$Pb_{x}Cd_{1-x}S$ films are prepared in the composition range of 0.05${\leq}x{\leq}$0.25, using a chemical bath deposition growth technique under optimum conditions amide at realizing good photo response. The x-ray diffraction results show that the films are of PbS-CdS composite with individual CdS and PbS planes. The films exhibit two direct band gaps, 2.4 eV attributed to CdS, while the other varies continuously from 2.4 eV to 1.3 eV. The films surface morphology is smooth with crystallite, whose grain size increases with increasing mole fraction (x). The decrease in band gap with increase in lead concentration suggests inter-metallic compound of PbS (Eg=0.41 eV) with CdS (Eg=2.4 eV)

As optical massmemories, (Se, S)-based chalcogenide amorphous films are used for a holographic supermicrofiche by using the refractive-index change. In 1000$\AA$thick-As$_{40}$ Ge$_{10}$Se$_{100-x}$S$_{x}$(x=0.25, 35at.%), the amount of refractive index change $\Delta$n reaches 0.01~0.53 at 6328, 7800$\AA$ by exposing for 15minutes plue-pass filtered mercury lamp(~4300$\AA$) and annealing 20$0^{\circ}C$. And in initially annealed As$_{40}$ Ge$_{10}$Se$_{15}$ S$_{35}$, photodarkening(PD) and thermalbleaching(TB) was founded.ded.B) was founded.d.

Phsysical and dielectric properties of $(1-x)CaTiO_3-xLa(Zn_{1/2}Ti_{1/2})O_3$ ceramics were investigated at the temperature range of $25^{\circ}C$ to $80^{\circ}C$ at the frequency of 6 GHz. As increasing addition of the amount of $La(Zn_{1/2}Ti_{1/2})O_3$ to x = 5 mol,Q value was increased due to grain growth and increase of density. For more addition, Q value decreased due to electrical defect. Temperature coefficient of resonant frequency could be controlled by the amount of $La(Zn_{1/2}Ti_{1/2})O_3$, which could be explained by volume mixing rule.

Gd1Ba2Cu3O9-x has been found to be a high Tc superconductor with a transitiion onset at 91K and zero resistance achieved at 87K. The structure as determined from x-ray diffraction is orthorhombic, with lattice constants b=3.842$\pm$0.002$\AA$, b=3.895$\pm$0.003$\AA$, and c=11.684$\pm$0.007$\AA$. The structural similarities between the Gd1Ba2Cu3O9-x compound and the well-studied single phase perovskite, Y1Ba2Cu3O9-x are discussed. A correlation between the observed x-ray spectrum and the effect of oxygen deficiencies in several of the unit cell planes is also discussed.

We investigated into the minimum distance of a primitive binary cyclic code C with a generator polynomial g(x)=$m_1(x)m_{d}(x)$. It is known that the necessary and sufficient condition for C to have minimum distance five is the fact that \ulcorner is an APN power function. In this paper we derived the new proof of minimum distance for the primitive binary cyclic codes with minimum distance five.

In order to search for reliable rapid methods of estimating bacterial counts in pork, this study was tried to measure resazurin reduction time which is simple in experimental method, low in analytical cost, able to estimate bacterial count within short time. The results were summarized as follows; Correlation coefficient between initial bacterial log count(25$^{\circ}C$/72hr, Y) and resazurin reduction time(X) from blue color to pink color during incubation at 25$^{\circ}C$ and 30$^{\circ}C$ was higher than other conditions as -0.95 and -0.94, respectively. Considering correlation coefficient and reduction time, incubation temperature was compatible at 30$^{\circ}C$, and regression equation(RE) was Y = -0.4386X + 7.7870. At a bacterial load of $10^2$cfu/$cm^2$, $10^3$cfu/$cm^2$ and $10^4$cfu/$cm^2$ in pork, reduction time was 13.2hr, 10.9hr and 8.6hr, respectively. Correlation coefficient between initial bacterial log count(30$^{\circ}C$/72hr, Y) and resazurin reduction time(X) from blue color to pink color during incubation at 30$^{\circ}C$ was highest among other conditions as -0.93, and RE was Y = -0.4171X + 7.5540. At a bacterial load of $10^2$cfu/$cm^2$, $10^3cfu/$cm^2$ and $10^4cfu/$cm^2$ in pork, reduction time was 13.3hr, 10.9hr and 8.5hr, respectively. Correlation coefficient between initial bacterial log count(35$^{\circ}C$/72hr, Y) and resazurin reduction time(X) from blue color to pink color during incubation at 30$^{\circ}C$ was highest among other conditions as -0.93, and RE was Y = -0.3514X + 6.7513. At a bacterial load of $10^2$cfu/$cm^2$, $10^3$cfu/$cm^2$ and $10^4$cfu/$cm^2$ in pork, reduction time was 13.5hr, 10.7hr and 7.8hr, respectively.

The study was conducted to confirm the analgesic effects of the Carbenoxolone(CBX)and P2X receptor antagonist(iso-PPADS), which separates the gap junction in the facial neuropathic pain model. The experiment used white male Sprague-Dawley rats (240~280g). The second left molars on the lower jaw was extracted to induce facial neuropathic pain, and small dental implants were implanted to induce damage to the inferior alveolar nerve. When CBX was injected twice daily to the abdominal cavity, a significant analgesic effect at 5ug/kg was observed(p<0.05). In addition, when iso-PPADS was injected twice daily into the abdominal cavity, a significant analgesic reaction was observed at $25{\mu}g/kg$(p<0.05). When the two drugs were injected together at a low concentration, in which they did not display an effect, they displayed a significant analgesic reaction at CBX 1ug/kg and iso-PPADS 2.5ug/kg(p<0.05). When a gap injunction block using a low concentration of CBX and a low concentration P2X receptor antagonist was injected together, the pain suppressing effect was observed against the orofacial neuropathic pain mechanism. These results make it possible to determine that the gap junction block using CBX and the injection of the P2X receptor antagonist plays an important role in the pain management of the facial region.

This study uses the 'S-align' function to present a reference value of the X-ray tube angle for the realization of an image similar to that of the chest PA image during chest AP radiography. This study targeted dummy phantom and used a 17"×17" DR image receptor. The irradiation conditions were 110 kVp, 160 mA, 50 ms, and the distance between the central X-ray and the image receptor was set to 180 cm and 110 cm, respectively. The end of the catheter was placed at the 11th thoracic height to indicate the nasogastric tube. In the case of lung apex length measurement, the mean value of measurement was 30.53±0.47 in PA. T 0°, TCA 5~25°, TCE 5~15° were 21.07±0.29, 27.60±0.21, 34.13±0.44, 39.86±0.31, 45.96±0.61 mm, 54.13±0.37 mm, 16.16±0.46 mm, 9.81±0.35 mm, 2.75±0.30 mm, respectively. For the depth of the catheter end, the average value measured at PA was 6.70±0.31 mm. T 0°, TCA 5~25°, TCE 5~15° were 15.72±0.38 mm, 24.10±0.50 mm, 29.24±0.86 mm, 34.35±0.35 mm, 41.06±1.08 mm, 48.07±0.38 mm, 12.85±0.25 mm, 7.92±0.36 mm, 3.01±0.39 mm, respectively. The length of the lung apex was similar to that of chest PA when the angle of incidence was adjusted from 5° to 10° in the leg direction, and the depth of the catheter tip was most similar when the X-ray tube angle was incident at 10° in the head direction. Therefore, To change the X-ray tube angle according to the purpose of the examination during the chest AP radiography using 'S-align' function is considered necessary.

The structural changes and the dielectric properties of $(Ba_{1-x}Ca_x)(Mg_{1/3}Ta_{2/3})O_3$ (x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1) were investigated. The densities of samples were gradually decreased with increasing x, (BMT=7.69, CMT=5.25 $g/cm^3$). The crystal structure of BMT was a untiltied perovskite structure, however BCMT showed antiphase tilting and antiphase-inphase tilting structure. The dielectric constant($\varepsilon_r$) of the highest value was 33 at x=0.2 (BMT=24, CMT=17). The maximum quality factor was 27,500GHz in BMT. The quality factor· of BCMT was decreased to x<0.2 (5,000GHz), and was gradually increased to x>0.2. The temperature coefficients of dielectric constant was positive at x<0.8, and negative in CMT.

In order to operate Internet Banking, there is a important thing to precede, That is to carry out a scheme of one-stop to let clients transact anything they want to buy and establish the preservation of public security system between existing banking networks. (of course, that should be designed handily to the clients). In this paper, the protocol which is determined between banking network and Internet to maintain the preservation of public security. In other words, each XPM(X.25 Packet Manager) is a program to manage both system security and service at each other side; manage all packets which are connected by X.25 protocol. If other condition like law and institution is improved, it will be adopted to real operation with various service. Further more, we tan construct Electronic Commerce and adopt various digital money like electronic coin or check.
