감각 신경을 포함한 견갑 피판술의 결과 (Scapular Free Flap with Sensory Function)

  • Purpose: To report the results and the efficacy of the sensory bearing scapular free flap which is known as non-sensible flap. Materials and Methods: Authors underwent 24 cases of sensory bearing scapular free flap to the hands and feet from March 1995 to November 2002. average follow-up period was six year three months. The used flaps were a ordinary scapular flap in fifteen cases, and a parascapular flap in nine. Sensibility of the flaps were checked every one month. Actual sensory evaluation was mostly depends on objective feeling of the patients. Two point discrimination test was performed in all cases. Results: 23 flaps had good skin circulation after microvascular anastomosis among 24. Objective deep touch sensation were observed about three months later after the operation in three cases, between three and six months in nine. In three case whose results were excellent than others, two point discrimination was 2.7 cm at last follow-up. Most of the sensory recovery is confined in deep touch, temperature and light touch sensation was recovered limitedly in 3 cases during our follow-up period. Conclusion: Authors can propose that sensory bearing free scapular flap was considered as one of useful methods for the reconstruction to hand with soft tissue defect and mutilating hand.

성인여성의 연령집단별 유방형태 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Breast Shapes of Adult Women according to the Age)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide for the basic data useful to the development of the quality of brassiere featuring a good wearing feeling and an effect of reinstating and correcting breast shape. For this purpose, 220 adult women aged between 20 and 59 were sampled to survey their actual breast shapes. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1 According to the increase of age, the items of height were decreased and items of width, depth, circumference and length were increased, being obeser and breast point were drooped. So volume and bottom are3 of breast of 40.50′s women′s age group were larger than 20.30′s women′s age group and breast point width of 40.50′s women was being wider by increase of interior dimensions of breast. 2. The components of adult women′s breast shape can be categorized into "obesity of breast", "upper dimensions of breast and drop", "lower dimensions of breast and drop", "location of breast point and vertical size of breast", "interior dimensions of breast", "exterior dimensions of breast" Such components of breast shape very in terms of weight or apparence depending on ages. Older women tend to have more droopy and widen breasts.

성인여성의 파운데이션 구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adult Women′s Foundation Buying Behavior)

  • This study was intended to grasp the actual condition of adult women's wearing foundation garments for the Korean adult women in their 20s to 40s. For this purpose, questionnaire research was conducted for 639 adult women in their 20s to 40s living in Seoul and Kyonggi Province. As for the reason for the purchase of foundation garments, It was found that the highest proportion of the responding adult women would buy brassieres when they were needed because the old ones were threadbare, followed by the purchase of brassiere when they caught their eyes in shopping around. As for the reason for the purchase of girdles, the highest proportion of the responding adult women could buy girdles when they were needed because their old ones were wornout, and next when bargain sale began at the department store or the large shopping center. The highest proportion of the responding adult women thought the source of information on foundation garments as the window display, followed by magazine. The adult women in their 30s collected information on foundation garments through the window display when buying brassieres or girdles. As for the product evaluation criteria of foundation garments, the highest proportion of the responding adult women thought highly of the feeling of wear in brassieres and girdles, followed by dimensions in brassieres and bodily correctability in girdles. As for the place of buying brassieres or girdles, the responding adult women showed it to be the department store. followed by the discount store and the well-known agency.

차량 주행 감각 재현을 위한 운전 시뮬레이터 개발에 관한 연구 (I) (A study on the Development of a Driving Simulator for Reappearance of Vehicle Motion (I))

  • A vehicle driving simulator is a virtual reality device which a human being feels as if the one drives a vehicle actually. The driving simulator is used effectively for studying interaction of a driver-vehicle and developing vehicle system of a new concept. The driving simulator consists of a vehicle motion bed system, motion controller, visual and audio system, vehicle dynamic analysis system, cockpit system, and etc. In it is paper, the main procedures to develop the driving simulator are classified by five parts. First, a motion bed system and a motion controller, which can track a reference trajectory, are developed. Secondly, a performance evaluation of the motion bed system for the driving simulator is carried out using LVDTs and accelerometers. Thirdly, a washout algorithm to realize a motion of an actual vehicle in the driving simulator is developed. The algorithm changes the motion space of a vehicle into the workspace of the driving simulator. Fourthly, a visual and audio system for feeling higher realization is developed. Finally, an integration system to communicate and monitor between sub systems is developed.

전자 제어 CVT 차량의 변속제어전략 (Shift Control Strategy for Electric Controlled CVT Vehicle)

  • In this paper, static and dynamic shift control stategies of CVT speed ratio are suggested. For the static shift control, in order to operate engine on the optimal operating region, a fuzzy control logic is used. In the fuzzy logic, S- factor that is defined as a degree of sportiness is introduced. Simulation results show that the static shift control strategy based on the fuzzy logic selects the optimal operating point automatically between the economy and the sporty mode corresponding to the driver's desire and the driving condition. For the dynamic shift control strategy, a shift speed map is suggested which determines the shift sped as fast or slow based on Δi, the difference between the desired speed ratio id and the actual speed ratio i, and throttle opening. It is seen from the simulation results that the CVT shift speed is determined by the dynamic shift control strategy to provide appropriate performance and comfort for the driver's demand and driving condition. Additionally, experiments are performed to investigate the dynamic performance of the shift speed for the lift foot up. From the experimental results, it is found that improved shift feeling can be obtained by the dynamic shift control strategy when lift foot up occurs.

호텔서비스업 종사원들의 안전사고 실태연구 (A Study of Current Accident Situation for Hotel Service Workers)

  • Whenever a disaster occurs, people emphasizes that "Safety management is most important thing in the company". However, a situation of safety management is not changed dramatically after accidents in the past. Many small-and-medium sized industries neglect the importance of safety management. Current situation can be easily figured out when looks up an occurrence rate of accident, accident frequency rate and intensity rate. This paper investigated what workers of hotel-related industries think of a safety and types of accidents, effect of a safety education. On-site-survey was conducted for actual workers in four deluxe hotels and one condominium. 207 persons out of 400 people were replied. Statistical analysis was performed with SAS package about their reply. In injured type, cut from knife was most frequent. Main cause of accident was a unsafe posture and a unsafe behavior, so more safety education for these workers are necessary. In a physical pain which related with job, chronical pain was most dominant. As a result, a safety education has a high correlation with an experience of injured and treatment of safety, Cooking department has highest occurrence of accident than any other departments. Workers with an experience of five to ten years have most lowest treatment of safety, aid of safety education, safety feeling of their working environment, so peer attention must be put on these people to reduce accidents.accidents.

침대 사용시의 제반 현상에 대한 실태 조사 (Survey on the Use of Bed for Comfortable Sleeping)

  • The use of bed in Korea has increased steadily, however, intensive survey on the general use and consumer's evaluation of their beds have not been performed sufficiently, yet. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the actual use of the consumer and their degree of evaluation for the component of the bed as well as their feeling of discomfort on the various parts of body. More than one hundred users of commercial beds were responded to the survey. The results obtained were as follows: (1) Complaint about the depression of the mattress and the noise from the bed was apparent in the current use of beds. (2) Important physical variable related to the comfortable sensation of the sleeping was the degree of support in maintaining the natural shape of the spine and waist. Durability and the degree of hardness of the mattress were also important physical parameters of bed perceived by consumer. (3) The degree of discomfort on the back and waist during sleep was closely related to the comfort evaluation of the bed.

감정규칙을 사용한 게임 캐릭터 분석 (Analysis of Game Character Using Emotion Rule)

  • 감정은 사용자의 상호작용을 도와주는 게임요소 중 하나이다. 그동안 게임에서 캐릭터들의 성격이나 감정을 표현하는 방식은 그래픽과 특정행동에 대한 반응 정도로 고려되었다. 하지만 최근 감정연구에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 게임에서도 감정을 다양하게 활용하기 위한 구조화가 필요해졌다. 자율성 에이전트 분야에서는 감정의 활용가능성 연구를 통해 12가지 감정규칙을 정의했다. 본 논문에서는 감정규칙을 게임에 사용되는 용어로 정의하고 확장시켜 게임 감정규칙을 만들었다. 그리고 게임 감정규칙을 사용해 실제 게임 속 캐릭터의 감정을 분석했다. 그 결과 비슷한 장르의 게임에도 각자 다른 게임 감정규칙이 사용되는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

  • 2018년 11월에 실시된 미국의 중간선거는 트럼프 행정부의 중간평가라는 의미를 가지고 있다. 트럼프 행정부의 이민정책은 미국의 라티노들에게 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 많은 미디어에서 중간선거에서 라티노의 투표율이 증가할 것이며, 민주당후보들의 당선에 커다란 영향을 미칠 것이라고 예측했다. 본 논문의 목적은 라티노의 인구학적 특성, 지리적 인구분포 및 라티노 여론 등에 대한 논의를 바탕으로 중간선거에서 나타난 라티노의 투표행태를 살펴보는 것이다. 현재까지의 제한된 데이터를 분석한 결과 2014년 중간선거와 비교하여 대부분의 선거구에서 라티노의 투표율은 실제로 급격한 상승폭을 보였으며, 이는 민주당후보에 대한 지지로 나타났다. 이러한 현상은 라티노 인구비가 높은 지역에서 더욱 두드러지게 나타났다.

  • 상황인식 컴퓨팅 사용자의 상황적이고 주관적 웰빙(SWB) 측정은 그에 맞는 정신건강 추천, 특히 대사증후군이나 우울증을 위한 추천에 매우 도움이 될 것이다. 현존하는 자가 진단식 측정법이나 자가 센싱 방법이 주관적 웰빙정보를 모니터링 하는데 제안되고 있음에도 불구하고 시의 적절한 서비스를 제공하지 못하여 상황인식 서비스로 쓰이기에는 부적합하다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 상황적이고 주관적 웰빙을 추정하는 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 이 방법은 사용자가 남기는 응답 글로부터 상황 자료를 획득하기 때문에 매우 적시적이며 따라서 그때마다의 감정 상태를 파악할 수 있다. 특히 본 연구에서는 온라인 대화나 기타 텍스트 기반의 의사소통에서 노출되는 분노심 등 부정적 감정에 관련된 감정동사와 정도 부사에 초점을 두어 측정한다. 제안된 상황적이고 주관적 웰빙 추정 방법을 기반으로 하여 웰빙 생활을 위한 추천 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이러한 아이디어의 실현가능성을 보이기 위하여 실제 운전자들을 대상으로 제안 방법이 얼마나 실제 감정을 잘 추론하는지에 대해 실험을 수행하였다.
