  • 본 논문에서는 공유 객체 모델 기반의 P2P(Peer-to-Peer) 애플리케이션을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크인 ObjectPeerWork를 설계 및 구현한다. 공유 객체 모델은 자원 관리 기능들을 자원에 포함시킴으로써 관리를 위한 컴퓨팅 파워의 저하를 막고, 보안 문제를 개선함으로써 공유 자원에 대한 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 공유 객체 모델은 분산 컴포넌트 기반의 요청 중계 관리자 및 모듈 컨테이너를 통하여 확장이 가능한 모델이다. 이러한 공유 객체 모델에 기만한 ObjectPeerWork는 일반적인 P2P 모델의 문제점들을 개선하여 기업 내 정보시스템 구축과 컴퓨팅 파워의 분산 및 자원의 효율적인 관리를 가능하게 하는 프레임워크이다.

산업안전보건 분야의 UN 국제적 화학물질관리에 대한 전략적 접근(SAICM) 이행에 관한 연구 (A study on the implementation of UN SAICM in the occupational safety and health)

  • The purpose of SAICM (Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management) is to minimize the health and environmental hazards from the production and the consumption of chemicals by improving the chemicals management capability of developing countries and implementing a system of the risk assessment and the management based on the precautionary principle until 2020. To achieve this purpose, the UN has prescribed the principles, objectives and establishment of an action plan for the chemicals management strategy which must be carried out at international, local, and national levels, and requested the implementation of the Global Plan of Action (GPA) comprising of 273 recommendations in 36 work areas. SAICM is currently based on voluntary participation, but is expected to become the basic framework of international order in relation to chemicals management in the future. This study aims to analyze the practice in the occupational safety and health area relating to implement 273 recommendations of the GPA, and propose complementary measures for the system in order to provide political advices for establishing future plans to manage industrial chemicals. Twenty three areas of total 36 work areas and 161 items of 273 recommendations have relevance to occupational safety and health areas. We have found that, as a national implementation level, 157 of 161 industrial safety and health items are being implemented at a satisfactory level in regard to the implementation of the GPA, while 4 items, including the ratification of the ILO Conventions 170, 174, 184, and support for GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of chemicals) implementation of developing countries, require additional complementary measures for the system and operation.

건설사업관리자의 품질관리 직무 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Affecting Job Competency of Quality Management for a Construction Manager)

  • 오늘 날, 미국과 유럽의 선진 조직에서는 역량의 개념을 인사관리의 기초 정보로 활용하고 있다. 한국의 경우에도 최근에들어 인사관리에 직무역량의 개념이 도입되어, 많은 조직에서는 이에 따라 인력을 관리하고자 하는 추세이다. 하지만, 이러한 추세에도 불구하고 국내에 도입되어 있는 건설사업관리자의 인적자원관리 방식은 경력, 학위, 자격증 등의 요건을 충족하면 능력있는 기술자로 평가받는 연공서열주의의 잔재가 많이 남아있다. 이는 해당 업무에 대한 실질적인 전문성 및 직무역량에 대한 평가정보는 포함되어 있지 않다. 한편, 건설사업관리자의 업무는 사업진행 단계 및 관리업무의 종류에 따라 그 전문성 및 역량이 세분화되어 있으나, 현재의 경력관리 방식으로는 이러한 세분화된 역량의 확인이 어렵다. 그러므로 발주자의 요구 및 프로젝트 특성에 적합한 건설사업관리자를 선택하고, 건설사업관리자가 자신의 직무역량을 실질적으로 관리하기 위해서는 업무별로 세분화된 역량관리 시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건설사업관리자의 업무별로 세분화된 역량관리 시스템 구축을 위한 기초연구로서 현행 건설사업관리자의 능력평가 방식을 분석하여 문제점을 제시한 후, 건설사업관리 직무 역량에 실질적으로 영향을 미치는 요인을 통계적으로 분석하고자 한다.

A Design Procedure for Safety Simulation System Using Virtual Reality

  • One of the objectives of any task design is to provide a safe and helpful workplace for the employees. The safety and health module may include means for confronting the design with safety and health regulations and standards as well as tools for obstacles and collisions detection (such as error models and simulators), Virtual Reality is a leading edge technology which has only very recently become available on platforms and at prices accessible to the majority of simulation engineers. The design of an automated manufacturing system is a complicated, multidisciplinary task that requires involvement of several specialists. In this paper, a design procedure that facilitates the safety and ergonomic considerations of an automated manufacturing system are described. The procedure consists of the following major steps. Data collection and analysis of the data, creation of a three-dimensional simulation model of the work environment, simulation for safety analysis and risk assessment, development of safety solutions, selection of the preferred solutions, implementation of the selected solutions, reporting, and training. When improving the safety of an existing system the three-dimensional simulation model helps the designer to perceive the work from operators point of view objectively and safely without the exposure to hazards of the actual system.

  • The trend toward ubiquitous computing does not represent simply a change in the way people access and use information. In the end it will have a profound effect on the way people work with each other. In this paper, we have defined functionalities of an information system that helps operate a kind of smart office environment, and implemented the system using RFID technology. The system provides three major functions-time and attendance management, personalized message notification, and flexible seat allocation for a smart working center. We have also suggested the key performance indicators and performed a KPI analysis to measure an efficiency of implemented system.

  • Earthmoving equipment's haul-route has a great influence on the productivity of the earth work operation. Haul-route grade is a critical factor in selecting the haul-route. The route that has low grade resistance contributes to increase machine travel speed and production. This study presents a mathematical model called "Hauling-Unit Optimal Routes Selecting system" (HUORS). The system identifies optimal path that maximize the earth-work productivity. It consists of 3 modules, i.e., (1) Module 1 which inputs site characteristic data and computes site location and elevation using GIS(Geographical Information System); (2) Module 2 which calculates haul time; (3) Module 3 which displays an optimum haul-route by considering the haul-route's gradient resistances (i.e., from the departure to the destination) and hauling time. This paper presents the system prototype in detail. A case study is presented to demonstrate the system and verifies the validity of the model.

  • 본 연구는 대학연계형 일학습병행제도 하에서 경영학 이론교육의 방향성을 제안하고자 한다. 사회과학으로서 경영학 교육은 본질적으로 기술습득 중심의 교육보다는 사회현상(기업경영의 현실) 속에서 올바른 의사결정을 할 수 있는 인재를 양성하는데 있다. 동시에 일학습병행제도는 현장직무를 온전히 수행하는데 도움이 되는 인재를 양성하는데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 실무중심의 교육과 이론 중심의 교육은 유기적으로 연계되어야 하고, 그 이론 교육은 계층화되어야 한다. 또한 경영학 교육은 시의성이 보장되고 융합적 사고를 배양해야 한다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구는 현재 일학습병행제 틀에서 운영되고 있는 국내 대학의 경영학과의 교육과정을 검토하고 발전방향을 제시함으로써 향후 동 제도와 교육수준을 한 단계 업그레이드 시키는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • Performance measurement systems based on the principle that "if you can't measure it, you can't manage it" reinforce a short-term culture by focussing on tangible outputs. Instead, the focus of organisations should be on sustainable long-term performance through continuous systemic improvement. To establish and reinforce behaviours that drive systemic improvement, measurement and reporting systems need to be de designed to re-enforce work to role behaviour by managers. This paper discusses this concept and how it is being applied in practice through an ongoing action research project.

  • Unless certain limitation is increasing the number of the job type will be inevitable in the future because of development of industry, adaptation on speedy life style, and leisure oriented nuclear family style. In this paper, a prospective model of supply and demand of work force has been developed basing on various categories of industries and patterns about employees to look over efficient supply and demand of work force suiting employment of work force policies. In this paper, after Analyzing job preference, we have noticed a more stable job system and the results showed significant improvements over the existing job system.

  • Rebar work is important in terms of cost and process of reinforced concrete construction along with formwork and concrete construction, and the quality of reinforced concrete construction has a great influence on the safety and durability of the structure. Therefore it is important to thoroughly inspect the steel reinforcement after casting the concrete because it is difficult to confirm the actual condition of the reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to develop an augmented reality system to visualize the records of bar placing work, which is increasingly utilized in the construction field. In order to improve maintenance of reinforced concrete, this study suggests a plan to effectively manage the drawing information including the structural drawing, the placing drawing, and the photographed image at the construction and inspection stage, and develop a system that utilizes augmented reality technology that can display the state of the inside of a concrete structure by superimposing it on actual environment.
