학사경고생이 지각하는 대학교육서비스 질과 대학생활적응, 학습역량 간 구조적 관계 분석 (A Study of the Structural Relationship among the Quality of Higher Education Service, Adaptation to College Life, and Learning Competency Perceived by Students on Academic Probation)

  • 본 연구는 학사경고생이 지각하는 대학교육서비스 질과 대학생활적응, 학습역량 간의 구조적 인과관계를 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위하여 학사경고생 대상 설문개발 및 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학행정서비스는 대학생활적응과 학습역량에 부적으로 유의한 영향(p<.05, β=.-468)을 미치는 나타났다. 둘째, 교육과정은 대학생활적응을 매개로 학습역량에 정적으로 유의한 영향(p<.001, β=.782)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생활적응은 학습역량에 정적으로 유의한 영향(p<.001, β=.897)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 학사경고생 맞춤 대학행정서비스 및 교육과정 운영을 통한 대학생활적응 및 학습역량 향상 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.

  • 모바일 컴퓨팅과 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 컴퓨터 그래픽의 사용 및 응용이 점점 더 증가되고 있다. 컴퓨터 그래픽의 실시간 모델링 및 렌더링은 시스템의 성능에 크게 영향을 받으며 핸드폰이나 PDA등 저 성능의 시스템인 경우 사실상 불가능한 경우도 있다. 따라서 기존에 어떤 상황에 있는 사용자이든지 사용자 환경에 맞는 컴퓨터 그래픽스 콘텐츠를 실시간으로 제공하기 위한 방법으로 지능형 서비스 렌더링 미들웨어를 제안했다. 서비스 렌더링 미들웨어는 다중 단계를 가지는 구성요소와 응용이 필수적으로 요구되어지며 본 논문에서는 서비스 렌더링 미들웨어에서의 그래픽 콘텐츠의 적응 레벨을 결정하기 위한단말기 성능별 다중해상도 알고리즘을 제안한다.

SNS 중독 경향성 및 대인관계가 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Social Network Service (SNS) Addiction Tendency and Interpersonal Relationship on College Life Adaptation in Nursing Students )

  • 본 연구는 SNS 중독 경향성 및 대인관계가 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2019년 10월 01일부터 10월 04일까지 G시 1~3학년의 간호대학 재학생 228명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 결과분석은 기술통계, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Multiple regression을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 대학생활적응은 성별(t=5.26, p<.001), SNS 일평균 사용시간(F=8.07, p<.001), 현실에서의 교류 친구 수(F=2.87, p=.037)와 유의한 차이가 있었다. 변수간의 상관관계로 대학생활적응은 SNS 중독 경향성(r=-.31, p<.001) 및 대인관계(r=.52, p<.001) 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, SNS 중독 경향성과 대인관계에서도 유의한 상관관계가 있었다(r=-.17, p=.011). 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 대인관계(𝛽=.477, p<.001), 성별(𝛽=-.198, p=.001), SNS 일 평균 사용시간(𝛽=-.177, p=.003)으로 나타났으며 설명력은 37.8%였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 향상시키기 위해 긍정적인 SNS를 활용한 긍정적인 대인관계 형성을 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하리라 사료된다.

정부통합전산센터의 Web2.0 적용 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Adaptation Strategies Based on Web2.0 for NCIA)

  • Progressing of Web2.0 and social digitalization are lead to changing citizens participation and citizen centric service of civic service. To meet this trends that is online collaboration and sharing, citizen's service that provides our government, also need to changing web2.0 style. This paper argues that government could now grasp the opportunities that are emerging in terms of web2.0 Current policy and action is not yet adequate to grasp these opportunities. So this study focused on strategies of civil services based on web2.0 using NCIA(National Computerization Integrated Agency) cases. For the purpose, we analyze former researches related with civil service. And then, we propose web2.0 adaptation strategies for NCIA.

Factors Affecting Foreign Workers' Turnover Intentions

  • Purpose: As the proportion of foreigners participating in the domestic labor market is gradually increasing, problems caused by social and cultural differences have also been expressed. As such, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of organizational justice and social support on psychological and cultural adaptation and its effect on turnover intention. Research design, data and methodology: The data was collected for foreign workers who visited the Foreign Workers Support Center operated by the Korea Human Resources Development Service. A total of 224 data were analyzed from March 1 to March 30, 2019 and was analyzed through frequency analysis for basic work environment of foreign workers, factor analysis for reliability and validity of variables, and overall structural model analysis. Results: Organizational fairness did not appear to affect psychological adaptation and significant cultural adaptation but social support had a significant effect. Psychological adjustment did not affect turnover intention, and cultural adaptation had a significant effect on turnover intention. Conclusions: Thus, in order to reduce the intention of turnover and adapt well to the working environment, it would be more efficient to find ways to raise the level of psychological adaptation by strengthening social support rather than organizational fairness.

보건계열 대학생의 생활스트레스가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향과 건강증진 생활양식의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Health Promoting Lifestyle in the Relationship between Life Stress and Adaptation to College Life of Health Department College Students)

  • The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of health promoting lifestyle in the relationship between life stress and adaptation to college life of health department college students. The data was collected for 10 days form sept. 3 to 14, 2012. Among a total of 351 cases of questionaries, only 342 cases were used. To data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis as suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986) using PASW statistics 18.0. From the analyses, there was a negative relationship between life stress and adaptation to college life but a positive relationship between health promoting lifestyle and adaptation to college life. There was a partial mediating effect of health promoting lifestyle between life stress and adaptation to college life. The results indicate a need to develop programs that effectively promote the health promoting lifestyle of health department college students to decrease life stress and maximize adaptation to college life.

교육복지서비스 이용 중학생의 학교생활적응에 관한 연구 (Study on School Life Adaptation of Middle School Students who are Beneficiary of Educational Welfare Service)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine if there is any difference due to the general characteristics of middle school students who are beneficiaries of educational welfare services and a special quality of use about educational welfare services. Additionally, the examination has been performed to understand the relationship that exists between the satisfaction about educational welfare services, and adaptation to school life and self-respect of middle school students who are beneficiaries of educational welfare services. The results of the study showed meaningful higher scores by male students than female students only in the environmental adaptation area among lower areas in school life adaptation due to sex. Due to school year, third-year students showed meaningful high scores in school life adaptation. The satisfaction about programs in each area of educational welfare services of middle school students who are beneficiaries of educational welfare services showed a meaningful static relationship with school life adaptation. The inspection of the relationship between satisfaction about educational welfare services and 5 lower areas of school life adaptation showed statistically meaningful results in the order of adaptation to the teacher, adaptation to the environment and adaptation to the class, which are lower areas. The examination on the relationship between self-respect and adaptation to school life showed that self-respect has a static relationship with all lower areas of school life and overall school life adaptation. However, no meaningful relationship was shown between the satisfaction about educational welfare services and self-respect. Also, it was found that the factors of grade, self-respect, the number of service utilization have an effect on school life adaptation. This study has some limitations. But in this study, which is different from other studies which dealt with students who had used partial areas of educational welfare services, students who were using all 4 areas of educational welfare services were selected as subjects. In addition, this study is significant in that basic data has been offered for establishment of a policy on educational welfare services in middle schools in the future.

The Effect of Depression, Anxiety, and Stress on International Students' Adjustment to College Life in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemics

  • This study examined the relationship between depression, anxiety, stress, and adaptation to college life of international students living in South Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic and the factors affecting the adaptation to college life. This study was carried out between December 3, 2021, to January 25, 2022, on international students living in South Korea. The questionnaires were composed of self-reported questionnaires, and the survey URL was sent as text messages to international students who understood the purpose and rationale of this study and consented to participate in the survey. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 22.0, and t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and hierarchical regression were performed. As a result of the study, the average score of the study subjects was 8.44 points for depression, 8.28 points for anxiety, and 9. 28 points for stress. factors with significant differences in adaptation to college life according to general characteristics were living means and smoking. The relationship between the main variables, it was significant with depression (r=-.785, p<.001), anxiety (r=-.593, p<.001), and stress (r=-.726, p<.001). There was one negative correlation. It was found that the higher the depression, anxiety, and stress, the lower the college life adaptation. Lastly, depression (β=-.666, p<.001) was the factor affecting foreign students' adaptation to college life, and the explanatory power was 62%. Therefore, for international students to adapt to college life, it is necessary to establish an institutional strategy to detect depression, a negative psychological emotion, at an early stage and to systematically manage it. Also, it is necessary to find an intervention plan to relieve depression that can be applied in social isolation situations due to the spread of infectious diseases. Research confirming the intervention effect should be upgraded.

이동 망에서의 전송률 적응 방안 (A Rate Adaptation Method in Mobile Networks)

  • 이동 통신망에서는 각 셀에 이동 호스트들이 집중함에 따라 링크대역폭이 과부하가 될 수 있다. 그 결과, 셀 내에 포함된 모든 데이터 흐름의 요구된 QOS(Quality of Service)가 만족될 수 없다. 이에 따라서 다양한 대역폭 레벨에서 동작할 수 있는 적응성을 갖는 응용들이 나타나게 되었다. 무선링크가 과부하상태가 되면, 적응성을 갖는 응용들은 데이터흐름의 대역폭을 줄임으로써 적응하게 된다. 이를 전송율 적응이라 한다. 본 논문에서 우리는 모의실험을 통하여 기존 전송율적응 방안에 대한 성능을 분석한다. 모의실험 결과는 평균-공정 적응 방안이 매우 낮은 망 오버헤드를 나타내지만 데이터흐름의 높은 대역폭 분산을 갖음을 보여주며, 이는 서비스의 질을 떨어뜨리는 원인이 된다. 우리는 공정 적응방안과 평균-공정 적응방안을 혼합함으로써 개선된 전송율 적응방안을 제안하고, 모의실험을 통하여 이 방안이 낮은 데이터 흐름의 대역폭 분산을 제공함을 보인다.

미디어 특성과 네트워크 상태에 적응적인 스케일러블 비디오 스트리밍 기법에 관한 연구 (Media-aware and Quality-guaranteed Rate Adaptation Algorithm for Scalable Video Streaming)

  • 인터넷을 통하여 다른 서비스에 비해 상대적으로 많은 대역폭을 필요로 하는 비디오 스트리밍 서비스를 제공할 경우, 다른 플로우들과의 형평성을 제공하면서 비디오 서비스의 품질을 보장해야한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 스케일러블 비디오 압축 스트림에 대한 멀티채널 TCP-friendly 스트리밍 기법을 제안하였다. 제안 구조는 스케일러블 비디오 코딩으로 압축된 비디오 정보를 기본계층(baseline layer)은 TCP를 이용하여 손실 없이 전송하고 상위계층(enhancement layer)는 TFRC (TCP friendly rate control)을 이용하여 전송하도록 하였다. 이때, TFRC로 전송되는 상위계층 레이어에 대한 전송률은 수신측 재생버퍼의 상태와 전송 미디어의 계층별 부호화율을 고려하여 적응적으로 결정되도록 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여, 이러한 적응적 전송률 제어를 통하여 제안 스트리밍 방식이 기존 방식에 비해 네트워크 상황변화에 신속히 적응하고 혼잡상황에서도 일정수준의 서비스 품질을 보장함을 확인 할 수 있다.
