 적성검사 시스템의 웹접근성을 비교 평가하여 개발된 시스템의 우수성을 입증한다.

This study considered the most crucial elements in websites as web usability and web accessibility. The web usability signified the empirical satisfaction of ordinary users on websites and how much they used the relevant websites conveniently and accurately, while the web accessibility signified the technical support that could have an easy access to web contents and the principles of cognitive aspects, by considering the users such as those who have been alienated from information. Even if the people were given lots of beneficial information, the websites would be useless if their usability and accessibility were not considered. It would be necessary to reduce the information gap by letting any users (the physically challenged, the elderly, etc.) give an access to every information without any professional abilities and to provide the efficient websites corresponding to the embodiment goal of e-government through rapidity and accuracy of contents and the feedback for systematic structure and people's demand.

본 논문에서는 현대 모든 인터넷의 기본적 정보제공 수단인 웹페이지에 대한 접근성(Accessibility)에 대한 소개와 이를 제대로 수행하고 있는지에 대한 평가를 가능하도록 하는 수단으로서의 솔루션 개발에 대해서 소개한다. 기본적으로 웹접근성을 평가하기 위해서는 웹페이지를 기본 단위 오브젝트로 구분하는 작업이 이뤄져야 한다. 이후 여러 가지 평가기준에 근거하여 이를 평가하게 된다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이러한 오브젝트 분류에 근거하여 오브젝트별로 변환이 가능한 모바일용 웹접근성 기반 변환 시스템을 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 특수교육대상 장애학생이 모바일 애플리케이션을 이용하는데 필요한 접근성 준수 실태를 조사하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 특히, 신체적 장애로 모바일 애플리케이션을 사용하는데 어려움이 많은 시각, 청각 및 상지지체장애인 등에게 도움이 되는 미래부에서 고시한 모바일 애플리케이션 접근성 지침15개 항목 중에서 12개 항목을 대상으로 전문가 평가를 실시하여 접근성을 준수하지 않은 모바일 애플리케이션의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 도출하여 장애인이 모바일 애플리케이션을 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Due to the traffic congestion and public-oriented transportation policies of Seoul, public transportation is receiving attention and being used increasingly. However, current transport routes configuration is showing unbalanced accessibility throughout the city area creating differences in time, expenses and metal burden of users who travel the same distances. One of the reasons is that transport route planning has been partially empirical and non-quantitative tasks due to lack of relevant methods for assessing the complexity of the transport routes. This paper presents a method to compute the connectivity of public transport system based on the topological structure of the network of transport routes. The main methodological issue starts from the fact that the more transfers take place, the deeper the connectivity becomes making that area evaluated as less advantageous as for public transport accessibility. By computing the connectivity of each bus or subway station with all others in a city, we can quantify the differences in the serviceability of city areas based on the public transportation. This paper is based on the topological interpretation of the routes network and suggests an algorithm that can automate the computation process. The process is illustrated using a simple artificial network data built in a GIS.

This study was conducted to explore the causal relationship between the characteristics of mobile shopping mall use and the effect on the intention to use mobile shopping malls through perceived value (hedonic value and utilitarian value). Specifically, this study defined the usage characteristics of mobile shopping malls as accessibility, convenience, and enjoyment, respectively, and attempted to explain the relationship on the intention of use through perceived value. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that enjoyment had a positive (+) effect on hedonic value. However, it was found that convenience did not affect hedonic value. On the other hand, contrary to expectations, accessibility was found to have a negative (-) effect on hedonic value. Second, it was found that accessibility and convenience had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian value. However, it was found that pleasure did not affect utilitarian value. Third, it was found that utilitarian value had a positive (+) effect on the intention to use mobile shopping, while hedonic value did not affect the intention to use mobile shopping. Through this, it is meaningful to provide mobile shopping users with solutions to improve their restrictions in the shopping process.

Empirical applications to explain criminogenic events are abundant. While much of the research in criminal studies concentrates on understanding the motivations of offenders and preventing victimization from a micro perspective, there have been recent theoretical advancements that give priority to the role of spatial factors in directly impacting crime rates. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the empirical inference between violent crime incidence and spatial characteristics of local areas focusing particularly on spatial accessibility conditions in the areas. Applying discrete spatial econometrics models, this study reveals a significant relationship between spatial accessibility and the formation of violent crime hot spots in South Korea. Along with other variables, it is revealed that road accessibility has a clear association with violent crime hot spots. Based on the findings, this study suggests some policy implications such as effective surveillance systems, land use restrictions, and advanced street lighting.

The two competing underlying mechanisms of anchoring, anchoring-and-adjustment and selective accessibility, have very different managerial implications for the effect of price as an anchor on willingness-to-pay (WTP). To clarify their relative roles in inducing the anchoring effect, path analysis modeling in which two paths are included in a single model was utilized. The first path proceeds directly from anchor price to WTP, representing anchor-and-adjustment. The second path, representing selective accessibility, includes a mediator formed by various explanatory variables of WTP. The results consistently show that only the direct path, anchoring-and-adjustment, is significant. The results also show that the level of available product information has no significant moderation effect on both of the paths, which implies the robustness of the result with respect to information level.

최근에 모바일 기기의 확산으로 인하여 모바일 접근성에 대한 많은 논의가 이뤄지고 있다. 모바일 접근성이란 모바일 기기를 사용하여 애플리케이션을 이용하고자 하는 장애인, 고령자 등을 포함한 모든 사람들에게 모바일 기기의 활용 가능성이 제공됨을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 음성 서비스 기술을 이용하여 모바일 접근성을 향상하기 위한 인터페이스를 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안된 방법은 안드로이드 스마트폰에서 구현하였으며, 시스템에서 제공하는 음성 인식과 음성 합성 기술을 이용하였다. 또한, 전맹인과 저시력자들의 인터넷 접근을 도와주기 위하여 접근성을 고려한 웹 리더 기능을 응용 프로그램 차원에서 설계하고 구현하였다.

In this study, uses of remote sensed imagery in urban environment analysis are represented with the actual processed results with newly implemented programs running under ESRI ArcView-GIS to extract secondary information about mainly urban transportation environment. Implemented programs are about Accessibility index and Connectivity index. Accessibility index and Connectivity index are composed of four types of different algorithms and three types of algorithms such as alpha, gamma, and shimmel index. As show applied examples, tried to find out how remotely sensed imageries can be effectively utilized at actual processing in the direct or indirect ways in these algorithms.
