플라즈마 토치는 고온의 열발생이 가능하여 환경 분야의 폐기물 처리에 적용이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 플라즈마 토치에 적용하는 당사의 Power Supply의 구성, 설계 및 운전방식에 관하여 설명하였다.

최근의 인터넷의 급속한 발전에 힘입어 멀티미디어 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 서비스해 주는 스트리밍 서비스가 활성화가 되고 있다. 스트리밍 서버는 서비스를 요청한 클라이언트에게 일정한 데이터 전송률로 서비스를 하게 되는데, 이때 시간측정 함수를 매우 빈번히 사용하게 된다. 본 논문은 시간 측정함수를 가상 시스템 호출 기법을 이용해 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있음을 보여준다.

We observed that optical properties of silicon changed under high dose electron irradiation at 250 keV. Our experimental results revealed that the optical transmission through a silicon wafer is significantly increased by electron irradiation. Transmission increase by the change in the absorption coefficient is explained through an analogy with amorphous silicon. Moreover, solar cell open-circuit voltages indicated that defects were generated by electron irradiation, and that the defects responded to annealing. Our results demonstrated that the optical properties of silicon can be controlled by a combination of electron irradiation and hydrogen annealing.

This paper reports the preliminary results on the study of radargrammetry especially for a high-resolution satellite synthetic aperture radar system. Theoretical configurations for radargrammetry in terms of coverage, orbit selection, incidence angles, height sensitivity of parallax and height resolution of DEM were calculated according to the proposed orbit characteristics and the imaging modes of KOMPSAT-5 SAR. Possible imaging strategies and mission scenarios for coverage versus rapidity are suggested for a future mission dedicated to radargrammetry.

We briefly introduce the theory of GB-SAR focusing and interferometry. Deramp-FFT algorithm is evaluated as a far-range, partial focusing method along with its limitations in the near-range application. Various interferometric configurations with temporal, spatial, and/or frequency baselines are also discussed.

소프트웨어는 매우 다양하며, 품질을 정량적으로 측정하기 어렵기 때문에 객관적인 소프트웨어 평가를 위하여 지속적인 연구가 이루어지고 있으며, 이와 관련한 국제 및 국내 표준이 개발 중에 있다. SW시험센터는 ISO/IEC 9126을 포함한 여러 표준을 기반으로 소프트웨어 품질인증 업무를 수행하고 있으며 품질 평가와 관련된 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 서비스중인 소프트웨어 품질인증 서비스와 품질인중 프레임웍에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
