덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정 성과분석 고도화 근거기반 실제(evidence-based practices) 융합 쟁점 (Evidence-based Practices Convergence Issues for Advancement of Performance Analysis of Duksung Women's University Extracurricular Activities)

  • 본 연구는 덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위한 근거기반 실제를 융합적으로 탐색하는데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 교육학 분야에서 대학의 비교과교육과정에 대한 성과분석을 다룬 선행연구를 분석하는 절차와 함께 전문가 회의 절차로 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 덕성여자대학교에서 비교과통합관리센터 조직 신설 이후 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위하여 근거기반되어야 할 실제를 몇 가지로 제시하는 것으로 구성되었다. 그리고 그 실제로는 비교과 맞춤형 학습역량 진단 도구 개발 및 진단 분석, 데이터 기반의 다차원적 분석(IR 시스템), 비교과 인증을 통한 상시 모니터링 분석, 부수적 환류도구 기반 분석이 융합적 관점과 맥락에서 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위한 근거기반 실제는 덕성여자대학교의 비교과교육과정 성과평가 및 환류 시스템의 타당성과 안정성을 담보해 주며, 타 대학의 비교과 교육 업무에 긴밀한 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

여성의 성역할인식이 우울에 미치는 영향: 여성주의 관점을 중심으로 (Do Gender Role Attitudes Affect on Depression?)

  • 본 연구는 여성의 성역할인식이 우울에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 여성의 성역할인식과 우울의 매개효과로서 자아존중감과 가족생활만족도를 검증하였다. 연구의 대상은 전국 가구를 대상으로 조사한 한국복지패널 2009년 4차년도 자료로서, 20-50대 여성 3,791명과 남성 3,467명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 여성과 남성의 우울과 성역할인식의 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였으며, 성역할인식과 우울의 관계 및 매개효과는 여성만을 대상으로 회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우울과 성역할을 인식하는데 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 여성이 남성보다 우울과 성역할인식에 있어서 높은 수치를 보여주었다. 성역할인식이 우울에 미치는 영향도 성별에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 여성의 전통적인 성역할인식이 높을수록 우울감이 높게 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 자아존중감, 가족생활만족도는 성역할인식과 우울의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 여성의 성역할인식이 높을수록 가족관계만족도 중에서 가족생활만족도는 낮아지나 배우자관계만족도는 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과는 여성의 고정화되고 이분화된 성역할 인식이 우울을 높이는 중요한 요인이 되며, 낮은 자아존중감과 가족생활만족을 통하여 우울에 부정적으로 작용할 것이라고 결론지을 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 여성주의 관점에서 여성의 성역할에 대한 인식을 재고하고, 여성 우울에 대해 여성 친화적이고 수용적인 개입과 상담의 필요성을 논의하였다.

한국 영화와 TV드라마 전통복식에 나타난 색 이미지와 상징성 (Color Images and Symbolism of Traditional Dress in Korean Films and TV Dramas Set)

  • Recently, as popular interest in costumes in Korean films and TV dramas has increased, traditional dress in works has re-evaluated with modern perspective of the Western color system. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the traditional dress for women appeared in works after the 2000s has shown features similar in the use of red has appeared high. The high frequency of brown and pink, orange and purple used main colors in Western works. Also, what is the most prominent is the high frequency of use of achromatic colors. Second, the color harmonies of the East and the West have been done through color arrangement. The structure with more than 2-colors has been gradually changing into single or 2-colors, which give simple images to people. Third, in order to portray characters' diverse and psychological situations, Korean works have expressed the symbolisms of colors from the Western perspective. Though red symbolizes theory of Yin-Yang and Five-Elements, passion and authority since 2000 have used red to make main images. Also, pink is used as softness and pure images. Though works before the 2000s showed low frequency of the brown. The achromatic color that it has been applied to various parts. Recently black has been developing into a color symbolizing themes. Given the results from this study, it could be expected in future that the categories of color domains will be gradually extended as it is a trend for the traditional dress to escape from primary colors. On the other hand, achromatic colors that minimal and modern sensibility as well as basic color in fashion, especially the black, will increasingly extend ranges of utility or show a tendency of resolute changes.

Comparison of intermaxillary fixation techniques for mandibular fractures with focus on patient experience

  • Background: Intermaxillary fixation (IMF) is a technique that allows for the reduction and stabilization of mandibular fractures. Several methods of IMF, such as self-tapping screws or arch bars, have been developed. This study aimed to validate the usefulness of IMF with a self-tapping screw compared to IMF with arch bars with focus on the patients' perspective. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of all patients who were treated for mandibular fractures at our hospital between August 2014 and February 2021. A total of 57 patients were enrolled in this study. Thirteen patients were excluded from the analysis: three patients were lost to follow-up, and 10 patients did not undergo IMF. Finally, 44 patients were analyzed, of which 31 belonged to the arch bar group, and 13 belonged to the screw group. Patient discomfort and pain during IMF application and removal were analyzed using a patient self-assessment questionnaire. The surgeon also assessed oral hygiene, IMF stability, and occlusion. Results: We applied IMF to 34 men (77%) and 10 women (23%). The mean age of the patients was 37.3 years. The most common fracture site was the angle (30%), followed by the parasymphysis (25%), the body (23%), the condyle (11%), and the ramus (11%). Patient discomfort and oral hygiene were statistically favorable in the screw group. The IMF application time was statistically shorter in the screw group (p< 0.001). IMF stability was not statistically different between the two groups. The pain score during IMF removal was lower in the screw group (p< 0.001). Conclusion: Compared to arch bars, IMF screws provide more comfort during the IMF period, help maintain favorable oral hygiene, and have a shorter application time. From the patient's perspective, IMF screws are an excellent alternative to conventional arch bars when applicable.

여성의 피부건강행위에 대한 인식도와 실천도의 상관관계분석 (Correlation of Practice and Cognition for Women's Skin Care Behavior)

  • The objective of this study consists on clarifying what factors are influenced upon skin care behavior using fender's Health Promotion Model, widely used to anticipate practices of health care behavior for women with keen interest in skin care and then manifesting their correlations from July 1 to August 22, 1998, on 159 women interested in skin care. A subvariable included practice of skin care behavior and independent variables include general characteristics, health fitness, the level of agreement with the advantages of the perceived skin care behavior, the level of cognition of the necessity for skin care behavior The data collected processed with ANOVA and multiple regression analysis to clarify what factors among other independent variables have the most powerful effects upon skin care. The resultant findings were revealed, as follows : 1. In health care behavior among skin care behavior,'full ingestion of water' represented the highest value by 3.45 points, 2. The testees of this study had for the most part a higher level of cognition for the necessity for skin care behavior than for practice of skin care behavior. The more points they have for cognition of the necessity for skin care behavior, the more points they present for practice of skin care behavior. 3. From the perspective of the relationship between sociometic factors on the testees and their skin care behavior, the higher level married women were on (p<0.05) and the more points they have for economic status, the higher points were reflected . 4. The correlations between the testees' recognition or perception factors and points for practice of skin health state showed the higher points than the group who thought that they did not know their own skin health state (p<0.05). The higher the points of skin care fitness (p<0.0001), the higher the points of self-awareness (p<0.0001) 5. The factors that had the most powerful influence upon cognition and practice of women's skin care behavior were found, with statistical significance, to be adjustable factors such as age, smoking, drinking habit, economic status, etc. and points of cognition of the necessity for skin care behavior.

여성 리더의 성 역할과 신뢰가 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향: 교육교재 유통기업을 대상으로 (Women Leaders: Gender Roles, Trust, and Effects on Organizational Performance in Educational Material Distribution Enterprises)

  • Purpose - Since the early 1990s, it has been observed that the number and substance of studies on female leadership have been increasing. One of the reasons for this development may be concerned with the increasing number of female labor market participants as well as the greater opportunities for them to take higher positions in various organizations. In addition to this, the transition from mechanistic organizational structures that emphasize authority, control, and efficiency toward organic ones that focus on environmental adaptability, equality, and trust has also encouraged research on female leadership. The research tendency is based on the assumption that male and female leaders tend to exhibit different leadership styles according to their gender differences. Recent research has cast doubt on this assumption, by showing that the sociological gender roles of men and women are independent such that some female leaders show authoritative and control-oriented leadership, which were once considered to be male leadership styles. Research design, data, and methodology - This research attempts to carry out an empirical study on the gender-related leadership styles of female leaders and to examine their effect on group performance in the K business organization. This study also focuses on leader attributes such as trust, and it aims to discover whether these attributes should be regarded as independent or as moderating variables between leadership styles and performance. For these purposes, this study generated four hypotheses based on a review of the literature and it tested them using a survey. Female workers in the sales departments of the K Company, all of whom are women, were asked to provide answers to the presented questionnaires. This study hypothesizes that the type of gender roles played by women leaders will affect the job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the members of the sales group, and that the level of trust that is garnered by women leaders will also affect the types of gender roles that they play as well as employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Results - The results of this study show that both androgynous and masculine leadership styles are superior to the feminine leadership style in terms of employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, contrary to our expectations, this study fails to show the superiority of the androgynous leadership style over the masculine leadership style. Moreover, there are no significant differences between these two leadership styles with regard to group performance. Conclusions - This study shows that it is important that different attributes of leaders, such as how trusted they are, be treated as moderating variables between leadership and performance rather than as independent variables. Finally, as this is the first attempt to view the role of the gender in a new perspective, the managerial implications of this study for leadership research, as well as its limitations, are presented. Suggestions for future related research are also proposed.

  • 본 연구는 덕성여자대학교의 교육혁신을 조망하는 대안의 관점에서 덕성이룸(IiRUM) 인성교육과정의 개발 및 운영에 관한 로드맵을 설계하는 데 주요 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 대학 인성교육과정 기반을 구축하는 이론적 고찰이나 사례 방안을 다룬 문헌을 분석하는 절차와 함께 전문가 회의가 병행되는 것으로 구성되었다. 연구내용은 덕성여자대학교의 현행 교육과정 전반에 걸쳐 인성교육의 기반이 구축되어 있지 못한 교육혁신의 대안 관점에서 새롭게 구축되어야 할 인성교육과정이 현행 교육과정 구도에 어떻게 융합적으로 설계될 수 있는가의 로드맵이 제시되었다. 이에 따라, 덕성이룸(IiRUM)인성교육과정이 교과과정 및 비교과 교육프로그램에 걸쳐 개발 및 운영될 수 있는 방안이 다양하게 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 덕성여자대학교에서 덕성이룸(IiRUM)인성교육과정은 기존과 현행 교육과정 구도와 상호 균형적이고 융합적으로 개발이 될 뿐 아니라 효과적인 운영 역시 가능함이 분석되었다.

기지촌 여성의 경험과 윤리적 재현의 불/가능성: 탈식민주의 페미니스트 역사 쓰기 (Experiences of Military Prostitute and Im/Possibility of Representation: Re-writing History from a Postcolonial Feminist Perspective)

  • 본 연구는 그동안 '공식적' 역사 속에서 부재, 혹은 침묵되어 왔던 '양공주'의 경험을 자기재현의 서사로 재구성하면서, 재현과 사회적 편견, '듣는 자'와 '말하는 자' 사이의 긴장을 드러내고 '타자 만나기'라는 인식론적 질문을 던짐으로써, 여성주의 구술생애사의 방법론적 함의를 찾고자 한다. 기지촌 여성노인의 내러티브는 필연/우연, 강제/자발, 매춘/사랑, 양갈보/색시의 경계에 서 있는 여성이 어떻게 '정상적 한국 여성', '한민족', '정상 가족'에 관한 신화들과 충돌하고 협상하며 비/순응적으로 살아왔는지를 보여준다. 무엇보다 새로운 자기정체화 가능성을 보여주는 구술과정의 만남은 '양공주'가 누구인가에 관한 질문을, 침묵과 드러냄을 강요하는 '듣는' '우리(나)는 누구인가'의 문제로 되돌린다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 결론적으로, '타자'에 대해 연구하는 '우리'는 '서발턴이 말할 수 있는가'라는 질문에 선행해서 '우리는 과연 들을 수 있는가, 무엇을 진정으로 듣고 싶은가'에 대한 문제의식으로부터 출발해야 할 것이다.

  • The corporate image is one of the key elements improving competitiveness of the business, and is conveyed to the public through a design management strategy and its activities with design identity. Therefore, it is important to enhance the corporate image through systematic design management. Recently, in the field of communication services, as a technical gap between corporations has been narrowed, and the importance of design has been magnified, more and more corporations have adopted the design management. It is, however, not easy to build and convey the corporate image to the public systematically, because not only do the corporations run a communication service, the corporations face various business areas and targets. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the intended image of the corporate and users' visual experiences based on the surveys on the case of KT, which pioneered design management and has made outstanding design results. According to the result, KT's strategic image concepts have positive effects on users' visual experience in each subarea of its design identity. In conclusion, it is necessary to narrow the gap between users' experiences and images that a corporate intends to convey through continuous research on users' experiences and improvement in a design management system.

초등 교사의 방과후 돌봄 교사와의 의사소통과 협력에 대한 의미 (An Elementary School Teacher's Perspective of the Meaning of Communication and Cooperation with After-school Teachers)

  • In this study, an analysis of the actual conditions and needs regarding elementary school teacher's levels of cooperation was conducted. This was done from the assumption that it is essential for good communication and cooperation to exist between elementary school teachers and after-school care teachers to provide the most reliable after-school care environment possible. Individual interviews with 6 elementary school teachers were conducted, and the results of the data analysis were as follows. First, the necessity for close communication and interaction between teachers was clearly established, due to the obvious advantages obtained from cooperation on supporting children and improving the teacher's levels of expertise. However, contrary to this, the elementary school teachers in fact did not have very good communication between themselves and the after-school care teachers. Second, the problems in cooperation revealed a degree of disapproval regarding the perceived independence of after-school care teacher's duties, a sense of burden arising from interaction with a large number of teachers, the lack of communication time due to the workload of elementary school teachers, and the lack of material resources. Third, teachers further stated that although they were generally interested in after-school care classes, and showed approval of the role of after-school care teachers, regular meetings, and an expansion of the current messenger systems of communication with after-school teachers are clearly needed.
