온간, 열간 판재 성형을 위한 AZ31B의 기계적 성질 평가 (Evaluation of Mechanical Properties of AZ31B for Sheet Metal Forming at Warm and High Temperature)

  • In the present study, AZ31B sheets has a bad formability in room temperature, but the formability is improved significantly as increasing the temperature because of rolled magnesium alloy sheet has a hexagonal closed packed structure (HCP) and a plastic anisotropy. In this paper, after tensile test in various temperatures, strain rate, show the tensile mechanical properties, yield and ultimate strength, K-value, work hardening exponent(n), strain rate sensitivity(m). As temperature increased, yield, ultimate strength and K-value, work hardening exponent(n) are decreased but strain rate sensitivity(m) is increased. As cross-head-speed increased, yield, ultimate strength and K-value, work hardening exponent(n) are increased. And according to the temperature, how change the plastic anisotropy factor R. In addition, we observed how temperatures and cross-head-speed effect on microstructure.

RCP 8.5 기후변화 조건에서 콩의 군락 광합성 및 수량 반응 평가 (Impact of Climate Change on Yield and Canopy Photosynthesis of Soybean)

  • 기후변화에 따른 대기 온도 및 이산화탄소 농도의 상승은 농업 생산성에 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. RCP 8.5 시나리오에 따른 21세기말(2071~2100) 기후조건에서는 전 생육기간에 걸쳐 군락광합성이 크게 증가하였으나 이러한 효과가 종실 수량 증가로는 이어지지 않았다. 특히 높은 광합성능으로 인한 바이오매스의 증가는 분지 수 확보에 긍정적으로 작용하여 협수와 립수는 큰 변동이 없었던 반면 립중은 단독 고온 조건과 유사하게 현저히 감소하였다. 이는 등숙기간 중 고온에 의한 동화산물의 축적 및 전류 불량이 주요 요인으로 판단된다. 이러한 결과는 미래 기후 환경에서 종실 수량 감소가 협수와 립수 보다는 립중의 감소에 의한 것임을 의미한다. 이와 같은 결과들은 우리나라 남부지역에서 기후변화에 따른 콩 생육의 불확실성을 해소하고 피해 대책을 마련하기 위한 기초자료로써 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

기상요인이 유채수량에 미치는 영향 (The Relationship between Meteorogical Factors and Rapeseed Yield)

  • 기상요인이 유채수량 및 수양구성형질에 미치는 영향을 알기 위하여 1975년부터 1984년까지의 강수량, 온도 등의 기상요인과 동기간에 재배한 유달품종의 수량을 비롯한 중요 수량구성형질간의 관계를 조사하여 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 유채재배기간 동안의 기상요인중 5월의 강우량과 2월의 최저기온이 생육에 크게 영향을주고 있으며 그중 5월의 각우량의 다소가 절대적인 요인이 되었다. 2. 5월의 강우량과 수량 및 수?형질에는 고도의 유의성으로 정의 상관이었다. 3. 기상요인과 수량과의 관계를 회귀직선으로 나타내면 5월의 강우량과 수량은 Y=210,914+1,179x, 2월의 최저기온과 수량은 Y=245,560-1,720 x였다. 4. 남부지방의 유채재배는 2월의 최저기온이 낮을수록 유채의 수량감수 정도는 컸다.

온도구배챔버에서 온도 상승에 따른 콩의 생육과 수량 반응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Increased Temperature on Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] Growth and Seed Yield Responses in Temperature Gradient Chamber)

  • 본 연구는 급격하게 진행되고 있는 기후변화에 따른 콩의 생육과 종실 수량 반응을 온도구배챔버에서 수행하였다. 생식상 장기간의 고온 발생은 농업 생산성을 저해시키며, 인류의 식품안정성에도 영향을 줄 수 있다. 모든 품종이 $Ta+4^{\circ}C$에서 개화기간이 지연되는 현상을 보여 영양생장기보다 생식생장기의 고온에 대해 민감하게 반응을 하였다. 온도 변화에 대한 종실 수량 구성 반응을 보면 대원콩은 온도가 상승 할수록 협수, 종실 무게가 높아져 수량이 증가하였다. 반면 풍산나물콩과 대풍콩은 각각 $Ta+3^{\circ}C$$Ta+4^{\circ}C$사이에서 각각 일정 온도를 벗어나게 되면 온도에 민감하게 반응하여 착협수와 100립중이 감소를 하여 수량 감소로 이어졌다. 종자 크기로 보았을 때 대립 품종인 대원콩은 일정 온도 범위까지는 수량이 증가 할 것으로 판단된다. 반면 중립과 소립품종인 대풍콩과 풍산 나물콩은 일정 온도를 벗어나게 되면 수량이 감소 할 것으로 판단된다.

노지 가을배추 단수의 고온 및 다우 피해 계측 (The Impacts of High Temperature and Heavy Precipitation Amount on Winter Chinese Cabbage Yields)

  • The purpose of this article is analyzing the impacts of climate change on winter chinese cabbage yield in Korea, with employing a panel data regression model. Our results show that there is a negative impacts of high temperature and precipitation amount on winter chinese cabbage yields. Especially high temperature and rainfall in September cause serious damage to winter chinese cabbage yield. According to the reduction schedule on greenhouse gas emission(RCP 4.5 scenario.), winter chinese cabbage yield would be 7.7% lower than it is, for reasons of high temperature and rainfall damages by the end of 21st century.

고온ㆍ고압 정적 연소기내 난류 프로판 예혼합 화염의 매연생성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Soot Formation of Turbulent Premixed Propane Flames in n Constant-Volume Combustor at High Temperatures and High Pressures)

  • The soot yield has been studied by a premixed propane-oxygen-inert gas combustion in a specially designed disk-type constant-volume combustion chamber to investigate the effects of pressure, temperature and turbulence on soot formation. Premixtures are simultaneously ignited by eight spark plugs located on the circumference of chamber at 45 degree intervals in order to observe the soot formation under high pressures. The eight flames converged compress the end gases to a high pressure. The laser schlieren and direct flame photographs for observation field with 10 mm in diameter are taken to examine into the behaviors of flame front and gas flow in laminar and turbulent combustion. The soot volume fraction in the chamber center during the final stage of combustion at the highest pressure is measured by the in situ laser extinction technique and simultaneously the corresponding burnt gas temperature by the two-color pyrometry method. The pressure and temperature during soot formation are changed by varying the initial charge pressure and the volume fraction of inert gas compositions, respectively. It is found that the soot yield increases with dropping temperature and rising pressure at constant equivalence ratio, and that the soot yield of turbulent combustion decreases in comparison with that of laminar combustion because the burnt gas temperature increases with the drop of heat loss.

Pseudomonas sp.의 연속배양에 있어서의 세포의 수율 및 화학적 조성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of temperature on the biomass yield and the chemical composition of pseudomonas cells in continuous culture)

  • Effects of temperature on the gorwth characteristics and the chemical composition of pseudomonas cells grown under glucose-or methanol-utilizing continuous culture were studied. In a glucose-utilizing continuous culture, optimum dilution rate, agitation, pH, and temperature, for the higher biomass yield were $0.45hr^-$, 7000rpm, pH 7.5, and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. But in a methanol-utilizing continuous culture, they were $0.125hr^-$, 600rpm, pH 8, and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. In methanol-utilizing continuous culture, the maximum production rate of the cells was 1.48g, dry wt./1/hr at a dilution rate of $0.45hr^-$, and the cell yield was 0.46g. dry wt./g. glucose. In the methanol-utilizaing continuous culture, the maximum production rate of the cells was 0.33 7g. dry wt./1/hr. at a dilution rate of $0.125hr^-$ and the cell yield was 0.44g dry cell/g. methanol. The contents of protein of the cells increase with the increase ingrowing temperature (from 15 to $30^{\circ}C$), more or less, while the contents of RNA nad carbohydrate of the cells decreased. However, DNA contents of cells growth under the various temperature ranges didn't change. As the temeprature of cultivation rises at a constant dilution rate, the efficiency of RNA in protein synthesis was increased, showing the decreases in the ratio of RNA to protein.

전해조건에 따른 니켈전착층의 경도와 항복 강도의 변화 (The change of the hardness and yield strength in the nickel electrodeposits depending upon the electrolysis condition)

  • The change of the hardness and yield strength depending upon the electrolysis conditions was investigated for Watts and bright nickel electrodeposits. The hardness of Watts nickel electrodeposits decreased with increasing current density in the range of 1-15A/Am2, while it increased with increasing bath temperature. The hardness of bright nickel deposits increased noticebly in comparison with that of Watts nickel electro-deposits. The hardness and the yield strength of the bright nickel electrodeposits increased considerably with decreasing current density and the highest value was obtained at the lowest current density (1A/dm2), while they decreased noticebly at the bath temperature of 80$^{\circ}C$ in comparison with that of 40-60$^{\circ}C$. The change of the hardness and the yield strength of bright nickel electrodeposits depending upon the electrolysis conditions could be mainly attributed to the variation of organic additives codeposited in the electrodeposits. The recrystallizatioin temperature(50% softening temperature) of the Wattss and the bright nickel electro-deposits was 520-280$^{\circ}C$ and 350-410$^{\circ}C$ respectively and then the recystallization temperature of bright nickel deposits was lower than that of the Watts nickel electrodeposits.

황산바륨의 최적합성조건 (Optimal Synthesis Conditions of Barium Sulfate)

  • Optimal synthetic conditions of barium sulfate were investigated from the viewpoint of yield and bulkiness according to a randomized complete block design proposed by Box and Wilson. Barium chloride and Sodium sulfate were utilized as reactants in order to prepare barium sulfate in this study. The optimum Synthesis conditions of barium sulfate obtained from this study are as follows; Reactant temperature; 60~75$^{\circ}C$ (viewpoint of yield) and 60~71$^{\circ}C$ (viewpoint of bulkiness). Concentration of two reactants; 12.7~14.4% (viewpoint of yield) and 5~10.5% (viewpoint of bulkiness). Mole ratio of two reactants, [BaCl$_2$]/[Na$_2$SO$_4$]; 1.62~1.96 (viewpoint of yield) and 2.0 (viewpoint of bulkiness). Reacting time; 13~15 minutes (viewpoint of yield) and 12~14 minutes (viewpoint of bulkiness). Drying temperature of product; 86~10$0^{\circ}C$ (viewpoint of yield) and 6$0^{\circ}C$ (viewpoint of bulkiness).
