The Role of IT Usage in Mediating the Relationship between Knowledge Sharing and Academics Performance

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing and academic performance in the context of quality-assurance related work. It furthermore aims to explore the role of information technology in mediating this relationship. Quantitative method was applied to collect data from the participants using an online-based questionnaire. Convenience sampling technique was used. The responses were collected from 140 participants in a university from Saudi Arabia. The study found a strong positive relationship between knowledge sharing and individual performance. It was also found out that information technology partially mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and individual performance. The research unearths the significant contribution made by information technology in mediating the relationship between individual-level knowledge sharing and the individual performance. This helps to understand the positive impacts on individual work performance in institutions of higher education that would be derived if individuals use various forms of IT to share knowledge. The focus of the research is the individual performance as the pertinent contribution towards positive outcomes in institutional performance.

감시제어작업에서 긴급상황의 수행도 분석 (An Analysis of Supervisory Control Performance under Urgent Enviornments)

  • Work environments have been changed with the advent of new technologies, such as computer technology. The newer technologies, the more changes in our work conditions. However, human cognitive limits can't keep up with the change of work environments. Mental workload has been an important factors in designing modem work environments such as human-computer interaction. Designing man-machine systems requires knowledge and evaluation of the human cognitive processes which control information flow workload. Futhermore, under an urgent situation, human operator may suffer the work stress, work error, and resultant deleterious work performance. To describe the work performance in the urgent work situations, with time stress and dynamic event occurence, a new concept of information density was introduced. For a series of experiments performed for this study, three independent variables(information amount system processing time, information density) were evaluated using such dependent variables as reaction time, number of error, and number of failure. The results of statistical anlysiss indicate that the amount of information effected on all of five dependent measure. Number of failure and number of secondary task score were effected by both amount of information and operational speed of system, but reaction time of secondary task were effected by both amount of information and information density.

This paper evaluate the visual factors of major information processing factors(information density, amount of information, operational speed of speed)on operator performance of supervisory control under urgent(limited reaction time)environments which require deleterious work condition. To describe the work performance int the urgent work situations with time stress and dynamic event occurrence, a new concept of information density was introduced. For a series of experiments performed for this study, three independent variables(information amount, system proceeding speed, information density) were evaluated using five dependent variables. The result of statistical analyses indicate that the amount of information affected on all of five dependent measure. Number of failure and number of secondary task score were influenced by both amount of information and operational speed of system. However reaction time of secondary task were affected by both amount of information and information density. As a result, the deleterious factors for the performances seemed to be a scanning time to supervise each control panel. Consequently, a new display panel was suggest to reduce operator work load for scanning task showing better operator performance.

간호사의 의사소통과 셀프리더십이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Nurse's Communication and Self-Leadership on Nursing Performance)

  • Purpose: The study is to investigate the effect of communication and self-leadership on nursing performance. Methods: The subjects of study were composed of 358 nurses at a G city university hospital, tested with structured questionnaire from September 15 to 30, 2010. The collected data were analyzed with ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: The level of communication, self-leadership, and nursing performance was 3.37, 3.38 and 3.70 respectively in average. The variables showing significant difference in communication were as follows: age, marital status, religious status, education, monthly income, work department and work experience. Also, the variables in nursing performance were as follows: age, marital status, religious status, education, education, monthly income, position, working department and work experience. Communication, self-leadership and nursing performance of nurse showed significant positive correlation. Nursing performance was positively correlated with monthly income, when it exceeded 2.01 million won, career experience and self-leadership (p<.001). These variables explained 53.7% of the regression model. Conclusion: Since monthly income, work experience, communication and self-leadership have positive effect on nursing performance, an effective strategy is required to improve self-leadership and nurse's communication.

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 MBTI 유형에 따른 직무스트레스, 간호문제해결능력, 간호업무성과와 직무스트레스, 간호문제해결능력이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 G 도 의료기관에 근무 중인 간호사 141명이며, 자료수집은 2024년 3월 01부터 3월 31일까지 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관관계, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. MBTI의 4가지 심리기능유형에서 SF형(동정적이고 우호적인 유형)이 가장 많았고, 심리기질유형에서는 SP형(감각적이면서 개방적인 유형)이 가장 많았다. 간호업무성과는 직무자원스트레스와 음의 상관관계가 있었고, 간호문제해결능력과 정적 상관관계가 있으며, 문제인식, 정보수집, 기획력, 평가와 정적상관관계가 있었다. 간호업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인은 직무자원이었고 간호문제해결능력 하위요인인 문제인식이 간호업무성과를 가장 잘 예측하는 요인으로 나타났고, 그 다음은 기획력 순이었다. 설명력은 17.8%이었다. 본 연구결과는 간호사의 성격에 대한 이해를 높일 뿐 아니라 간호사의 업무성과와 관련된 요인을 조사함으로써 효율적인 간호 관리지침을 마련하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 간호업무성과를 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 방안을 통해 숙련된 간호업무로 질 높은 간호를 수행할 수 있도록 프로그램 활성화 및 교육의 기회 제공과 병원조직의 제도적인 지지가 필요하다.

  • This study intends to find the empirical relationship between influential factors of CRM realization and performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of managerial support factors on customer orientation, work performance, and customer performance in the banking institutions. First, it is analyzed to find what kind of effects the major factor of CRM system may have on customer orientation. Then, the impacts of the customer orientation on the performance are to be analyzed. Lastly, it is analyzed that the work performance affects the customer performance.

임상간호사의 감성지능과 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence, Nursing Work Environment on Nursing Work Performance in Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 간호업무성과에 감성지능과 간호근무환경이 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 시도되었다. 자료는 2016년 9월 29일부터 10월 13일까지 임상간호사 222명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였고, SPSS WIN Version 22.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 임상간호사의 간호업무성과는 감성지능과 간호근무환경과는 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 대상자의 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감성지능, 연령, 간호직만족도, 간호근무환경 및 간호부서로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 50%였다. 따라서, 임상간호사의 간호업무성과를 높이기 위해서는 감성지능, 연령, 간호직만족도, 간호근무환경 및 간호부서를 고려하여 중재프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.

일-가정생활의 갈등이 조직구성원의 성과에 미치는 영향 (Work-Family Conflict and Employees' Performance)

  • 일-가정생활 갈등은 구성원의 직무만족과 이직 등 조직성과에 영향을 미친다. 이에 따라 근로자들의 일과 가정생활의 병행으로 인한 갈등을 해소할 수 있는 인사제도의 적용이 필요하다. 한편 기업의 가족친화제도는 일-가정생활 갈등의 부정적인 영향을 감소시킨다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 가족친화제도를 일-가정생활에서 발생하는 갈등 완화의 메커니즘으로 파악하여 그 구체적인 영향관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는 가족친화제도가 일-가정생활 갈등과 조직성과 간의 관계를 유의미하게 변화시킨다는 가정 아래 연구모형을 설정하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 일-가정생활 갈등 가운데 행동근거 갈등은 직무만족 및 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 사실을 확인하였다. 일-가정생활 갈등은 가족친화제도와 상호작용을 통해 이직의도에 변화를 가져왔다. 특히 시간근거 긴장근거 갈등은 탄력적 근무제도, 보육 및 육아 지원제도와 상호작용을 통해 이직의도를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다.

보건소 방문보건인력의 방문보건 업무수행 실태 조사 (An Analysis of the Work of Visiting Health Care Providers In Public Health Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the work of visiting health care providers in public health centers. A descriptive analysis of self-records for work data from 875 visiting health care providers working in 242 public health centers in South Korea was done. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The number of households for each visiting health care provider ranged from under 100 households to over 500 households. 2. Low performance was found for several items on the work list for visiting health care providers. 3. There were significant differences in the work performance of visiting health care providers between nurses and nursing assistants. 4. There were significant differences in the work performance of visiting health care providers according to region. In conclusion. work performance of visiting health care providers was low and differed according to type of occupation and region. This study suggest the need for further studies which analyse the quality of visiting health care providers and services, and the visiting health care system.
