In this paper, we devised a simple portable digital recorder for a day life ECG signal recording. The system are consisted of ECG amp. part, signal conditioning part. A/D converter, data compression part and digital memory part. An ADPCM algorithm used at data compress part for 50% of data reduction. The maximum lengths of recording times take 3 hours in 1 mega byte memory.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of administration of Taeumjowi-tang on the Taeumin bronchiectasis 2. Methods Consulting her Cheyungkisang(體形氣像) and QSCC, we had diagnosed her as Taeumin and treated her with Taeumjowi-tang(太陰調胃湯). 3. Results After the treatment, she felt her symptoms, cough, sputum, dyspnea, dizziness, general weakness, flushing sign, improved. 4. Conclusions We have concluded that these effects must be useful in the clinical study of the Sasang constitutional treatment on Bronchiectasis.

Objectives : The Purpose of this study was to evidence the effect of Herbal Acupuncture therapy(Sangsik no.1) by comparing body fat and obesity degree of Group B(group of Herbal acupuncture therapy and general obesity treatment) with Group A(group of non-Herbal acupuncture therapy and general obesity treatment) in twenty four patients who have received OPD treatment at Sang Ji oriental medical hospital and chiefly diagnosed obesity from June 2000 to September 2001. Methods : We checked the change of Obesity degree with Inbody 3.0. Results and Conclusions : Two groups were no significance, but remarkably showed a significant decrease in Percent Body Fat. According to the above results, it is considered that Herbal Acupuncture therapy(Sangsik no.1) showed a significant decrease in Percent Body Fat, but Others were no significance.

This survey was designed to analyze questionnaire of Japanese who experienced Oriental Medical Tourism and to facilitate it afterwards. The survey was organized for 38 Japanese participants in oriental medicine hospital from Feb. 10 to Mar. 7 in 2011. According to the research, most of them didn't know about oriental medicine but they were interested. They preferred preventive medication through health improvement to medical treatment. When making decisions on which tourism products to use, the quality of medical service came first consideration for them. The most appropriate length of visit was 4~7days and cost per day was 7100~14000 yen. We need to gather more information on their various fields of interest in order to provide customized medical service and more surveys should be conducted henceforth.

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the correlation coefficients among Oswestry low-back pain disability index(ODI), Roland-Morris disability questionnaire (RMD), visual analogue scale(VAS), lumbar lordosis angle(LLA), Cobb's angle and Ferguson's angle(FA). Methods : We measured LLA, Cobb's angle, and FA of 42 students. Then we researched ODI, RMD and VAS of all students, and analyzed correlations coefficient among all of them. Results : 1. There was significant correlation among VAS, RMD, ODI. 2. There was significant correlation between ODI and Cobb's angle. 3. There was no significant correlation between LLA, FA, Cobb's angle and VAS. 4. There was no significant correlation among LLA, FA, Cobb's angle and RMD. Conclusions : According to above results, there was no significant correlation between lumbosacral balance and low back pain except between ODI and Cobb's angle. On the other hand, there was significant correlation among RMD, ODI and VAS.
