NEW LM TESTS FOR UNIT ROOTS IN SEASONAL AR PROCESSES

  • On the basis of marginal likelihood of the residual vector which is free of nuisance mean parameters, we propose new Lagrange Multiplier seasonal unit root tests in seasonal autoregressive process. The limiting null distribution of the tests is the standardized ${\chi}^2-distribution$. A Monte-Carlo simulation shows the new tests are more powerful than the tests based on the ordinary least squares (OLS) estimator, especially for large number of seasons and short time spans.

  • This paper is written for foundation of standard <Shanghan Lun> text to research febrile disease referring from <Jin-gui-yu-han-jing>, Kang-ping-ben, Tang-ben, Song-ben and supplementarily Gui-lin-gu-ben. Through the comparative and analytical investigation of 30 articles of ${\ulcorner}$Taiyang bing Volume 1${\lrcorner}$, 22 articles were newly compiled after getting rid of doubtful sentences or putting together. Also, one article, "wind damage of Tai-yang give rise to fever and chilling", was added from Tang-ben. And many articles were unchanged or in some case, collected together with relevant articles to make sense more.

  • We investigated the molecular aligning capability of a polymer layer containing ceramic nanoparticles which can be used as a gate insulator of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). Because of the enhanced dielectric properties arising from the nanoparticles and molecular aligning properties of the polymer, the composite layer provides excellent mobility characteristics of the OTFTs.

  • We report on the photoalignment process of pentacene thin film with optical anisotropy on treated buffer layers. The photopolymer, showing an anchoring transition, was used as a buffer layer to control the structural order of the pentacene molecules. Using the photoelastic modulator, it was found that the grain size and the optical anisotropy of the pentacene thin film were strongly correlated with each other.
