컴퓨터 네트워크에서 전송제어 프로토콜 상에서 다중시간 간격으로 혼잡제어의 지연을 피드백 루프의 시간간격을 조정하여 명시적 예측을 실행해 제어의 단점을 개선하는데 연구한다. 먼저 TCP의 모둘 형 확장에서 Tahoe, Reno, Vegas등 다양한 버전의 TCP에 적용되는 간단한 인터페이스를 통한 함수 호출을 정의하고, 이것이 성능을 크게 향상시는 것을 입증한다. 두 번째로, 광대역 WAN에서 지연-대역폭의 곱이 높을 경우 더욱 심각해지는 사후 제어의 불확실성 차이를 해소함으로써 MTS TCP가 기반 피드백 제어에 사전성을 부여한다는 것을 입증한다. 세번째는 트래픽 제어의 3가지 차원인, 즉 추적 능력, 연결 지속 기간, 공정성이 성능에 미치는 영향 등을 비교 분석하여 입증한다.

As the 4^th Industrial Revolution(Industry 4.0), symbolized as CPS(Cyber Physical System), spreads around the world, it is essential to establish a converged security infrastructure to secure technical stability and reliability of various cyber systems to be implemented in the future. In this study, we will investigate the phenomenon of broad convergence security industry and technology including the concept of life safety in relation to the spread of the 4^th industrial revolution, and analyze the possibility of linkage between related knowledge to promote academic-industrial cooperation necessary for the convergence of security. we would like to propose a comprehensive development policy on human resource development, technology development and policy improvement.

Many students can experience, such as for credit and social activities through field trips and participate in field trips. For on-site field training exercise participants currently in Gwangju University They take part in field trip 1, 2, 3 and 4 as the type.. Field Practice 1 type in summer and 2 in winter of 4-week period during vacation holidays with 3 credits, field trips 3 type of 8-week period during vacational holidays with 6 credits recognized for \400,000 in job training fee is also payable by the Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation Agency. 4 types of job training are fourth grade (Architecture Grade 5) can be employed in conjunction for more than 15 weeks and admitted to the second semester of 15 credits by participating in job training. For most schools, but to pay a fee-job training at the University of Hanyang University, Kyungpook National University has a student assistance in the field training participating companies. This establishment does not have a clear idea of the legal entities responsible in the event of industrial accidents. Academic research is also nonexistent state for them. In this paper, we distinguish the personality for it via the existing labor precedents with respect to the legal responsibility of an industrial accident. This aims at putting the means to establish the role of the University of job training support.

They use the natural the relationship between industry and university develop and spread a variety of industry-university cooperation for mutual growth model leading universities and industries of the region. More than recent cooperation education, at the level of practical use, field oriented talent needed in the industry demand Internationalized talent which can become members of a global community cultivated with International perspective and insight. Furthermore, while currently each university's circumstances and the position is different, and while this strategy, each unique, individual, specific international level's Cooperation Education Plan is Established and operating actively, Governments and businesses will be able to train desired international academic centers' advanced talent. We have come to hope that this will act as an important factor in furthering national competitiveness.

This study analyzed statistically the determinants that affect the royalties of knowledge technology transfer, which accounts for a considerable portion of university technology transfer. As knowledge technology transfer certainly includes a move from tacit knowledge from one side to the other side per se, the scope of knowledge technology transfer is unclear and numerical information of technology transfer, such as research fund scale, which is used widely in previous studies, cannot be used in the analysis. Therefore, this study focused on the researcher characteristics and included its explanatory variables in the present study. In addition, it included the technical characteristics of the knowledge transferred and the characteristics of the contracting company. The knowledge maturity calculated from the appointment year and contract date positively affects the technology royalties, but work experience and patent activity of the researcher are not statistically significant. Statistically significant differences in the technology royalty according to the type of technology transfer and the company location were observed, but there was no meaningful change in the technology royalty depending on the technical field and company business scale.

This paper represents the results of study on Extra High Voltage Power Cable Connection System Development. The purpose is to evaluate structural safety by numerical analysis for the relaxation of electric field concentration and by structural analysis of Carrier Pipe for easy installation of High Insulating Rubber Sleeve in the field, which is core technique of connection system. According to the results, the thickness of Carrier Pipe needs at least 9mm by optimization analysis of deformation behavior and insulating design & relaxation of electric field concentration. The result of contraction behavior of the connection part can be demonstrated with the same result of electric field relaxation analysis at the boundary of the electrode inserted into the insulating rubber sleeve.

This study firstly finds the factors for positive development of urban regeneration cases from the point of view of a public sector, and then analyzes the development potential of Urban Regeneration Projects in Gyeonggi-do through the methodology able to measure the development potential objectively. The process to analyze the development potential is as follows. First, after finding indices through literature review, indices with redundancy and similarity are drawn by the discussion with relative experts. Second, four clusters and twelve indices are drawn by the verification of experts. Finally, criticality analysis of indices are analyzed by ANP. According to the result to apply criticality analysis of indices to urban regeneration cases, factors related to residential environment and local economy influence development potential more than those related to infrastructures and land-use.

In order to improve in quality and productivity using the CNC machine tools, it has been endeavored to elevate production process by adding supplementary axes(2 axes) to 2,3 axial CNC machine tools. It is because the movement between the progress of work in processed goods is remarkably decreased more than that of general CNC machine tools that productivity improvement with precision maintenance can be improved. VBScript in CAD/CAM is applied to utilize CNC machine tools added supplementary axes so that Multi-axial &Multi-process manufacturin g program can be conveniently drawn up. However, there is generally much skilful work and operation by the manual program of CAD(2.5D) and CNC machine tools in the filed. As a result of conducting an experiment by COM-filing VBScript at the spot of Insert Tip for milling Face Cutter in CAD/CAM Software(2.5D), it was not only timesaving to draw up program but also more convenient than complicated Multi CAD/CAM Software to approach and possible to program various products instantaneously.

There has been some controversy about imposing income tax on the compensation for university employees' inventions. In this research, various issues of taxation related to such compensation are examined, with Supreme Court Judgement 2014Du15559 as a means of understanding the confusion associated with this taxation. An amendment of the Income Tax Law is proposed based on the examination results, in order to promote research in the university field, which is able to make various types of compensation for employee inventions fall into the category of tax exemptions. It is concluded that if the Income Tax Law is amended to refer to the definition of technology in the Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Act, instead of that of the Invention Promotion Act, the compensation resulting from newly emerging IPRs and technical know-how, which are currently taxed, can become tax exempt.

This paper is aimed at surveying the method that supports logical and theoretical back grounds of the public service incorporation, to compare and analyze the existing systems of knowledge and to find out any problems which may cause while incorporating "Mud Management Industry Official in Boryeong City Hall(MMIO)", ultimately coming out with systematical answers to them. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the goods MMIO produces and supplies belong to public service. Second, it is desirable for a MMIO to take the form of public enterprise or public utility, harmonizing entrepreneurship with publicness and locality. Third, the most desirable system of management for the incorporated MMIO seems to be indirect one. Fourth, This study also presents the ways of complementing or overcoming every problem caused when we choose, as the management control system.
