The tunnel collapse, large deformation of surrounding rock, water and mud inrush are the major geological disasters in soft rock tunnel construction. Among them, tunnel collapse has the most serious impact on tunnel construction. Current research backed theories have certain limitations in identifying the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels. Examining the Zhengwan high-speed railway tunnel, eight soft rock tunnel collapse influencing factors were selected, and the combination of indicator weights based on the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weighting methods was obtained. The results show that the groundwater condition and the integrity of the rock mass are the main influencing factors leading to a soft rock tunnel collapse. A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model for the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels is being proposed, and the real-time collapse risk assessment of the Zhengwan tunnel is being carried out. The results obtained via the fuzzy evaluation model agree well with the actual situation. A tunnel section evaluated to have an extremely high collapse risk and experienced a local collapse during excavation, verifying the feasibility of the collapse risk evaluation model. The collapse risk evaluation model proposed in this paper has been demonstrated to be a promising and innovative method for the evaluation of the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels, leading to safer construction.

This study suggests a strategic direction for developing the Port of Busan based on evaluating and prioritizing the relative importance of competitiveness factors for ports using SWOT analysis and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. The Port of Busan is the world's sixth largest container port and the largest port in South Korea. The Port of Busan constitutes a key industrial infrastructure for an exporting country. Despite the economic and industrial importance of the Port of Busan, little research has examined its strategic development. This study derives a SWOT matrix for evaluating the competitiveness of factors from previous studies and expert reviews, and it constructs a hierarchical analysis structure model based on the SWOT matrix. To deduce a strategic direction for developing the Port of Busan, a questionnaire based on SWOT·AHP was distributed to industrial and academic associations to prioritize competitive factors. This study presents four strategic tactics based on strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T) (S/O, S/T, W/O, and W/T) as strategic directions for developing the Port of Busan. This study will contribute objectively to the overall effort by the government to improve the operation of the Port of Busan and establish development strategies.

This paper is aimed to priority evaluation of preliminary cases for IMO -IMS(International Maritime Organization- Information Management System) using fuzzy TOPSIS(Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). To this solve, therefore, this paper extract 24 preliminary cases and select 4 major preliminary alternative cases after analysing the structure of its alternative cases using FSM(Fuzzy Structure Modeling). Also, the weights of evaluation factors determine using AHP which able to keep the consistency when decision-makers assess. In AHP method, but, the numbers of paired comparison incerase as much as the numbers of the comparison items increase and because this evaluation have the many of vagueness, the decision of final ranking is used to fuzzy TOPSIS method which is included TOPSIS and Fuzzy Set Theory. The result are developed as order as Management of IMO Convention Information, Delivery of IMO Convention Information, Total IMO Database, Knowledge Hub of IMO Convention Information in IMO-IMS.

Although the market demand for cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in China is growing rapidly, the technology and scale of cold-chain logistics in China still lag behind the developed countries, resulting in large energy consumption. In our country, many authors have studied the efficiency of cold-chain logistics by using analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment method, but they haven't eliminated the influence of environmental factors and random error factors on the efficiency of cold-chain logistics, and most of them are limited to regional research. Therefore, in this paper, the three-stage DEA method is used. Based on the green logistics idea, firstly, the efficiency of 29 listed logistics enterprises in China is analyzed. Secondly, this paper uses SFA model to exclude the influence of environment and error factors on the analysis results, taking the enterprise's operating years, local GDP and the proportion of cold chain assets as environmental variables. Finally, this paper estimates the efficiency value again by adjusting the input value. The results are as follows: the main reason of high efficiency enterprises is to achieve scale efficiency. So the scale of assets should be maintained or appropriately expanded. At the same time, the economic development and the number of years of enterprise establishment will significantly affect the efficiency of cold-chain logistics. The influence of these environmental variables on the accuracy of the analysis conclusion should be fully considered.

Broadcasting telecommunication convergence service means a service where broadcasting and telecommunication converge. Recently with the advancement of technology, broadcasting telecommunication convergence service has been evolving to provide multimedia contents through various devices including wired and wireless network environment. Up to now, IPTV and smartphone-based convergence services have been dominant, but more developed and evolved technology and media will appear in the future. In order to derive the next generation broadcasting telecommunication convergence service supporting model, this study derives an evaluation model of broadcasting telecommunication convergence service and presents a case of evaluation of 30 demonstration projects supported by the Korean government from 2010 to 2014. In this study, we derive an evaluation model and evaluate the demonstration projects by reflecting the position of the main stake holders of service such as users, experts, and related organizational institutions, away from the existing simple service evaluation method. Expert questionnaire used AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and the evaluation results were divided into upper and lower groups to provide key implications by a gap analysis. From this analysis this study suggests guidelines for next generation broadcasting telecommunication service support projects. The next generation broadcasting convergence service business should be based on open platform type in terms of service type. In terms of service media, it should be centered on open devices such as smart phones and smart TVs. In terms of types of business responsibilities, it should be led by public organizations and it is necessary to increase the fund matching ratio by at least 62% when the private sector participates.

The goals of this study were to develop indicators that are able to evaluate the accomplishment of the projects for rural traditional theme villages and make developmental suggestions for a balanced development of rural communities using the indicators. Human, economic, and social factors were selected as the evaluation indicators. The importance of the performance indictors was analyzed by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The importance of the performance indictors was in the order of satisfaction of inhabitants (150), participation of inhabitants (145), economic effectiveness (123), lodging facilities (101), leader training (96), project cognizanc e(90), etc. As these evaluation methods were applied to the six villages, haebari village came first followed by darangyi village, namsayedam village, mulrebangatteok village and Yedong Mountain fishing village. This study proposed a way of improvement for the balanced development of the rural communities in terms of human, economic and social aspects.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to demonstrate empirically through a specialist AHP analysis what factors should be more important in the development of the public health care system. In addition, we will use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for experts to achieve research purpose. Methods: The data analysis method of this study is as follows. First, we set up three metrics in order to measure the relative importance between the factors to be improved for the development of the public health care system and each of the sub-factors. A total of nine measurements (items) were set by combining the three measurement criteria for each measurement index. Second, the relative importance and priority analysis use the AHP analysis. Third, the subjects of this study were 15 experts in the field of public health care. The statistical processing was performed using the Expert Choice 2000 statistical program. Results: In order to development of the public health care system, experts ranked the most important as improvement in the systematic aspect of public health care (56%) as the first priority. Next, the relative importance analysis of the measurement items considering the multiple-weights of the sub-factors is as follows. The strengthen institutional improvement (revitalization of secondary public function hospital) was the number one, strengthen cooperation between agencies was the second, and Re-establishing the role of local public health care system was the third place. Conclusions: Considering the relative importance, factors that are considered to be important in the first place may not be improved as the best policy alternative due to limitations in spatial, temporal, financial, and institutional aspects. In this case, we suggest that we should choose the best policy alternative by using prioritization considering relative weights.

Purpose: This study identifies the relative importance of the sub - factors of initial services and continuous services using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and calculates the competitive index for the detailed factors. The purpose of this paper is to propose the establishment of long - term and short - term management strategy for expansion of business of food service franchise, franchisors, long - term and win - win relationship with franchisees, and rationalization of operating system. Research design, data, and methodology: The population for the survey is 92 franchisees in 46 foreign brands and 46 domestic brands in the Seoul metropolitan area (Seoul / Gyeonggi / Incheon). The survey was conducted from July 1 to August 31, 2018 through the survey agency with a telephone interview and a surveyor's direct visit. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected, but a total of 92 parts were used for analysis except 8 parts that were considered to contain false information. Using the AHP method, relative importance and competitiveness index were calculated for the details of initial services and continuous services. Results: The results shows continuous services were significantly higher for both foreign brand franchises, domestic brand franchises, and overall than initial services, This suggests that the continuous services of the affiliated franchisors has a higher relative importance than the initial services. Among the continuous services, brand reinforcement and promotion were significantly higher for both foreign brand merchants and domestic brand franchises. This can be regarded as the most important factor in brand reinforcement and promotion when selecting a food service franchisors. Conclusions: In the Standard Terms and Conditions governed by the Fair Trade Commission, the franchisors should increase the fairness by creating manuals for supporting services, especially after opening, and regularly checking whether the supporting services have been carried out like manuals since the establishment of franchisees. In addition, the Brand Strengthening and Public Relations Committee (tentative name) jointly participated by the franchisors and franchisees for the purpose of strengthening and promoting the brand, suggesting a system for transparent and efficient execution of the brand reinforcement and promotion budget and monitoring afterwards.

This study examined the reality of military counseling education applied by the Army and studied the effects of military counseling training using virtual reality. First, we explored the cases of virtual reality application related to counseling, reviewed the virtual reality technology that can be benchmarked in the Army military counseling education, and examined the applicable technology. We classified the education method and the curriculum for the students and tested the difference using the analysis of variance, which is a statistical analysis method, through the satisfaction measurement of the current education. In addition, after having students experience virtual reality contents, the effects of practical training applied with virtual reality technology were derived and the difference in actual training was compared and analyzed through T-test. Then, the reliability of the study was improved by analyzing the effects of practical training using virtual reality by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process for the expert group who can consider the overall situation. Based on the results of the analysis, the development plan of military counseling training combined with virtual reality technology and the supplements of current military counseling education were presented as policy implications.

The main purpose of this paper is to present a competitive strategies for the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. Based on the survey conducted by the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port experts, the categorized factors were compared using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the importance of each factor and sub-factor in the case of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This is a quantitative study that conducted a face-to-face survey on employees and related public officers at the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. The final sample size consisted of 49 people, including workers at the Busan New Port logistics warehouses and related local customs officers. The data were coded in Microsoft Excel and the imprtance of SWOT factors was derived using "the I make it" program developed by Decision Sience, and it was analyzed using the AHP method. This study quantifies the importance of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats factor of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port and presents strategic guidelines for the key factors for the development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This research provides strategic guidelines to Korea for the development of the Logistics Industries, and development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port.
