정보의 상호협력을 위한 네트웍모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Model of Inter-library Cooperation's Network in the Information of Library Materials)

  • The purpose of this study is to build a model of inter-library cooperation's network in the information of library materials. Results of this study are 1. The YTational Assembly Library and the Central National I, ibrar:; should be unified. 2. The unified organization should be organized its cooperative quarter for itself (in the Central National Library). .And every library should he organized his quarter and personnel for the inter-library cooperation. 3. The cooperatior, organization in the re~ion should organized by the Regional Central Public Library. 4. In case of the Central National Library, financial problems required of the performance in the inter-library cooperation should he charged equally among the Central National Library, the library belong to the reader and the reader. In case of the regional Central Public Library, it should be charged equally arnozlg the regional Central Public Library, the library belon-g' to the reader and the reader. 5. The Regional Central Public Library in the seat of provincial government should be managed the cooperation's work of the individual library, and upward the unified Central Xarional Library should generalize. 6. The purchase of materials should be done by the character of the each library 1r:ith the assignment of the each subject should be decided in the meeting of the each library personne!. -2nd the budget for purchasing per the year should be decided on the minimum by the circumstances of the each library regionally. 7. The unified Regional Central Public Library in the seat of provincial government should be charged of the Union Catalog's expense regionally, and the Central National Library should be charged of that National Union Catalog's expense to cumulative the Fegional Union Catalog within a definite period of time. 8. Books without presentation of a specimen copy to the unified Central National Library should be purchased, and r.cr 'oe included to the National Union Catalog. 9. The cooperation of the each library should be decided on the law, and considered the character of the each region.

소형 실내 와이브로 기지국을 위한 무선 파라미터 최적화 (Radio Parameter Optimization for Indoor WiBro Radio Access Station)

  • 본 논문에서는 소형 와이브로 기지국을 실내에서 운용하고자 할 때 중앙 관리 서버를 통해 기지국의 무선 파라미터를 최적화하는 방법에 대해 논의한다. 운용요원에 의해 수동으로 기지국의 무선 파라미터가 설정되던 기존의 방식과는 달리, 원격 컨트롤러를 통해 자동으로 무선 파라미터들이 설정된다는 점에서 소형 와이브로 기지국은 자가 설정 기지국 (Self-Configurable Radio Access Station: SC-RAS)으로도 명명된다. 이러한 실내 SC-RAS 망을 도입하는 주된 목적이 전송 전력의 세기를 높여 건물 안에서 발생하는 음영지역 문제를 해결하기 위함이지만, 동시에 한 가지 고려해야 하는 점은 SC-RAS가 기존 와이브로 망에 미치는 신호 간섭을 최소화해야 한다는 것이다. 결과적으로 SC-RAS의 전송 전력과 주파수 (Frequency Assignment :FA)를 올바르게 선택하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이 SC-RAS의 무선 파라미터 최적화 문제를 혼합 정수 계획법 (Mixed Integer Programming: MIP)을 이용하여 풀고, SC-RAS 설치 전과 후의 성능을 비교 및 분석한다.

  • 제조업에 있어 공정의 효율성은 제품의 경쟁력과 직결되는 중요한 요소이다. 특히 최근 여러 국가와 FTA체결로 인해 국내외 제조업이 치열한 경쟁에 직면함에 따라 생산시간을 보다 단축하기 위한 정교한 작업관리 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동작분석 솔루션을 활용하여 제조공정의 효율성을 제고하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 동작분석 솔루션을 활용하여 최적화 검증 후 제조공정을 개선할 경우 추가적인 공정 수정 또는 보완에 소요되는 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 기업의 생산성 향상이라는 실질적 효과를 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 작업현장의 낭비개선, 작업편성효율개선, 기종교체시간 단축, 표준시간 측정 및 작업시스템 표준화 등을 구현할 수 있다.

Analytical Evaluation of FFR-aided Heterogeneous Cellular Networks with Optimal Double Threshold

  • Next Generation Beyond 4G/5G systems will rely on the deployment of small cells over conventional macrocells for achieving high spectral efficiency and improved coverage performance, especially for indoor and hotspot environments. In such heterogeneous networks, the expected performance gains can only be derived with the use of efficient interference coordination schemes, such as Fractional Frequency Reuse (FFR), which is very attractive for its simplicity and effectiveness. In this work, femtocells are deployed according to a spatial Poisson Point Process (PPP) over hexagonally shaped, 6-sector macro base stations (MeNBs) in an uncoordinated manner, operating in hybrid mode. A newly introduced intermediary region prevents cross-tier, cross-boundary interference and improves user equipment (UE) performance at the boundary of cell center and cell edge. With tools of stochastic geometry, an analytical framework for the signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio (SINR) distribution is developed to evaluate the performance of all UEs in different spatial locations, with consideration to both co-tier and cross-tier interference. Using the SINR distribution framework, average network throughput per tier is derived together with a newly proposed harmonic mean, which ensures fairness in resource allocation amongst all UEs. Finally, the FFR network parameters are optimized for maximizing average network throughput, and the harmonic mean using a fair resource assignment constraint. Numerical results verify the proposed analytical framework, and provide insights into design trade-offs between maximizing throughput and user fairness by appropriately adjusting the spatial partitioning thresholds, the spectrum allocation factor, and the femtocell density.

단위 취약점 식별자 부여 자동화에 대한 연구 (A study on automation of AV(Atomic Vulnerability) ID assignment)

  • 단위 취약점(atomic vulnerability)은 기존의 취약점의 표현방법이 갖는 모호성을 개선하여, 취약점을 시스템적으로 표현하기 위한 취약점의 새로운 정의이다. 단위 취약점은 취약점의 유형, 위치, 결과 등에 따라 보다 세분화하여, 취약점을 의미를 중심으로 분석하고 자 할 때 필요한 정보로서, 기존의 취약점은 몇 개의 단위 취약점 식별자의 조합으로 표현된다. 현재 가장 대표적으로 사용되는 취약점 정보인 CW(Common Vulnerability Exposure)의 경우, 취약점의 핵심적인 내용을 자연어 형태의 설명(description)을 통해 제시한다. 이러한 CVE의 설명 정보는, 정형화되어 있지 않아서 단위 취약점 분석을 위해서는 기존의 CVE 설명 정보에서 특정 단어들을 검색하여 데이터를 분류하는 자연어 검색 및 판단 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자연어 검색 기법을 이용하여 단위 취약점 분석에 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 설계하고 이를 실제 구현한 결과를 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구의 기여점은 설명위주의 취약점 표현을 정형화된 형태로 변환해 주는 소프트웨어 시스템의 개발에 있다.

20~30대 패션업계 종사자들의 이직과 스트레스에 대한 심층연구 (In-depth Study on the Turnover and Stress of Fashion Industry Workers in Their 20s-30s)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth examination into the cause of stress as well as reasons for turnover relative to fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s, thereby seeking effective improvement methods to reduce turnover. The study method consisted of one-on-one in-depth interviews to collect data on 15 fashion industry workers. Results were as follow. First, causes of stress for fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s include work related factors, interpersonal relations, and organizational culture, while the most frequently mentioned reasons for turnover were concerns about career track and aptitude as well as annual salary, revealing that self-improvement related growth potential is the most significant factor for turnover. Second, it was not one stress factor that influenced turnover but a composite of several stress factors that motivated individuals to change jobs. Last, time flexibility, self-esteem, and development potential were critical factors for turnover. Self-esteem and development potential that provide a sense of acknowledgment were especially emphasized as the most significant, revealing that the younger generation considers personal happiness to be critical and the more this aspect is not treated adequately the more the odds of choosing turnover. To mitigate this issue, an in-house educational system for self-development and an assignment rotation system must be adopted for workers to change to positions that fit their aptitude.

  • Recently the demand for civil security and security guards shows rapid growth. However the supply and training system have some limitations. Educational and training systems for civil body and security guards are in the basic level and private organizations trained the professional work force. So this paper is showing what a social dominant factor and a divice of development of the private security. Capitalism is based on a material desire of the human being. the social control of capital value and the management of capital ability reflects the actual condition of the capitalism well. The unconstrained growing and the expansion of capitalism, it finally lost social meaning and an importance of human being element and the safety of the civilian life, began to threat the security of citizen by forming over the material center structure of society. Improving human life quality and material richness on their life leads positive factor of capitalism whereas is causing several crimes through the society which is being threatened around a human being life for a negative factor of the capitalism. Therefore capitalistic social system has offered both a positive factor 'growing' and 'richness' and that of a negative 'structural poverty' and 'lack of security' and they have been remaining the assignment of capitalism 'poverty' and 'security' by settlement in the society for a extremely phenomenon of both sides. In Korea because their recognition of the study approach and the social safety for social security control function is still staying first step and our daily life is annoying from various threat of the society. many studies and the realistic necessity of experience related with social security is being studied. In addition. The development possibility of the civil guard and defense at the civil field which will be keep the social security has a wide position but its study approach and realistic comprehension is still in insufficient condition.

A COMPARISON STUDY OF SPACE RADIATION DOSE ANALYSIS PROGRAMS: SPENVIS SECTORING TOOL AND SIGMA II

  • A space radiation analysis has been used to evaluate an ability of electronic equipment boxes or spacecrafts to endure various radiation effects, so it helps design thicknesses of structure and allocate components to meet the radiation requirements. A comparison study of space radiation dose analysis programs SPENVIS Sectoring Tool (SST) and SIGMA II is conducted through some structure cases, simple sphere shell, box and representative satellite configurations. The results and a discussion of comparison will be given. A general comparison will be shown for understanding those programs. The both programs use the same strategy, solid angle sectoring with ray-tracing method to produce an approximate dose at points in representative simple and complex models of spacecraft structures. Also the particle environment data corresponding to mission specification and radiation transport data are used as input data. But there are distinctions between them. The specification of geometry model and its input scheme, the assignment of dose point and the numbers, the prerequisite programs and ways of representing results will be discussed. SST is a web-based interactive program for sectoring analysis of complex geometries. It may be useful for a preliminary dose assessment with user-friendly interfaces and a package approach. SIGMA II is able to obtain from RSICC (Radiation Safety Information Computational Center) as a FOR-TRAN 77 source code. It may be suitable for either parametric preliminary design or detailed final design, e.g. a manned flight or radiation-sensitive component configuration design. It needs some debugs, recompiling and a tedious work to make geometrical quadric surfaces for actual spacecraft configuration, and has poor documentation. 2개의 밑수를 이용한 Flash A/D 변환기 (A New Flash A/D Converter Adopting Double Base Number System)

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 신호를 실시간으로 처리하기 인한 TIQ 방식의 Flash 6-bit ADC 회로를 설계하였다. 새로운 논리회로 설계나 소자들의 근접 배치로 ADC의 속도를 향상시키는 대신에 새로운 코드를 이용하여 DSP의 처리능력을 높이도록 하였다. 제안한 코드는 ADC의 출력으로 이진수를 세공하지 않고 2와 3진법을 동시에 사용하는 Double Base Number System(DBNS)방법이다. 전압은 기존의 이진수를 표시하는 방법과 동일하지만, 밑수로 2와 3의 두개를 동시에 사용하여 합의 형태로 표현하는 방법이다. DBNS 표현법은 곱셈기와 가산기를 이용하지 않고 연산을 좌우로 이동하여 연산을 신속히 처리할 수 있다. 디지털 신호처리에서 사용하는 DBNS는 합의 수가 적도록 Canonical 표현을 구하는 알고리즘을 사용하지만, A/D 변환기에서는 Fan-In 문제가 발생하여 균일한 분포를 이루도록 하는 새로운 알고리즘을 개발하였다. HSPICE를 이용한 ADC의 시뮬레이션 결과 0.18um 공정에서 최고 동작속도는 1.6 GSPS이며 최대 소비전력은 38.71mW이였다.

  • The built-in kitchen that is seen in every household is one of the achievements of the modernism architecture in early 20th century. Developed on the basis of two axis, one of which is the high industrialization and the other the sceptical assessment on the traditional value-system, the 20th century was launched in the form of the twofold entanglement, through the unfolding of which the cultural code of the modernism could be operated. The Quantification of the psychic that was attempted by H. v. Helmholtz and E. Mach in the pursuit of the reunification of sensation to the normal science was the first thread of that, while the second the break-down of the authoritative ideology and the emancipation of woman labour, which were initiated by the leftist movements. In this situation Margarete Schutte-Lihotzky was the woman architect who has tried to overcome the patriarchism in the household through architectural work by dwelling on that the emancipation of the housewives from the inefficient household labour is directly connected with the accomplishment of human freedom. She applied the modernist functionalism to the designing the kitchen for that purpose and outlined the effective range and operational realm of the rationalization. After all this the future preoccupying endeavor became the decisive moment that gave birth to a aesthetically and functionally good deliberated design of the kitchen in the present. This study is purposed to actualize the architectural ideas of Lihotzky into the present context through the consideration on the Frankfurt Kitchen of her and to grope for the relationship between architecture and feminism on the common horizon of the functionalist architecture and the women's liberation.
