RFID (Radio Frequence Identification) is emerging technology and it is used for many fields. The research about RFID has been focused on hardware such as increasing hitting ratio. But recently the research about how and where RFID can apply is going on. Especially people are doing research about connecting RFID with existing information system. In this paper, when BPM manage RFID based manufacturing operation process, we show components which is needed and how we can obtain the components. And we apply this to straw manufacturing process on experiment. The claim-handling process and order-handling process which need improvement in straw manufacturing are chosen and we improve those processes. For executing the improved process, we define components which are database, data acquisition workflow and real-time event processing system and then we make prototype system.

The RAMS Process is the Internationally required activity to secure Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety of system which will be acquired as customer requirements. The importance are situations that have been growing gradually. Specially, When developing railway system, the needs of customer about RAMS Process has been being proposed in a variety of railroad business. Through this paper, It introduces the international standards described the RAMS Process and also presents the requirements that should have to comply with it. Furthermore, the necessary activities to get certificate of a Railway system are suggested and not only the various acquisition cases of certificate but also lessons learned by cases in the field of railway signalling system are presented.

The degradation process of silicone rubber was investigated by leakage current monitoring in Inclined-Plane method. DAS (Data Acquisition System) with 12-bit, 8-channel A/D converter was prepared. Average current, cumulative charge, current waveform and the number of peak pulses were measured on-line. And, FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis was performed with stored current waveform. Besides, maximum erosion depth was measured in order to use as the indicator of the degradation process. So, the results of leakage current components and maximum erosion depth measurements were compared to find one or more components which have trends of changing similarly to that of erosion process. The result suggests that the ratio of peak current to r.m.s. current, harmonic contents and the number of peak pulses are well corresponding with the degradation process.
The current process of weapon system R&D has lots of problems that the phase is complex, the concept of integration and/or connection of related data is laked and don't be digitalized. To solve these problems we should establish the R&D CALS system and to do this, analysis the R&D process is necessary. In this paper, We suggested weapon system R&D CALS concept and model, and analysed R&D process with ARIS Toolset and proposed the new R&D process and operation scenarios with CALS concept.
In order to acquire an image in a positron emission tomography, it is necessary to draw the position coordinates of the scintillation pixels of the detector module measured at the same time. To this end, in a detector module using a plurality of scintillation pixels and a small number of photosensors, it is necessary to obtain a flood image and divide a region of each scintillation pixel to obtain a position of a scintillation pixel interacting with a gamma ray. Alternatively, when the number of scintillation pixels and the number of photosensors to be used are the same, the position coordinates for the position of the scintillation pixels can be directly acquired as digital signal coordinates. A method of using a plurality of scintillation pixels and a small number of photosensors requires a process of obtaining digital signal coordinates requires a plurality of photosensors and a signal processing system. This complicates the signal processing process and raises the cost. To solve this problem, in this study, we developed a method of obtaining digital signal coordinates without performing the process of separating the planar image and region using a plurality of flash pixels and a small number of optical sensors. This is a method of obtaining the position coordinate values of the flash pixels interacting with the gamma ray as a digital signal through a look-up table created through the signals acquired from each flash pixel using the maximum likelihood function. Simulation was performed using DETECT2000, and verification was performed on the proposed method. As a result, accurate digital signal coordinates could be obtained from all the flash pixels, and if this is applied to the existing system, it is considered that faster image acquisition is possible by simplifying the signal processing process.

Recently, tracking radar requires the development of millimeter wave tracking radar to acquire target information with high resolution in various environments. The development of millimeter wave tracking radar requires the development of transmission and receiving components that can be applied to the millimeter wave tracking radar, as well as verification of the applicability of the tracking radar. In order to verify the applicability of the developed transmitting and receiving components, it is necessary to develop a signal acquisition device that can control the transmitting and receiving components using the operating concept of a tracking radar and check the status of the received signal. In this paper, we implemented a signal acquisition device that can confirm the applicability of components developed for millimeter wave tracking radar. The signal acquisition device was designed to process in real time the OOOMHz center frequency and OOMHz bandwidth signals input from 4 channels to verify the received signal. In addition, component control applying the tracking radar operation concept was designed to be controlled by communication such as RS422, RS232, and SPI and generation of control signals for the transmission and receiving time. Lastly, the implemented signal acquisition device was verified through a signal acquisition device performance test.

Advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology requires methods to maximize tool efficiency and improve product quality by reducing process variability. Real-time plasma process monitoring and diagnosis have become crucial for fault detection and classification (FDC) and advanced process control (APC). Additional sensors may increase the accuracy of detection of process anomalies, and optical monitoring methods are non-invasive. In this paper, we propose the use of a chromatic data acquisition system for real-time in-situ plasma process monitoring called the Plasma Eyes Chromatic System (PECS). The proposed system was initially tested in a six-inch research tool, and it was then further evaluated for its potential to detect process anomalies in an eight-inch production tool for etching blanket oxide films. Chromatic representation of the PECS output shows a clear correlation with small changes in process parameters, such as RF power, pressure, and gas flow. We also present how the PECS may be adapted as an in-situ plasma arc detector. The proposed system can provide useful indications of a faulty process in a timely and non-invasive manner for successful run-to-run (R2R) control and FDC.

In this paper, the classification of artificial defects in semiconductor packages is studied by using pattern recognition technology. For this purpose, the pattern recognition algorithm includes the user made MATLAB code. And preprocess is made of the image process and self-organizing map, which is the input of the back-propagation neural network and the dimensionality reduction method, The image process steps are data acquisition, equalization, binary and edge detection. Image process and self-organizing map are compared to the preprocess method. Also the pattern recognition technology is applied to classify two kinds of defects in semiconductor packages: cracks and delaminations.
Users' demands on the space are changing in variety. These demands include reasonable space and form, harmonious composition with surroundings and esthetic satisfaction that could be brought by personal tastes and preferences. In addition, models that are introduced from designing process and from various forms tend to lack objective decision making standard. Accordingly it is difficult to find a clear alternative plan and process. In an effort to solve these problems, the objects of this study are; to propose an analysis model of image and space by using image process techniques that are on study in the field of artificial intelligence based on acquisition of digital image and to verify the application possibilities of such analysis model, 'Isovist' on quantitative analysis. The model can be applied with variable analysis model, as digital image process and other analysis model such as 'Isovist' It is possible that further study can complement problems from this study.
The purpose of this study is to propose a model built on the theoretical foundation of ecological sensitivity applicable to group and coaching process for organization members in industry management environment. For this, I have looked into theoretical foundation basis-foundation required for the ecological sensitivity process based on ecological discourse, based on which I have proposed a process model. The ecological basis-foundation with regards to ecological sensitivity dealt with in this paper includes 1)Crisis awareness, 2)Acquisition of ecological unconsciousness, 3)Fostering green imagination and 4)Setting targets.
