요양시설의 유용조도 분석에 관한 연구 -기상데이터 기반 동적 자연채광 시뮬레이션을 기반으로- (The Study on the Analysis of Useful Daylight Illuminance in Care Facilities - By Dynamic Daylight Simulation Using Weather Data -)

  • Daylight is highly beneficial for improving the indoor environmental quality and reducing building energy consumption, daylighting applications are scarcely considered, especially during the care facility design process, because of lack of previous studies on elderly- light environment and complex simulation process. Therefore, daylighting process were performed using ECOTECT, which has various advantage such as easy user interface and simple simulation processes. Moreover, dynamic daylight simulation were performed using whether data. Static simulation are performed to compute static metrics such as daylight factor, whereas dynamic simulation are performed for dynamic metrics such as daylight autonomy and useful daylight illuminance using annual weather data On the basis of daylight autonomy and useful daylight illuminance analysis result, variations in annual daylight performances. A parametric and regression analysis of the window-to-wall ratio and visible transmittance showed that daylight factor, daylight autonomy increased with window-to-wall ratio and visible transmittance. It can be concluded that this new daylight criteria. useful daylight illuminance, will enable architect to obtain better fenestration design.

  • Vanadium dioxide ($VO_2$) is a well-known material that exhibits a metal-semiconductor transition at 340 K, with drastic change of transmittance at NIR region. However, $VO_2$ based thermochromics accompany with low visible transmittance value and unfavorable color (brownish yellow). Herein, we demonstrate the adjustment of visible transmittance of $VO_2$ thin film by nanosphere template assisted patterning process using sol-gel method. 2-Dimenstional honeycomb shape was varied as function of diameter of nanosphere and coating conditions. The morphological geometry of the films was investigated by FE-SEM and AFM. Result shows that inversed shape of nanosphere was formed clearly and pattern width was altered according to the bead size. This structure creates the geometrical blank area from the position of nanosphere which improves the optical transmittance at the visible region. Moreover, such patterned $VO_2$ thin film not only maintains the optical switching efficiency, but also generate the gorgeous scattering effect which presumably support the glazing application.

  • In accordance with the guidelines on the balcony structure changes in December 2005, most of tenants were moving into apartment housing, expand the balcony, but some large deviation between the price construction costs set of cases, due to overuse and the cause of the dispute, and the housing law amended in 2007 due to price cap system is implemented, the cost of expansion the balcony overdose pointed out that there is set to boost the sale price has been raised. These issues in order to improve the government in January 2008, the "Note costs by the balcony expansion" suggested guidelines to protect the rights of tenants and wants to promote the settlement of the sale price cap system. This study calculated the "Note costs by the balcony expansion" window system based on double or single, high performance insulation window system of the quantitative performance analysis of each type window that purpose.

  • To retrieve Sea Surface Temperature(SST) from NOAA-AVHRR imagery the spilt window atmospheric correction algorithm is generally used. Recently, there have been various new algorithms developed to process these data, namely the variable-coefficient split-window, the R54 transmittance-ratio method, fixed-coefficient nonlinear algorithm, dynamic water vapour (DWV) correction method, Dynamic Water Vapour and Temperature algorithm (DWVT). We used MCSST (Multi-Channel Sea surface temperature) and NLSST(Non linear sea surface temperature) algorithms in this study. The study area is around the Korea sea area (Yellow Sea). We compared and analyzed with various methods by applying each Ocean in-situ data and satellite data. The primary aim of study is to verify and optimize algorithms. Finally, this study proposes an optimized algorithm for SST retrieval.

전기변색 외피시스템 적용 업무공간의 채광 성능 분석 (Daylighting Performance of Office Space Applied with Electrochromic Façade System)

  • 스마트 윈도우는 건물의 에너지 절감을 실현할 수 있는 신소재 건축 자재이며, 상황에 따라 가시광선 투과율(Visible Light Transmittance), 일사획득계수(Solar Heat Gain Coefficient, g-value)를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있는 특징을 가진다. Electrochromic(EC), Suspended Particle Device(SPD), Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal(PDLC) 등이 스마트 윈도우에 해당되며 현재 실용화 단계에 있다. 최근 스마트 윈도우의 VLT 및 g-value 조절 기능을 통해 건축물의 에너지를 절감하는 방법에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 일부 유의미한 결과가 도출되고 있다. 하지만, 건축물의 에너지 절감에 대해서 연구의 영역이 제한되어 있고, 실내 환경에 대한 연구는 다소 부족한 실정이다. 에너지 절감에만 초점을 맞춘 실내 공간은 충분한 쾌적성이 확보되지 않기 때문에 실내 환경에 대한 고려가 요구된다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 사무공간을 기준으로 채광성능(Daylight Performance) 분석이 수행되었다. 세계 각 국의 친환경 건축인증제도인 LEED, BREEAM, CASBEE, G-SEED의 기준을 통해 스마트 윈도우의 VLT 조절에 따른 채광성능 검토가 이루어졌으며, 쾌적한 실내 채광환경을 유지할 수 있는 스마트 윈도우의 VLT 범위에 대한 고찰이 이루어졌다. 분석을 위해 사용된 스마트 윈도우는 VLT 조절 범위가 가장 넓은 EC가 사용되었다. 분석 결과 한국의 친환경 건축인증제도인 G-SEED의 평균주광률을 충족하기 위한 스마트 윈도우의 최소 VLT는 25% 이상으로 나타났으며, 스마트 윈도우의 VLT 조절은 균제도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, LEED의 실내 최소조도의 기준을 적용할 시 적용되어야 하는 계절 및 향에 대한 스마트 윈도우의 VLT 조절 범위 값이 도출되었다.

  • 에너지손실을 분석해 보면 열전달에 의한 손실과 공기유동에 의한 손실로 구분할수 있다. 열전달은 외벽, 지붕, 바닥의 열관류율에 의한 손실로 기존건축물의 가장 취약한 부분의 한 요소이다. 이런 손실을 방지 하려면 창을 포함한 외벽 전체의 평균 열관류율을 지역 기준값 이상으로 올리고 창의 기밀성을 확보함에 따라 방지 할수 있다. 노후건축물의 가장 취약한 부분이 외벽과 창호 이지만 출입문을 통한 침기량은 연돌효과에 의해 층계단을 타고 올라감과 동시에 각층의 공기를 흡입하여 더큰 유동을 잃으켜 층의 단열성 까지 취약하게 만드는 구조로 되어 있다. 현장 조사를 통한 진단과 에너지 개선처방이 제시될 때 반드시 건물전체에 대한 진단과 각층 부분에 대한 개선안이 함께 제출되어 단순히 창 교체만 하면 에너지절감을 이룰수 있다는 착각에서 벗어나야 할 것이다.

창호의 유효투과율을 고려한 제로에너지 태양열 주택의 난방부하 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Heating Load Analysis of Zero Energy Solar House Considering the Effective Transmittance of Window)

  • To reduce the building energy consumption, the major advanced nations are conducting actively many researches on so called a "self-sufficient building(or other words zero energy building)" which can support its required energy by itself. Given this background, KIER(Korea Institute of Energy Research) built full size test-bed of the zero energy solar house in early 2001, and has studied on the self-sufficient heating load up to now. We analyse the sensitivity between the heating load and the solar radiation gain according to the change the effective transmittance of windows. The authors classified 9 cases by solar transmittance of glass. The results demonstrate the solar radiation amount is 0.466 MWh from the eastern zone of Fl.,1(the first floor), 0.332 MWh from Fl.,2(the second floor), 1.194 MWh form the southern zone of F1., and 0.822 MWh from the southern zone of Fl.,2 on the case 1(each cases are classified by window types). On the case 9, the solar radiation amount is 3.127 MWh, 2.662 MWh, 8.799 MWh and 6.078 MWh from the same condition. For the Fl.,1, the amount of Heat Load that is saved per year ranged 10.5 to 48%, and the reduction was anywhere from 0.2 to 17.9% for Fl.,2.

이중외피에서 창문 개폐 및 블라인드 설치에 따른 하절기 실내 열환경 특성 변화 실험 연구 (An Experimental Study on Indoor Thermal Characteristics in accordance with the Use of Windows and Blinds in Double Skin Facade in Summer)

  • This paper is focused on the effect of indoor temperature rise according to the use of windows and blinds in double skin facade in summer. For the experiment, we set up the mock-up of double skin facede and measuring temperature and solar radiation. Total 7 cases were used for measuring solar transmittance and indoor temperature rise. When the venetian blind was not installed, solar transmittance was 44.5%, and solar transmittance for the case that installed the venetian blind (angle 0) was 22.5%. Cases that opened inner and outdoor windows for ventilation showed lower indoor temperature rise than cases with closed windows. In addition, Case 5 (opened inner and outdoor windows with the venetian blind (angle 0) to reduce solar transmittance) indicated lower indoor temperature rise than Case 3(opened inner and outdoor windows). Consequently, Case 5 which uses inner and outdoor window for ventilation and venetian blind to reduce solar transmittance is the most effective way to reduce indoor temperature rise among all cases tested in this research.

주택에서의 단열성능 강화가 냉난방부하에 미치는 영향 (The Strengthening Effect of the Heating and Cooling Load on the Thermal Performance in the Housing Unit)

  • In this study, we chose the rural house as a standard model. In order to review the energy difference of cooling and heating loads, we changed the thermal transmittance standards. By using the thermal transmittance standard in 2011 as the Basic CASE, the thermal transmittance standard in 2013 as well as 2016, and the thermal transmittance standard of passive houses, we compared the results with regard to the cooling and heating energy load. Because of the heat loss, it can be confirmed that with an improved thermal performance of the building structure, the maximum increase of the cooling energy load was 36 kWh from June to September. Because of the heat loss, it was also confirmed that with the improved thermal performance of a building structure, the maximum decrease of the heating energy load is 1,498 kWh from November to April. Even though the heat loss of the building structure could decrease the cooling energy load by improving thermal transmittance standards in Korea, the energy saving performance is worse than the situation of heating energy load in heating period. Compared with CASE 1 and CASE 2, as well as CASE 1 and CASE 3, we CASE 3 was found to have the best energy saving rate when compared to the other cases : CASE 3 increased by 1,452 kWh and CASE 2 by 588 kWh, because the window thermal transmittance standard of 2016 was added.

염료감응태양전지의 광학특성분석을 통한 건축창호 적용가능성 평가 연구 (An Evaluation of Application Possibility of Window System in the Building based on Optical Characteristics Analysis of DSSC)

  • It can gain both the electric energy production and disperse of light at the same time if DSSC is applied in the building as window system. It means to help facade design and to be used in lighting, heating, cooling energy directly by applicating DSSC BIPV window that is possible to daylighting and materialization of color. For this, optical characteristics analysis that is basic step must take precedence. So, basic databases of DSSC are builded and optical performances according to the double and triple glazing are evaluated by analyzing spectral data of various colored DSSC. As a result, Green(4) has the highest visible transmittance that is 28.8%, and Blue(3) has the lowest that is 0.3%. And, in case of optical performance of Green(4) depending on the incidence angle, SHGC and Tsol are decreased sharply from more than $60^{\circ}C$. Finally, It is judged that Red(4), Green(1), (4), Blue(4) are suitable for application in office building because visible transmittance is high and solar heat gain coefficient is low relatively in spite of composing to double and triple glazing.
