The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends and co-author networks of academic articles published in the Journal of the Korean Home Economics Association from 2010 to 2022. The network analysis was conducted using Excel and NetMiner 4.4, and the results were as follows. First, the number of published articles has been maintained at around 40 per year since 2019. By field, most articles were published in the field of child studies and family studies, followed by consumer studies, home management, clothing studies, home economics education, food and nutrition, and housing. The research methods were primarily quantitative (71.61%). Second, the most common keywords in the titles of the published articles were "influence" and "relationship", with "influence", "consumer", "mediating effect", "parent", and "control" identified as influential keywords. Third, the published articles were categorized into nine topics based on subject matter, while the number of topic types varied by year. Fourth, the total number of authors of the 627 articles was 712, with 1.92 authors per article, as well as the number of authors who published two or fewer articles accounted for 85.5% of the total. By institution, Yonsei University had the highest number of authors and the highest number of published articles, while Korea National Open University played a leading role in the network of co-authors by institution. This study is significant in providing basic data for the future development of the Korean Home Economics Association and the field of home economics.

본 연구는 코로나19 사태 이후 보도된 간호사와 관련된 신문기사 동향을 살펴보고 이를 통해 신문기사에 나타난 간호사 이미지를 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 분석대상은 국내 코로나 19 사태가 본격화된 2020년 1월부터 2020년 10월까지 10개월 동안 국내 주요 4개 일간지에 보도된 간호사 관련 기사 199건이다. 분석결과, 과거에 비해 간호사 관련 기사의 보도량은 증가하였으며, 간호사가 업무 대비 열악한 대우를 받고 있고 소명의식을 가지며 환자를 돌본다는 주제의 기사가 많았다. 기사의 보도방향은 호의적이거나 중립적인 것이 많았고, 기사 작성자는 기자가 대부분이었으나 전문기자나 간호사를 포함한 의료인이 작성한 것은 적었다. 간호사 관련 기사에서 간호사의 비중은 선행연구와 달리 주요인물로 다뤄진 경우가 많았다. 간호계와 언론계 모두 간호사의 다양한 역할이나 활동에 대한 정확한 묘사가 신문에 나타나도록 체계적이고 지속적인 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

Purpose - This paper aims to investigate topics and trends in international marketing and cross-cultural management by conducting a content analysis of the Journal of International Marketing. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - In this study, one of the leading journals in the field of international marketing, the Journal of International Marketing, was chosen for research. A total of 199 articles were identified from a time span of ten years (2004-2013). SPSS software was used for codification and analysis of the data. Results - This study revealed some of the factors on which cross-cultural management had a strong correlation with international marketing. Of the 199 articles in the Journal of International Marketing, 64 articles related to cross-cultural management. Conclusions - A content analysis of the Journal of International Marketing comparing general articles with articles related to cross-cultural management is unprecedented. This study offers insight into the impact of cross culture on the discipline of international marketing. The findings of this research could be employed as a reference for gaining insight into the trends and influence of cross-cultural management in international marketing.

The purpose of this study is to examine the changes and the using condition of functional cosmetics through articles of newspaper and the survey on functional cosmetics. The data analysis examined newspaper articles that demonstrate a grasp of the general trends of cosmetics, and these articles were chosen from the "Cosmetics Newspapers" and the "Jangeop Newspaper" with content primarily emphasizing articles about cosmetics. All articles on functional cosmetics were collected for the period from 2000 to 2005, and excluding repeated articles a total of 703 cases were examined. In addition, a survey was performed to examine how much women are using functional cosmetics and what the current state of their use is. This survey was conducted from October $1{\sim}20$, 2004, and respondents consisted of 350 adult females living in the areas of Daejeon, North and South Chungcheong Provinces and Daegu. Responses from a total of 302 individuals were included in the data analysis. The results of this study show a situation where the current use of functional cosmetics is gradually increasing, and because of external changes in the skin resulting from the development of modern society, functional cosmetics are being used by women as a means of increasing their opportunities for personal expression due to their skin improvement effects as well as increased confidence and a sense of satisfaction.

In this study, the major tendencies of divorce as represented in articles of Korea's daily newspapers in the 1920's and 1930's were explored. The method used for this study was content analysis, and 432 articles related to divorce were selected for analysis from Choseun and Donga ilbo. The main categories and subcategories were classified as attitude toward divorce(negative, acceptive, neutral), present condition of divorce(statistics, suvey, analysis), cause of divorce(marital conflict, conflict with family, health-related troubles, financial troubles, and the others), and information offered about divorce(related-laws, prevention & adaptation, and the others). The major findings of this study were as follows. 1) The most frequently found category was the cause of divorce(given in 47.5% of the total articles), and especially noticeable was an increase of marital conflict. 2) In the case of attitude toward divorce(12.5%), percentiles of negative, acceptive, and neutral attitudes appeared nearly similarly, which is a representation of the transitional tendency of those times. 3) In the 1930's, information offering articles(25.2%) increased quantitatively as well as qualitatively compared with the 1920's.

사회적 의제 설정 영향력을 지닌 미디어인 언론 기사와 블로그 포스트에서 농촌태양광이 어떻게 다루어지고 있는지 분석하기 위해 텍스트 마이닝 방법을 활용하였다. 농촌태양광을 키워드로 웹스크래핑을 통해 기사와 블로그 포스트의 텍스트 자료를 수집하고, 이에 대해 감성분석과 토픽모델 기법을 적용하여 연구를 수행했다. 감성분석 결과 농촌태양광에 대한 텍스트에서 두 매체 모두 긍정적인 입장을 가지는 비율이 높았는데, 블로그의 경우 기사에 비해 부정적인 내용을 담은 텍스트의 비중이 훨씬 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 토픽모델링 결과로 긍정 기사는 정부의 보급계획 관련 토픽들의 비중이 컸고, 부정 기사는 다양한 토픽들의 비중이 고르게 분포하였다. 블로그는 긍정 포스트의 경우 농촌 지역 설치 관련 토픽들이, 부정 포스트는 환경 피해 관련 토픽들이 가장 큰 부분을 차지했다. 기존에 별개로 이루어지던 감성분석과 토픽모델링을 결합하는 연구 방식을 제시함으로써 농촌태양광에 대한 이슈를 효과적으로 파악할 수 있었다.

To investigate the technology trends in organic farming using journal article analysis, total 2,378 published articles in organic farming between 1974 and 2014 were analyzed. The number of the articles published in organic farming has been steadily increased since 2006. As for category, articles in the field of producing the safe organic products and management (A) were published relatively dominantly, especially division of nutrient and soil management (AA). In the foreign countries, lots of articles in environmental assessment and safety field (B) were published than Korea. the main institutes published the articles in organic farming were Swedish University, Sweden and US department of Agriculture, USA. In case of Korea, the articles in the field of environmental assessment and safety (B) were relatively merely published, especially division of environment in organic farming (BA). With this study, more research based on the environment and safety fields in organic farming should be focused on.

Objectives: The systematic review (SR) is a research methodology that aims to synthesize related evidence. Updating previously conducted SRs is necessary when new evidence has been produced, but no consensus has yet emerged on the appropriate update methodology. The authors have developed a new SR update method called 'adaptive meta-analysis' (AMA) using the 'cited by', 'similar articles', and 'related articles' citation discovery tools in the PubMed and Scopus databases. This study evaluates the usefulness of these citation discovery tools for updating SRs. Methods: Lists were constructed by applying the citation discovery tools in the two databases to the articles analyzed by a published SR. The degree of overlap between the lists and distribution of excluded results were evaluated. Results: The articles ultimately selected for the SR update meta-analysis were found in the lists obtained from the 'cited by' and 'similar' tools in PubMed. Most of the selected articles appeared in both the 'cited by' lists in Scopus and PubMed. The Scopus 'related' tool did not identify the appropriate articles. Conclusions: The AMA, which involves using both citation discovery tools in PubMed, and optionally, the 'related' tool in Scopus, was found to be useful for updating an SR.

The physical chemistry (PC) articles published in the Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society (BKCS) from 2003 to 2007 are surveyed, and in-depth content analysis was conducted to classify the PC articles into 12 topics used in The Journal of Physical Chemistry (JPC). The PC articles published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS) in 2007 are also surveyed. The extensive summary of all PC articles in BKCS for the last five years reveals the current trend of physical chemistry research in Korea. The comparison study with the JACS shows that the proportion of PC articles among all articles published in BKCS (16%) is slightly higher than that of JACS (11%), and the non-Korean authorship ratio of BKCS (12%) is very low compared with the non-US authorship of JACS (52%). From the comparison study with articles published in JPC in 2007, it is found that BKCS disseminates various topics of physical chemistry researches adequately. In particular, BKCS most frequently published PC articles in molecular structure and spectroscopy topics, whereas JPC published surface chemistry and nano-chemistry articles most frequently. It is concluded that BKCS should publish more articles to be a leading journal, and it is suggested that the SCI impact factor of BKCS must be increased by improving the electronic version of BKCS.

Objective : To search the trend of studying thread-embedding therapy in Korean medicine academia up to now and to expand the range of using thread-embedding therapy in the future, this study was designed. Methods : Using search portal sites the following; http://oasis.kiom.re.kr, http://www.riss.re.kr, collected 37 articles and devided those three parts and classificated those into four subsection as follows; total analysis, original article, case report. Results : The number of articles are 8 review articles, 14 original articles, 15 case reports. In the year 2013, 14 articles were published and ranked highest(37.8%). The journal of acupuncture & moxibustion medicine society ranked highest(40.5%). 5 persons ranked highest(32.4%) in number of author. Facial beauty care ranked highest(21.6%) in clssification of disease. Remedy item ranked highest(50.0%) in classification of subjects of 8 review articles. No more than 25 persons ranked highest(66.7%) and 6~12months of treatment period ranked highest(33.3%) in 14 original articles. Conclusions : Thread-embedding therapy is considered very useful on various part of Korean medicine clinic. We need to expand application scope of thread-embedding therapy in the future.
