  • Real cyberterrors are invisible and difficult to identify. Even after a cyberattack, its origin and cause are difficult to determine. Cyberterrorism results in invisible cyberwars, and it is believed that World War IV will begin with a cyberwarfare. For national cybersecurity, information on cybersecurity must be collected, shared, and disseminated. In this study, we investigate a blockchain system designed based on the World Cybersecurity Agreement. National cybersecurity information is linked to the hyperledger blockchain system network through the National Cybersecurity Center. National cybersecurity information designs and uses a secure protocol for protection; further, it is collected, shared, and disseminated to treaty countries. National cybersecurity information is shared and spread by the hyperledger blockchain system, and it uses a cyberdefense system that responds to the cyberattacks and their origin. This paper serves as a policy and legislation guideline for forming a World Cybersecurity Agreement between countries.

  • The dynamic analysis of a plate with non-linearity due to large deformation was investigated in this study. There have been many theoretical and numerical analyses of the non-linear dynamic behavior of plates examining theoretically or numerically. The problem is how correctly an analytical model can represent the dynamic characteristics of the actual system. To address the issue, the continuous-time system identification technique was used to generate non-linear models, for stiffness and damping terms, and to explain the observed behaviors with single mode assumption after comparing experimental results with the numerical results of a linear plate model.

  • Understanding the current status of a construction project is necessary to achieve successful on-site management. Real-time information delivery is a major concern for construction industry practitioners in order to expedite decisions and discussions. We propose the use of a first personal view (FPV) system of a quadcopter drone as a tool for monitoring on-site status and communicating between construction participants. The most important function of the drone FPV system is its ability to visually monitor construction site situations in real time. An on-site management system process is developed, verified, and applied to several construction work tasks after determining factors that affect efficient construction management. The proposed system is expected to assist the construction manager in achieving high efficiency.

  • In helicopter bearingless rotor design, the flexbeam is the key component of rotor system, which plays an importantrole in the blade flapping, lead-lag movement, torsion, and load transfer. Flexbeam must have the minimum torsion stiffness with enough tension strength. In this paper, we first investigated the torsion stiffness of different cross section configurations of the flexbeam through some simple experiments. Then we analyzed a rotor's dynamical characteristics with finite element method and got the rotor's fan plot. After that, we studied the relationship between the frequency changes with the spanwise distribution of mass and stiffness in bearingless rotor. Finally, we analyzed the influence of the flexbeam on dynamical characteristics of the bearingless rotor system, and completed the design of this type of rotor flexbeam.

  • In this paper, a novel and efficient discretization method of a continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy system is proposed. Because of the highly complex and nonlinear interaction among the subsystems, it is very difficult to develop the discretized version of continuous-tine TS fuzzy system. More precisely, to obtain the suitable discretized version, it is necessary to solve two main problems: to discretize global state equations of the continuous-tine TS fuzzy system and to hold the polytopic structure after the discretization. This paper will show the solution to above two problems. Main key idea is to transforme the sampling period into the intersampling period. Finally, To show the feasibility and the validity of the proposed method, a computer simulation is provided.

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate and improve the microbiological quality of HACCP application in school foodservice operations. The microbiological quality of foods and utensils were evaluated two times at each critical control point (CCP) with 3M petrifilm in five Daegu elementary schools. Two processes were evaluated: Heating process and after-heating process. The CCPs of the heating process were receiving, cooking and serving temperatures. The CCPs of the after-heating process were personal hygiene, cross contamination avoidance and serving temperature. After the first experiment, 31 employees of five schools were classroom educated, trained on-site, and pre- and post-tested on HACCP-based sanitation with the goal of improving the microbiological quality of the foodservice. Scores representing knowledge of holding, thawing, washing, food temperature, sanitizing and food-borne illness increased after education. In the heating process, internal food temperatures in the first and second experiments were higher than 74$^{\circ}C$, the holding temperature in the first experiment was less than 6$0^{\circ}C$. In the second experiment, the serving temperature improved to a satisfactory level. The microbiological quality in the second experiment improved by decreasing the time from cooking to serving. In the after-heating process, the ingredients were boiled before being cut in the first experiment. In the second experiment, ingredients were cut before being boiled, improving microbiological quality. Also in the second experiment, cooking just before serving food improved its microbiological quality through time-temperature control. These results strongly suggest it is essential to measure microbiological quality regularly and to educate employees on HACCP continuously, especially time-temperature control and cross contamination avoidance in order to improve foodservice quality.

  • The audio vision system was developed for visually impaired people and usability was verified. In this study ten normal volunteers were included in the subject group and their mean age was 28.8 years old. Male and female ratio was 7:3. The usability of audio vision system was verified by as follows. First, volunteers learned distance of obstacles and up-down discrimination. After learning of audio vision system, indoor and outdoor walking examination was performed. The test was scored by ability of up-down and lateral discrimination, distance recognition and walking without collision. Each parameter was scored by 1 to 5. The results were 93.5 +- SD(ranges, 86 to 100) of 100. In this study, we could convert visual information to auditory information by audio-vision system and verified possibility of applying to daily life for visually impaired people.

  • In recent years, there has been a rise in epidemiological evidence suggesting the health benefits of a physically active lifestyle. However, it is not always easy for individuals to personally recognize the optimal conditions for exercise and physical activity. Wearable acceleration-based pedometers have become widely used in estimating the amount of physical activity, and to a limited extent, providing information regarding exercise intensity, but they have never been used to assess adaptation to exercise. In order to realize simultaneous activity monitoring for multiple users exercising outdoors, we developed a prototype wireless local area network (WLAN) based system. In our system, a WLAN is deployed outside, and a user wearing a smart phone and monitoring device exercises freely within the coverage area of the wireless network. By doing so, the developed system is able to monitor the activity of each user andmeasures various parameters including those related to exercise adaptation. In a demonstration experiment, the developed system was evaluated and used to monitor users enjoying a Nordic walk, after which users were immediately able to receive their exercise report. In this paper, we discuss the requirements and issues in developing an activity monitoring system and report the findings we obtained through the demonstration experiment.
