계열별 고등학교 진로교육 실태 분석을 통한 농업계 고등학교 진로교육 개선방안 (The Improvement of Career Education in High School)

  • Agricultural high schools has been changing themselves toward more effective education system to survive in rapidly changing society. Changes occur in new students, in objects of school, and in curriculum. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of career education in agriculture high school. Questionnaires were use to collect data from 894 agricultural high schools. Results of this study show that the career education in agriculture high school has many problems in its curriculum, its contents, and the public relation of educational materials. It is recommended that various materials and manuals for career education should be developed and implemented for effective career education in agricultural high school.

초·중·고등학교 학생들의 전통음식에 대한 인식도 및 만족도 비교 (The Awareness and Satisfaction Regarding Korean Traditional Foods in Elementary, Middle, and High School Students)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the awareness and satisfaction regarding Korean traditional foods in elementary, middle, and high school students. In a survey of 1,030 students, 55.9% of the total respondents stated that traditional Korean food is 'Korean food that uses unique Korean recipes' (p<0.001). In terms of awareness of traditional food, most middle and high school students responded that the mass media was the biggest influence, while elementary students said that their parents were the most pervasive influence. In terms of satisfaction with traditional food served in school, 13 menus had the highest popularity among elementary school students. Most elementary school students preferred Korean traditional foods compared to middle and high school students.   • This study analyses the factors that affect the satisfaction of school meals program. To obtain the data, 54 elementary, middle and high schools in Jeonbuk area were chosen for survey. A ordered probit model analysis is conducted to identify the key explanatory variables that affect the satisfaction of school meals about elementary, middle and high school's students. Also, a ordered probit model is used to calculate marginal effects of several key variables. The study finds that key factors that affect to increase the satisfaction of school meals are rural area schools, elementary school's students, and education for school meals or food nutrition. The satisfaction of school meals in urban and rural school's students are significantly different. Also, the satisfaction of school meals about elementary, middle and high school's students are significantly different. To do this, importance of school meals is to build up the safe agricultural supply system. For safe agricultural supply system, local agricultural products provided in school meals should be supplied based on GAP, HACCP certificated companies such as US FTS(Farm to School) program.

Characterization of Volatile Compounds in Donkey Meat by Gas Chromatography-Ion Mobility Spectrometry (GC-IMS) Combined with Chemometrics

  • Volatile compounds (VOCs) are an important factor affecting meat quality. However, the characteristic VOCs in different parts of donkey meat remain unknown. Accordingly, this study represents a preliminary investigation of VOCs to differentiate between different cuts of donkey meat by using headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (HS-GC-IMS) combined with chemometrics analysis. The results showed that the 31 VOCs identified in donkey meat, ketones, alcohols, aldehydes, and esters were the predominant categories. A total of 10 VOCs with relative odor activity values ≥1 were found to be characteristic of donkey meat, including pentanone, hexanal, nonanal, octanal, and 3-methylbutanal. The VOC profiles in different parts of donkey meat were well differentiated using three- and two-dimensional fingerprint maps. Nine differential VOCs that represent potential markers to discriminate different parts of donkey meat were identified by chemometrics analysis. These include 2-butanone, 2-pentanone, and 2-heptanone. Thus, the VOC profiles in donkey meat and specific VOCs in different parts of donkey meat were revealed by HS-GC-IMS combined with chemometrics, whcih provided a basis and method of investigating the characteristic VOCs and quality control of donkey meat.

경기 일부지역 초등학생 어머니의 학교급식 친환경농산물에 대한 인식 (Perception of Use of Environment-friendly Agricultural Products during School Foodservice of Mothers of Elementary School Students in Gyeonggi)

  • Objectives: This study was to investigate the perception of mothers of elementary school students regarding environment-friendly agricultural products in school foodservice. Methods: A total of 282 mothers whose children were receiving environment-friendly agricultural products during elementary school foodservice in Gyeonggi participated in this questionnaire survey. The survey was conducted to investigate respondents perception and satisfaction with environment-friendly agricultural products in their children's school meals from May 29 to June 9, 2017. Results: About 79% of the subjects were satisfied with school foodservice. The most important aspects of school foodservice were nutrition (35.8%) and sanitation (34.8%). Over 80% of the subjects were aware of environment-friendly agricultural products and about 54% of the subjects checked for a certification mark when purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products. Additionally, 72.3% of the subjects knew that environment-friendly agricultural products were used at school. The advantages of using environment-friendly agricultural products in school foodservice were safety (75.5%) and high food quality (16.3%). About 66% of the mothers knew the school was receiving support from the city or education office for using environment-friendly agricultural products. Additionally, 74.5% of the mothers responded that they are willing to pay for use of environment-friendly agricultural products when subsidies were not supported. Conclusions: The positive perception and high support for use of environment-friendly agricultural products in school foodservice among elementary students' mothers can be used as basic data for expansion of the use of environment-friendly agricultural products in school foodservice.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the influence between the variables affecting the Agricultural high school students in career decisions. The results of this study are as follow. First, self-efficacy(${\beta}=.14$, p=.000), perceived usefulness(${\beta}=.52$, p=.000) and social support(${\beta}=.31$, p=.000) were found to be significant according to career decision of agricultural high school student the result of analysis of multiple regression. all regression coefficients were positive. second, perceived usefulness(${\beta}=.52$) was found on the most influential of the three variables. Finally, when students perform studies related to agro-industry can be called self-efficacy are important factors. also The real working environment for the agro-industrial field placement, explore the world of work, ways of understanding reality based on what they learned at school such as university-industry linkage will also be established.

전문계 고등학교 농업기계 관련학과 재학생 전공 만족도 및 진로계획 실태조사 (Status Survey on Satisfaction Contentment and Career Plan of Students Majoring in Agricultural Machinery in Technical High Schools)

  • This study was conducted to collect basic data for establishing a revitalization plan for agricultural machinery departments in technical high schools. A status survey on satisfaction and career plan of students majoring in agricultural machinery in technical highschool was measured. The survey results showed that the selection motivation for technical high school was mainly due to the academic score obtained during middle school, and an academic major for agricultural machinery was mainly based on personal interest and aptitude. About 90% of the students answered as "normal" or "satisfied" to the questions asking satisfaction level for agricultural machinery major and education. For career plan, 68.5% of the students answered as "entrance into academic schools for higher level education" and 31.5% answered as "employment". Most preferred higher level education area was "engineering" (30.8%) and "agricultural machinery" was only 12.6%. Expecting employment area was also automobile or other industrial machinery rather than agricultural machinery.

친환경농산물을 활용한 학교급식 만족도 조사 (A Study on Satisfaction of School Food Service Using Environment-friendly Agricultural Products)

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the satisfaction and the perception of school food service using environmental-friendly agricultural product of elementary, middle and high school students and parents. We surveyed related to satisfaction of school food service, perception of environmental-friendly agricultural product and perception of school food service using environmental-friendly agricultural product. As a result, the majority of students and parents want to expand the school food service using environmental-friendly agricultural product. Also It was analyzed that the use of environmental-friendly agricultural products would increase school food service satisfaction. In other words, the using environmental-friendly products in school food service experience positive effects thorough school food service, it will give a positive effect on the satisfaction of school food service. As a results of this study contribute to making policy about expansion school food service.

  • 해방이후 국가적 초기화 상황과 다를 바 없는 국면에서, '민족주의'는 정부에 의해 혼돈과 분열의 상황을 극복하고 사회적 결속력을 높이기 위한 이념적 도구로 선택되었고, 많은 전통예술 그 중에서도 '민속예술'이 '민족예술의 정수'로 상징화되었다. 이와 함께 농악, 민요, 민속놀이, 무용 등과 같은 기층의 예술양식들이 이전의 지역 공동체사회보다 더 확장된 사회-국가로 불려나오게 되고, 그에 부응한 여러 사회문화적 현상이 잇따르게 되는데, 그 영향이 학교 교육의 범주에서도 발견된다 학교 안에서의 국악-민속예술 교육이 촉발되어 농악을 비롯하여 민속무용, 민속음악 등이 전문예술인들의 지도 하에 교내 학생들을 대상으로 전수되게 된다. 그로 인해 전문 민속예술인 양성을 목적으로 한 마땅한 교육기관이 극소수에 불과했던 당대에 농악인재를 양성하는 역할을 대행하는 결과를 낳았다. 이런 현상은 일반 인문계 고등학교보다 실업목적형 학교인 농림고/농업고에서 두드러진다. 그리고 그 교육성과는 당대를 넘어서 현재의 농악 전승 현장까지 연결되어 있으며, 각별히 한국 근현대농악사에 여러 유의미한 사실들을 낳았다. 본 글은 세 지역 농림고/농업고의 농악부 운영 실례를 통시적으로 살펴보고, 그것이 현재의 한국 농악 전승 국면과 어떤 사실관계에 있으며, 그에 대한 농악사적 의의와 시사점을 규명한다.

Effect of Temperature Change on the Respiration Characteristics of Vegetables

  • The effect of fluctuating temperature on the respiration of vegetables has been investigated. Spinach was selected as the experimental material because of its high respiratory activity and kept under the condition that temperature changed alternately at low and high levels every 4 hours. The low-high level temperature combination was set in $1-10^{\circ}C,{\;}1-20^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}1-30^{\circ}C$. Respiration was evaluated in terms of quantity of $CO_2$ evolved from spinach. The evolution rate of $CO_2$ was determined by a change in its concentration. The evaluation rate of $CO_2$ followed closely the temperature change. In the temperature combinations at $1-10^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}1-20^{\circ}C$, the relationship between $CO_2$ evolution rate and temperature was found to be able to express by Arrhenius law, while at $1-30^{\circ}C$, it did not obey the law.
