근로자의 산업보건 지식과 태도에 관한 조사연구 (A Survey on the Knowledge and Attitude of Workers Concerning Occupational Health)

  • This research was carried out on 1,017 production workers for four months from May to August, 1991, to search more effective management method of their health by grasping their knowledge and attitude on industrial health. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. As for general characteristics, 74.2% were male and 25.8% were female among the 1,017 workers. The two largest age groups were 30~39, 38.7%. As for education level, graduation from high school was 58.6%, 61.2% were married, 35.9% owned their house, and workers who worked more than 1 year less than 5 years was 52.9%, workers who worked 8 hours a day was 46.7%, the largest group income level was 60~69 thousand won 21.2%, and the degree of satisfaction with work was ordinary, 45.6%. 2. The degree of recognition concerning occupational diseases was 92.5% at a very high rate. Causes of occupational diseases under the present work field were in order of noise, dust, heavy metal. The largest group of the counterplan for prevention was an improvement of working environment, 62.0%. 3. The major cause that threatens worker's health was poor working environment, 31.4%. As the best method for workers' health management, working environment management was pointed. 4. As for health examination result, the response that it is of use to health management was 53.8%. As for examination method and result, 42.7% responded that they are formal. The practice period was more than once every six months as the largest group, and the highest desire for improvement was that they wants an exact information of the result. 5. 49.3% of the respondents know about the measurement of working environment an the response that the measurement is necessary to improve working environment was 57.9%, and that the results from the measurement were reflected on improvement an management 57.5%. Appropriate period to take a measurement was more than once per six months, 40.2% and per three months, 29.1%. 6. As for safety and halth instruction, 34.5% were educated for both, 38.2% for only safety education and just 4.6% for only health education. 51.9% responded that they had never been educated out of work place. The period of its practice was more than once a month, 39.5% and every three months, 21.3%. 7. The importance of safety and health showed that the one is equal to the other, 59.8%, that the one is more important, 29.6%, and that other is more important, 7.6%. 67.7% said the necessity of a safety and health manager. 8. In spite of more or less health obstacle of work environment, 14.9% of the respondents wanted to overwork to gain an allowance for over-time work, 39.9% didn't, and 40.2% according to condition and state. 9. As the most important cause of industrial accident, 40.2% indicated unsafe behavior. As for the individual protective instrument, 66.1% of all the respondents said they have worn it to protect industrial diseases. 10. As for the degree of understanding of the contents in Industrial Safety and Health Law and Industrial Law of Accident Insurance, an affirmative response was respectively 49.3% and 50.8% and the sources of safety-health information were televisions and radios, 28.0%. Therefore, it is necessary that we do positive working environmental improvement, continuous management and health education's inforcement to increase their health and prevent occupational diseases.

DACUM 기법을 이용한 방위산업체 정보통신보안실무자 직무분석 (Job Analysis for IT Security Workers in Defense Industry through DACUM Process)

  • 지식 정보화 사회가 심화되면서 정보보호에 대한 중요성이 날로 높아지고 있다. 최근 들어 개인정보와 핵심 산업기술 유출 사고가 늘어나면서 모든 산업분야는 보안대책을 강구하는데 안간힘을 쓰고 있다. 특히 방위산업은 국가 안전보장에 필요한 국방력을 구축하는 분야이므로 일반 산업분야보다 더 높은 수준의 보안대책이 요구된다. 방위산업체는 방위산업보안업무훈령에 따라 업체별 규모와 여건에 맞게 보안조직을 편성하고 보안실무자를 임명 운영하고 있다. 정보 통신의 발달로 대부분의 핵심정보와 기술이 정보통신 시스템이나 저장매체에 기록 관리되고 있는 환경 속에서 정보통신보안실무자의 임무와 역할이 매우 중요하다. 그럼에도 방위산업체 정보통신보안실무자들의 직무에 대한 체계적인 분석과 그들의 전문성 향상을 위한 교육과정 개발이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대표적인 직무분석 기법인 DACUM을 활용해서 정보통신보안실무자들의 책무와 과업을 도출하였고, 설문조사를 통해서 도출된 과업에 대한 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 방위산업체 정보통신보안 업무의 발전에 기여하고 관련 규정의 개정 및 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

남성 사무직 근로자의 생활습관과 비만에 대한 인식 (Life Style and Perception of Obesity of Male White Collar Workers)

  • 사무직 남성 근로자들은 운동량 부족으로 인해 성인병이나 비만의 위험이 높고, 각종 스트레스와 과로 등으로 다른 직업군 보다 성인병 관련 요인을 많이 가지고 있다. 도시 사무직 남성 근로자들의 생활습관과 비만인식도를 조사하여 사무직 남성 근로자들의 건강교육 프로그램의 개발을 위한 자료로 사용하기 위해 대구광역시에 소재하는 은행 1개소와 생명보험사 1개소에 근무하는 사무직 남성근로자 200명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 생활습관과 비만에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 대상자의 평균 키는 $172.3{\pm}4.6cm$였고 몸무게는 $72.2{\pm}8.4kg$였고, 허리둘레는 $33.12{\pm}2.1$ 인치로 나타났다. 흡연자는 54.0%, 음주자는 88.5%였으며 운동을 '하고 있다'가 62.5%, '하고 있지 않다'가 37.5%였고, 비만의 원인으로 60.7%가 운동부족으로 본인이 비만이 되었다고 생각하고 있었다. BMI로 구분했을 때 31.6%만이 정상이었으며 비만으로 진행될 가능성이 있는 과체중그룹이 32%, 비만과 고도비만이 36.5%였다. 사무직 남성 근로자들은 대체적으로 비만에 관심이 많았으며, 비만의 원인에 대해서도 잘 알고 있으나 건강한 생활양식을 실천에 옮기는 행태의 변화가 적다. 따라서 사무직 남성 근로자들의 성인병 예방을 위한 보건교육은 관련 지식의 전달보다 건강행태를 변화시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시하는 데 중점을 두어야 할 것이다.

장애인복지관 사회복지사의 권리옹호에 관한 실천적 인식연구 (A Study on Practical Recognition about Rights Advocacy of Social Workers in Disabled Welfare Centers)

  • 최근 장애인복지관에서 권리옹호는 장애인복지의 패러다임이며 평가의 한 부분임에도 불구하고, 권리옹호에 대한 명확한 개념 규정이 쉽지 않아 현장의 사회복지사 각자가 실천현장의 경험을 토대로 권리옹호에 대한 개념을 만들어 가고 있다. 따라서 사회복지사들이 권리옹호에 대한 인식을 연구하는 것은 권리옹호에 대한 정확한 개념과 방향성을 정립하는데 매우 큰 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 메타포 분석법을 적용하였으며, 메타포 분석은 새로운 것에 대한 구체적 설명 즉, 은유의 근거를 제공하고 이후 그것을 분석함으로써 특정한 맥락과 상황에서 개인의 인식을 살펴보는 분석방법이다. 연구결과로는 사회복지사의 권리옹호에 대한 인식이 이념형(꼭 필요한 것)과 실천형(함께하는 것)으로 나타났으며, 권리옹호가 현장에서 직접 서비스를 기획하고 제공하는 '실천적인 개념'으로 파악되고 있다. 결과적으로 권리옹호에 대한 사회복지사들의 이러한 인식을 반영하여 복지현장에서 권리옹호서비스가 제공될 수 있도록 환경과 정책이 수반되어야 할 것이다. 또한 권리옹호를 교육현장에서 제대로 배우고 실천할 수 있도록 교과과정 내지 실습현장에 반영할 필요가 있다.

A Study on Emotional Labor of Home Elderly Welfare Center Certified Nursing Assistants

  • 재가노인복지센터 요양보호사들의 감정노동에 관한 연구를 통해 복지센터의 운영과 요양보호사의 근무환경을 개선하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 K시와 J도 소재 재가노인복지센터 소속 요양보호사 138명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 통계적 분석을 위해 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 17.0을 이용하여 신뢰도 Cronbach's α 계수산출, t-test, 분산분석, Pearson 적률상관계수와 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 재가노인복지센터 요양보호사들의 감정노동 차이는 치매 교육, 근무경력, 고용 형태, 학력, 나이순으로 감정노동 정도가 더 높았다. 둘째, 조사대상의 소진 정도는 근무경력, 치매 교육, 고용 형태, 나이순으로 높았다. 마지막으로 업무 스트레스, 감정노동은 업무소진에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 요양보호사들의 업무소진 방지를 위한 체계적인 감정조절 경험사례와 치매 교육, 서비스 대처 방법에 관한 업무 환류와 업무 스트레스 완화를 근무 여건 개선 대책 연구가 필요하다.

대구·경북지역 대형음식점 업종별 현장실사를 통한 위생관리실태 분석 (Analysis of Sanitation Management Practices through Field Assessment of Large Restaurants by Restaurant Style in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province)

  • 본 연구에서는 대형 음식점의 위생관리 현황을 현장실사하고 업종별 가장 시급하게 개선이 필요한 부분이 어떤 것인지를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 대구${\cdot}$경북지역의 100평 이상인 한식, 양식, 중식, 일식, 뷔페 총 200개소를 직접 방문하여 위생관리실태를 실사하였다. 일반사항에 따른 위생관리 연구 결과, 조리종사원 수가 증가할수록 '창고 및 후생시설위생', '조리용기기${\cdot}$기구위생', '식품취급 및 작업위생', '조리종사원 개인위생'의 영역에 있어서 위생관리가 잘되는 것으로 나타났다. 조리장 면적이 넓을수록 '조리장 위생', '조리용기기${\cdot}$기구위생', '식품취급 및 작업위생', '조리종사원 개인위생'의 영역에서 유의하게 높은 점수를 보였다. 또한 주방 공개형 업소가 비공개형 업소에 비해 '조리장 위생' 영역에서 유의하게 높은 점수를 보였다. 업종별 위생관리실태 조사결과 거의 모든 음식점이 '식당위생관리'와 '조리용수${\cdot}$음용수위생관리'는 우수한 반면, '작업위생관리'에 있어서는 소홀한 것으로 나타났으며, 한식${\cdot}$중식${\cdot}$일식 음식점의 경우 창고 및 후생시설위생 관리가 특히 미흡하였고, 양식${\cdot}$뷔페업소의 경우 조리용기기${\cdot}$기구위생관리가 미흡한 것으로 조사되었다. 작업위생관리 중에서는 특히 식재료의 소독과 온도측정이 거의 이루어지고 있지 않았으며, 소독과 온도측정의 작업을 확인하기 위한 기록작업 역시 행해지지 않았다. 이상으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 볼 때, 음식점의 위생수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 가능한 조리장을 개방하며, 면적을 넓게 하고, 조리용기기나 기구의 위생관리를 보다 철저히 하며, 음식의 내부 온도측정이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 업종별 개선이 필요한 부분에 대한 업주대상교육과 위생교육 책자나 매체를 개발하여 조리종사자 대상으로 지속적으로 교육과 훈련을 시키는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

일반음식점 신규영업주의 위생관리지식 및 위생행정에 대한 태도 (Knowledge and Attitude toward Restaurant-Related Sanitation of New Restaurateurs)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the sanitation affairs of general restaurants. The questionnaire survey on the attitude and knowledge toward sanitation, the attitude for sanitary administration and the sanitary education was conducted against new 600 restaurateurs who were educated from June 20 to July 11, 1996, at the administration hall's division of Kyungsangbook-do in charge of food industry that offered regular sanitary education to new restaurateurs annually. And the visit survey on sanitary practice was also conducted over 93 restaurateurs who obtained the commercial license for food service business. The findings from the survey were as follows; In regard to food sanitation, some 87.1 to 88.3% got the right knowledge about the reason and precaution of food poisoning, food's frozen or cold-storage, and the disposal of products after expiration of validity term. But it was about 20.8% to 50.0% who knew right about major precaution, storage temperature in refrigerator, fermented milk product's storage temperature and validity term. There was therefore a necessity for education in food sanitation. 38.2% of the subjects placed an emphasis on sanitary storage of foodstuffs as the most important thing in sanitary management. 33.8% emphasized cooking sanitation. The environmental sanitation was counted as the most important thing by 19.2%, and personal sanitation of worker was counted by 8.8%. There was differences in what they thought the most important thing was, according to the respondent's educational level and cooker. 86.6% replied it necessary to improve the sanitary level. The respondents who were younger or had better educational level emphasized more the need for it. Concerning health examination, 90.2% replied it necessary. 81.4% answered the reason was because there was a potentiality Quests might be infected with contagious disease. 78.5% pointed the need for sanitary education, but respondents with higher educational level less emphasized its needs. As the reason for poor sanitation, restaurateur's poor awareness about it was most frequently pointed out, by 46.9%. Cooking sanitation was most frequently counted, by 38.5%, as the first thing to be improved. As the most critical point in sanitary education, 34.5% indicated food's sanitary Quality control 30.9% mentioned sanitary treatment of kitchen facilities and peripheral environment, and 27.1% emphasized the summary of the general food sanitation. 77.7% answered to correct immediately in case of violating the Food Hygiene Law, and 12.0% replied to correct in the same case if they would get the order from public official or administrative action would be taken. Respondents with higher educational level answered more to correct immediately. What they wanted the government office to do toward sanitary improvement was a fund aid an facilities and management which was pointed out by 38.9%, a periodical sanitary education by 26.3% and a on-the-spot guidance of sanitary officials by 22.3%. In view of the food service business's sanitary practice, the rate of wearing a sanitary clothes was 32.9% in city and 35.0% in county. The rate of hand-washing without soap or non-washing at cooking was 73.9%, 85%, respectively. The rate of personnel sanitation was 34.2% in city and 50.0% in county. These things indicated the sanitation was not well practiced. To improve the poor sanitary conditions of the food service businesses, it is recommended to offer institutional backing and financial aid from administrative office, and encourage restaurateurs to take pride in their job. and conduct the sanitary education effectively by sanitary education institution.

일부 직업인의 건강증진생활양식에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting Health Promoting Lifestyles of Some Workers)

  • The current industrial health service is shifting to health improvement business with 1st primary prevention-focused service from secondary and tertiary prevention-focused business, and Oriental medicine can provide such primary prevention-focused service due to the characteristics of its science. In particular, the advanced concept of health improvement can match the science of health care of Oriental medicine. Notably, what is most important in health improvement is our lifestyle, This does not underestimate the socio-environmental factors, which have lessened their importance due to modernism. The approach of Oriental medicine weighs more individuals' lifestyle and health care through self-cultivation. This matches the new model of advanced health business. Oriental medicine is less systemized than Western medicine, but it can provide ample contents that enhance health. If we conceive health-improvement program based on the advantages provided by these two medical systems, this will influence workers to the benefit of their health. Also, health Program needs to define factors that determine individual lives, and to provide information and technologies essential to our lives. The Oriental medicine approach puts more stress on a subject's capabilities than it does on the effect his surrounding environment can have. This needs to be supported theoretically by not only defining the relations between an individual's health state and his lifestyle, but also identifying the degree to which an individual in the industrial work place practices health improvement lifestyle . This is the first step toward initiating health-improvement business . In order to do this, this researcher conducted a survey by taking random samplings from workers, and can draw the following conclusions from it. 1 The sampled group is categorized into', by sender, female 6.6%, and male 93.4%, with males dominant; by marriage status , unmarried 43.9% and married 55.6%, with both similar percentage, and, by age, below 30, 48.4%, between 30 and 39, 27.4%, between 40 and 49, 18.2%, and over 50, 6.0%. The group further is categorized into; by education, middle school or under 1.7%, high school 30.5%, and junior college or higher 65.8% with high school and higher dominant: and by income, below 1.7 million won 24.2%, below 2.4 million won 14.8%, and above 2.4 million 6.3% Still, the group by job is categorized into collegians with 23.9%, office worker with 10.3%, and professionals with 65.8% , and this group does not include workers engaged in production that are needed for this research, but mostly office workers . 2. The subjects selected for this survey show their degree of practicing health-improvement lifestyle at an average of 2.63, health management pattern at 2.64, and health-related awareness at 2.62 The sub-divisions of health-improvement lifestyle show social emotion (2.87), food (2.66). favorite food (2.59), and leisure activities (2.52), in this order for higher points. It further shows health awareness (2.47) and safety awareness (2.40), lower points than those in health management pattern . 3. In the area of using leisure time for health-improvement, males, older people, married, and people with higher income earn higher marks. And, in the area of food management, the older and married earn higher marks . In the area of favorite food management, females, lower-income bracket, and lower-educated show higher degree of practice , while in the area of social emotion management, the older. married, and higher-income bracket show higher marks. In addition, in the area of health awareness, the older, married, and people with higher-income show higher degree of practice. 4. To look at correlation by overall and divisional health-improvement practice degree , this researcher has analyzed the data using Person's correlation coefficient. The lifestyle shows significant correlation with its six sub-divisions, and use of leisure time, food, and health awareness all show significant correlation with their sub-divisions. And. the social emotion and safety awareness show significant correlation with all sub-divisions except favorite food management.

자동착유시스템 설치농가의 설치 후 만족도에 관한 실태조사 (A Suvey on Satisfaction Measurement of Automatic Milking System in Domestic Dairy Farm)

  • 본 시험은 국내에 도입되기 시작한 AMS에 대하여 설치 동기, 설치 후 우유생산량과우유품질, AMS 설치계기 및 설치 후 만족도, AMS 운영상 애로점 및 건의사항 등을 조사 분석하였다. 설치 계기가 무엇인가에 대한 응답비율은 노동력 부족 44%, 체험목장으로 전환 25%, 소들의 고능력화에 대응 19% 순이었으며 기타 6%였다. AMS 설치농가의 사육경력은 평균 24.9년, 평균 연령은 53.2세로 나타났으며 가족노동력만으로 경영하는 목장이 조사농가의 38%, 고용+자가노동력 형태의 목장이 63%로 나타났다. 목장의 산유능력은 두당 평균 유량은 1일 $30.9{\ell}$, 평균 유지율 3.9%, 세균수는 9.1천개/$m{\ell}$ 수준이었다. 후계자 육성에 대한 질문에 매우 그렇다라고 응답한 비율은 68%였으며, 보통 18%, 아니다와 매우 아니다라고 응답한 비율은 18%로 나타났다. 시스템 운영현황 및 애로사항을 파악하기 위하여 AMS의 프로그램 주운영자에 대한 질문에 본인 44%, 부인 6%, 자녀 또는 후계자사람이 44%, 기타 6%나 되었다. AMS 운영상 가장 어려운 점에 대한 조사결과, 기기 작동 및 복잡한 프로그램 운영이 각각 31%로 가장 많았다. 그 외 기계 에러 및 고장에 대한 애로사항이 25%이였다. 도태원인에 대하여 유방염 28%, 번식장애 20%, 발굽질환 19%, AMS에 부적합한 유두 배열 12%, 분만 후 대사성질병 7%, 노산 등 기타 14%였다. 시스템 설치 후 유지보수 계약 체결유무 및 비용에 대하여 유지보수 계약 56%, 유지 보수 계약 미체결 44%이었다. 유지보수 계약 평균 계약비용은 연간 658만원 정도였다. 시스템 설치 후 항목별 만족도에 대하여 5점 만점에 3.9점이었으며, 노동력 절감 3.7점, 업체의 A/S 3.6점, 산유량 증가 3.2점, 원유의 체세포 수 저감 2.8점이었다. 시스템 설치 시 고려사항 및 건의사항에 대하여 고가의 장비를 효율적으로 사용하기 위하여 젖소의 유방과 유두 배열이 적합하도록 젖소를 선발하는 것, 시스템을 운용할 수 있는 능력, 적합한 환경, 재정적 능력과 부지 확보, 지속적인 관찰 등이 권장되어야 할 것으로 나타났으며, 설치 업체에 대해서는 컨설팅이 체계화될 필요가 가장 높게 나타났으며 이어서 보다 저렴한 설치와 서비스의 체계화를 요구하는 결과를 보였다.

Indoor Exposure and Health Risk of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) via Public Facilities PM2.5, Korea (II)

  • The purpose of the study is to evaluate the pollution level (gaseous and particle phase) in the public facilities for the PAHs, non-regulated materials, forecast the risk level by the health risk assessment (HRA) and propose the guideline level. PAH assessments through sampling of particulate matter of diameter < 2.5 ${\mu}m$ ($PM_{2.5}$). The user and worker exposure scenario for the PAHs consists of 24-hour exposure scenario (WIES) assuming the worst case and the normal exposure scenario (MIES) based on the survey. This study investigated 20 PAH substances selected out of 32 substances known to be carcinogenic or potentially carcinogenic. The risk assessment applies major toxic equivalency factor (TEF) proposed from existing studies and estaimates individual Excess Cancer Risk (ECR). The study assesses the fine dusts ($PM_{2.5}$) and the exposure levels of the gaseous and particle PAH materials for 6 spots in each 8 facility, e.g. underground subway stations, child-care facilities, elderly care facilities, super market, indoor parking lot, terminal waiting room, internet caf$\acute{e}$ (PC-rooms), movie theater. For internet caf$\acute{e}$ (PC-rooms) in particular, that marks the highest $PM_{2.5}$ concentration and the average concentration of 10 spots (2 spots for each cafe) is 73.3 ${\mu}g/m^3$ (range: 6.8-185.2 ${\mu}g/m^3$). The high level of $PM_{2.5}$ seen in internet cafes was likely due to indoor smoking in most cases. For the gaseous PAHs, the detection frequency for 4-5 rings shows high and the elements with 6 rings shows low frequency. For the particle PAHs, the detection frequency for 2-3 rings shows low and the elements with 6 rings show high frequency. As a result, it is investigated that the most important PAHs are the naphthalene, acenaphthene and phenanthrene from the study of Kim et al. (2013) and this annual study. The health risk assessment demonstrates that each facility shows the level of $10^{-6}-10^{-4}$. Considering standards and local source of pollution levels, it is judged that the management standard of the benzo (a)pyrene, one of the PAHs, shall be managed with the range of 0.5-1.2 $ng/m^3$. Smoking and ventilation were considered as the most important PAHs exposure associated with public facility $PM_{2.5}$. This study only estimated for inhalation health risk of PAHs and focused on the associated cancer risk, while multiple measurements would be necessary for public health and policy.
