There are higher values of hemoglobin, hernatocrit, M.C.H.C. and WBC in men and women at Young Joo than Dang Jin.
Young-dang(影堂) is a ritual pavilion where figures of a dedicated person is enshrined. According to literature, establishment of Young-dang architecture is thought to have the affinity with Buddhist tradition in the beginning of its history. A tradition of enshrining figure could be found especially in Buddhism. Until the mid Joseon dynasty, enshrining figure made of wood, clay and bronze was quite often at Young-dang. In Confucian ritual tradition, a pavilion where enshrining ancestor's sprit tablet called Sadang(祠堂) or Myo(廟). In regarding portrait is a sort of figure, it has to be concerned with Buddhist ritual tradition. For this reaseon, Young-dang started to be distinguished from older aspect of existence in mid Joseon dynasty when the study of Confucian courtesy widely spread. It show the transformation process of Young-dang architecture from Buddhist tradition to Confucian tradition in J oseon dynasty.
Type 2 diabetes is characterized by high level of blood glucose and insulin and impaired action. In recent years, the treatment of type 2 diabetes has been revolutionized with the advent of thiazolidinedione (TZD) class of molecules that ameliorate insulin resistance and thereby normalize elevated blood glucose levels. These TZDs are synthetic, high-affinity ligands of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-gamma (PPAR${\gamma}$); a member of the nuclear receptor family that controls the expression of genes in the target tissues of insulin action. An effective and convenient regioselective reduction of 5-benzylidene 2,4-thiazolidinedione derivatives to the corresponding 5-benzyl 2,4-thiazolidinedione derivatives has been accomplished using 3,5-dicarboethoxy-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine (Hantzsch dihydropyridine ester: HEH) with silica gel as an acid catalyst in a good yield.
Radiation synovectomy is an useful alternative treatment to rheumatoid arthritis and Re$\^$188/ is suggested as an ideal radiopharmaceutical agents because beta ray (2.1 MeV) emitted from Re$\^$188/ is appropriate for synovial cell ablation and gamma ray (155 KeV) is ideal for dosimetry. Its' ideal particle size (2-5 mm) was achieved by conjugation with tin-colloid, In this study, we investigated the toxicity, stability and biodistribution to evaluate the suitability of DA-7911 as a synovectomy agent. The midtarsal joint which consists of the talonavicular and calcaneocuboid joints lies transversely across the medial and lateral arches of the foot. Complete dislocation of this joint unassociated with fracture is extremely rare. A 36 year-old male who was injured by motor vehicle accident came to help for his left midfoot pain and deformity. We misdiagnosed as subtalar dislocation. Closed reduction was performed. We reviewed initial and post-reduction X-rays, and then we diagnosed as Chopart's dislocation. CT scan was taken; it showed fracture of the anterior process of the calcaneous.
A crude drug "Dang-Gui", belonging to the genus Angelica, has been used as a traditional herbal medicine in Asia. Various studies have investigated the chemical components and pharmacological activities of Dang-Gui worldwide. However, domestic research results published in Korean are undervalued in international academia due to language barriers. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize the domestic research findings systematically for greater accessibility. This review focuses on the results published in four Korean pharmaceutical journals between 1970 and 2018, which detail the botanical, phytochemical, and pharmacological properties of three Angelica species (A. gigas, A. sinensis, and A. acutiloba) used as "Dang-Gui" in Korea, China, and Japan.
Atorvastatin calcium salt (1) was obtained through the preparation of lactone compound (8) from 2-((4R,6R)-6-(2-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-isopropyl-3-phenyl-4-(phenylcarbamoyl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-ethyl)-2-phenyl-1,3,2-dioxaborinan-4-yl)acetic acid tert-butyl ester (9) by hydrolysis in basic condition. Efficient hydrolysis of boronate compound 9 aimed at the viable synthesis for commercial production and purification of Atorvastatin calcium is reported. Detail studies of evaluation procedure are also reported.

This study is to propose development direction of sang-dang mountain fortress toward the utilization of historical and cultural heritage as tourist attraction through the consideration of problems on sang-dang mountain fortress development. First of all, the historical significance, development project and status of Sang-dang mountain fortress was figured out. Furthermore, using pattern and general user's view was understood through the questionnaire survey then research on the actual condition of traditional korean village was performed. The ongoing development project focusing on restoration of cultural properties to its original state through an archaeological excavation investigation turned out to be lack of consideration on the utilization of sang-dang mountain fortress such as tourists inducement. Furthermore, the measures on traditional korean village which has been a problem by forming commercial area recklessly have been left off. Therefore, additional development plan is required on convenient and amenity facilities and rest places for visitors including environment improvement of traditional korean village based on the development for the restoration of cultural properties to its original state.
There are four kinds of diagnosis methods in oriental medicine, and viewing diagnosis(望診) is the most important method among them. There are two ways in viewing diagnosis. These are viewing shape(觀形) and inspecting color(察色). Viewing shape diagnosis includes observation on geometric curve that is made by prominence of bones or lump of flesh, and examination on symmetric disparity and balance of vertical length among three vertical section of face. Inspecting color is literally inspecting several specified region of face. By Viewing shape, we can learn about characteristic physical mechanism of individuals, and basic disposition of reaction from inside and outside infinite stimulations. On the other hand, by inspecting color, we can estimate the very present pathologic and physiologic status of the patient. the estimation is based on principle that inside body changes reveal some reflections on facial skin surface. When you diagnosis patients with inspecting color method, It is important to distinguish color delicately, and to know where to see and what to know from it. The most important and frequently mentioned regions are myong-dang(明堂), eyes(眼) and In-dang(印堂). Myong-dang(明堂) indicates nose. In-dang(印堂) indicates the space between eyebrows. Unlike myong-dang(印堂) and eyes, In-dang(印堂) is occasionally treated as a trivial region then others. But, from research on classical books of facial examination and consideration of it's locational meanings, we've learned In-dang(印堂) is very important in viewing diagnosis, because this region is crossing of the other two regions and this fact means this region expresses the spiritual status as well as physical status in one region.
