사회복지사들의 조사연구활용에 관한 연구 (Social Worker and Research Utilization in Social Work Practice)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지실천현장에서 사회복지사들의 조사연구활용 정도를 파악하고, 조사연구활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위해 이루어졌다. 연구대상은 우리나라의 사회복지실천현장에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사들이며, 다단계 추출법에 의해 표본을 추출하였다. 우편조사의 방법으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 최종 569명의 자료에 대한 순서 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 사회복지사들의 조사연구활용 정도는 매우 낮았지만, 조사연구에 대한 태도는 긍정적이었다. 조사연구활용에 영향을 미치는 변수들은 주로 사회복지사의 조사연구 활용능력과 관련된 조사연구에 대한 재교육 경험, 연구저널이용경험, 조사연구의 유용성에 대한 태도, 성별 등이었으며, 환경특성으로는 기관의 종류가 유의미하였다. 이 같은 연구결과를 가지고 조사연구활용 활성화 방향을 찾아보았다.

신체능력향상프로그램이 다운증후군 성인의 작업강도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Physical Fitness Improvement Program on Work Intensity of Adults With Down Syndrome)

  • 본 연구는 신체능력향상프로그램이 다운증후군 성인의 작업강도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 8명의 다운증후군 성인이 신체능력향상프로그램에 참가하고 작업강도를 측정하였다. 신체능력 향상프로그램은 악력, 들어올리기, 운반 운동으로 구성되었으며, 주 1회 2시간 씩 12주에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 프로그램 실시 전과 비교해 보면, 참가자들은 우측 악력과 들어올림 능력에서는 유의한 변화를 나타냈고 운반 능력에서는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 들어올림에서는 2명의 작업강도 수준이 보통 작업에서 힘든 작업의 수준을 나타냈다. 운반에서는 1명은 아주 가벼운 작업에서 보통 작업으로 그리고 2명은 가벼운 작업에서 보통 작업 수준으로 변화를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 신체능력향상프로그램이 다운증후군 성인의 작업강도 향상에 유용함을 제시하고 있다.

경호비서에게 요구되는 업무능력 분석 (Analysis the job-ability demanded in the security and secretary)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the job of the security and secretary, to offer useful basic data throughout human resources management by withdrawing the ability required from the security and secretary based on the analyzed results. In this regard, this study intended to look into the job of the security and secretary, the necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary. To achieve the research goals, the study selected the research participants, composed of 5 secretaries for security with more than 5-year careers after graduating from a security and secretarial service department in a college and conducted an in-depth interview with them concerning their jobs. The in-depth interview data from the 5 participants was applied with a classification analysis used by Spradley (1980). In order to enhance the dependability and validity of the research, the study held an expert meeting composed of 2 persons with a doctoral degree in securities service studies and 1 person with a master's degree in secretarial information studies, twice. Also, the study drew results concerning the job of the security and secretary and the necessary ability of the job. Though the above process, the following conclusions were drawn; the job of the security and secretary includes the areas of job safety, a housing residence job, a health care job, an interpersonal relationships job, an assistant' s job, document and office works, general affairs, and an education job. The necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary involves martial arts abilities, risk management ability, the strict keeping of secrets, decision-making ability, information processing ability, foreign language proficiency, understanding other cultures, communications skills and office work ability.

디지털 그림자노동에 대한 부정적 반응은 지속사용의도에 어떻게 영향을 미치나?: 만족지연능력의 조절효과 (How Does the Negative Response to Digital Shadow Work Influence the Continuous Use Intention of Users?: The Moderating Effect of Gratification Delay Ability)

  • 디지털 트랜스포메이션과 코로나19는 셀프서비스와 같은 비대면 기술의 확산을 가속화해 왔다. 본 연구는 셀프서비스 사용 환경에서 셀프서비스에 대한 지속사용의도를 감소시키는 디지털그림자노동에 대한 부정적 반응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고자 한다. 또한 만족지연능력이 디지털 그림자노동에 대한 부정적 반응과 셀프서비스 지속사용의도 간의 관계를 조절하는지를 파악하고자 한다. 450명의 유효 표본을 가지고 SmartPLS 4.0으로 실증분석한 결과, 지각된 혜택이 디지털 그림자노동에 대한 부정적 반응에 유의한 영향을 끼쳤으며, 이러한 부정적 반응은 셀프서비스 지속이용의도를 유의하게 감소시켰다. 또한 디지털 그림자노동에 대한 부정적 반응의 지속이용의도에 대한 효과는 높은 만족지연능력을 가진 사용자보다는 낮은 만족지연능력을 가진 사용자에서 더 강하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 디지털 그림자노동의 개념과 만족지연능력과 같은 심리적 변수가 어떻게 셀프서비스 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로써 셀프서비스 운영기업들의 전략 수립에 기여할 수 있다.

공업계 고등학교 학생들의 직업기초능력 수준과 중요도에 대한 집단 간 인식차이 (A Study on the Difference between Groups in Perception of the Level and Importance of the Key Competencies of Technical High School Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 공업계 고등학교 학생들의 직업기초능력 수준과 중요도를 측정하고 향상방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구의 대상자는 공업계 고등학교에서 산학협동교육을 담당하는 담당자 12명과 기업체 현장실습 담당자 7명 이었다. 이 연구의 결과 직업기초능력의 여러 부분에서 산학협동교육 담당 교사와 기업체 업무 담당자 사이에 인식차가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 영어문서이해능력에서는 두 집단 모두 수준과 중요도를 낮게 평가하여 직업기초능력으로 재고할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기존 직업기초능력에 추가되어야 할 능력으로는 한자 독해능력, 경청 능력 등으로 밝혀졌다. 직업기초능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 공업계 고등학교 학생들이 습득해야할 직업기초능력의 수준을 정확히 규명하고, 이를 근거로 직업기초능력을 측정할 수 있는 도구의 개발이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

응급구조학 전공학생의 공감능력, 자기조절능력이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Effects of empathy and self-regulation capacities of paramedic students on clinical practice stress)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine a method to reduce stress in clinical practice by identifying how the empathy and self-regulation capacities of paramedic students influence their stress levels. Methods: Selected articles were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0. Data on 172 3rd-year and 4th-year paramedic students in Daejeon were used. The subject's general characteristics (sex, university education, the number of the medical training center, work type, satisfaction with college life, and satisfaction with their major) were analyzed according to empathy and self-regulation ability by t-test and ANOVA. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used for the correlation of empathy, self-regulation ability, and clinical practice stress. Hierarchical regression was used for factors influencing clinical practice. Results: Clinical practice stress levels were significantly different between general characteristics of sex (t=3.002, p=0.003), university education (t=2.815, p=0.006), the number of the medical training center (t=-2.998, p=0.003), work type (t=-2.998, p=0.003), satisfaction with college life (t=5.280, p=0.000), and satisfaction with major (t=5.132, p=0.000). Empathy (r=-.520, p<.001) and self-regulation ability (r=-.330, p<.001) significantly negatively correlated with major variables, and the major factor influencing clinical practice stress levels was empathy. Conclusion: Extension of education and various experiences for improving empathy and developing management programs should be performed to decrease clinical practice stress on paramedic students.

요가수련전후 한발서기자세의 좌우대칭력 평가 (Evaluation for Symmetry Ability of One Leg Standing Pose before and after Yoga Training)

  • The purpose of this work is to biomechanically study the effect of the one leg standing pose in yoga.. The work have been done through the evaluation for the left and right symmetry ability of one leg standing pose in the before and after yoga training for the 14 female yoga subject group (height: $164.3{\pm}4.4cm$, mass: $53.4{\pm}6.4kg$, year: $20.0{\pm}0.49yrs$) participated in this experiment. The motions of one leg standing pose were captured with Vicon system and the parameters were calculated with Visual-3D and Ground reaction force system. The results were as followed; - Front and backward COPsd did not show the significant difference, compared the before training with the after. - Left and right COPsd showed the significant difference (p<0.05), compared the before training with the after. - COP distance showed the significant difference (p<0.01), compared the before training with the after. - The asymmetry index of front and backward COPsd did not show the significant difference, compared the before training with the after. - The asymmetry index of left and right COPsd did not show the significant difference, compared the before training with the after. - The asymmetry index of COP distance showed the significant difference (p<0.01), compared the before training with the after. Therefore, the yoga training demonstrated the stable improvement in the one leg standing pose of inferior feet and the positive effect to the left and right symmetry ability.

ACTIVITY-BASED STRATEGIC WORK PLANNING AND CREW MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION: UTILIZATION OF CREWS WITH MULTIPLE SKILL LEVELS

  • Although many research efforts have been conducted to address the effect of crew members' work skills (e.g., technical and planning skills) on work performance (e.g., work duration and quality) in construction projects, the relationship between skill and performance has generated a great deal of controversy in the field of management (Inkpen and Crossan 1995). This controversy can lead to under- or over-estimations of the overall project schedule, and can make it difficult for project managers to implement appropriate managerial policies for enhancing project performance. To address this issue, the following aspects need to be considered: (a) work performances are determined not only by individual-level work skill but also by the group-level work skill affected by work team members, each member's role, and any working behavior pattern; (b) work planning has significant effects on to what extent work skill enhances performance; and (c) different types of activities in construction require different types of work, skill, and team composition. This research, therefore, develops a system dynamics (SD) model to analyze the effects of both individual-and group-level (i.e., multi-level) skill on performances by utilizing the advantages of SD in capturing a feedback process and state changes, especially in human factors (e.g., attitude, ability, and behavior). The model incorporates: (a) a multi-level skill evolution and relevant behavior development mechanism within a work group; (b) the interaction among work planning, a crew's skill-learning, skill manifestation, and performances; and (c) the different work characteristics of each activity. This model can be utilized to implement appropriate work planning (e.g., work scope and work schedule) and crew management policies (e.g., work team composition and decision of each worker's role) with an awareness of crew's skill and work performance. Understanding the different characteristics of each activity can also support project managers in applying strategic work planning and crew management for a corresponding activity, which may enhance each activity's performance, as well as the overall project performance.

  • This paper deals with sensing ability of smart sensor that has a sensing ability of distinguish materials. We have developed new signal processing method that have distinguish different materials. We made the two type of smart sensors for experiment. The first type of smart sensor is H2 type. The second type of smart sensor is HH type. The smart sensor was developed for recognition of material. And then we developed estimation method of sensing ability of smart sensors. The first method(Sensing Ability Index) is developed for H2 smart sensor. The second method($R_{SAI}$ Index) is developed for HH smart sensor. We estimated sensing ability of smart sensor with new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ method. This paper describes our primary study for a new method of estimate sensing ability of smart sensor, which is need for precision work system. This is a study of dynamic characteristics of smart sensor according to frequency and displacement changing with new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ method. Experiment and analysis are executed for proper dynamic sensing condition. First, we developed advanced smart sensors. Second, we develop new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ methods that have a sensing ability of distinguish materials. Dynamic characteristics of smart sensor are evaluated through new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ method relatively. We can use the new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ method for finding materials. Applications of this method are finding abnormal condition of object(auto-manufacturing), feeling of object(medical product), robotics, safety diagnosis of structure, etc.

문제 해결력과 수학문제의 분류 관점에 관한 연구 (A Study on Problem-Solving Ability and Classification of Mathematical Problems.)

  • Mathematics education is generally to cultivate mathematical thought. Most meaningful thought is to solve a certain given situation, that is, a problem. The aim of mathematies education could be identified with the cultivation of mathematical problem-solving ability. To cultivate mathematical problem-solving ability, it is necessary to study the nature of mathematical ability and its aspects pertaining to problem-solving ability. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between problem-solving ability and classficational viewpoint of mathematical verbal problems, and bet ween the detailed abilities of problem-solving procedure and classificational viewpoint of mathematical verbal problems. With the intention of doing this work, two tests were given to the third-year students of middle school, one is problem-solving test and the other classificational viewpoint test. The results of these two tests are follow ing. 1. The detailed abilities of problem-solving procedure are correlated with each other: such as ability of understanding, execution and looking-back. 2. From the viewpoint of structure and context, students classified mathematical verbal problems. 3. The students who are proficient at problem-solving, understanding, execution, and looking-back have a tendency to classify mathematical verbal problems from a structural viewpoint, while the students who are not proficient at the above four abilities have a tendency to classify mathematical verbal problems from a contextual viewpoint. As the above results, following conclusions can be made. 1. The students have recognized at least two fundamental dimensions of structure and context when they classified mathematical verbal problems. 2. The abilities of understanding, execution, and looking- back effect problem-solving ability correlating with each other. 3. The instruction emphasizing the importance of the structure of mathematical problems could be one of the methods cultivating student's problem-solving ability.
