Developing a B2B Integration System based on XML Database System (XML 데이터베이스 시스템을 기반으로 한 B2B 통합 시스템 개발)

  • E-commerce requires many different types of communications and an unprecedented amount of data changes hands. The many different Platforms and systems interacting require a platform neutral standard for data exchange. One of the technologies that can fill this niche is XML, the extensible markup language established as a standard by the W3C. By being standardized and platform neutral, XML to be factor in e-commerce application and using many systems In this paper, we designed XML document that is used in transaction between corporations, and implement the B2B integration system based on XML database system. Also we use XSLT that make efficient transformation XML documents for exchanging heterogeneous XML data between corporations. So, he or she can more easily and efficiently exchange XML documents between corporations using this system.

  • XML Web Service is a new distributed computing paradigm for combining all computer systems through the on-line standardized open network, so it is expected that companies can get the results of increasing profits and reducing costs through this. Especially XML Web Service is essential in mobile environment. In this paper, a new XML Web Service is proposed and it is based on WIPI-based XML standard technology and mobile web service standard. The proposed XML Web Service embodied XML Parser which can be used in WIPI environment and made HTTP communication. In addition, as an example of the practical application, it was applied to an inventory Management, Book Store using JAVA language for WIPI.

  • Because XML is a W3C standard and has characteristics like platform-independent, it has a critical role in e-commerce. Business rules and procedures should be standardized for efficient B2B integration. But a lot of companies has its own XML documents instead of standard documents. Therefore many organizations try to make standards for e-commerce based on framework. In this paper, n messaging system is designed and implemented. Client request service in a XML and server return response in XML in this system. So we can more easily and efficiently build e-Procurement system based on this XML messaging system.

  • XML is widely used in various applications as the standard for representing and exchanging data on the Web. XML Schema is the standard schema for XML and an XML document generated based on the XML Schema is called 'Valid XML document'. The XML Schema validity should be guaranteed after the XML document is updated. In this paper, we design an efficient method that verifies XML Schema validity before update, and so eliminates unnecessary validations. Also, we propose validation algorithms for each update. In addition, we propose the mapping between XML data and XML Schema and a storage method for XML Schema in order to efficiently extract the schema information for the validation. Finally, we compare the performance of the validation according to the storage methods.

  • As the XML is approved standard language by the UN, the progress which complemented the XML security has being processed rapidly. In this paper, we design and implement the "XML-Signcryption" as a security mechanism to protect the XML document that can operate between other platforms. The signature and encryption which is the standard specification in W3C needs to be able to proceed them separately. Generally the signature and encryption require four times modular exponential operation, however the signcryption only needed three times modular exponential operation. This will benefit overall system effectiveness in terms of cost. And this scheme offers to convenient the user, because the signature and encryption implement as a single XML format. This tool can save the parsing time as a number of tags is few within a document. And also, in this paper, based on a research of Web Services security, we can apply XML-Signcryption to the SOAP message to provide the security services. Based on the XML-Signcryption scheme which provides confidentiality, integrity, authentication and non-repudiation to the XML document and Web Service security simultaneously.

  • The KEC XML Electronic Tax Invoice v3.0 which is a typical example of XML document was developed in 2009 according to the amendment of the Value Added Tax Law in 2008 that obliged all the corporation business to issue tax invoices electronically and submit them to the National Tax Service. The issue and submission of those tax invoices has been implemented since Jan. 2011 through a pilot test in 2010. It has some differences in aspect of standard, developing subject, technologies, and operation with the previous version of it. Above all, it is the first case of the XML document being developed based on international standard and methodologies and distributed nationally. This study aims to guide the future development of same kinds of standard XML document by arranging the development and distribution processes of XML Tax Invoice comprehensively.

  • As the e-Commerce based on the XML technology is getting bigger, user authentication, integrity, non-repudiation and confidentiality has become important for security. Since the XML technology is widely used for exchanging information among the Internet e-business systems, the security of XML documents is essentially required and XML digital signature should be supported. To support the digital signature of XML documents, W3C proposed the XML-Signature specification as an international standard that describes five transform algorithms. In this paper, we design and implement a XML/PKI based digital tax invoice system. Our system supports the five transforming algorithms defined in the XML-Signature specification and exchanges digital tax invoices among enterprises securely. We design and implement the flexible and efficient system consists of reusable components using CBD(Component Based Development).

  • Well documented, simplified and clarified source code is required for the mission critical application software area in which C programing language is generally used. We suggest an XML_based comment management system for C source code. The comment management system is composed of 6 modules including comment user module, reviewer module, comment extraction module, comment traceability link module, comment tag definition module and storage management module. The XML comment tags defined in this paper cover categories of the development process activities applying the IEEE standard 1028 and IEEE standard 1012. The XML Schema Is used to insert comments into C source code and to extract XML tags from C source code and the XSL-FO is used fur the visual display professing o( comment extraction results.

  • XML Schema which enables the second revolution of Internet with XML rapidly emerging as a standard for XML document structure modeling. XML Schema modeling has more complex structures and information than DTD modeling. In this reason, XML Schema modeling tool which has some more specialized functionalities others is needed. In this paper, we have developed the XML application development method called \"Design and develop\" and implemented the prototype system named XSD4j which supports UML based XML Schema modeling and provides a XML application development platform. Using XSD4j, developers can get an easy and conceptual schema modeling method, XML storage schema for XML document, and persistent DOM API which is a standard interface between document and application program.n program.
