다중 센스를 이용한 Kalman-Fuzzy 제어 (Kalman-Fuzzy Control Using Multi-Sensor)

  • 본 논문에서는 다중센스 환경에서 센스정보를 Kalman-Fuzzy 시스템을 이용하여 정보를 통합하고 정확하게 프로세스의 상태를 예측하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 방식은 Kalman 필터를 이용하여 보다 신뢰할 수 있는 센스정보를 획득하고, 다중센스로부터 정보를 퍼지 시스템을 이용하여 통합할 수 있다. 제안한 방식의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 Electro-Hydraulic 엑추에이트를 대상으로 위치 추적을 시뮬레이션 하였고 제안한방식의 우수한 성능을 확인하였다.

Electro-osmotic pump in osteo-articular tissue engineering: A feasibility study

  • The in vitro construction of osteo-articular large implants combining biomaterials and cells is of great interest since these tissues have limited regeneration capability. But the development of such organoids is particularly challenging, especially in the later time of the culture, when the extracellular matrix has almost filled the initial porous network. The fluid flow needed to efficiently perfuse the sample can then not be achieved using only the hydraulic driving force. In this paper, we investigate the interest of using an electric field to promote mass transport through the scaffold at the late stage of the culture. Based on the resolution of the electrokinetics equations, this study provides an estimation of the necessary electric driving force to reach a sufficient oxygen perfusion through the sample, thus analyzing the feasibility of this concept. The possible consequences of such electric fields on cellular activities are then discussed.

  • 본 연구에서는, 대형 증기유량이 요구되는 플랜트에서 정밀한 압력제어의 요구를 충족시키기 위한 다른 방법으로 3단계의 다중 제어밸브 구조를 이용하여 압력을 제어하는 제어기를 설계하는 내용이다. 본 연구의 핵심은 전기 유압시스템 외부에 별도의 PID 제어기를 이용하여 제어밸브의 위치를 정확하게 제어하는 것이다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 제어기의 성능을 검증한다.

  • It is widely noted that pressure feedback systems have been devised to damp the fluid resonance effectively in precision speed control-for large inertia system. A compensation technique preserving the natural output disturbance discrimination characteristics at lower frequencies is proposed The load pressure across positive displacement acceleration. The technique involves feeding back load differential pressure, sensed by pressure transducers, though a simple analog compensatory circuit (high pass filter). The effectiveness of the damping is determined by the filter time donstant and loop gain. Nonlinear total hydraulic simulation results verify the possibility of linear model predictions of extending the closed loop bandwidth beyond the uncompensated frequency.

실린더를 이용한 서보 밸브 대역폭 주파수의 측정에 관한 연구 (Study on Bandwidth Frequency of Servovalve based on Metering Cylinder)

  • In this study, a metering cylinder was constructed, and the velocity obtained from the linear velocity transducer (LVT) of the cylinder piston was used to evaluate the dynamic performance of an electro-hydraulic servovalve. Frequency response experiments involving the spool displacement and piston velocity (LVT signal) were conducted with different input signal amplitudes, hydraulic pipe diameters, and supply pressures. The spool displacement signal accurately reflected the performance of the servovalve. Meanwhile, the -3 dB bandwidth frequency of the LVT signal was similar to the spool displacement signal, except for a small-amplitude input signal, and the $-90^{\circ}$ phase lag bandwidth frequency showed some differences.

Analysis on the Friction Losses of a Bent-Axis Type Hydraulic Piston Pump

  • The design of an axial piston pump for electro-hydrostatic transmission systems requires accurate information where and how much the internal friction and flow losses are produced. This study is particularly focused on the friction losses of a bent-axis type hydraulic piston pump, aiming at finding out which design factors influence its torque efficiency most significantly. To this end, the friction coefficients of the pump parts such as piston heads, spherical joints, shaft bearings, and valve plate were experimentally identified by a specially constructed tribometer. Applying the experimental data to the equations of motion for pistons as well as to the theoretical friction models for the pump parts, the friction torques produced by them were computed. The accuracy of the computed results was confirmed by the comparison with the practical input torque of the pump. In this paper, it is shown that the viscous friction forces on the valve plate and input shaft bearing are the primary source of the friction losses of the bent-axis type pump, while the friction forces and moments on the piston are of little significance.

  • The characteristics of servo systems are desired to be independent for any unpredicted operational condition. The relation between input current and output flowrate of the servovalve is dependent on the load pressure and the idea of compensation using the load pressure feedback is fundamental theory in this paper. With this idea, this paper researches the performance improvement of hydraulic position control system. Static characteristics of compensated system is analyzed by means of analog computer simulation, digital computer simulation and experiment for nonlinear model and linearized model, respectively.

  • The real-time characteristic of the adaptive leaning control algorithms is validated based on the applied results of the hydraulic servo system that has very strong a non-linearity. The evolutionary strategy automatically adjusts the search regions with natural competition among many individuals. The error that is generated from the dynamic system is applied to the mutation equation. Competitive individuals are reduced with automatic adjustments of the search region in accordance with the error. In this paper, the individual parents and offspring can be reduced in order to apply evolutionary algorithms in real-time. The feasibility of the newly proposed algorithm was demonstrated through the real-time test.

  • This paper deals with the characteristics of SPMSM for hydraulic actuator according to the slot number. As a design variable, slot number affects the winding configuration and this leads to the total variation of motor characteristic. Therefore number of slot should be cautiously determined. Three SPMSMs are designed and THD of back emf, cogging torque, and torque ripple are compared. Among three SPMSMs, 36slots with 12 pole is chosen for further development considering motor characteristics and manufacturing.

  • Field robot represented by excavator can be applied for various kinds of working in manufacturing, construction, agriculture etc. because of the flexibility of its multi-joint mechanism and the high power of hydraulic actuators. In general, the dynamics of field robot have strong coupling, various kinds of non-linearity, and time varying parameters according to working conditions. Therefore, it is very difficult to describe the system well, and design controller systematically based on its model. This paper established the mathematical model of field robot driven by electro-hydraulic servomechanism and constructed the adaptive control system robust to external load variations. The proposed control system for the field robot was evaluated by the computer simulation, and the performance results of trajectory tracking were compared with that of PID control system.
