土炭 흄酸의 性狀 및 應用에 關한 硏究 (I) 흄酸의 溶出 및 그 條件에 따른 흄酸性狀의 變異 (Studies on the Characteristics of Humic Acid and its Utilizations (I))

  • On the extraction of humic acid from peat, the optimum conditions were studied and the effects of them on the characteristics of humic acid were also examined by means of infrared spectroscopy. 1. Pretreatment of peat with diluted 6-8% HCl solution for 5 hrs. prior to extraction with alcohol-benzol azeotropic mixture have resulted the better yield of humic acid. The water soluble Na-humates were obtained by the subsequent extraction with one hundred times quantity of caustic soda solutieon for 1hr. at 90 $^{\circ}C$. Thus the pure humic acids have been yielded approximately 40% (by wt.) from the raw peat. 2. In characteristics of humic acid, the chemical structure, mainly the contents of such functional groups as -COOH, -OH (phenol type), $-CH_2CO-$, $-CH_2{\cdot}O{\cdot}CH_2-$ and aromatic rings were varied according to the concentration of alkaline solution, temperature and time when the humic acids were extracted with alkali.

고추 Oleoresin의 추출에 관한 연구 (Extraction of Oleoresin from Korean Red Pepper)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the optimal condition of the extraction of red pepper oleoresin. The yield of oleoresin form red pepper was 24~28% when it was extracted by ethanol and methanol. and 8~10% by acetone, ethylene dichloride and n-hexane. But more than 60% of portion in alcohol extracts were moisture and sugars. Capsaicin and pigment were extracted more than 70% of those in red pepper when it was extracted by ethylene dichloride Those useful components were extracted most efficiently by mixed solvents of ethanol and ethylene dichloride at the ratio of 50:150. other extracting conditions were investigated in this studies, such as optimal extraction time was more than 3 hours, temperature was 55$^{\circ}C$ and particle size was finer than 250 mesh

홍미삼 알콜 추출박을 이용한 산성다당체 다량 함유 홍삼 엑기스 제조 (Preparation of Red Ginseng Extract Rich in Acidic Polysaccharide from Red Tail Ginseng Marc Produced After Extraction with 70% Ethyl Alcohol)

  • In this study, we investigated the appropriate conditions to extract acidic polysaccharide and to prepare red ginseng extract being rich in acidic polysaccharide from red tail ginseng marc produced after manufacturing alcoholic extract from red tail ginseng. Amount of acidic polysaccharide in red tail ginseng marc was about 11%. The best condition for the extraction of acidic polysaccharide from the marc was using of 3~5 mg of $\alpha$-amylase/g residue/15 ml of distilled water, and the amount of acidic polysaccharide in water extract of the residue treated with $\alpha$-amylase was about 27%. So, it is possible to manufacture red ginseng extract being rich in acidic polysaccharide using water extract of red tail ginseng alcoholic residue as extraction solvent. From the above results, we suggest that red tail ginseng residue produced by manufacturing alcoholic extract of red tail ginseng has high potencies in the utilization of waste material.

섬오가피의 추출 조건에 따른 페놀성 성분 함량 변화 (Changes in the Contents of Phenolic Components in the Stem of Acanthopanax koreanum Depending on Extracting Batches)

  • This study compared the contents of phenolic components depending on the extracting conditions of Acanthopanax koreanum stem to provide basic information for developing Acanthopanax koreanum-based functional foods. Our findings show that the content of total phenolic component peaked at 16 hours of extraction (WAK-16, 7.22%) and when water extracted at $100^{\circ}C$. However, 11-hours water extraction (WAK-11) showed highest eleutheroside B concentration of 1.32%, a main component of A. koreanum, and the level of chlorogenic acid concentration was the highest when 1-hour water extraction (WAK-1) was conducted, being 2.12%. Moreover, highest concentration of eleutheroside E was observed in 16-hours water extraction (WAK-16) as 1.49%. With 60-hours water extraction (WAK-60), the content of syringaresinol, an active phenolic aglycon substance, concentration was the highest with the value of 0.10%. Isofraxidin showed the highest concentration of water extract(0.09%) for 20 hours (WAK-20) and 0.42% for sinapyl alcohol[16 hours (WAK-16)].

  • 비이온성 수지인 Amberlite XAD-2 흡착 및 메탄올 용출법에 의해 살구로부터 배당체분획을 얻은 다음 almond ${\beta}-glucosidase$ 및 산가수분해(pH3.0) 또는 pH 3.0에서 simultaneous distillation-extraction(SDE)에 의해 얻어진 가수분해물로부터 GC 및 GC-MS에 의해 40종의 휘발성 성분을 확인하였다. 3종의 가수분해물로부터 이미 배당체로서 살구에 존재하는 것으로 알려져 있는 linalool oxide, linalool, ${\alpha}-terpineol$, nerol, geraniol, benzyl alcohol 및 2-phenylethyl 이외에도 2,6-dimethyl-3,7-octadiene-2,6-diol, 3,7-dimethyl-1,5-octadiene-3,7-diol,(E)-및 (Z)-2,6-dimethyl-2,7-octadiene-1,6-diol, $3-4-dihydro-{\beta}-ionol$ $3-oxo-{\alpha}-ionol$, $3-hydroxy-7,8-dihydro{\beta}-ionol$, $3-oxo-7,8-dihydro-{\alpha}-ionol$, $3-hydroxy-{\beta}-ionone$, eugenol, 3-hydroxyethylphenyl acetate 및 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran이 살구에서 처음으로 확인되었다.

헛개나무로부터 생리활성물질의 추출 및 효능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Extraction and Efficacy of Bioactive Compound from Hovenia dulcis)

  • 본 연구에서는 헛개나무를 숙취해소 및 간 보호 관련기능성 식품으로 개발하기 위하여 헛개나무 열매, 잎 및 줄기 추출물의 알코올 분해효과를 확인하였고, 유효 성분의 추출조건을 확립하였으며, 동물실험을 통하여 혈중 알코올농도 저하 및 간 보호 효능을 검증하였다. 헛개나무의 열매 추출물이 가장 높은 알코올 분해 효능을 보였으며 대조군에 비해 38% 알코올 감소 효과가 있었다. 헛개 열매 (크기 : 4 mm)의 회분식 추출에서 유용 생리활성물질은 추출 6시간에 평형에 도달하였으며 총 3회의 추출로 대부분의 생리활성물질을 회수(>5%)할 수 있었다. 또한 동물실험에서 헛개 열매 추출물은 혈중 알코올 농도를 현저히 감소시켰으며 사염화탄소에 의한 간 독성 유발 쥐의 간 기능 수치인 AST, ALT 및 LDH 수준을 각각 45%, 52% 및 52% 감소시켜 헛개열매 추출물이 간 보호 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 본(本) 실험(實驗)은 말쥐치 단백질(蛋白質) 조제품(調製品)의 생산(生産)을 위한 최적조건을 조사하고, 단백질(蛋白質) 제품(製品)의 식품학적 성질을 알고자 하였다. 말쥐치 농축(濃縮) 단백질(蛋白質)과 말쥐치 분리(分離) 단백질(蛋白質)을 여러 유기용매(有機溶媒)를 사용(使用)하여 내장과 머리를 제거(除去)하거나 또는 전어(全魚)로 한 말쥐치를 추출(抽出)에 의하여 조제(調製)하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 용매(溶媒)로 사용(使用)한 iso-propyl alcohol은 지방(脂肪)의 추출(抽出) 및 어육(魚肉)의 trimethyl-amine의 추출(抽出)에 매우 효과적(效果的)이었다. 2. 최적추출시간(最適抽出時間)은 교반(30rpm)하면서 $65{\sim}70^{\circ}C$에서 iso-propyl alcohol이나 ethyl alcohol로 20분(分)이었다. 3. 원료(原料) 말쥐치의 중량(重量)에 대한 가장 효과적(效果的)인 유기용매(有機溶媒)의 비율은 1차(次) 추출에서 5 : 1이었고, 2차(次) 추출은 2 : 1이 적당하였다. 4. 단배질(蛋白質) 조제품(調製品)의 지방함량(脂肪含量)은 머리와 내장을 제거(除去)한 말쥐치에는 3회(回)까지 추출(抽出)한 후 잔류 지방량을 0.5% 이하로 감소할 수 있었고, 전어(全魚)의 경우에는 5회(回) 추출(抽出) 후(後) $0.27{\sim}0.31%$의 지방함량(脂肪含量)을 나타냈다. 5. 농축(濃縮) 단백질(蛋白質)과 분리(分離) 단백질(蛋白質)의 단백질(蛋白質) 함량(含量)은 81.08%와 87.41%이었고, 두 단백질(蛋白質) 조제품(調製品)의 지방함량(脂肪含量)은 각각 0.43%와 0.45%이었다. 6. Ca함량(含量)은 분리(分離) 단백질(蛋白質)보다는 농축(濃縮) 단백질(蛋白質)이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 분리(分離) 단백질(蛋白質)에서의 Na와 K의 성분(成分)은 검출되지 않은 반면 생선 농축물에서는 상당한 양(量)을 함유(含有)하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 7. 말쥐치 분리(分離) 단백질(蛋白質)에서의 suspended solids, wettability, emulsion stability, foam viscosity와 같은 식품학적 성질은 말쥐치 농축(濃縮) 단백질(蛋白質)보다 더 높은 경향을 나타냈다.

페놀케톤 3종의 추출 및 흡착에 관한 연구 (A Study on Extraction and Adsorption of Three Phenolic Ketones)

  • 목질계 바이오매스 가수분해액에 존재하는 알코올 발효 저해물질인 페놀화합물 중 물리화학적 유사성이 높은 페놀케톤 3종에 대한 추출 및 흡착 특성을 조사하였다. 반응추출을 이용하여 페놀케톤 3종으로 부터 acetosyringone을 선택적으로 분리하는 데 가장 적합한 염기성 추출제가 trioctylphosphine oxide라는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또한, 고분자 중성수지 흡착제인 XAD16을 이용한 흡착 또는 hexane을 이용한 물리추출이 4'-hydroxyacetophenone (HAP)과 acetovanillone (AVO)의 분리에 적합한 분리 방법임을 알 수 있었다. 동등한 질량백분율로 존재하는 페놀케톤 3종을 분리 및 농축하기 위하여 위에서 언급한 추출 및 흡착을 포함한 5단계 분별화 공정이 처음으로 제안되었다. 분별화 공정의 단계 4와 5로서 hexane에 의한 물리추출 및 NaOH 용액에 의한 역추출이 각각 사용되었을 때, 페놀케톤 3종의 순도를 거의 70% 이상 얻는 것이 가능하였다.

전탕시간(煎湯時間)에 따른 생대황(生大黃) 및 주대황(酒大黃)이 어혈병태모형(瘀血病態模型)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Effects of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma and Row Rhei Rhizoma on varied Extraction Time in Blood Stasis Model)

  • In order to investigate the effects of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma and Row Rhei Rhizoma on varied extract time in both endotoxin-induced blood stasis model(hereafter Endotoxin Model) and hydrocortisone acetate-induced blood stasis model (hereafter HA Model), Half of rats were treated with endotoxin(0.4mg/kg, single Ⅳ, into caudal vein) for Endotoxin Model. Thereafter, they were orally administrated water extract of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma or Row Rhei Rhizoma, which were boiled during 30, 60, 120 minute, respectively. Finally, the number of platelet, fibrinogen, prothrombin time, hematocrit, the number of RBC and WBC were measured after sacrifice. The remainder rats were treated with hydrocortisone acetate(10mg/kg, daily IM for 7 days into the muscular rump) for HA significantly decreased. Together, they were orally administrated for 7 days water extract of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma or Row Rhei Rhizoma that were boiled above methods Finally, the number of platelet, fibrinogen, prothrombin time, hematocrit, the number of RBC and WBC were measured after sacrifice. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The number of platelet was significantly increased in boiled water extract for 30 min of Row Rhei Rhizoma group as compared with that of control group in Endotoxin Model. 2. Fibrinogen level was significantly increased in all administration groups as compared with that of control group in Endotoxin Model. It was significantly increased in all administration groups except boiled water extract for 30 min of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma group as compared with that of control group in HA Model. 3. Prothrombin time was significantly shortened in boiled water extract for 60 min of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma group and boiled water extract for 120 min of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma group as compared with that of control group in Endotoxin Model It was significantly shortened all administration groups as compared with that of control group in HA Model. 4 Hematocrit was significantly increased in all administered groups except boiled water extract for 60 min of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma group and boiled water extract for 30 min of Row Rhei Rhizoma group as compared with that of control group in Endotoxin Model. It was significantly increased in all administration groups as compared with that of control group in HA Model. 5. The number of RBC was significantly decreased in boiled water extract for 60 min of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma group, boiled water extract for 120 min of Alcohol -Steamed Rhei Rhizoma group and boiled water extract for 30 min of Row Rhei Rhizoma administered group in Endotoxin Model. It was significantly increased boiled water extract for 30 min of Row Rhei Rhizoma group and boiled water extract for 60 min of Row Rhei Rhizoma group in HA Model as compared with data of control group. 6 The number of WBC was significantly decreased in all administered groups except boiled water extract for 30 min of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma group and boiled water extract for 60 min of Alcohol-Steamed Rhei Rhizoma group as compared with that of control group in HA Model.

규산 나트륨으로부터 유기 용매 추출에 의한 고순도 규산 제조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preparation of High Purity Silicic Acid by Solvent Extraction from Sodium Silicate)

  • 규산 나트륨으로부터 묽은 황산으로 산성화시킨 규산 나트륨용액으로부터 유기 용매에 의한 추출로 규산[Silicic Acid(SA)]을 제조하였다. 유기 용매로 tetrahydrofuran(THF), isopropyl alcohol과 acetone을 사용하여 Si 추출율과 Na 제거율에 미치는 영향과 유기 용매의 부피비, 염화 나트륨 첨가량 및 $H_2O$ 첨가량에 따른 영향을 파악하였다. 고순도 규산을 제조하기위한 최적 조건은 유기 용매 THF, 유기 용매/규산의 부피비 1(organic solvent 10ml/10ml SA) 그리고 염화 나트륨 첨가량 2.5g/10ml SA이었고, 이 조건에서 Si 추출율 86.2%, Na 제거율 99.95%인 99.96%의 고순도 규산을 제조하였다.
