ABS 수지의 무전해 Ni 도금 (Electroless Ni plating of ABS plastics)

  • ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) 수지는 낮은 비중과 전기전도도, 가공성 등 우수한 물리적 성질을 갖는다. ABS 수지 제조방법인 Conventional process와 이를 개선한 MmSH(Momentary mold Surface Heating) injection process로 제조하여 나타나는 도금의 최적 조건을 연구하였다. 탈지, 에칭, Neutralization, Catalyzing, Accelerating의 전처리 과정을 거쳐 pH 변화에 따른 무전해 Ni 도금을 실시한 결과 각 수지 모두 pH7 이상에서 도금속도와 밀착력이 증가하였으나 MmSH injection process로 제작된 ABS 수지보다 Coventional process에서 제작된 ABS 수지의 밀착력이 우수한 경향이 나타났다.

  • In the paper, we evaluated insulation evaluation of EPDM insulator used often in power distribution lines in Korea. The selected samples for our experiment were three EPDM insulators for 22.9[kV] operated for 10 years or less. Using these samples, we observed the discharge pattern through accelerating experimental and analyzed discharge quantity using fractal theory. The validity of our fractal method were discussed and life time. reliability and quantitative analysis of the insulator was conducted through the method.

고층주택용 승강기의 가속전류 및 전압강하 실제분석 (A Study on the Measuring Analysis of the Elevator Motor-Accelerating Current and Voltage drop for High-Rise Residential Buildings)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 고층주택단지를 대상으로 승강기가 전부하 상태로 상승할 때 실제로 전동기의 인입간선에 흐르는 최대전류, 즉 가속전류와 이로인해 생기는 전압강하를 실제분석했다. 이 결과에서 나타난 승강기의 가속전류 오용범위는 그 전동기의 규격전류에 대해 5.5㎾가 380%이하, 7.5㎾는 350%이하 11㎾는 330%이하이며, 간선의 전압강하는 5% 이내로 유지되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Beam Splitting by the Use of Waveguide Airy Beams

  • Here we report Airy beams coupled with waveguide modes. These waveguide Airy (WAiry) beams propagate through layered planar structures inheriting the characteristics of waveguide modes as well as those of Airy beams, such as diffraction-free and accelerating features. In particular, we focus on the WAiry beams associated with backward waveguide modes, showing that the backward feature can alter the trajectories of the WAiry beams significantly. Based on this, we propose a new scheme of waveguide-type polarization/power beam splitters.

  • A fuzzy reasoning method is proposed for the implementation of control systems based on non-fuzzy microprocessors. The essence of the proposed method is to search the local active miles instead of the global rule base. Thus the reasoning is conveniently performed on a master cell as a fuzzy accelerating kernel, which is transformed from an active fuzzy cell. The interpolative reasoning is simplified via adopting the algebraic product of fulfillment for the conditional connective AND and the weighted average for the rule sentence connective ALSO.

  • In the previous paper, we presented a new guidance law for a missile during boost phase. Thus, this paper deals with the guidance law for a missile after the thrust cutoff against an accelerating and turning target. It is essentially based on the concept of proportional navigation. Some simulation studies were performed using a three dimensional mathematical model of an air-to-air missile and the effectiveness of the guidance law presented was shown.

  • We studied the vertical launch performance of the Laser-driven In-Tube Accelerator (LITA). This device is primarily characterized by accelerating a projectile in a tube. Owing to the confinement effect, the thrust performance is enhanced. The driver gas can be specified and its pressure be turned so that the impulse performance is optimized. In the experiments, a 3.0-gram projectile was vertically launched. The effects of the projectile exit condition, the laser beam incident direction and the driver gas species were experimentally studied.

Electrodeposition of Cobalt Nanowires

  • We developed an electroplating process of cobalt nanowires of which line-widths were between 70 and 200 nm. The plating electrolyte was made of $CoSO_4$ and an organic additive, dimethyldithiocarbamic acid ester sodium salt (DAESA). DAESA in plating electrolytes had an accelerating effect and reduced the surface roughness of plated cobalt thin films. We obtained void-free cobalt nanowires when the plating current density was 6.25 mA/$cm^2$ and DAESA concentration was 1 mL/L.

DSP 시멘트를 이용한 중금속 이온의 고화 (The Solidification of the Heavy Metal Ion by Using DSP Cement)

  • This study was subjected to the stabilization of heavy metals using DSp cement. Heavy metal Cr and Pb ions were mixed with cement paste and hydration behavior and leaching property by heavy metal were exami-ned. It was found that, Cr ion accelerated the early hydration of the cement and has no accelerating effect in later hydration period. However Pb ion retarded the hydration of the cement for a early hydration periods. As a result of leaching test the quantity of leachant has a very low value and the influence of leached heavy metal effected on the environments is very weak.
