Inclusive innovation refers to different types and forms of innovation activities or performance by which we can get more for lesser cost and which could cater and meet the needs and demands of more people. The essence of inclusive innovation is to help poor, marginalized and underprivileged sections of society to improve their livelihoods and enable them to climb up the socio-economic ladder. In the current phase of economic slowdown, increasing unemployment and inequalities, World Bank, OECD and various governments are turning towards inclusive innovation as a new source of optimism or even as a new innovation strategy. Whilst it is being reframed or packaged as a novel or a new strategy, one can trace its historical roots to the AT movement and the Gandhian ideas of economy and society in the 1940s and 1950s. These ideas have inspired and influenced a range of individuals, institutions and civil society groups in inclusive innovation.

This paper shows the architecture of IPS(Intermarket Payment System), an implementation of the electronic payment function for internet-shopping merchant system. Because the original purpose of commerce transaction is the exchange of money for goods or services, it is very important to prepare an exchangeable economic value or method. The electronic payment system is the hardware or software or both to process an electronic payment transaction. It has two type, the broker type and the electronic value type. The broker type means an intermediator between real bank network and internet commerce transaction. The electronic value type means a substitute for money in the real world. This paper shows the architecture and the function to implement the broker type electronic payment system. The system has two parts. One is the mediator part to support multiple payment systems and to offer common access methods for merchant system database. The other is the executor part to implement the payment protocol and to process payment transaction.

As Korea's water resources are dominated by intense summer rainfall and steep mountainous territory, it is inevitable for most of the rainfall in Korea to flow into sea immediately and directly. It cannot help having severe conditions which droughts and floods occur repeatedly due to the seasonal and geological conditions in Korea. Those kinds of disasters will be expected more frequently and seriously in the future because of the unexpected climate changes in the world. Therefore, Korean government will plan to develop small and medium-size dams environmentally friendly, multi-regional water supply system continuously and alternative water resources such as river bank filtrations, rainwater storages and underground dams, in order to prevent floods as well as to secure stable water supply.

A Silk Road was connecting East and West with trade route. The role From the ancient, Silk Road is situated in the Central Asia such as Kazakhstan, thus logistics sector was important more than others. This theme is the study of the Export Competitiveness of Korea-Kazakhstan trade. This paper analyses between Korea and Kazakhstan's trade used by TSI(trade specification index), IITI(intra-industry trade index) and CTBI(contribution to trade balance index). The World Bank is already addressing Kazakhstan's logistics inefficiencies is the lowest tier. Thus, Kazakhstan governments should encourage efficiency in Logistic parts. And more Korea is supporting to decrease Logistic cost.

Trifolium resupinatum L. (Fabaceae) is native in Southern Europe and Southwesten Asia. This species is known as a naturalized plant, which is widely distributed in the world. We first found it in the Eushincheon river bank of Jindo Isl., Jeollanam-do, South Korea. T. resupinatum can be easily distinguished from the other species of the same genus by its resupinate flower. The Korean name "Geo-kkul-kkot-to-kki-pul" indicates its distinctive characteristic of flower.

If we compare the GDP per Capita for the last 20 years between Philippines and other ASEAN countries, Philippines remains in the lowest on GDP per Capita. This paper is trying to find out the possible reasons for the low growth rate of the GDP per Capita in the Philippines. 53 years data from the World Bank are used explore the relationships between the GDP per Capita and eight economic indicators to run three time series models and one to one regression. Three indicators, namely, consumer price index, gross capital formation as a percentage of GDP and population are remarked with possible contribution to the low growth rate of the GDP per capita of the Philippines.

International conferences to block the spread of Avian bird flu occurred in Beijing, 2006 and others warned of the seriousness of the H5N1 strain. The meetings succeeded in generating billions of dollars from USA, EU and World Bank. Migratory birds seem to play a major role in the spread of the aggressive strain globally from Asia to Europe and Africa. Experiences of tolerance breeding of maize (Zea mays L.) for four decades against 20 biotic stresses suggest that the prime cause of the occurrence of H5N1 strain was due to the human beings' counter-efforts against nature. Excessive use of chemicals (spray and injection) in the commercial poultry farms had created high selection pressure on virus. The new strain had mutated for survival. Attempting to eliminate the virus by chemicals for 100% control is a dangerous way to control biotic stresses. This can create more aggressive strains. A solution would be to build up tolerability of the commercial animals against the virus. Improvement of poultry cage environments and respect for nature must be integrated. Potential foes must be watched.

This research focuses on the influences of FDI on the economic growth of four countries by Mekong river: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. At the same time, the study also analyzes the contributing of economic growth to attract FDI inflow to these countries. The panel data during the period 1998-2017 were collected from World Bank. Empirical analysis figures out that GDP, mobile phone, labor force are the determinants affecting positive to FDI and vice versa exchange rate, wage are the negative factors. Secondly, FDI, export, exchange rate, government expenditure impact positively on economic growth but inflation and population have negative effect on the economic development. Thirdly, The FDI and economic growth have impact mutually in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand economy. FDI plays a very crucial role in contributing greatly to the economic development of the Mekong sub-region. The economic growth is higher, the FDI inflow is more attractive. From the results, some practical suggestions are offered to enhance the competitiveness in attracting FDI.

The genus Krenosmittia is a small group of Orthocladiinae, containing a total of twenty species in the world. Among them, six species were found in Japan, four species in China, and five species from the Russian Far East. This genus can be distinguished from other Orthocladiinae genera by the eyes bare, absence of acrostichals on thorax, costa strongly extended, anal vein ending proximal to FCu, squama bare, and having a strongly developed virga. We report three new species: K. danyangensis n. sp., K. triangulia n. sp., and K. pseudoannulata. The genus Krenosmittia is the first record in Korea. Line drawings of the diagnostic characters are provided for all the species recognized in this study.
