초고층 주상복합 건축물 마감공사의 공종별 생산성 비교에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Productivity Analysis of Finishing Works on Super High-rise Mixed_use Building)

  • Super high-rise mixed use buildings require a longer period for construction. Especially finishing work takes up about 40% of the whole construction period. Thus, finishing work is becoming an important factor in determining the construction period along with earth work and frame work. As the expected returns added by the reduction of the period and cost in constructing super high-rise mixed use buildings are huge, the expectations are now increasing for the possible gains. In this respect, as the period of finishing work is easier to be shortened than that of frame work, the efforts to acquire the technical knowledge to reduce the finishing work period are now being required. Accordingly, in this study, we aimed at suggesting the basic data for designing an economic plan for finishing-work procedure by analyzing the productivity of each work type of finishing work procedure on the basis of the execution and results of a construction method as a time-flexible finishing work plan. For this, we categorized the work types of finishing work procedure into each work unit and provided a work-system for each of them. Also, with case studies, we calculated the detailed amounts of the work-loads, required materials, productivity, and productivity index of the main work types of finishing work procedure and each of their separate work units as well as analyzed the relationship between the value results to suggest a better way to improve its productivity.

Devising a Training Method for Assembly Work by Employing Disassembly

  • Efficiency in work training is a perennial issue due to high-diversity low-volume production, particularly for manufacturers producing office machines which are manually assembled by workers. To reduce the training cost, parts used in training are usually reused; a trainer disassembles a product assembled by a worker in training. This paper proposes a training method that employs disassembly usually performed by a trainer. This method assigns both assembly and disassembly to a worker in training, in contrast to the conventional method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is experimentally discussed in terms of learning assembly motions and work procedure at each learning stage, namely, "undergoing learning," "immediately after learning," and "seven days after learning." The effectiveness of the training method is confirmed. The method improves the stability of work procedure recollection immediately after training. Furthermore, at seven days after training, it improves retention of the assembly motions and work procedure, and also promotes and maintains memory related to product structure.

플랜트프로젝트 사업관리 업무절차 개선을 위한 EPC 수행단계별 BPM모델 개발 (Development of EPC Business Process Management Model for Improving Plant Project Management)

  • 플랜트 산업은 여러 가지 요소기술이 복합적으로 적용되고, 엔지니어링, 기자재 제작기술, 컨설팅, 파이낸싱 등의 지식서비스를 필요로 하는 차세대 성장동력 산업임에도 불구하고, 국내의 실정은 프로젝트 사업관리가 체계적이지 못했던 것이 사실이다. 따라서 관련 기술력에 대한국가차원의 선진화 전략과 프로젝트 수행단계별 업무절차의 정립이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 사업관리 효율증대를 위한 표준화된 업무절차 정립을 목적으로 다음의 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 국내외 업무절차서와 관련된 문헌조사 및 12개 대형플랜트건설사의 업무절차서를 수집하였다. 둘째, 수집된 업무절차서의 분석을 통해 현재 산업계에서 사용하고 있는 업무절차서의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 도출하였다. 셋째, 미국 PMI의 프로젝트관리 지식체계의 모태인 PMBOK의 이론과 CMAA의 건설사업환기 업무범위를 활용하고 국제표준화기구가 제정하고 시행하는 ISO 9001:2000 규정을 착용하여 EPC프로젝트의 효율적인 관기를 위해 필요한 EPC수행단계별 21개의 중점관리요소를 포함한 업무절차 매트릭스를 도출하였고, 전문가 자문을 통한 '계획 및 설계단계', '구매조달단계', '시공 및 시운전단계'별 176개의 '주요단위업무'를 도출하였다. 넷째, 도출된 EPC 수행단계별 주요단위업무를 Business Process 관점으로 재설계하고, 전문가 자문과 검증을 통하여 총176개의 업무절차 BPM모델을 개발하였다. 최종단계로, 'EPC 수행단계별 업무절차BPM모델'의 시스템 개발모델을 제안하였다.

국내 침몰유조선 잔존유 회수작업의 합리적 종료절차 제안 (A Proposition on Reasonable Termination Procedure in Remaining-oil Recovery Work from a Sunken Tanker in Korean Territory)

  • 선박 침몰사고 중 유조선이 침몰한 경우에는 일반적으로 대형 유류오염사고를 예방하기 위해 잔존유를 회수해야만 한다. 그러나 수중작업의 특성상 이러한 잔존유 회수작업 완료 후 육안으로 완료 상태를 확인하기 곤란하므로 합리적인 회수작업 종료절차 수립이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 실제 이루어 진 두 차례의 잔존유 회수작업 사례(제1유일호 및 제3오성호, 경신호)의 서로 다른 회수방법에 따른 작업종료 절차의 상호 비교분석을 통해 합리적 작업종료 절차를 제안하였다. 구체적으로 과거 적용된 방법 및 기술을 조사하여, 작업의 신속성, 안전성, 경제성 등 다양한 각도에서 상호 비교분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 잔존유 회수작업 종료절차는 화물유 탱크별 잔존유 회수 및 세척작업 진행 중 독립검정사가 만족할만한 수준에서 화물유 탱크별 선체 최상단부분의 잔존유 유무를 막대로 확인하고, 선체 최상단부 또는 해치를 개방하는 순서로 단계별로 구분되어 진행된다. 또한, 각 단계별 진행과정은 발주자, 작업수행자, 독립검정사 상호간 협의에 따라 탄력적 적용이 가능토록 설계되었다.

  • In this study, a hazard analysis was performed on the accident related work in the operational railway during 2000-2006 years in order to establish risk assesment procedure for work in the operational railway. As a result of hazard analysis, various hazard events for person accident and operation incident were identified, and risk for the each events was evaluated. Also risk matrix was structurized for setting the risk control criteria.

효율적인 일반화 자료처리를 위한 작업공정 개발 (Developing a Work Procedure for Efficient Map Generalization)

  • 본 연구는 대축척 수치지도 ver. 2.0(1/5,000)을 이용하여 소축척 수치지도 ver. 2.0(1/25,000)으로 제작하기 위한 처리공정을 개발하였다. 기존 수치지도와 달리 수치지도 ver. 2.0은 속성정보 및 면처리 등 많은 정보들을 포함하고 있기 때문에 이를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 소축척 수치지도의 지형 지물코드에 포함되지 않는 레이어를 삭제하고, 자료처리를 8대 지형 지물별로 분류하여 처리한 후, 자료를 병합하는 과정으로 작업공정을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 작업공정은 향후 최적 자동일반화시스템 개발시 기초자료로 이용할 수 있을 것이고, 소축척 수치지도 및 각종 주제도 제작에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION OF SOFTWARE RELIABILITY GROWTH MODELS TO NPP PSA

  • As the use of software increases at nuclear power plants (NPPs), the necessity for including software reliability and/or safety into the NPP Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) rises. This work proposes an application procedure of software reliability growth models (RGMs), which are most widely used to quantify software reliability, to NPP PSA. Through the proposed procedure, it can be determined if a software reliability growth model can be applied to the NPP PSA before its real application. The procedure proposed in this work is expected to be very helpful for incorporating software into NPP PSA.

아동의 침습적 처치시 부모와 간호사의 지지행위 (Supportive Behavior of Parents and Nurses During Children's Invasive Procedure)

  • Purpose: This study was to understand actual state of supportive behavior of parents and nurses during invasive procedure for children who visit emergency medical center. Method: The object group was children's parents who have from 0 to 7 aged children takes invasive procedure except neonates and nurses who take part in the invasive procedure. Among them, 80 children's parents and 31 nurses were selected. For data analysis, SPSS for Window 8.0 was used and especially content analysis was performed for concrete supportive behavior of parents and nurses by survey. Results: Supportive behavior of parents and nurses during children's invasive procedure gave negative influences to the children, because most parents supplied poor supportive behavior without preparation, nurses performed work-oriented and treatment-oriented nursing due to speciality and busy business in emergency medical center. Conclusion: To lead positive and affirmative supportive behavior of parents and nurses during children's invasive procedure, for parents, positive supportive behavior ability must be strengthen through the overall education about children's invasive procedure when they visit emergency medical center or go to hospital: for nurses, hospital must provide successive instruction and policy to make nurses perform not work-oriented but patient-oriented nursing and positive supportive behavior.

철도차량 운전실의 작업환경 개선을 위한 요건관리 및 시험평가 방안에 관한 연구 (On the Development of Requirements and Test and Evaluation Procedure for Improving the Work Environment of Locomotive Cabs)

  • Recent trends in rail industry can be characterized by the multifunctionality and very high-speed modes of operations. In particular, the adoption of the unmaned or operatorless operations has been getting increased attention in which case ensuring systems safety is crucial. On the other hand, according to the result of analyzing rail accidents, the human/operator errors have turned out to be one of the key causes of the accidents. Therefore, the effort of improving the work environment of locomotive cabs is quite necessary in order to decrease the accidents. The objective of this paper is studying on how to incorporate the factors related to the train operators in the design of the locomotive cabs and also on how to evaluate the design results obtained, which is subsequently reflected in the generation of the test and evaluation procedure. The approach taken is based on systems engineering, yielding the procedure document as a result. The results obtained in the paper can be useful in confirming the design of locomotive cabs utilizing the domestic human/operator measure. Also, the way of achieving the objectives can be utilized to cover the expanded rail systems development with appropriate design activities added.

발전플랜트 설계 인터페이스 중심의 건축설계절차 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Architectural Design Process on the Interface in Designing of Power Plant)

  • The cooperation with other work types and designing procedure in plant industry and engineering showed clear differences from general construction industries. Current problems are that design's consistency is reduced because of the false system of interface and it ultimately causes frequency changes of design and delayed submission of final book. To solve the problems, the improvements of designing procedure were studied by focusing on the field of architectural designing and the range was limited from power plant construction industry to engineering designing field. If combining GA with the field of architectural designing and receiving data previously, it's possible to conduct expectable designing on small changes in the future, so it's expected to improve greatly cooperation with interface among the work types of power plant engineering received previously from the aspect of consistency. For the application of designing tool, a checklist, interim check will be conducted if progressed by list's division in the designing procedure, not book's completing period. In the interface among the designing work types, direct confirmation and revision must be conducted. In case of 3D modeling, the reflection of input data must be conducted from the basic designing so as to solve interferences intensively.
