기술제품에 대한 사용자 지각이 사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 수용적 태도와 저항의 매개적 역할을 중심으로 (The Impact of User Perception on Usage Intention : Focusing on the Moderating Role of Attitude of Acceptance and Resistance)

  • This study explores the major factors that are likely to affect the acceptance and resistance of innovative products and services. The TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) has been widely used for understanding consumer acceptance of new technology. This model displays perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as antecedents of intention to adopt and use. However, research has reported a variety of preceding variables for technology acceptance. In addition, considering paradoxes of technology, research regarding both acceptance and resistance in an integrated model can explain consumer perception and behavior in detail. The results of this study states that relative benefits, degree of innovation in technology, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have had positive influence on the intention to adopt but negative impact on that of resistance. However, alterations of usage and perceived risk positively affects resistance, but also have negative effects on the intention to adopt. Finally, intention to adopt has comparatively greater influence than that of resistance on intention to use. Theoretical and managerial implications of the results are also discussed.

  • This paper has dealt with the efficiency of maritime safety administrative system in the APEC region. under the hypothesis that officient maritime safety and marine environment. Many factors affect administrative structures, which generate various types of administration. The factors include social, economical and political factors. Further, the addition of historical factors to these factors makes it tougher to draw out an optimal model for maritime safety administration. In this regard, the result of this study will be within the extent of volition capable of accepting it under the existing maritime safety administration system. The result of the study to help APEC member states(economies) to compare their own system with those of other economies and finally to help to improve their maritime safety administrative structure for safer shipping.

  • To improve the electrochemical properties of thin-film LiCoO$_2$ cathodes, metal oxides were coated on the LiCoO$_2$ thin films using f sputtering. Galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments showed the enhanced cycling behaviors in the metal-oxide coated LiCoO$_2$ thin films than the uncoated ones. These results are because the metal-oxide coating layer suppresses the degradation of Li-diffusion kinetics during cycling, which is related to the protection of cathode surface from the electrolytes [l-3]. The variation in the metal-oxide coating thickness ranging from 10 to 300 nm did not affect the electrochemical properties. Changes of lattice constants in the coated and bare LiCoO$_2$ thin films at different charged states will also be discussed.

  • Human, physical damage is happened frequently to consumer's safety accident by product defect on modern industrial society. Accordingly, advanced nation including the United States of America enforce product liability law and is protecting consumer more actively from danger of product defect. Our country(Korea) may enforce product liability law since July, 2002, and if business does not grope effective confrontation way about PL, capital strength weak smaller enterprise and venture business corporation's competitive power may affect much corporation's competitive power enfeeblement and survival. This research supplement based on induction and operating QMS in smaller enterprise essential factor that corporations must equip according to product liability law enforcement. And we present integration quality management system model of Product liability to do so that smaller enterprises may can cope effectively at force of Product liability law.

  • The stress induced leakage currents of thin silicon oxides is investigated in the VLSI implementation of a self learning neural network integrated circuits using a linearity synapse transistor. The channel current for the thickness dependence of stress current, transient current, and stress induced leakage currents has been measured in oxides with thicknesses between 41 ${\AA}$, 86${\AA}$, which have the channel width ${\times}$ length 10 ${\times}$1${\mu}$m, 10 ${\times}$0.3${\mu}$m respectively. The stress induced leakage currents will affect data retention in synapse transistors and the stress current, transient current is used to estimate to fundamental limitations on oxide thicknesses. The synapse transistor made by thin silicon oxides has represented the neural states and the manipulation which gaves unipolar weights. The weight value of synapse transistor was caused by the bias conditions. Excitatory state and inhitory state according to weighted values affected the channel current. The stress induced leakage currents affected excitatory state and inhitory state.

물리·화학적 공정을 이용한 해수 동물성 플랑크톤 Aretemia sp.의 소독 (Inactivation of Seawater Zooplankton Aretemia sp. using Physical and Chemical Processes)

  • In this study, we discussed about the application of the single physical and chemical treatment processes and the physical-chemical complex treatment processes on the inactivation of Artemia sp. in order to satisfy the USCG Phase II (United States Coast Guard). The results showed that initial disinfection rate of ultrasonic process in single batch process is higher than that of electrolysis. However, the inactivation rate showed slower than electrolysis. The inactivation rate of Artemia sp. on the single continuous treatment process ranked in the following order: homogenizer > electrolysis > ultrasonic process. Inactivation rate of Artemia sp. in continuous homogenizer-electrolysis complex process was reached at 100% immediately. A synergistic effect of ultrasonic-electrolytic complex process was found to be a small. The order of processes in a complex process did not affect the disinfection performance.

  • Recently, studying on modeling the emotion of a robot has become issued among fields of a humanoid robot and an interaction of human and robot. Especially, modeling of the motivation, the emotion, the behavior. and so on, in the robot, is hard and need to make efforts to use ow originality. In this paper, new modeling using mathematical formulations to represent the emotion and the behavior selection is proposed for the software robot with virtual sensor modules. Various points which affect six emotional states such as happy or sad are formulated as simple exponential equations with various parameters. There are several experiments with seven external sensor inputs from virtual environment and human to evaluate this modeling.

청소년 초기 일상생활활동 경험의 특성화 스트레스 수준 (Daily Life Activity Experiences and their Relations to Stress in Early adolescence)

  • This study investigated characteristics of daily life activity experiences and their relations to stress in early adolescence. A sample of 134 8th graders carried electronic watches programmed to signal 7 times a day for a week at random times and reported their daily life activity experiences when signaled. Boys spent 33% of their waking hours in schoolwork, 46% in leisure, and 21% in maintenance activities. Girls spent 32% in schoolwork, 43% in leisure, and the other 25% in maintenance. Both boys and girls experienced more positive affect, cognitive, and motivation during leisure, whereas more negative psychological states during schoolwork. The major stress was schoolwork-related. The stress was significantly related to objective and subjective experiences of daily life activity.

  • The professionalization of unauthoritative medical service has been progressed over time, transforming based on the motive, strategy and the social environment of the medical society. Osteopathology and Chiropractic have been professionalized in totally different steps, even though their basic philosophy and the theory are very much the same. The historical suggestions of these osteolopathology and chiropractic in England and United States is that the economical conditions and the point of view that society has on the relationship between human and medicines affect decisively on the social transformation of the community. Observations through these examples will provide many informations as a source on political measures for a medical society to decide for its future direction.

Using System Reliability to Evaluate and Maintain Structural Systems

  • A reliability approach to evaluate structural performance has gained increased acceptability and usage over the past two decades. Most reliability analyses are based on the reliability of an individual component without examining the entire structural system. These analyses often result in either unnecessary repairs or unsafe structures. This study uses examples of series, parallel, and series-parallel models of structural systems to illustrate how the component reliabilities affect the reliability of the entire system. The component-system reliability interaction can be used to develop optimum lifetime inspection and repair strategies for structural systems. These examples demonstrate that such strategies must be based on the reliability of the entire structural system. They also demonstrate that the location of an individual component in the system has a profound effect on the acceptable reliability of that component. Furthermore, when a structure is deteriorating over time, the reliability importance of various components is a1so changing with time. For this reason, the most critical component in the early life of the structure may not tie the most critical later.
