가선 트롤리선의 장력제어 시스템 구성 (Scheme of Tension control for the Stringing Trolley Wire)

  • Now, but task for stringing trolley wire is worked manually by a measurement of dip, we need to development the automatic control system for a safety and effective tasks. In this paper, in works of stringing trolley wire by a mobile of robot, a method is proposed tension control for the stringing trolley wire. On the basics of a wire model with hard nonlinear, ac servo motor model for torque generating and stringing wire tension, the tension control scheme is design and implemented with a detected wire tension by a load cell. We experimentally show that the performance of the tension response are satisfactory to regulator tension. The proposed system is simulated and experimented, results is verified the utilities.

사질토층을 지나 풍화암에 소켓된 매입 PHC말뚝에서 지반의 허용압축지지력 산정도표 및 산정공식 개발에 관한 연구(I) - 재하시험 자료 분석을 통한 전체지지력에 대한 주면마찰력의 분담율(SRF) 분석 - (Study(I) on Development of Charts and Formulae Predicting Allowable Axial Bearing Capacity for Prebored PHC Pile Socketed into Weathered Rock through Sandy Soil Layer - An Analysis of Sharing Ratio of Skin Friction to Total Bearing Capacity (SRF) by Analyzing Pile Load Test Data -)

  • 실제 시공된 말뚝들의 재하시험 자료 및 매입 PHC말뚝의 설계 자료로부터 전체지지력에 대한 주면마찰력의 분담율인 SRF를 분석하였다. 현장에서 시험 시공된 말뚝의 SRF는 말뚝의 종류, 상대근입길이, 지반의 종류, 재하시험의 종류에 상관없이 42~99%이었다. 매입 PHC말뚝에 대한 설계 자료에서 구한 SRF는 말뚝의 직경, 상대근입길이에 상관없이 풍화암에 소켓된 경우 20~53%의 범위에 분포하였다. 사용말뚝으로 실제 시공된 매입 PHC말뚝에서 재항타 동재하시험 자료로부터 구한 SRF는 말뚝의 직경, 상대근입길이, 지반의 종류에 상관없이 4~83%의 범위에 분산되어 분포하였다. 사용말뚝에서 SRF가 낮은 수준으로 나타나는 이유는 매입 PHC말뚝의 주면고정액의 충전이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 채 시공된 현황으로 볼 수 있었으며 따라서 주면고정액의 시공관리에서 시급하게 개선해야 할 현황이었다. 풍화암에 소켓된 매입 PHC말뚝의 설계에서 사용하고 있는 극한지지력 산정공식으로 계산한 주면마찰력의 SRF는 실제 현장 시공 말뚝의 SRF보다 평균적으로 2.2배 정도로 낮은 수준으로 평가되었다. 이는 설계에서 사용하고 있는 산정공식에 의한 극한주면마찰력이 매우 낮은 수준으로 계산되기 때문이다. 따라서 SRF를 만족시킬 수 있는 새로운 주면마찰력 산정공식의 제안 필요성이 있는 것으로 판단된다.

농작업에 따른 78 kW급 농업용 트랙터 엔진 부하율 분석 (Analysis of Engine Load Factor for a 78 kW Class Agricultural Tractor According to Agricultural Operations)

  • The purpose of this study was to calculate and analyze the engine load factor of major agricultural operations using a 78 kW class agricultural tractor for estimating the emission of air pollutants and greenhouse. Engine load data were collected using controller area network (CAN) communication. Main agricultural operations were selected as plow tillage (PT), rotary tillage (RT), baler operation (BO), loader operation (LO), driving on soil (DS), and driving on concrete (DC). The engine power was calculated using the measured engine load data. A weight factor was applied to load factor for considering usage ratio according to agricultural operations. Weight factors for different agricultural operations were calculated to be 27.4%, 32.9%, 17.5%, 7.7%, 4.5%, and 10.0% for PT, RT, BO, LO, DS, and DC, respectively. As a result of the field test, load factors were 0.74, 0.93, 0.41, 0.23, 0.27, and 0.21 for PT, RT, BO, LO, DS, and DC, respectively. The engine load factor was the highest for RT. Finally, as a result of applying the weight factor for usage ratio of agricultural operations, the integrated engine load factor was estimated to be 0.63, which was about 1.31 times higher than the conventional applied load factor of 0.48. In future studies, we plan to analyze the engine load factor by considering various horsepower and working conditions of the tractor.

ECAM Control System Based on Auto-tuning PID Velocity Controller with Disturbance Observer and Velocity Compensator

  • This paper proposed an ECAM (Electronic cam) control system which has simple and general structure. The proposed cam controller adopted the linear and polynomial curve-fitting method to generates a smooth cam profile curve function. Smooth motion trajectory of master actuator guarantees the good performance of slave motion and has an important effect on the interpolation quality of ECAM. The auto-tuning PID velocity controller was applied to overcome the uncertainties in ECAM, and the gains of the controller are updated continuously to ensure the consistency of system performance under varying working conditions. The robustness of system against the varying load torque disturbances and noises is guaranteed by using the load torque disturbance observer to suppress the disturbance on master actuator. The velocity compensator was applied to compensate the degradation of performance of slave motion caused from the varying driving speed of master motion. The stability and validity of the proposed ECAM control system was verified by simulation results.

DEVELOPMENT OF A CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE-SPEED TRANSMISSION FOR AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR

  • This study was carried out to develop a continuously variable-speed transmission(CVT) for agricultural tractor. A full-toroidal CVT mechanism with four discs and six rollers was selected as a device for changing speed ratio continuously. In the step of system layout design, the sizes of roller cylinders and end-load cylinder, which were critical factors for controlling the variator, were designed. Also the control pressure range was designed to limit the contact pressure of variator. In order to make the maximum speed of vehicle as 30km/h, the planetary gear and the six pairs of gears were designed. Also the hydraulic clutch, silent chain, hydraulic manifold and electronic controller were designed. After the design, a prototype with CVT controller was developed and tested. The speed of vehicle was changed continuously to the speed set by driver and the settling time was about 0.52 second at the step-response test (reduction ratio of variator 2.0 to 1.0), which was acceptable as a response time for working with tractor.

건물 에너지 수요관리를 위한 BEMS 연계형 수요반응 시스템 개발 (Development of BEMS linked Demand Response System for Building Energy Demand Management)

  • 건물을 에너지 수요관리 자원으로 활용하기 위해서는 수요 반응에 대응할 수 있는 자동화된 시스템을 필요로 한다. 에너지 수요관리 사업자의 출현으로 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 건물 에너지 관리 시스템과 수요반응 시스템에 대한 연구 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 자동화된 실시간 수요 반응 시스템 도입은 미흡하고 비용도 높다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해소하기 위해 건물을 대상으로 수요 반응 시스템 구축을 위한 OpenADR 프로토콜과 수요 반응에 참여할 수 있는 건물 에너지 관리 시스템을 개발하고 실환경에 적용하여 실증을 수행하였다. OpenADR은 표준 프로토콜로 사업자와 수요자원간의 이벤트 발생과 리포팅을 통해 자동화된 시스템이다. 또한 다양한 제어 시스템이 이용되고 있는 건물을 대상으로 단일화된 제어 시스템 구축을 위해 웹 기반 건물 자동제어 시스템을 개발하여 수요 반응 이벤트 발생 시 부하를 줄일 수 있도록 한다. 개발된 결과물을 건물에 적용하여 동작하는 것을 검증하고 감축량을 측정하여 수요반응 효과를 확인하였다.

트랙터용 토로이달식 무단변속기 개발(2): 제어 시스템 (Development of Toroidal Type Continuously Variable-Speed Transmission for Agricultural Tractor(2): Control System)

  • This paper describes the control system of the toroidal traction driver continuously variable-speed transmission(CVT) fur a tractor. The instrumentation system, the hydraulic power control system and the principle control scheme were introduced. Experimental tests in the bench and the tractor were conducted to validate the performance of the CVT utilizing the proposed controller. The speed of the vehicle was continuously changed to follow the speed set by driver under various operating conditions. Given the reduction ratio of the variator from 2.0 to 1.0, the settling time was about just 0.52 seconds which was satisfactory value for working with the tractor. It was also proved that the tractor could work with continuously variable speed under heavy load disturbances.

항공교통관제사의 피로위험관리시스템 도입에 따른 국내 적용 방안 (Domestic Application Plan of Fatigue Risk Management System by Air Traffic Controller)

  • 본 논문은 국제민간항공기구(ICAO) 국제기준에 부합하기 위하여 항공교통관제사에 대한 피로위험관리시스템(FRMS)의 도입 및 시행을 앞두고 과학 데이터 기반에 근거하여 우리에 적합한 FRMS 구축을 위한 규범적 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 현행 국내운영기준에 대하여 항공관제기관별 운영을 확인하고, 해외 각국의 항공교통관제 기관별 운영 방식과 기준을 비교·검토하였다. 우리나라의 관제사는 주/야 최대 근무시간 10시간, 최소휴식 8시간, 주 40시간으로 규정하고 있다. 현재 항공교통관제기관의 경우의 주간의 경우는 기준시간과 적합한 근무를 하나, 야간의 경우는 평균적으로 5.9시간을 초과한다. 그리고 주 40시간 경우 평균적 15.7시간의 초과근무를 하고 있다. 이러한 야간 근무시간 조정 방법으로 인원보충에 의한 적절한 야간 근무시간 배분과 더불어 근무교대 방식이 1일 2교대(주/야) 방법이 아닌 개인 schedule에 따른 근무자 투입 방식의 형태를 다양하게 함으로써 이를 해결하여 나갈 수 있을 것을 제안하고자 한다.

Evaluation of Microbial Load in Oropharyngeal Mucosa from Tannery Workers

  • Background: Animal skin provides an ideal medium for the propagation of microorganisms and it is used like raw material in the tannery and footware industry. The aim of this study was to evaluate and identify the microbial load in oropharyngeal mucosa of tannery employees. Methods: The health risk was estimated based on the identification of microorganisms found in the oropharyngeal mucosa samples. The study was conducted in a tanners group and a control group. Samples were taken from oropharyngeal mucosa and inoculated on plates with selective medium. In the samples, bacteria were identified by 16S ribosomal DNA analysis and the yeasts through a presumptive method. In addition, the sensitivity of these microorganisms to antibiotics/antifungals was evaluated. Results: The identified bacteria belonged to the families Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonadaceae, Neisseriaceae, Alcaligenaceae, Moraxellaceae, and Xanthomonadaceae, of which some species are considered as pathogenic or opportunistic microorganisms; these bacteria were not present in the control group. Forty-two percent of bacteria identified in the tanners group are correlated with respiratory diseases. Yeasts were also identified, including the following species: Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis, Candida albicans, and Candida krusei. Regarding the sensitivity test of bacteria identified in the tanners group, 90% showed sensitivity to piperacillin/tazobactam, 87% showed sensitivity to ticarcillin/clavulanic acid, 74% showed sensitivity to ampicillin/sulbactam, and 58% showed sensitivity to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid. Conclusion: Several of the bacteria and yeast identified in the oropharyngeal mucosa of tanners have been correlated with infections in humans and have already been reported as airborne microorganisms in this working environment, representing a health risk for workers.

IMV를 이용한 굴착기 작업장치 궤적제어 (Trajectory Control of Excavator Actuators Using IMV)

  • The IMV is a combination of four two-way valve systems which replace a conventional four-way spool valve to improve efficiency mostly in excavator hydraulics. As the environmental regulations for construction equipment have tightened, some overseas advanced companies have released commercial excavators in which the MCV is implemented with the IMVs. Development of the IMV type MCV relies on the control algorithm as well as the robust performance of proportional flow control valves. In this study, the IMV controller was designed and verified with experiments for the excavator working unit, which determines the IMV mode of operation and the extent of the valve opening in consideration of the load conditions on hydraulic actuators. First, the open-loop controller was designed with a joystick command vs. a PSV reference current map comprising several control parameters in to compensate for the different flow characteristics and non-linearities of two-way flow control valves. Second, the closed-loop controller was designed with the PI control fed by the actuator displacement and outputs actuator percent effort equivalent to the operator's joystick command. Finally, the performance of the IMV type MCV was verified with the trajectory control of position references derived from the energy consumption test standard. Experimental results showed the control performance of the IMV developed in this study, and suggest that future studies to be conducted to advance technical progress.
