The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of neglect and abuse of parents, a sub-factor of domestic violence victimization experience, on the career identity status, the mediate effects of adapting to school life in the process, and the control effects of the experience of using local children center service experience. To this end, 419 people were extracted from the data of the first year and sixth year of the children's panel at the local children's center. The main analysis results are as follows. First, parents' neglect, a sub-factor of domestic violence damage experience, was found to have a negative mediation effect on youth's sense of direction. Second, adapting to school life are being partially mediate effect in the relationship between neglect of duty and career identity. The practical implications of necessary for the forming career identity for teenager using local child center and the basis data for developing programs were derived.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to identify the types of gambling among adolescents and provide basic prevention information regarding adolescents' gambling problems. Methods: Secondary data from representative national survey on 2015 Youth Gambling Problems of Korea Center on Gambling Problems were used. Using latent class analysis (LCA), 13 gambling types such as offline and online games of 14,011 adolescents were classified, and gambling experiences and characteristics were analyzed. Results: The subgroups of adolescent gambling were identified as four latent classes: a rare group (84.5% of the sample), a risk group (1.0%), an offline group (11.9%), and an expanded group (2.6%). The types and characteristics of gambling among the latent classes differed. In the risk group, adolescents participated in online illegal sports betting and internet casino, and gambling time, gambling expenses, and the number of gambling types were higher than other groups. Conclusion: Gambling frequently occur among adolescent, and the subtypes of gambling did not reveal homogeneous characteristics. In order to prevent adolescent gambling problems, it is a necessary to develop tailored prevention intervention in the nursing field, which is appropriate to the characteristics of adolescent gambling group and can help with early identification.

The purpose of this study is to find the mediative effects of students' relationship with parents or teachers in the effective path of school violence experience on depression, and to find out the path difference between elementary and middle school students. We used 1,385 students' data collected from the Korean Youth General Survey, and analyzed by multiple group analysis of structural equation. The results showed that elementary school students' relationship with parents or teachers did not play a mediative role. But the middle school students' relationship with parents or teachers play a negative mediative role. It means that if students were damaged by school violence, elementary school students' parents and teachers did not play a specific role but middle school students' parents and teachers caused more depression. Based on these results, some implications for parents and teachers about school violence and depression were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and essence of concrete and practical experience on a series of debates to reveal factors that could be exposed when middle or old-aged people are in the process of re-employment process when they were unemployed by exploring the phenomenon of experience on the courses for the unemployed focusing on middle or old-aged people for employment support program. Depth consultation interviews were conducted and the structure of this phenomenon was revealed and described by applying Giorgi's phenomenology technical as a procedure for analyzing participants' statements by concentrating on the essence of the experience in this study. The meaning of the experience of the unemployed re-employment process structure as a result of analysis on the nature of re-employment experience on the basis of research participants and the information stated through this study showed respectively such as , , , , , and "Reemployment Success Factors>. It is a significant meaning that middle and old-aged people were able to confirm that they experienced Dynamic pursuit of hopes and dreams and got the chance to participate in society Toward a new life By strengthening employ ability skills by undertaking vocational training, obtaining licenses, and regaining confidence and employment determination, and a lot of desire using the card for learning tomorrow, government support system.

This study aims to examine whether a Parent's Neglecting Attitude affects an Adult Media Immersion and Adolescent' Dependence on mobile phonehas a mediating effect. To achieve this goal, the first year of middle school panel of 'the 6th Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS)' was utilized. To verify the mediating effect of Adolescent' Dependence on mobile phone in the relationship between Parent's Neglecting Attitude by Adolescents and the Adult Media Immersion, Baron & Kenny's mediating effect analysis method was conducted and the analytical findings are shown below. According to this study, first of all, more the Parent's Neglecting Attitude rise to rise the Adult Media Immersion. Second, the Adolescent's Dependence on mobile phone partly mediates the Adult Media Immersion. The practical implications of this results are below : First, we need to make a policy and legal effort to improve the relationship between parents and children. Second, there is a need to practice professional programs in schools, focusing on school social worker. Third, Revision of relevant laws limiting access to adult media is necessary.

This study was to examine the effects of social relations on school adjustment of in the middle school students on the mediating effect of stress coping style. The data of 3,406 middle school students in the study on '2016 Measurements of Korean Youth Competence and International Comparative Study III' by the NYPI were analysed. For data analysis, reliability analysis, correlation among variables, analysis of multiple linear regression analysis were conducted. The results of the study were: (1) social relations were found a key factor affecting the school adjustment of middle school students, (2) their social relations affected stress coping style, (3) stress coping style affected school adjustment, (4) stress coping style was proved to have the mediating effect between social relations and school adjustment. In conclusion, the implications and limitations were suggested for future research.

The purpose of this study to the factors affecting the satisfaction of adolescent life. This study analyzed data from the panel data of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYS). Based on this, it aims to propose practical and policy measures for the correct use of mobile phones and fandom activities to increase the satisfaction of young people's lives. The AMOS 24.0 was used as an analytical method of this study. First, the higher the life satisfaction of adolescents, the lower the dependence on mobile phones. Second, the mobile phone dependence of adolescents has a significant effect on life satisfaction by Self-resilience. In conclusion, it is suggested that customized programs suitable for social emotional development and rapidly changing cultural activities should be developed and distributed in order to improve the life satisfaction of adolescent.

The purpose of this study is to examine the sequential mediating effects of social withdrawal and depression in the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision of multicultural adolescents. To this end, we analyzed adolescents data from the 8th year survey(2018) of the 'Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study(MAPS)' provided by the National Youth Policy Institute(NYPI). As a result of the study, first, achievement motivation was found to have a significant and positive effect on career decision. Second, it was found that social withdrawal did not mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Third, it was found that depression mediates the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Fourth, it was found that social withdrawal and depression sequentially mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Based on the results of this study, we searched for social support measures to improve the career decision of multicultural adolescents and support their career paths, and suggested implications and limitations of the results of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies.

This study aimed to examine the associations between family economic status, social relationships, and the career identity of adolescents. The study assessed the mediating effects of social relationships on the relationship between economic status and the career identity of adolescents, utilizing data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). The result indicated that family economic status was related to the quality of the social relationships that significantly affected the career identity of adolescents. These findings suggested that the inequality in career development of adolescents due to family economic status could be reduced by promoting positive social relationships. Convergent interventions that help adolescents to build positive social relationships would be necessary to improve the career outcomes of those from low-income families.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of parents' positive and negative parenting attitudes on multicultural expropriation and the mediating effect of community spirit in the process. For this purpose, 1,336 first - year students who entered the university were sampled based on the 7th year data of Korea Youth Policy Institute for a regression analysis. The main results are as follows. First, the positive parenting attitude of the parents recognized by university students has a positive influence on multicultural expropriation, and the negative parenting attitude has a negative influence on multicultural expropriation. Second, Community spirit is found to have a positive influence on multicultural expropriation by university students and shown to have a partial mediated effect between positive or negative parenting and multicultural expropriation. Based on the above research results, various programs were developed and applied to enhance parents' positive parenting attitude and multicultural expropriation, and to promote positive parenting attitude and community spirit.
