The rate of admission to facilities for people with developmental disabilities in Korea is very high for other types of disabilities. Therefore, 'community care', which supports life in the community for people with developmental disabilities, is very important compared to other types of disabilities. However, in Korea, families with disabilities are the problem of care and are appealing for the burden of support. This study analyzed practical cases through welfare institutional visits and interviews on support for community independence in Japan. As a result of the study, the transition of people with developmental disabilities to communities in Japan was centered on group home. The private sector is providing support for people with severe disabilities in group home to live in communities, and Sapporo City Hall is conducting private connections to solve the problem of caring for the developmentally disabled elderly parents. Accordingly, as Korean policy recommendations, it is proposed to expand group home, switch functions of living facilities for the disabled, cope with the problem of caring for the disabled by elderly parents, and provide preventive services through surveys on the actual condition of adults living alone. As practical suggestions, it is necessary to develop and distribute educational textbooks such as pictures to improve daily life skills for self-reliance, expand sufficient manpower and facilities in vocational training for self-reliance, and operate shelters for adults with developmental disabilities and their guardians.

The daily life activities of primary school children have been increasingly diversified. This research examined the spatio-temporal characteristics of primary school children's daily life activities. The time allocation of primary school children's daily activities was monotonous. They tended to spend most of their time in school activities, private lessons after school, and studying at home. The daily trip to school has been diversified as the result the of increase in the number of double-income families, car owners, facilities for pastime, and educational facilities for private lessons after school. The selection of educational facilities for private lessons was strongly influenced by accessibility to the residence because of the limited time budget of primary school children and the controlled trip behavior by parents. The leisure activities were considered as a minor function and took place in the interval of performances of study-related activities. The high proportion of leisure activities was found in the indoor play. The amount of the time for leisure activity was very insufficient. The spatial range and time budget were strongly influenced by the institutional conditions of parents.

Data were collected from the survey mailed to the teachers responsible for home economics area in $\lceil$Technology${\cdot}$Home Economics$\rfloor$ in middle schools in Korea. The 335 questionnaires collected were used for final analysis. SPSS/WIN 10.0program was used for calculating and analysis the frequency, percentage, average. standard deviation. Firstly, most of the home economics teachers show that they continually try to implement morality education through each home economics lesson plan. They focus their attention on the main theme of the lesson of a particular nit, that deals with family life. Another way is the change of teacher's perceptions and educational conditions or environment. Secondly. home economics teachers in middle school. are showing a higher level of understanding on the importance regarding the contents of morality education, which can be noticed through the high level of their teaching performances. Regarding the importance of morality education, the first priority goes to showing respect for parents and the elderly, as well as sexual ethics and respect for life must always be taken into consideration. In regards to the level of teaching performance, the first priority goes to responsibility and co-operation. Secondly. showing respect for parents and the elderly and sexual ethics will be the third. For the purpose, the content of problems and actual conditions of house purchasing are examined. Also the structural analysis of occupant's evaluation of housing purchasing is executed. For these purposes, a survey was conducted using questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted from 263 house owners in Seoul. Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows ; 1) The frequency and the contend of occupation's problems with house purchasing are studied. The rate of housing problem occurrence is 71.2%, so the majority of respondents experience problems. The most common problems are the difference from supplier's description(53.2%). The rate of housing problems occurrence is qenerally high with the houses of mult-housedhold houses and mult-family houses type. 2) There is a significant difference in housing satisfaction extend according to the existence of an housing problem experience. Occupants make active regotiation with house suppliers only on the direct damages such as an economical loss or a living difficulty. However, they usually make no countermove at all on the other indirect troubles. House suppliers make correction only when occupants' countermove actively, but refuse to do when occupant's reactions are not active. 4) As a means of countermove, most occupants depend on direct personal regotiation with house suppliers. The rate of using a specialist or public and private consultant is extremely low. 5) Problems with house purchasing and the countermove process of both occupant and house supplier are displayed in the figure(Fig. 4-4).

Various smart home IoT devices and services while the Internet of things is the development has been provided. The core of the smart home IoT service is that user control the device via the Internet communication. Communication of IoT devices, because most with an IP address within the private network, there is a difficulty in the remote control to control access from outside the network. Any of the methods for remote control, to determine the IP address of each other, there is a UDP hole punching for communication. To ensure the data communication success rate closed to 100%, the UDP hole punching must undergo a process of three stages in some cases. In this paper, to provide a system for managing the remote control policy based on the CEP in order to omit the unnecessary steps on the remote control of IoT devices using UDP hole punching.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the state of Goryoin housing in Uzbekistan and Korea. Computer vision-based human activity recognition (HAR) has become very famous these days due to its applications in various fields such as smart home healthcare for elderly people. A video-based activity recognition system basically has many goals such as to react based on people's behavior that allows the systems to proactively assist them with their tasks. A novel approach is proposed in this work for depth video based human activity recognition using joint-based motion features of depth body shapes and Deep Belief Network (DBN). From depth video, different body parts of human activities are segmented first by means of a trained random forest. The motion features representing the magnitude and direction of each joint in next frame are extracted. Finally, the features are applied for training a DBN to be used for recognition later. The proposed HAR approach showed superior performance over conventional approaches on private and public datasets, indicating a prominent approach for practical applications in smartly controlled environments.
This is a study of discourses on the family used during the Enlightenment period in Korea. To this end, 1 have conducted a qualitative analysis of the editorials taken from the Taehan Maeil Sinbo of that period. The major findings are as follows: First, these Enlightenment period discourses claimed that civilized nations evolved from a family in primitive society. This concept of family is different from the concept of family in a Confucian society. Civilized societies believed the family is less important than the nation. At that time, Korean Press used the term bumoguk (Parental nation) to refer to the nation in an attempt to equate national loyalty to filial piety. Second, the Enlightenment period claimed that the nation belonged in the Public sphere while the family belonged in the private sphere. However, it was stated that it was the duty of the family to discipline the members and make them into good citizens. Finally, Enlightenment discourses used familyism as the basis of their arguments.
