  • By applying the digital sub-station, the change of various protect and measuring equipments has been applying. This paper is analyzed that the development of GIS partial discharge condition monitoring equipment is suited to the electricity IT technology and digital sub-station. It's constitution apply to be able to suit the data to high rank for GIS partial discharge condition monitoring equipment that is suited digital sub-station and Watch-dog module that be able to monitor the inner communication of the GIS partial discharge equipment. And then it also be able to apply of GIS partial discharge equipment when digital sub-station is applied.

  • This paper verifies the superiority of warming work in winter by applying the insulation gang-form to the apartment housing site and analyzes the economic feasibility of the application. According to the experimental results, the actual cost of warming work was about 52 million won less than planned, and 160 million won less than the existing average.(Note - The cost of gang form material increased from 260 million won to 310 million won after the change) As a result, the construction cost could be reduced by about 110 million won. As the costs of warming work can change depending on the number of floors, the building number, and the area of each site, it is deemed necessary to conduct a thorough review in advance at the site where the cost of warming work is to be applied.

  • Stellate ganglion block(SGB) is frequently performed in pain clinics. Facial palsy produces asymmetry of the face, lagophthalmos and incomplete eyelid closure. Exposure keratitis and eyeball pain can be induced by prolonged lagophthalmos. SGB was performed on a 51-year-old female patient who had exposure of keratitis and eyeball pain due to facial nerve palsy after an operation for chronic otitis media. After 31 stellate ganglion blocks, eyeball pain and keratitis nearly subsided. SGB is an effective method to treat lagophthalmos caused by facial nerve palsy.
