지역공공보건조직의 역량과 조직성과 (Organizational Capacity and Performance of Local Public Health in Korea)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of capacity of local health organization to regional characteristics and the influence of organizational capacity on organizational performance. Methods: The study used the secondary data for 160 local public health organizations from $5^{th}$ Community Health Plans and 2009 Community Health Survey. The collected data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results: Work force and budget showed differences in regional size and elderly population rate. And consumer satisfaction and health care utilization showed differenced in work force and budget. The regression model with total number of employee, number of registered nurses, number of doctors and budget against consumer satisfaction was statistically significant (F=14.70, p=<.001), and number of registered nurses was identified as a factor influencing consumer satisfaction. This model also explained 20.5% of service satisfaction. The regression model for consumer satisfaction was statistically significant (F=45.98, p=<.001), and total number of employee nurses was identified as a factor influencing health care utilization. This model also explained 53.1% of utilization. Conclusions: The findings of this study imply that organizational capacity as work force and budget should be increased to improve the organizational performance as consumer satisfaction and health care utilization.

실물대모형 및 1/5, 1/10축소모형의 자연채광 성능평가에 관한 비교분석 (Comparative Daylighting Performance Analysis of Offices in 1/10, 1/5 Scale Models and Mock-up Model)

  • Mock-up model can be applied to measure accurate performance data but difficult to apply the variables in experiment. There can be a slight experiment errors in Scale model, but various parameters can be applied for a objective experiment. This paper aims to compare the daylighting performance in 1, 1/5, 1/10 scale model of offices and analyze the experiment errors to certificate the influence of model experiment. To analyse daylighting performance, a comparison of a Mock-up model, sized $12.0m(w){\times}7.2m(l){\times}3.7m(h)$, designed for experimentation of daylighting systems and its 1:5, 1:10 scale model. It has an identical configuration of reference room and the test room. For the test room, the lightshelf system was designed as Micro-4 reflective material. To assess work plane illuminance and light factor, photometric sensors of each room were installed at work-plane(6 points) and exterior horizontal illuminance (1 point). And luminance of window, rare of the room was measured under clear sky. It is to be monitored by Agilent data logger, photometric sensor Li-cor and the Radiant Imaging ProMetric 1400. Comparisons with a light factor, increase-decrease ratio and luminance are discussed.

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to validated the effectiveness of the information gap in work and daliy life satisfaction. Additionally, this study attempted to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem. Methods : The study examined 327 students who participated in a study on the PSWCI 1st Wave by KCOMWEL. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics using the reliability test in SPSS 22.0 Ver. Moreover, hypothesis testing was analyzed with covariance based on structure equation modeling (CB-SEM) using Amos 21.0 Ver. Results : The low information gap has a positive effect on satisfaction with work and daily life. Additionally, self-esteem also has a positive effect on each satisfaction measure. However, self-esteem does not have a mediating effect between information gap and each satisfaction measure. Conclusions : The results of the study found the factor of effect on effect factor on beneficiary's satisfaction of industrial accident compensation insurance. Therefore, new ways need to be found that reduce the information gap and increase self-esteem.

한국 정신간호영역에서의 간호업무환경 측정도구의 타당화 연구 (Validation Study of the Practice Environment Scale of Nursing Work Index for Psychiatric Hospital Nurses in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test the reliability and the validity of the Practice Environment Scale of Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI) scale when applied to Korean psychiatric nurses working in the psychiatric hospital in Korea. Methods: Data from 224 psychiatric nurses working in the 6 psychiatric hospitals in Korea were analyzed using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, item total correlation, and exploratory factor analysis. Results: The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for the 27 items from the PES-NWI were .93, and the item total correlation coefficients ranged from .38 to .64. Six factors which explained 61.2 of variance in the perception of practice environment, emerged; nurse professional role and development, nurse manager ability, leadership, and support of nurses, staffing and resource adequacy, nursing foundation for quality of care, collegial nurse-physician relations, co-worker's ability and qualification. Five derived factors reconstructed, and two factors were renamed. Conclusion: Findings demonstrate that not all but 27 items from PES-NWI is a reliable and valid scale when applied to Korean psychiatric nurses working in Korea. Also findings indicate that Korean psychiatric nurses perceive practice environment differently than American nurses but have some point of similarities with Asian nurses working in the United States.

간호사의 의료과오 책임에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Nurse's Medical Malpractice Liability)

  • Nurses are medical care providers most closely associated with the national health. Their works are subdivided and specialized, and it is such a factor making nurse's role more important, and with the appearance of specialized nurses, they have secured a position as an independent medical care provider. As the domain of nurse's service becomes broader, there are more accidents and disputes related to nurses. However, there are not many studies conducted on such problems, and even when medical disputes take place related to nurses, the court does not make consistent judgments as a matter of fact. Besides, as the ambiguity of nurse's range of service and the lack of nursing workforce work as a factor causing nurse's medical malpractice, more legal discussions and studies are required to seek proper solutions to such problems. Thus, as a plan to clarify legal issues likely to occur due to nurse's medical practice, this study classified nurse's work into medical assistance practice and other jobs based on their own independent judgments, and proposed establishing concrete regulations on the range of their work, while reviewing common problems extracted from precedents related nurse's medical malpractice. Moreover, while examining Japanese precedents related to the Act of Medical Service Personnel, Nurses and Midwives, which is the sole act of nurses in Japan, this study reviewed the necessity of revising the present nurse-related regulations in Medical Service Act, or enacting a sole act of nurses.

패밀리 레스토랑 종사원의 직무 만족도에 관한 연구 -서울시내 패밀리 레스토랑을 중심으로- (A Study on Foodservice Industry Employee′s Job Satisfacrion Level)

  • To develop and improve as the finest foodservice industry, it has to secure the best team organized by the most satisfied employees. It is very important for foodservice industry to have the organization efficiency and study all kinds of factors to be influenced by several conditions. This study was focused on some matters to achieve the foodservice industry's business goal as well as to satisfy the employees. 1, the writer, set up four hypotheses for the examination. First, there will be not an interrelation between the employee's satisfaction and sex, age, marriage, educational background, and eager level. Second, there will be not an intreation between the employee's satisfaction and work period, position, department and major. This study could get some result from the analysis suggested by the above hypotheses. The following are the further explanation including some outstanding feature from the analysis based on the human resource: first for the category about the level of job satisfaction evaluated by the census, foodservice industry employee's job satisfaction depends upon the atmosphere in which employes could enjoy their work. Even the promotion chance can be made in the environment of creative and active working condition. Finally, the promotion chance can be realize not through the employee's attitude assuming the motivation factor to be difference from hygiene factor, but through keeping their work carried out in various activity.

  • RFID 시장에서 성장률이 가장 높은 물류/유통 분야를 볼 때 물류/유통 분야 또는 소규모 작업장에서 여러 스텝의 체계가 필요하다. 이러한 환경에서 RFID READER의 제품의 성능은 가장 중요한 FACTOR 가 된다. 이는 RFID READER에서의 주파수 운용의 지원이 이루어지지 않으면, RFID를 적용하는데 있어 많은 어려움이 있을 수 있으며, 좁은 공간의 많은 리더 사용으로 인한 관리에서도 많은 어려움이 있을 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 복수 리더 환경 및 전체 업그레이드 상황 보고 등은 매우 중요한 기능이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 자가 진단 기능을 갖는 RFID 리더 플랫폼에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

  • The current evaluation time period for the construction management service is the project completion or after project completion. Therefore, the construction manager has the following problems. First, it is difficult to prepare the evaluation due to the new field movement of the existing participating engineer. Next, the CM work is complex as well as extensive. Therefore, the critical success factors of the construction technology services evaluation are required as a systematic performance standard of CM work. In this study, we extracted the critical success factors that can systematically prepare the evaluation from the early stage of the project through in - depth interviews with experts. And, this study was analyze the priority of each factor by using AHP technique. As a result, the most important factors were related to the systemization of the preparation process, the construction manager work capabilities and practical construction management. And the priorities of all factors were analyzed high in the factors suggested by the owner groups. The results of this analysis are expected to provide the standards that construction management service performer carry out structured management of construction management throughout the project.

  • This work aims to focus on the current features and characteristics of Human Element and Artificial intelligence (AI), ask some questions about future information security, and whether we can avoid human errors by improving machine learning and AI or invest in human knowledge more and work them both together in the best way possible? This work represents several related research results on human behavior towards information security, specified with elements and factors like knowledge and attitude, and how much are they invested for ISA (information security awareness), then presenting some of the latest studies on AI and their contributions to further improvements, making the field more securely advanced, we aim to open a new type of thinking in the cybersecurity field and we wish our suggestions of utilizing each point of strengths in both human attributions in software security and the existence of a well-built AI are going to make better future software security.

한국어판 사회복지 가치 지향 척도(Professional Opinion Scale)의 신뢰도와 타당도 평가 - 사회복지 실천가를 대상으로 - (Validation of a Korean Version of the Professional Opinion Scale)

  • 본 연구는 국내 연구와 실천현장에서 사회복지 실천가들의 사회복지 가치 지향 정도를 가시적으로 측정해 낼 수 있는 적정한 척도가 부재하다는 한계점을 인식하고, 국외에서 개발된 대표적인 사회복지 가치 척도인 Professional Opinion Scale(POS)을 우리말로 번안한 후, 신뢰도, 타당도를 평가하여 국내 사회복지 상황에 유용한 척도를 개발하고자 하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 한국어판 POS는 영어판 POS와 마찬가지로 4가지 차원(기본 권리에 대한 존중, 자기결정에 대한 지지, 사회적 책임감에 대한 의식, 개인 자유에 대한 책무)으로 구성되었음을 확인하였다. 한국어판 사회복지 가치 지향 척도의 신뢰도는 양호하였으며, 옹호척도와 정적상관관계를 보여, 척도의 수렴타당도가 입증되었다. 본 연구를 통해 사회복지 실천가들의 가치 지향과 관련한 논의가 활성화되고, 실천현장의 서비스와 사회복지 가치 지향과의 관련성을 보다 용이하게 파악할 수 있길 기대한다.
