This study was conducted to select the location of the logistics center for environment-friendly agricultural products in the Gwangyang Bay Area. AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique was used to examine location selection factors and factor hierarchy was made through a questionnaire survey and an expert interview for objective and quantitative decision. The hierarchy process of location factors of logistics center for environment-friendly agricultural products in the Gwangyang Bay Area were categorized into five factors such as natural factors, economic factors, social factors, distribution efficiency, and land use plan. Then, those factors were sub-categorized into three factors each. As a result of pair-wise comparison analysis of five categories, the weight of economic factors was the highest, and easy cargo transportation, fitness to higher-order plan, climate, land price, and limitation regulations of sub-categorized factors appeared as comparative evaluation criteria. The priority of the final candidate was decided through this process. While the weight of the Yulchon II Industrial Complex was the highest in natural and economic factors were the highest, the weight of the Gwangyang Hwanggeum Industrial Complex was the highest in social factors, distribution efficiency, and land use plan. The result of the final analysis showed that the Gwangyang Hwanggeum Industrial Complex was the most optimal location candidate for the logistics center for environment-friendly agricultural products.

There is a growing need to understand how local, farm household, and elementary units are responding to changes in agricultural conditions due to increased internal and external agrarian conditions and increased uncertainty in agricultural management due to increasing FTA and climate change. Therefore, we analyze dynamics of changes through more detailed and precise gathering of information related to agricultural products and DB, and by analyzing the satisfaction level of the first year panel survey by constructing a producer panel for utilization in agricultural research and policy. A total of 500 farmers in the producer panel who mainly grow rice, garlic, onion, strawberry, apple were collected through questionnaires. The actual analysis used data from a total of 393 farm households, including 82 farms of rice, 51 farms of apple, 100 farms of garlic, 88 farms of onion and 72 farmhouses of strawberry. The distribution by age was similar to the distribution of rural ages in Korea, with 2.8% under 30s, 17.6% in 40s, 32.4% in 50s, 37.5% in 60s and 9.7% in 70s. Panel happiness and rural life satisfaction were examined using the 7 - point Likert scale and the analysis method was one - way ANOVA. The results showed that the happiness of garlic and strawberry cultivator was significantly higher than that of rice and onion cultivator. However, the satisfaction of rural life did not show any difference among the cultivars. As a result of difference verification about Agricultural Outlook and Crop-specific Outlook after 5 years, there was no difference between the crops in terms of prospects for Korean agriculture after five years, but a survey of industrial prospects for crops after five years showed that the rice growers have a significantly negative outlook compared to garlic, onion and strawberry growers, and garlic and onion growers have a more positive outlook than rice and apple growers As a result of verifying whether there is a difference in ages between the agricultural prospects and the industrial prospects by crops after 5 years, there was no difference between the ages of prospects for Korean agriculture after 5 years, However, in the survey on industrial prospects by crops after 5 years, 40s were more positive than 60s.

By-products has been considered lately in Total Mixed Ration (TMR) as an alternative to livestock feed around the world. This is due to the high cost of using forage as feed, less expense in exploring by-products of agriculture origin and environmental concerns with their disposal. However, by-products usually contain contaminants and the production process requires fermentation using a storage and fermentation tank. Animal feed is the start point of the food safety chain in the 'farm-to-fork' model. This necessitated a study to model a protocol that will culminate to safe feed production. Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe was explored. Implementation of this model provides a mechanism that ensures product safety is continuously achieved. The entire production process of By-products feed production was evaluated using HACCP wizard software. This includes the plant layout, technical standards, storage and fermentation tank cleansing method, staff assignment, safety control method, and distribution. The potential biological, chemical, and physical hazards that may exist in every step of the production process were identified, and then critical control points (CCPs) were selected. This will ensure the safety of products made from livestock that consumes by-product feed. These includes cheese, milk, beef, etc.
Mungyung area has contributed to korean industrial development with its abundant natural resources. However, the change of industrial structure caused the decrease of the number of mines in Mungyung and it resulted in the economic depression in that area. Recently. the economic growth of Mungyung is attempted by developing the distribution center of agricultural products and the resort complex using beautiful natural environment such as the film setting of 'Taejo Wang - gun' and hot spring in good quality. In this article I survey the foreigners aware of the principle products of this district and their intention of purchasing the products using local speciality. I also make confectionery experiments on the basis of the survey and develop various confectionery using principle products of Mungyung.

Marketing channel is recognized as one of the society systems which have the character of functional organization. These organizations are related to each other for specialized and cooperative work. Channel members in distribution channel are striving to accomplish exchange through reciprocal action. Thus channel members exercise their power to take better position in exchange. There will be struggling between members about satisfaction and conflict during this power exercise. Now a days, buyers use more harsh power as large retail firms are increasing. This phenomenon is occurring in the distribution channel. However, there will be different phenomenon in case of agricultural products. Not like industrial product suppliers, agricultural product suppliers have various supply channels and many agricultural products are seasonal. It has also unstable amount supplies. There should be differentiated marketing in agricultural products. Relatively weaker powered suppliers have to strengthen comparative factors and also have to be technically specialized through assessed experience in order to establish strong product sales chain. Making a brand of agricultural product would be also a good idea to increase the product comparability. Channel members need to be recognized their specialized functions in order to make balanced distribution channel. There have to be conversion of concept of relation between suppliers and buyers from subordinate relationship to cooperative relationship.
In these days, agricultural products are regarded as a core income source in tourism villages. Nevertheless, poor packaging of agricultural products has threatened the competitiveness and quality of products. For farmers, it is less likely to employ individual designer for developing and improving their packages due to low accessability to rural villages and budgets. Based on this background, this study conducted 'Charrette' in order to improve agricultural product packaging. The target village was 'Goraday' in Gangwon province. This study consisted of different steps for building and implementing proper 'Charrette' programs. Then, it also conducted empirical investigation about the effectiveness and efficiency of 'Charrette'. 'Charrette' has made progress as follows; first step was concerned with advance preparation for constructing program. Second, implementation of 'Charratte' included data collection and analysis, and development of design. Third, evaluation and feedback stage have given presentation and discussion about suggested design with local residents. Empirical investigation about the effectiveness and efficiency of 'Charrette' has been composed with survey and interview targeting participants. In survey and interviews, designers were asked about their attitudinal changes in relation to knowledge, recognition, function, motivation, and satisfaction toward 'Charrette' and 'agricultural product package design' before and after participating the event. The results showed that knowledge and perception of designers toward 'agricultural product package design' have positively increased. In addition, it revealed that designers were satisfied with collaborations with others and their contribution to rural community business. However, the results also suggested that sufficient preparation time/schedules and opportunity to meet other and farmers before events would be required to have better communication and understanding in relation to their tasks and role distribution. Furthermore, it is also required for designers to hold relationship with local community in order to actualize their packaging design.
Smart Farm means creating new value in various fields related to agriculture, including not only agricultural production but also distribution and consumption through the convergence of agriculture and ICT. In Korea, a rental smart farm is created to spread smart agriculture, and a smart farm big data platform is established to promote data collection and utilization. It is pushing for digital transformation of agricultural products distribution from production areas to consumption areas, such as expanding smart APCs, operating online exchanges, and digitizing wholesale market transaction information. As such, although agricultural data is generated according to characteristics from various sources, it is only used as a service using statistics and standardized data. This is because there are limitations due to distributed data collection from agriculture to production, distribution, and consumption, and it is difficult to collect and process various types of data from various sources. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the current state of domestic agricultural data collection and sharing for digital agriculture and propose a data collection and linkage method for artificial intelligence services. And, using the proposed data, we propose a deep learning-based environmental factor recommendation method.

With emphasis on environmentally safe and sustainable and economically sound and oriented to consumer, this study intends to assess the consumer's cognition and attitudes for safe food distribution, to investigate the supplying system of the organic farm products, to survey the consumer and life cooperatives dealing with organic farm products, and to draw some implications toward environment- and consumer-oriented agriculture. Related literatures and available documents were reviewed to conceptualize the environmental-and consumer-oriented agriculture and consumer and life cooperatives, to grasp the nationwide status of such alternative agriculture and consumer cooperatives, and investigate the consumers' cognition and attitude. In order to investigate the consumers' needs for organic farm products and to grasp the active consumer and life cooperatives dealing with organic farm products, questionnaire method and non-structured interview were applied. The environment-and consumer-oriented agriculture refers hero to the farming system in which any farm food and other living products giving no harm to human and livestock health and catering the consumers' need. The consumer and life cooperatives is consumer's group buying and selling organic farm products organized in the cooperative system with which any consumer can be affiliated to buy organic farm products safely and reasonably.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to empower the community in developing Unique Javanese Agro Tourism in the Klaten regency, Central Java Indonesia. Community economic empowerment is carried out by 1) conservation-based development, namely the pattern of community development while maintaining the authenticity of ecosystems by seeking to preserve natural, historical, cultural, and recreational natural resources. Community development can be done in stages, that is, carried out before the area becomes an object of agro-tourism and after the area becomes an object of agro tourism, 2) Community empowerment in the development of unique Javanese agro-tourism can be done with the development of community-based agro-tourism, intended to pattern community development that places agrotourism as empowering farmers to obtain good value from agricultural products as well as from tourist visits; the dual effect of absorption of agricultural products by tourism businesses and developers of agro-tourism areas/regions; by the government as an area to develop agrotourism; synergy between communities; and the role of tourism institutions and agricultural institutions in fostering agro-tourism so that this can enhance the aesthetic value and beauty of nature.
Deonjang has been developed as a fermented food in Korea. It produces a distinctive flavors and tastes during the fermentation process. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality characteristics of commercial deonjang certified for traditional foods. We investigated the amino nitrogen, sodium chloride(NaCl), total colony counts, coliforms, Bacillus cereus and isoflavone of 24 commercial deonjang samples certified for traditioinal foods. Deonjang showed wide ranges in amino nitrogen(105.76~318.93 mg%) and NaCl(12.53~16.51%). Survey distribution of microflora investigation in the total colony counts were detected in all 24 samples(100%), and the range is low $1.5{\times}10^6$ CFU/g, at the highest $2.5{\times}10^9$ CFU/g respectively. For the coliform, the following results were $0{\sim}5.0{\times}10^1$ CFU/g. B.cereus was detected in a total of four samples were $2.5{\times}10^3{\sim}3.3{\times}10^4$ CFU/g in the distribution. Daidzein of isoflavones showed the lowest at 86.7 ppm, 681.8 ppm range of the best shows and genistein as low as 0 to 50.0 ppm respectively. This research provided information for quality characteristics of commercial deonjang certified for traditional foods.
