본 연구는 국내 주요 연구기관 사이트를 대상으로 웹 접근성 실태 조사를 하였다. 연구기관의 구체적인 웹 접근성 준수 실태 파악을 위해 자동화 평가도구인 K-WAH 4.0을 사용하였다. 평가 결과 국내의 20여개의 연구기관 중 6개의 연구기관만이 웹 접근성 마크를 획득하였으며 획득한 연구기관의 준수율은 96%, 획득하지 못한 연구기관의 준수율은 86%, 전체 평균 준수율 89%로 접근성 마크를 획득한 연구기관이 획득하지 못한 연구기관에 비하여 다소 높은 것으로 나타났지만 웹 접근성마크를 받은 연구기관 중 웹 접근성을 100% 준수하는 사이트를 발견하지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 연구기관 사이트 중 잘 지켜지지 않은 항목들을 파악한 후 국내 연구기관 웹 사이트의 접근성 수준 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

웹 접근성은 주어진 웹사이트를 이용할 때 전문적 능력에 관계없이 웹 사이트에서 제공되는 모든 정보에 편리하게 접근하고 이용 할 수 있도록 보장하는 것이다. 최근 전 세계적으로 웹 접근성에 대한 많은 관심과 관련 기술들이 개발되고 있으며, 국내에서도 인터넷 웹 접근성 콘텐츠 접근성 지침이 한국정보통신 표준으로 제정 되어 이를 기준으로 한국형 웹 접근성 평가프로그램이 개발 보급되었다. 또한 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 국가표준 기술 가이드라인이 정해져 공공부문 및 민간 부문에 웹 접근성에 대한 지침 준수를 단계적으로 적용하고 있다. 이에 초등학교는 2011년까지 웹 접근성 지침을 준수해야 하는 상황에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 지역별 초등학교 홈페이지의 웹 접근성을 평가 비교하여 국내 초등학교 홈페이지의 웹 접근성에 대한 실태를 확인하였으며, 웹 접근성에 대한 관심을 증가시키고, 웹 접근성의 향상 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the user distribution and the accessibilities, and the factors restricting the use of House of Culture, Gwua-Chun city, and to discuss and propose an improved management for House of Culture. The survey and analyses in this paper have showed some considerable aspects of House of Culture. Smaller culture facilities are more effective with respects to the programs and the use of rooms. Most of users of the facilities are housewives and retired old people because those who have jobs can not use in the daytime when the facilities are open. Many cases of House of Culture are parts of village offices, libraries, and culture centers. The rooms are very efficiently composed. Users of House of Culture want larger space facilities and lecture programs for health and sports.

웹접근성은 능력, 기술이나 상황에 관계없이 모든 인터넷 사용자에게 제공되는 정보와 서비스의 가용성을 의미한다. 시각 장애인, 난독중자, 청각장애인 등과 같은 사용자 그룹은 대부분의 웹사이트에서 접근장벽을 경험하고 있다. 한국의 공공기관 웹사이트에 대한 접근성 보고도 2003년 최초로 발표되었으나, 지방 자치단체에 관한 것은 발표된 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 충북지역의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 거의 보든 대상 사이트가 접근성이 떨어지며, 접근성 교육이 웹 관리자나 프로그래머에게 시급히 필요한 것으로 보인다.

최근 DDOS 공격이 활발해짐에 따라 많은 사이트에서 검색 페이지에 노출되지 않도록 웹봇을 차단한 경우가 생기게 되었다. 하지만 이는 사이트 사용자나 사이트 측 모두에게 악영향을 미치므로 웹 사이트의 웹봇 접근성을 평가하는 프로그램을 제작하게 되었다. 본 프로그램은 Robots.txt를 분석하거나 Robots 메타 태크 등을 분석하여 웹 사이트의 웹봇 접근성을 평가하는 프로그램이다. 이 프로그램으로 평가한 결과를 피드백의 근거로 삼아 더 나은 검색 결과를 기대할 수 있다.

Among all transportations, railway transports have been promisingly offering excellent energy conservation and travelling time. Inevitably, they become a main role in not only transport goods but also passengers. With leap in development of technology, trains have tremendously enhanced their services in terms of speed, accessibility and comfort. However, the safety and ride quality have become a main issue as the train speed increased. The higher speeds have led the structural dynamics and health must be monitored from time to time to ensure that they are in good condition to provide reliable ride. Among all monitoring systems, the structural health monitoring (SHM) systems are imperative important due to its capability of in-situ monitoring and inherently reduce the maintenance frequencies and the huge associated cost. In this paper, SHM systems and the related non-destructive test and evaluation methods were discussed. The types of damages related to train vehicles as well as the damage hot spots are also included in this paper.

The goal of this study is to explore the possibility of applying the podcasting in Korean education for foreign students. To achieve this goal, concepts and applicability of the podcasting is discussed. Previous studies on foreign language education are reviewed and the cases on Korean language education based on technology using mobile phones are investigated. Some of the outstanding merits of the podcasting are found to be its accessibility, mobility and variability along with its room for control by the learners. It also enables the learners to be motivated and to enhance their learning ability. In addition, the podcasting with the content-based instruction is applied for the foreign students majoring in business and its results and implications are discussed. Based on the above results of this study, more active discussions are expected on such issues as educational designs through the podcasting, related variables and the performance evaluation.

이 논문은 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 접근성을 평가하기 위한 '소프트웨어 접근성 평가 프레임워크'를 제안하고 구현하였다. 소프트웨어 접근성 평가 프레임워크를 제안한 이유는 소프트웨어를 평가하여 소프트웨어 접근성을 테스트하기 위한 것이다. 이것은 한국형 사용자 에이전트 접근성 지침 1.0에 근거하여 테스트하는 것으로 그 평가결과를 신뢰할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Community enterprise plays an important role for developing local business. Products from local communities apply local specialties such as high-quality materials and inherited wisdom. This work aims to support merchandises from local community enterprises by bringing out their specialties related to local wisdom and intangible cultural aspects. An ontology is applied to demonstrate the innate information regarding the implicit values of the products and is used as a core for a semantic search system. Details of the products are gathered from their respective community using an interview method and are extracted to align with the developed ontological schema. The semantic search system thus is implemented with a recommendation process for online accessibility for providing the organised information. From evaluation, the developed ontology and its instances are rated highly for their consistency, conciseness, and completeness. In usage, accuracy of the query and recommendation results are evaluated at 97.38% searching accuracy and 85.03% for recommending interesting products.

The aim of this research is to understand the perceptions of primary and secondary teachers regarding educational resource sharing systems(ERS) by using a qualitative approach. This study conducted Focus Group Interview(FGI) with 20 primary and secondary school teachers. Interview data were analyzed through inductive content analysis method. The results are as follows. First, teachers placed significant emphasis on high-quality, convenient functions, and reward system for sharing resources. Specifically, teachers identified the necessity for a diverse array of materials, systematic categorization of these resources, and the provision of monetary compensation as essential components. Second, the study participants advocated strategies for revitalizing ERS including enhancing accessibility, constructing user-friendly features, increasing awareness, and establishing a reward system to incentivize the resource sharing. In particular, teachers proposed strategies such as developing mobile-based services and AIdriven data recommendation system. These results provide actionable insights for stakeholders engaged in the design, implementation, and evaluation of resource sharing platforms.
