Objectives & Method : We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of herbal medicines used to activate blood flow and remove blood stasis(活血祛瘀藥) in order to use herbal medicines accurately. Result : Cnidii Rhizoma(川芎), Olibanum(乳香), Myrrha(沒藥), Corydalis Tuber(玄胡索), Zedoariae Rhizoma(莪朮), Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix(丹參), Polygoni Cuspidati Radix(虎杖根), Leonuri Herba(益母草), Persicae Semen(桃仁), Carthami Flos(紅花), Manitis Squama(穿山甲), Eupolyphaga(蟅蟲), Hirudo(水蛭), Vaccariae Semen(王不留行), Sappan Lignum(蘇木), Lacca Sinica Exsiccata(乾漆), Draconis Resina(血竭) and Leonuri Semen(茺蔚子) may give rise to some side effects or toxic symptoms in herbal medicines used to activate blood flow and remove blood stasis(活血祛瘀藥). The representative methods of poisoning treatment in western medicines are washing out the stomach, promotion of vomiting, causing diarrhea, supplies of grape sugar and symptomatic treatment, etc. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in oriental medicine take advantage of herbs. And Oriental medical doctor should meet symptoms as patients call for attention. In order to prevent against poisoning of herbal medicines used to activate blood flow and remove blood stasis (活血祛瘀藥), the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes and oriental medical doctors should do processing drugs. Conclusion : We should pay attention to clinical using of Cnidii Rhizoma(川芎), Olibanum(乳香), Myrrha(沒藥), Corydalis Tuber(玄胡索), Zedoariae Rhizoma(莪朮), Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix(丹參), Polygoni Cuspidati Radix(虎杖根), Leonuri Herba(益母草), Persicae Semen(桃仁), Carthami Flos(紅花), Manitis Squama(穿山甲), Eupolyphaga(蟅蟲), Hirudo(水蛭), Vaccariae Semen(王不留行), Sappan Lignum(蘇木), Lacca Sinica Exsiccata(乾漆), Draconis Resina(血竭) and Leonuri Semen(茺蔚子) in herbal medicines used to activate blood flow and remove blood stasis(活血祛瘀藥).

This study examines the logistics policy and system to activate the air freight known shipper system in Korea in order to suggest how to use the system necessary to convert and expand common shippers into known shippers. Even though "The Act on Aviation Safety and Security" and "Air Freight Security Criteria for Known Shippers" were revised in 2012 and 2011 each, the purpose was to regulate procedures to control aviation safety and security and air also freight security, so it does not include any measures to activate the known shipper system. Therefore, to activate the known shipper system, this study suggests measures to use the logistics security support system of "The Fundamental Law on Logistics Policy" revised in 2012, the logistics cooperation system, and consulting support as well.

As the damage to fine dust increased, the Republic of Korea designated fine dust as a social disaster. The composition of the fine dust is composed of carbon, sulfate, nitrate, ammonium and minerals. The cause of fine dust is naturally generated by dirt, pollen, etc. In addition, there are artificial causes such as gaseous vehicle exhaust gas emitted from the use of fossil fuel. When fine dust enters the human body through breathing, it causes various respiratory diseases and skin diseases. In IARC, fine dust was designated as a carcinogen group 1. In this research, we tried to adsorb fine dust by physical adsorption using powdered activate carbon. Powdered activate carbon is a powdered activated carbon activated in a carbonized state. Porous material with high specific surface area and low density. Experimental items were tested for density, water absorption, and fine dust concentration according to the PAC addition ratio. Basic experiments were carried out to fabricate the fine dust adsorption matrix.

As the economical and cultural levels become higher, the public have more various and new cultural desires, leading to an increase in the number and kinds of cultural facilities. Out of all the cultural facilities built in such a trend, art museums are the yardstick for a certain nation's cultural level, and the number of art museums is gradually increasing every year in Korea, as a cultural space where the public can make cultural exchanges with artists. On the contrary to the increasing number of art museums, however, the number of art museum visitors is decreasing every year, so various attempts are made to activate art museums in Korea. Thus, this study aims to seek a plan to activate the space of an art museum by improving the physical movement of art museum visitors, especially targeting small-sized ones out of all the art museums in Korea. For accurate analyses and verifications, this study used the visibility-ERAM program. As a result of analyses, this study found out and reconsidered several problems related to the space of art museums, and based on the results, the researcher could verify the related hypotheses, further comprehending possible errors of the proposed solution to those problems and supplement in a short period of time. Since such an analysis method and process has objective accuracy, it is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for future plans to activate the space of art museums.

This study aims to comprehensively understand the dynamics of the community network of Community Child Centers and further find out the measures to activate its community network based on the Systems Thinking. The contents of the study are as follows. Firstly, it examines the existing studies on the community network of Community Child Centers and presents the major variables to understand the situation of its community network. Secondly, it analyzes the structure of its causation in order to understand the dynamics of its community network. Lastly, it concludes with the suggestions to activate its community network based on its feedback structure presented in the causal loop diagrams. This study is expected to make a useful and basic material as the first research to dynamically understand the community network issue of the Community Child Centers.

The purpose of this study is to understand how to activate field training internships through former researches related to training internships. The concept of field training is the same as education of work experience. Students have experienced the skills of practical jobs in the tourism industry and could enhance acquisition of professional theories. According to domestic former researches, students who participated in hotel field practice hardly satisfied with internships due to unreasonable duties, burdens and circumstances regardless of efficiency of school curriculum. Also, they showed dissatisfaction with compensation. However, foreign studies have only focused on communication between hotels and schools. Finally, in order to activate industrial field training internships, schools and hotels have more delicate harmonization to address training internship problems. In addition, promoting field training internships must include proper incentives and must be supported by school. And also the hotel management must offer incentives to the students who are under field training internships in the hotel. From internship programs, students could get much more benefits in hotel job application.

Japan is a representative state where the volunteer fire brigade consisting of private citizens is well developed although it has an advanced fire fighting system established by local governments. Japan realized the limitation of response by governmental fire fighting system when large-scale natural disasters such as earthquake or typhoon and has developed and promoted several policies to activate the volunteer fire brigade. This study analyzes the policies of the volunteer fire brigade in Japan in detail and suggests policies which can be introduced to activate the volunteer fire brigade in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to seek the revitalization plans of export platform for supporting export enterprise of the domestic public services. In this study, we tried to devise a method to activate meta-affect in the aspect of supporting mathematics teaching and learning according to the need to find specific strategies and teaching and learning methods to activate learners' meta-affect in mathematics subjects, which are highly influenced by psychological factors. To this end, the definitional and conceptual elements of meta-affect which are the basis of this study, were identified from previous studies. Reflecting these factors, a teaching and learning model that activates meta-affect was devised, and a meta-affect activation strategy applied in the model was constructed. The mathematics teaching and learning model that activates meta-affect developed in this study was refined by verifying its suitability and convenience in the field through expert advice and application of actual mathematics classes. The developed model is meaningful in that it proposed a variety of practical teaching and learning methods that activate the meta-affect of learners in a mathematical learning situation.
