Purpose: This study was undertaken in order to examine the factors related to sexual satisfaction in climacteric women. Method: This was a descripitive correlation study. The subjects were 544 women in climacteric stage. Data were analyzed a using of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with a SPSS WIN11.0. Results: The predictors of sexual satisfaction were age, education, marital status, family income, number of delivery, hormone therapy, body image, state anxiety, trait anxiety, spouse support. These factors explained 57.6% of the total variance. Conclusion: These finding suggest the need to develope nursing strategy to improve the sexual satisfaction in climacteric women. To improve the climacteric women's sexual satisfaction, the above major influencing factors should be considered.

Purpose: This study investigated the effects of a recovery education program on rehabilitation motivation, symptoms, and function for schizophrenic patients. Method: The study employed a quasi-experimental design. Participants for the study were 27 patients with schizophrenia, 14 in the experimental group and the other 13 in the control group. Data were analyzed by using the SPSS/WIN 11.5 program with Fisher's exact test, t-test, and Repeated measures ANOVA. Results: After a 7 week intervention, participants in the recovery education program group reported increased rehabilitation motivation and function scores, which was significantly different from those in the control group. Conclusion: A recovery education program was effective improving rehabilitation motivation and function for schizophrenic patients. Therefore, this program is recommended as a rehabilitation strategy for schizophrenic patients.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an integrated suicide violence prevention program for adolescents. Another purpose was to evaluate the effects of the integrated suicide violence prevention program on self-esteem, parent-child communication, aggression, and suicidal ideation in adolescents. Methods: The study employed a quasi -experimental design. Participants for the study were high school students, 24 in the experimental group and 25 in the control group. Data was analyzed by using the SPSS/WIN. 11.5 program with $X^2$ test, t-test, and 2-way ANOVA. Results: Participants in the integrated suicide violence prevention program reported increased self-esteem scores, which was significantly different from those in the control group. Participants in the integrated suicide violence prevention program reported decreased aggression and suicidal ideation scores, which was significantly different from those in the control group. Conclusion: The integrated suicide violence prevention program was effective in improving self-esteem and decreasing aggression and suicidal ideation for adolescents. Therefore, this approach is recommended as the integrated suicide violence prevention strategy for adolescents.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe perception and performance of health assessment among clinical nurses. Methods: The sample of this study consisted of 177 staff nurses working at university affiliated hospitals and a self-report questionnaire was used to collect data. Data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Results: The overall mean scores of perception and performance of health assessment were 3.67 and 1.71 respectively. There were no significant differences according to educational level, working department, and type of health assessment courses taken for perception of health assessment. The variable significantly affecting health assessment performance was the working department. There was a statistically significant correlation between perception and performance of health assessment. Conclusion: These findings suggest the need to develop a nursing education strategy to increase the performance of health assessment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify stress and coping patterns of manufacturing male workers. Method: Data were collected from 215 manufacturing male workers and analyzed by SPSS WIN 12.0 Results: The total job stress score was 41.41 and the mean of the daily hassles score was 1.60. Related to the coping type, direct-active coping was the highest among four types of coping. Indirect-active coping was the second, followed by direct-passive coping and indirect-passive coping. Job stress score and daily hassles score were highly correlated by passive coping types. Conclusion: Occupational health management program including coping strategy is required to relieve workers' stress.

Purpose: The study investigated the relationships among perceived stress, mental health, and social support in community residents. Method: A self-reporting questionnaire was completed by 302 community residents aged 19-64-years-of-age from October 7 to November 30, 2008. Assessment tools were an The established perceived stress scale, standardized mental health scale, and established social support scale. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient using the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Result: Significantly negative correlations were evident between perceived stress and social support, and between social support and mental health. But, there was a significantly positive correlation between perceived stress and mental health. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a strategy to decrease perceived stress, improve mental health, and increase social support for community residents.

Recently Korea Army developed the TICN which is the next army tactical communication system. The TICN will support ability from under environment, strategy maneuver communication system of integrated army dimension overcome and NCW. If the IER(Information Exchange Requirement) phases 3 of the future application system, the analysis that a transmission ability of the TICN is the uncapable is govern. The TICN tactical backbone's ability is very important. Therefore, network efficiency index in application and analysis of the standard protocol for the data transmission guarantee are obliged. For the TICN tactical backbone, this paper analyzes of routing protocol efficiency index and compares to superiority of the OSPF(v2) and integrated IS-IS protocols in the tactical environment. Conclusively we proposed that integrated IS-IS protocol is more suitable for TICN backbone routing protocol.

In this paper, we aim to examine the recent state of the streaming industry in the U.S., and its future prospects as the most important force shaping the media landscape across the globe. First, we examine the launch of Disney's streaming services in late 2019 that heralded the start of the so-called streaming war to win subscribers and how the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020 helped its rapid growth. Then, we look at the crisis of the streaming industry in 2022, as subscriber growth slowed down for the first time and losses increased, and how this led to the growing emphasis on profitability. We also explore the subsequent attempts by streaming companies to cut costs and create more revenue, with the result that they were retreating from the previous strategy to grow their platforms at all costs. From this, we highlight that, while the future course of the streaming industry is not yet determined, the recent upheavals certainly made it more cost-conscious and conservative and less consumer-friendly.

In this paper, position and speed control algorithm of LSM (Linear Stepping Motor) using general-purpose PCI I/O board is discussed. The main purpose of this paper is to show that LSM controller can be established on the non real time operating system such as Microsoft Win2000 under the assumption that thread priority strategy is well designed. We can guarantee sampling interval less than 5msec based on the Pentium III microprocessor. Therefore this kind of LSM controller development environment makes shorten the prior research period needed to verify the validness of the proposed control strategy. We also introduce the tool of the real-time windows target system of matlab, which also makes shorten the prior research period. The main focus of this paper is on developing general purpose NT device driver which can drive the general purpose PCI board and applying it for implementing the hardware interface for 2- axis linear stepping motor control. From the experimental results show that the developed LSM controller guarantee 2 micrometer resolution in position control with 10cm/sec moving speed
