This study was conducted to investigate the flavonoid contents of Korean propolis. The total flavonoids content measured by spectrophotometer of Yecheon, Youngwol, Brazilian, Chinese. Aus- tralian propolis were 6.33, 6.43, 2.44, 6.52 and 8.11mg/g. The p-coumaric acid content of Yecheon and Youngwol propolis were 5.58 and 6.84mg/100g, respectively. Luteolin, however, was not detected both in Yecheon and Youngwol, respectively. the quercetin content of Yecheon and Youngwol propolis revealed between 0.41 to 0.53%, however, overseas propolis was not detected. The t-cinnamic acid of Brazilian propolis was 7.92% and Chinese propolis was 8.74%. And than, the t-cinnamic acid of Chinese propolis was not detected.

This study is to search for the significance of Taesil (Placenta Chamber) of royal family in the light of local history by examining the background that Yecheon area had been selected as building site of Taesil of Joseon and Goryeo dynasties and local correlation. In this study, Taesil in Yecheon area was formed at the area between Mt. Sobaek and Geumdangsil village which was promoted with the support of the royal family and given the responsibility of preserving Taesil as soon as Taeju (Owner of Placenta) was enthroned. It is because the formation of Taesil of royal family was an important event in the region, which strengthened the status of the region with the enthronement of Taeju. As shown in the case of Deposed Queen Lady Yun, Taesil of royal family was selected in accordance with the birthplace of Taeju and the relationship between the relevant area and royal family. Also as in the Case of King Jeongjo, this study says that the selection of Taesil site could be considered as the object of filial piety.

The dextral strike-slip Yecheon Shear Zone of (E)NE-(W)SW trend is developed in the Pukhumyeon-Pyeongeunmyeon area, Gyeongsangbukdo, in the central part of Sobaeksan Massif, Korea which mainly consists of Precambrian metasedimentary rocks and Mesozoic granite. This paper researched the relative formation time, the deformation temperature, and the distribution of ultramylonite zone of Yecheon Shear Zone from the analysis of their deformed rock structures and microstructures. There are the mylonite foliation and stretching lineation by shear deformation, and the (E)SE-vergence gentle plunging, moderately inclined tight fold defined by the gneissosity and mylonite foliation as ductilely deformed main rock structures. Flame perthites, myrmekites, microfractures, microkinks, kinkband, and undulatory extinction are recognized as characteristic microstructures in feldspars during ductile shear deformation. Patterns of c-axis fabrics of recrystallized quartz aggregate display single girdle and type I crossed girdle where the rhomb and basal slip systems are predominant. The shearing senses on sense-of-shear plane show top-to-the-NE and top-to-the-SW on the predominant NW-dipping and subordinate SE-dipping mylonite foliations, respectively. These characteristic rock structures and microstructures suggest that the Yecheon ductile shearing occurred under $350{\sim}450^{\circ}C$ deformation temperature after the tight folding. The (E)NE trending ultramylonite zone of Yecheon Shear Zone, which passes through the Pulnobong and the north part of Pakdalsan, is established from the zonal distribution of Precambrian metasedimentary rocks and the grain-size distribution of feldspars in the Precambrian metasedimentary rocks and quartzs in the Mesozoic granite.

In this study, we surveyed the operating status of the Light Sport Aircraft(LSA) in Korea, and reconstructed the flight route for Light Sport Aircraft in Yecheon TMA. Amended flight routes are LS095(Danyang Airpark $\Leftrightarrow$ Yeongju Airpark), LS096(Andong Airpark $\Leftrightarrow$ Yeongju Airpark), LS098(Yeongdeok Airpark $\Leftrightarrow$ Yeongju Airpark) and LS099(Yeongdeok Airpark $\Leftrightarrow$ Andong Airpark).

Gyeongsangbuk-do moved its provincial office in October, 2015 and has been building a new town with a goal to construct a truly self-sufficient city with the population of 100,000 people before 2027. However, a new town tends to be dualized in terms of its administrative districts, so it is raising a lot of problems regarding from city construction up to operation. In order to solve those problems, this author has selected Si Gun Gu integration that was chosen as a major task to do in 2012 among the basic plans to revise the local administration system announced by the promotional committee to reorganize administrative districts as the range of this research and analyzed how it is going on in Andong-si and Yecheon-gun where a provincial office new town is being constructed. The main contents of this study regard the theoretical model to reform the local administration system, basic plans to revise the local administration system, and necessity and directions for reorganizing administrative districts in Andong-si and Yecheon-gun. Based on that, this author suggests integration of administrative districts as a way for a provincial office new town to establish its identity and grow as a sustainable, new growth focus city in Gyeongsangbuk-do.

This study was conducted to analyzed the chemical compositions of Korean propolis. In proximate analysis, the moisture, crude protein. crude fat. ash and carbohydrate content of Yecheon and Youngwol propolis were 3.25 and 3.97%, 9.82 anti 7.04%, 48.25 and 50.7%, 3.91 and 5.89%, 34.77 and 32.4%, respectively. The highest level of P, Ca and Cu were revealed at Youngwol propolis as much as 184.15, 128.32 and 1.77ppm. As a harmful heavy meta1s, the Cr. AS, Cd, find Pb level of Australian propolis were revealed 2.2888, 0.9534, 0.2611 find 2.5595ppm. However, Korean propolis was not detected the Cd. The benzoic acid content of Yecheon and Youngwol propolis were 1,130.6 ppm and 1,049.1 ppm. And than Chinese product revealed the highest levee of benzoic acrid content. The linoleic and linolenic acid content of Yecheon and Youngwol propolis were 47.6:70.0 and 37.3:47.0mg/100g, respectively.
