Negatively stained dip preparations from Euonymus showing vein clear symptoms revealed bacilliform particles. The particles tentatively referred to as the Euonymus vein clear virus(EVCV) have a relatively complex structure, measuring 230-280nm in length and 70-80nm in diameter. They have an envelope, 8-10nm thick, provided with evenly spaced beadlike projection about 5-6nm long. The inner tubular core which had no envelope showed helical structures, 200-220nm long, and 50-55nm in diameter. This inner tubular core is interpreted as the virus nucleocapsid. A striking association of virus particles with the nuclei of infected cells was apparent from sections which showed numberous virus particles at the nuclear periphery and in what appeared to be intranuclear virus particle inclusions. Careful examination of these apparent inclusions revealed the presence of the nuclear envelope surrounding them, in addition to cytoplasmic organelles within them. Such profiles were interpreted as having arisen when the sections passed through invaginations of the cytoplasm into the nucleus. In all the sections showing virus particles associated with the nucleus, large number of virus particles were found to be present in expanded areas between the two lamellae of the nuclear envelope. This location is suggested as a possible site of virus assembly. Serveal micrographs of particles found in this location suggested incorporation of the inner lamella of the nuclear envelope into the viral envelope. Various micrographs indicated a possible helical arrangement of certain components present in the virus core.
The purpose of this work was to examine the factors affecting the identities of the voiceless plosives, i.e. English [p, t, k] and Korean [ph, th, kh], from the spontaneous speech corpora. The factors were automatically extracted by a Praat script and the percent correctness of the discriminant analyses was incrementally assessed by increasing the number of factors used in predicting the identities of the plosives. The factors included the spectral moments and tilts of the plosive release bursts, the post-burst aspirations and the vowel onsets, the durations such as the closure durations and the voice onset times (VOTs), the locations within words and utterances and the identities of the following vowels. The results showed that as the number of factors increased up to five, so did the percent correctness of the analyses, resulting in 74.6% for English and 66.4% for Korean. However, the optimal number of factors for the maximum percent correctness was four, i.e. the spectral moments and tilts of the release bursts and the following vowels, the closure durations and the VOTs. This suggests that the identities of the voiceless plosives are mostly determined by their internal and vowel onset cues.
Purpose: This study conducted a survey on the elderly with physical debilities, who are in a medically vulnerable social class, to examine closely their demo-sociological characteristics, unmet needs, dental states, and living qualities and satisfaction levels relating to oral health and social supports to them, and also to prepare the basis for effective public medical policies and health improvement programs aimed at improving the quality of life for the elderly with physical debilities. Methods: Twenty-two elderly care facilities within Jeju Special Self-Government Province participated in the survey. Between 11 January and 5 March 2010, a total of 250 elderly persons(65 and over) with physical debilities were interviewed and their dental health was checked. Results: The results of the survey are as follows. The need for social support for dental care of the elderly with physical debilities was high in the medical institution-supported service (49.6%). The unmet needs for physical care were high in bathing (49.6%) and using public transportation (71.6%). More than half of these surveyed had ten or fewer teeth. The survey found that 31.6% of the participants experienced problems eating, due to poor dental health. Concerning quality of life, 30.5% of those surveyed experienced physical pain. Conclusion: In summary, the ages of the survey participants directly relates to the degree of behavioral debility experienced. The more debility a participant exhibits, the greater is the need for social support and dental care. The dental health of a participant directly relates to a higher quality of life. Good dental health of a participant translate to better quality of life. In light of the fact that the elderly with physical debilities suffer from a lack of accessibility to medical care and worse oral health than do other elderly persons, it is essential to increase accessibility to medical institutions that can provide such services as door to door dental care. Current insurance policies, funding for denture insurance, and free denture and denture-upgrade programs desperately need to be expanded. Therefore, to improve effectively the quality of life for the elderly with physical debilities civil dental medical resources should be encouraged to provide inclusive and prevention-focused medical care. In the public domain, door to door dental care services and cooperation with civil dental care resources need to be improved to increase impartial accessibility to dental medical institutions.
The types of test items which were recorded in this test report of quality control domestic $^{18}F$-FDG radiopharmaceutical which consisted of 13 different types: appearance, half-life, radioactive heterokaryosis, radiochemical Confirmation (measure of Rf value), radiochemical Purity, Ethanol, Acetonitrile, Kryptofix, Aluminium, pH, Endotoxin, aseptic test, and radioactivity${\cdot}$ml-1. The record was fully recorded in 'appearance', 'radioactive heterokaryosis', 'pH', 'Endotoxin', and 'aseptic test'. In 'half-life', 'radiochemical Confirmation (measure of Rf value), 'radiochemical Purity', 'Ethanol', 'Acetonitrile', 'Kryptofix', 'Aluminium', 'radioactivity${\cdot}$ml-1', there were differences in records of each manufacturing business on radioactive medicine and medical supplies. The result of the test showed all 13 items of quality control test were 100% suitable on the basis of recorded data. There were more radiopharmaceutical made in the laboratory than in hospitals and businesses and in for result of suitability test, the laboratory showed higher suitability than did the hospitals or businesses. Domestically, there are differences of the test report items in the safety of radiopharmaceutical of each facility, and since it is not standardized, supplements are needed. To submit standardized test reports of quality guarantee in radiopharmaceutical, GMP of U.S. and CE Mark of Europe should be referred as well as receiving advice from professionals to standardize as suitable domestic standard.

As a means to increase the production and consumption of the brown colored rice with high content of GABA ($\gamma$-aminobutyric acid), this study was conducted to develop brown colored rice tea. After roasting at various temperatures and times, color values and GABA content of the brown colored rice were analyzed. Physicochemical properties such as browning, turbidity, reducing sugar, soluble solid, total polyphenol and pH of brown colored rice tea were determined after the rice powder was put into tea bags and leached in hot water. Sensory characteristics were investigated for three kinds of tea roasted at $170^{\circ}C$ for 10, 20 and 30 min. As the roasting temperature and time increased, L, a and b values decreased as well as GABA content. The brown colored rice roasted at $170^{\circ}C$ for 10 min contained the highest content of GABA. Browning, turbidity, reducing sugar, soluble solid and total polyphenol of the brown colored rice tea increased as the roasting temperature and time increased, on the contrary, pH decreased. The brown colored rice tea roasted for 30 min was preferred the most in color, flavor, taste and overall acceptance. From this result, the brown colored rice tea needs to be manufactured by a combination of the brown colored rice roasted at $170^{\circ}C$ for 10 min and 30 min to satisfy the consumer's preference and high content of GABA.
The increasing rate of obesity in school aged children has become a conspicuous social phenomenon in Korea. This has been linked to greater economic growth, increasingly westernized dietary habits, and a consumer driven society. Given that obesity can lead to social exclusion or unfavorable attention by other students in a school setting, the design of plus-size garments have become important for effective appearance management skills. This research aimed to establish a somatotype database for obese school boys, aged 10 to 12, in order to develop a sizing system for plus-size upper garments. In order to measure somatotype of average and obese school boys, five categories were recorded; height, obesity, length of trunk, thickness of neck and chest. For obese boys, subcutaneous fat thickness and position of B.P/shoulder point factors were recorded. Obesity factor was subdivided into overall and specific ones, and while the deviation of obese body types was severe compared to the average type. Obese body type showed significantly higher measurements in width, girth, thickness. This is linked to the fact that the frequency ratio of obesity increases with age. Stature and chest were chosen as control dimensions for boys' wear. As crosstabulation of stature(5cm interval) and chest girth(2, 3 and 4cm), and stature(5cm interval)/chest girth(3cm interval) sizing system showed, the most effective cover ratio and adaptability to the data distribution $25{\sim}75$ quartile. Based on the findings, 10 sizes were formulated for average body type, while 18 sizes were formulated for obese type, whose size cover ratios were 48% and 62.9%, respectively. The primary ranges of stature were $145cm{\sim}150cm$, while those of chest girth were $79{\sim}82cm$. Each size was declared as "chest-somatotype{A(average)/O(obesity)-stature". This study proposed a plus-size upper garment sizing systems for obese boys, accompanied with reference measurements for suit, casual wear and underwear. The finding showed that the two systems were totally separate and not overlapping, meaning that plus-size sizing system is essential for obese school boys. The obesity type system had more size and wider range specs.

Ratio of a day's tour for Geoje-si, 22.6 percent, has increased to 48.6 percent since the opening of Busan-Geoje fixed link. Eight cities of Yeungnam area including Busan-Ulsan and Daegu-Gyeongbuk has been directly affected by the changed route from GJ Bridge to BG Bridge. In order to compare the range of departure area for a one-day trip in Geoje tourist attractions before and after the new fixed link, duration variation of visitors is described as individual difference by normal distribution function. One-day tour trip model based on a circular trip is also suggested under comparatively simple supposition. Since average area after the opening is equal to maximum area before as minimum area after is equal to average area before, the effect of access improvement by the new bridge is revealed definitely. In addition, the effect of cities located in the middle and long distance is greater. Although cities proximity to Geoje are not influenced significantly, every citizen is capable of taking a one-day trip anywhere.

Studies were conducted to know effects of the bulking agents (saw dusts, mushroom waste, wheat bran coconut meal, rice hulls) adding o moisture control, fermentation methods (aerobic and anaerobic) and periods (1 to 20 days) of food waste fermentation for animal feeds on chemical compositions and in vitro DDM (digestibility of dry matter). Experiment designs were focussed basically to obtain extension service data. The NDF (neutral detergent fiber) composition in the oak and pine saw dust were 93.5% and 95.4% (DM basis) in respectively. Thus, the fermented food waste feeds using saw dust (50%) increased NDF(12%), and decreased in vitro DDM(48%) compared to those of raw materials before aerobic fermentation. The oak saw dust showed higher DDM compared to pine. Mushroom wastes which is a residues of mushroom culture mixed originally willow saw dust (80%) and wheat bran (20%) showed quite higher feed value compared to both saw dusts. It was found that an in vitro DDM and NDF composition in fermented feeds appeared highly dependent or the NDF composition in bulking agents. With an increase wheat bran ratio substitute mushroom waste showed linearly decreased NDF, and increased in vitro DDM in the fermented food waste feeds. The fermented feeds added bottling agents composed higher NDF resulted in higher NDF and lower in vitro DDM with prolonged fermentation time. The feeds from anaerobic fermentation appeared lower NDF and higher in vitro DDM compared to those of aerobic fermentation.
This study was carried out to provide basic information on physiological changes of 4-year-old seedlings of Pinus thunbergii inoculated with pine wood nematodes by analyzing changes of symptom development, stem and needle water content and nematode populations in stem. Twenty days after inoculation, needles were discolored as an external symptom, and xylem drying and pith browning occurred at the above and below of the inoculation sites as an internal symptom. However, xylem drying began to occur 10 days after inoculation, which was determined by the difference in drying status of xylem and cortex between control and inoculated seedlings. Although population of pine wood nematode increased from 5 to 10 days after inoculation, it has increased dramatically from 10 to 20 days after inoculation when both internal and external symptoms appeared. As the time passed by after inoculation with pine wood nematodes, water content of stem and relative water content in current needles and branch gradually decreased. As the number of nematodes increases, water content of stem and relative water content of current needles and branches decreased significantly. There was a positive relationship between the number of nematodes and xylem drying and/or disease development, but the number of nematodes rapidly decreased as seedlings become severely diseased.

In this study, in order to facilitate analysis in a continuous sequence, including the concept of the landscape experience time, countless frames of a continuous landscape were extracted. The amount of visual elements in each frame was data-converted numerically to take advantage of the quantitative data necessary for landscape planning and design was calculated in the rhythm of the sequence. In Order to shoot video with the flow of the line of sight of experience in landscape districts and landscape control points along the landscape corridor which is a continuous path, each of the corresponding computer motion techniques. This study developed a CRVP Koo computer program to effectively calculate the continuous visual number of specific landscape components by extracting uncounted frames at regular intervals, and after verifying, attempting to apply this to the target site. Through the applied result, it was possible to extract the digitized quantitative rhythm for each component of each landscape, the margin of error is very small when compared with the results of manual in photoshop, it was able to overcome the drawbacks of the manual. Using the rhythm of the derived sequence, and those close to the experience of the landscape, it was possible to achieve quantitative analysis derived from a variety of perspectives as well as was possible to be used as quantitative basis data and analysis technique for landscape planning and design.
