산업용 Ethernet을 이용한 PC기반 패널작업 보안시스템 구축 (The Development of PC based Panel Working Security System using Industrial Ethernet)

  • In this paper, one type of a security system for panel working is suggested. The industrial Ethernet is used for open-close door control of the working panel and for monitoring the working panel is correct or not. Especially to upgrade the security system, a remote approval function of panel working by using the given approval number, a remote monitoring function for checking the approved panel is currently working or not, and an alarming function for keying the unapproved number or opening the disapproved panel, are added for preventing and reducing the intentional working error. Also the worker and working time are stored in PC automatically in exel file for detecting the working error. To show the possibility of suggested security system. two-working panel system is prepared and studied.

작업환경측정제도 규제 순응 실태 (Regulatory Compliance for the Working Environment Measurement System in Korea)

  • The regulatory recognition, regulatory approval, and observance for employer, inspector, and worker groups were investigated for the Korean measurement system in working environments. The employer, worker, and inspector showed an agreement of 90~97 % for the measurement of working environments. This survey showed that the measurement system of working environments has been settled in Korea. However, this survey showed an agreement of 81~87 % for reporting the results of working environment, involvement of worker representative, improvement of working environment, and holding presentations for working environment measurement. The employer recognized well for the measurement of working environments, involvement of worker representative, improvement of working environment, and holding presentations for working environment measurement, but the employee did not recognize well them as much as the employer did. Thus, the improvements for the recognition for involvement of worker representative, improvement of working environment, and holding presentations for working environment measurement by the employee are needed.

  • 소방공무원의 열악한 근무조건을 개선하기 위해서 2004. 6. 1. 소방 방재청 출범과 함께 3교대 근무체제가 제시되었다. 그러나 차일피일 미루어 오다 2008. 12. 행안부장관이 2012년까지 3교대 전면시행을 보고하면서 이듬해 2009년부터 3교대 근무가 시범 실시되었고, 이후 2013년 6월 현재 약 97%의 시행률을 보이고 있지만, 지방재정 열악 등으로 2014년에 완료되는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 한편, 소방공무원 3교대 근무형태에 관한 국내연구는 거의 전무한 실정으로 아주 초보적이고 유치한 수준으로 이제 시작에 불과한 단계라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 그동안 시행해 오고 있는 3교대 근무 시행의 문제점과 선결과제 등을 살펴보고, 향후 3교대 근무제의 실효성 확보를 위한 몇 가지 정책적 제언을 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

  • The working tactor of this study, an agriculture machine, is consisted of 4 wheel driving system with gear trains and 4-type wheel steering system. Since technological regions for 4 wheel driving system and 4-type wheel steering system are some large, we divide on two studies on 4 wheel driving system and 4-type wheel steering system This study develops transmission and axle that are very important units for strong working operation because the power of tractor is largely affected by transmission and axle. Even if the development of the power train is some common technology, it is very complicated work and needs many experience know-hows. So, for new given specifications fitted to the working tractor, a kind of new agriculture machine, this study haws out processes that are development of assembly drawing and strength analysis through classical method and CAE software for all internal parts and housing cases.

  • The agricultural working tractor of this study is equipped with 4 wheel driving system developed in study 1 and 4-type wheel steering system. The wheel steering system has four type of steering methods that are front wheel steering, rear wheel steering, 4 wheel steering with opposite phase, and 4 wheel steering with corresponding phase. This study introduces the hydraulic circuit of the 4-type wheel steering system and the construction of working tractor. Judging from the field test results of the developed working tractor, it is apparent that 4-type wheel steering system has many advantages when driving in a narrow corral.

두 종류의 다른 작동유체가 ORC 시스템의 성능에 미치는 영향 (Performance Analysis of an ORC System for Two Different Working Fluids)

  • The organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) uses a kind of refrigerant as a working fluid that evaporates at relatively low temperature, as the Rankine Cycle uses superheated steam as the working fluid. A small scale ORC test bench was installed, and two different working fluids (R245fa and R134a) were injected into the test bench. The test bench was in operation with the two different working fluids under the same conditions. The effects against the system performance from the different working fluids were analysed, and root causes were identified. Other factors reflecting the power generation efficiency were also found. A conclusion was drawn, that R245fa makes the system perform better, than R134a.

급식소의 조리기기 및 작업환경에 대한 미생물학적 위해분석과 HACCP 제도 적용 후 위생개선효과 (Microbiological Hazard Analysis of Cooking Utensils and Working Areas of Foodservice Establishments and Hygienic Improvement by Implementing HACCP system)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of implementing the HACCP system on foodservice establishments. At first, the hygienic conditions were measured by microbiological hazard analyses of the cooking utensils and working areas. In order to solve the detected problems, the HACCP system was implemented, after what was considered a sufficient settlement period following the initial assessment, then microbiological verification was performed again. In relation to the cooking utensils and equipment(kitchen knives, cutting boards, knives for shredding vegetables, refrigerators, baskets, barts, working tables, preparation tables, tungs, dish-clothes and drains) the microbiological inspection on the Total Plate Count, Coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes, were conducted with regard to the working areas(working tables, preparation tables, seasoning's shelves, serving tables, drinking water tables, refrigerators, storage rooms and dining tables), the Total Plate Count and Fungi were also examined. According to the microbiological hazard analyses there were many problems, especially with cutting boards, baskets, barts, dish-clothes and sinkballs. However, by introducing the HACCP system, the microbiological hazard levels were able to be controlled and lowered, and the total aerial bacteria in the working areas of the foodservice establishments were detected at levels below 6 CFU/plate.

저온 폐열을 이용하기 위한 유기랭킨 사이클의 작동유체 선정에 관한 연구 (Selection of Working fluid for the Organic Rankine Cycle to Utilize Low-Temperature Waste Heat)

  • Low-grade heats are wasted even though an amount of their energy is huge. In the small and medium industrial complex sites, large amount of low-grade thermal energy generated during the manufacturing process is wasted if it is not used directly for building heating or air-conditioning. In order to utilize this waste thermal energy more efficiently, organic Rankine cycle (ORC) was adopted. The range of operating temperature of ORC was set to $60^{\circ}C$ from $30^{\circ}C$ applicable low-temperature waste heat. A study was conducted to select an appropriate organic working fluid based on these operating conditions. More than 60 working fluids were screened. Eleven working fluids were selected based on the requirements as working fluid for ORC such as environmentally friendly, safety, and good operation on the expander. Finally, six working fluids were selected by considering the operating temperature ranges. Then, a cycle analysis was conducted with these six working fluids. As a results, R-245fa and R-134a appeared as appropriate working fluids for ORC operating at low-temperature condition based on the system efficiency and the turbine output power.

  • In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between employment stability, wage level, welfare system, working condition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to find out ways to develop and competitiveness of the nano-convergence industries. Through this study, we conducted the possibility of deriving organizational commitment by job satisfaction which is given through employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition for continuing their work life. In order to find relationships between each concepts, we used a multiple regression analysis with job satisfaction and commitment as dependent variable and employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition as independent variables. Through this study, it was expected to increase the organizational commitment through the job satisfaction of the employees if a changing method of employees management is centered on some tasks suggested for the sound working condition and efficient utilization policies.

취업모의 자녀양육지원제도에 대한 인식 및 요구 (Working Mothers' Perception and Demand on Child Care Policy and Institution Supporting the Working Mothers)

  • This study surveyed the perception and demand for the child care policy and child care service of working mothers with children under age 6. The subjects were 266 working mothers in Seoul and Kyoung-Gi Province. Data were collected with the questionnaire method and analyzed by spss-win program, including median, mode, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. (1) The working mothers considered both parents have the responsibility on child care and strongly demanded the national support on child care. (2) The working mothers prefered own mother and relatives to child care center as a carer of infants and toddlers, but prefered child care center for children age 3-5. (3) The working mothers demanded the increase of finantial support for family and child care center. (4) The working mothers focused on 'the security and care Program' and focused next on 'diet and health care program' in child care service. (5) The working mothers did not nearly know about the accreditation system of child care centers. This results suggest that the national and social support for child care service is an essential part in promoting children's and the working mothers' welfare.
