1. Objectives This Study is to comprehend the Sasang structure created by Lee Je-Ma. 2. Methods We analyzed $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowon(東醫壽世保元)$\lrcorner$ & $\ulcorner$Gyukchigo(格致藁)$\lrcorner$ which contain the contents of 'Heaven-Human-Narure-Order(天人性命), and 'Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物)'. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) The structure of Sasang is divided into two, which are 'Talent(才能的 部分)-Action(行爲的 部分)' and 'Self examination(正己的 部分)-Perception of mankind(知人的 部分)'. 2) 'Talent-Action' is the ontological structure of the Sasang. 'Self examination-Perception of mankind' is the administrative structure of the Sasang. 3) The ontological structure of Sasang is essential concept which is explaining the existence of mankind. An administrative strucrure of Sasang is operative concept which makes human as oneself. 4) It is necessary to have the insight to organize these four parts into the one organic whole if one has to comprehend the profound meaning of Sasang. 5) Four parts of Sasang structure could be matched as 'Heaven(天)-Affairs(事), Human(人)-Objects(物)', 'Nature (性)-Mind(心), Order(命)-Body(身)'.

Judgment on the validity of patents on the subject of an arbitration does not. In other words, the occurrence of patents generated by the administrative action, and such administrative action by an authorized agency may be treated as legitimate until it is canceled. However, recent Supreme Court judgment on novelty and inventive step as well as judgments about the validity of the patent also made possible by the judiciary. This progress even in the mediation of an arbitral award which is premised on the validity of patents can be seen that possible. However, if the arbitration by an arbitrator if possible a certain portion of the limit exists. In other words, the effect of arbitration between the parties is valid. This patent is valid and invalid in arbitration even if the judgment relative to the effect ceases. In addition, the arbitration award and patent invalidation trial is in progress at the same time, if you consequently will reach a different conclusion. This can cause problems of double track. In addition, by extending the critical target recognition and enforcement in other countries can cause problems. Despite these problems, now about the validity of patents that it is possible intervention is necessary to discuss again.

Due to Korean government's reduction policy of the level of local administration, the government tries to become smaller and more efficient organization and in accordance with this movement, they try to transfer the human power and work of the office of Eup, Myeon, Dong to the office of Si, Goon, Goo so that they can take administrative action quickly, increase the efficiency of administration by preventing the overlapping of administrative task, improve the administrative service toward the citizens and make a functional shift of Inhabitant Self-Government Center in a way that is aimed at improving the quality of life of the inhabitants by setting up cultural, welfare facilities and forming the local community. Hereupon I expect this study will help to show the ways of composing the space of community center, accommodating the various demands of inhabitants through appropriate area calculation of functional area, increasing the efficiency of government officers' administrative support and also will be the guide for the architectural designs of the community centers. For this purpose, I have investigated community centers of 8 Dongs out of 11 Dongs in Goon-po Si that was chosen to be operating the pilot program of the office of Eup, Myeon, Dong's functional shift and obtained excellent results. I have surveyed how the functional spaces are being used, interviewed the government officials, examined the size of the functional and required space with Building card of a plan and the analyzed results are as follows.

본 연구는 남북한 통일을 대비하여 준비하고 있는 과제 중 북한지역에 있는 토지에 대한 관리 및 운영 실태를 파악하여 북한지역의 사회적 혼란과 경제적 손실을 최소화하고 주민의 기본적인 삶의 보장과 사회보장, 생활의 계속성 유지 등 북한 주민들의 인간다운 생활 안정화를 위하여 토지처리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 북한 지역의 토지 처리방안으로 전(前) 소유자에 대한 소유권을 인정하지 않고 재국유화하여 통일 후 일정기간 동안은 토지 소유권을 국가가 보유하고 현재 점유, 이용하고 있는 토지는 북한 주민에게 분배하여 토지이용권을 설정해주고 이후 사(私)토지소유권으로 전환될 수 있는 방향으로 개편하여 사용권을 점진적으로 사유화하는 방안을 제시했다.

In the knowledge development of online assessment in learning management systems (LMSs), many assessments are evaluated weekly in the summer training course for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdul-Aziz University in Saudi Arabia. The number of performance assessments in the summer training course reaches 15 weeks. Many of them, however, are sent or done informally or through unreliable ways and cannot be verified by third parties. Therefore, applying the concept of digital transformation is essential. This research study reported herein used the action design research (ADR) method to build a new information technology system that could assist in the digital transformation. An electronic platform was designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated using the ADR method so that the main people involved in the summer training process (i.e., students, academic supervisors, and administrators) would have a high level of satisfaction with it. The study was conducted on 452 students, 105 academic supervisors, and 15 administrative staff and was conducted during the summer semester of 2020. All the training processes were digitally transformed and automated to control and raise the level and reliability of the training. All involved people were satisfied, thus, shifting the process to be in a digital form assist in achieving the high-level goal.

최근 우리사회가 현대지식경제사회로 진입하면서 정부의 정책과 규제가 국민 삶에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 과거와 달리 환경·주택문제, 도시·교통문제, 노사·노동문제 등 다양한 분야에서 발생되는 문제점과 사회적 현안에 대하여 행정의 개입을 희망하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울특별시 민생사법경찰단 운영 10년을 통하여 지방자치단체가 특사경 전담조직 운영함에 있어 당위성을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법은 행정작용의 실효성 확보를 위한 방안으로 행정형벌의 집행과정과 그 효과에 대하여 서울시의 통계자료 등을 기초로 하는 문헌연구를 통해 다루었다. 이에 서울시 민생사법경찰단 운영 10년의 조직변천 과정과 운영현황을 분석하고 행정의 집행력 강화를 위해 수사 전담조직인 민생사법경찰단의 직무 확장이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 고찰하고자 한다. 또한 국가보훈처와 같이 특별사법경찰 사무가 활용되지 아니하고 있음에도 법령에 존치되고 있는 현행 관련법률의 정비를 유도하고, 향후 자치경찰제 시행에 따른 특별사법경찰 전담조직의 예상되는 변화를 능동적으로 수용할 수 있도록 미래지향적 제언을 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 제1, 2차 도서관발전종합계획상의 '도서관 행정체계 일원화' 과제의 추진성과 분석과 정책 평가를 통해 해당 정책과제의 중요도, 타당성 등을 고찰하고, 일원화 추진방안의 쟁점사항에 대한 검토를 통해 도서관 행정체계 일원화에 대한 추진전략을 모색하고자 시도되었다. 제1차 도서관발전종합계획에서의 성과 분석에서는 구체적이고 실질적인 실적이 전무한 거의 선언적인 정책과제로 밝혀졌고, 도서관전문가 집단을 대상으로 수행한 제2차 도서관발전종합계획상의 정책 평가에서는 실현가능성이나 구체성이 떨어지는 정책과제로 평가되었다. 선행연구 조사, 전문가 정책 평가, 현장 실무자에 대한 심층 면접조사 결과 지자체로 일원화하는 일원화 주체에 대한 정책방향은 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 일원화 방식, 조직구성, 인력 이관 및 직급 조정, 재산 이관 등에서 상당한 쟁점이 있음이 분석되어, 도서관 행정체계 일원화를 위해서는 거시환경 차원의 구호성 정책이 아니라 과업환경 차원의 실현가능한 실질적이고도 구체적인 실천 전략이 필요함이 판단되어졌다.

개인정보 보호법 위반 시 법률 기준에 따라 행정처분을 하고 공표기준에 부합할 경우 이에 대한 결과를 공표하게 된다. 그러나 현재의 방식은 개인정보 보호법의 공표제도에 따라 공표함에도 불구하고 반복적인 행정처분이 증가하고 있어 그 실효성의 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인정보 보호법 위반에 따른 행정처분 결과 분석을 통해 기존 공표제도 방식을 강화할 수 있는 위반행위자가 대중의 정보 접근성이 좋은 방식으로 스스로 위반 사실을 공표하게 하는 '공표명령권' 도입에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 기존 방송통신위원회와 행정안전부가 공표한 자료뿐만 아니라, 개인정보보호위원회가 국무총리 산하 중앙행정기관으로 출범한 이후 개인정보보호법 위반으로 인한 행정처분 결과 공표자료를 분석하였다. 또한 공표 대상 산업분야와 위반 법률 조문을 통해 주요 산업분야와 위반 법률 조문을 분석하였으며 개인정보 보호법 공표명령권 도입을 위한 타 법률 사례를 분석하고, 행정청이 공표하는 현행 방식 대신 위반행위자가 '시정조치를 받은 사실에 대한 공표'를 스스로 공표하게 하는 '공표명령권' 시행을 위한 법률적 근거를 제안한다.

This study will examine the relationship between social support from the work and family domains, referred to as multiple social network ties (MSNT), and employees' job and family-related performance outcomes during the COVID-19 crisis. The study also demonstrates the importance of employees' work-family balance (WFB) in moderating the association between MSNT and job and family-related performance. A two-wave design was used to collect data from 320 managerial level personnel in Pakistan's textile sector. The path analysis technique of structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to analyze the responses. In times of crisis, social support mechanisms could potentially replace organizational support mechanisms for employees dealing with work and family obligations, according to the study. The findings of this study show that work-family balance is a significant partial mediator between MSNT and employees' job and family-related outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a best-fit model. This research supports the pragmatic view of MSNT's action mechanism in generating jobs for employees and family-related results, especially in uncertain situations. According to the findings, employees who have a positive work-life balance are happier and more productive in both work and personal life. It has major implications for human resource management (HRM) research and practice.

Background: Active natural ingredients, especially small molecules, have recently received wide attention as modifiers used to treat neurodegenerative disease by promoting neurogenic regeneration of neural stem cell (NSC) in situ. 20(S)-protopanaxadiol (PPD), one of the bioactive ingredients in ginseng, possesses neuroprotective properties. However, the effect of PPD on NSC proliferation and differentiation and its mechanism of action are incompletely understood. Methods: In this study, we investigated the impact of PPD on NSC proliferation and neuronal lineage differentiation through activation of the Wnt/glycogen synthase kinase (GSK)-3β/β-catenin pathway. NSC migration and proliferation were investigated by neurosphere assay, Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, and EdU assay. NSC differentiation was analyzed by Western blot and immunofluorescence staining. Involvement of the Wnt/GSK3β/β-catenin pathway was examined by molecular simulation and Western blot and verified using gene transfection. Results: PPD significantly promoted neural migration and induced a significant increase in NSC proliferation in a time- and dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, a remarkable increase in anti-microtubule-associated protein 2 expression and decrease in nestin protein expression were induced by PPD. During the differentiation process, PPD targeted and stimulated the phosphorylation of GSK-3β at Ser9 and the active forms of β-catenin, resulting in activation of the Wnt/GSK-3β/β-catenin pathway. Transfection of NSCs with a constitutively active GSK-3β mutant at S9A significantly hampered the proliferation and neural differentiation mediated by PPD. Conclusion: PPD promotes NSC proliferation and neural differentiation in vitro via activation of the Wnt/GSK-3β/β-catenin pathway by targeting GSK-3β, potentially having great significance for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
